of all maybe you can introduce yourself maybe uh who are you and where you're from and what's your name because it's written Dr X so yeah tell us about you thank you for having me first of all and uh it's it's really nice being here and having so many listeners and thanks for the community for for joining us as well my name is bdan barbu I'm from Romania originally I live in London for the past 15 years I'm a hedge fund manager and early blockchain investor and more recently we started uh digging in more into
building projects as well and investing on this side too we were actively looking at the Multiverse ecosystem uh since the beginning of the year and more recently over the summer I caught up with my friend Greg the ex money CEO we've been working together for many years he was my client when I was an Institutional broker and he owned the Quant hedge fund and he told me the plans with what's going to happen with X money and I was really impressed with that I have full confidence that uh he will take this to the next
level so my fun and I we started uh digging deeper into Multiverse X and how we can get involved we had a portion of our team on X days as well in Munich and we were really impressed with the feedback there and we uh started scaling in and it was perfect timing uh Dr Rex started coming to frion after that uh okay so just uh we we we have few questions so I wanted to know more about you you maybe your background so you told about your background in institutional Finance um let's maybe start by
um say telling us about the project I mean uh tell us about uh the ice open blockchain it was the initial blockchain can you tell us about this blockchain many doesn't know it so can you maybe tell us about it first yes of course I open network uh is a fairly new blockchain they're going main net very soon I think anytime now either by the end of the year or early in January so very very shortly they've developed very good technology when it comes to tap to earn they were the first adopters to the tap
toorn technology they launched their tap toorn application late last year I think in October so it the first uh token to launch in such a way and they um managed to to get a very large community and after that you've all seen what happened with The Meta in the tap tour industry so they've done an incredible job in making this technology popular and we started working with them to to adapt it to to our to our needs and to this specific project uh this project was specifically built for Multiverse x uh speaking with with the
team I think uh it's worth mentioning and thanking the OWN ERS and Senior Management for Multiverse x uh that uh they were the ones that found us actually not the other way around they've noticed what the tap Thorn industry is doing and they discussed with isus from isop Network and uh yeah so you you launched a top tour U project that is closed now I think it was uh uh dedicated to farm the token before the airdrop and the listing of course correct me if I'm wrong because uh uh it's important to be clear uh
why didn't you choose the tone blockchain which is H the home of top to games and why you decided to choose multivers six at the end to issue the token well multiple reason for this but first and foremost we have a vested interest in Multiverse six and eag and uh we wanted to see how everything is from the inside and we are very very impressed and happy with with what we found here it's an incredible community and I'm not just talking about the community also the founders and people working for Multiverse X and all the
projects involved we had incredible support from X portal from X Alliance from bobber and a lot ofo and a lot of other projects the really important collaboration we did with Pulsar money for for a huge giveaway of 500 million DRX so we've came on board to test the waters to see what other projects are doing over here and to network with uh with the owners and see exactly how Lively the project is and what potential the blockchain has okay uh just to mention uh um of course in the comment section you can ask uh your

so our initial idea of the Dr X and why we called it Dr X is that it's going to be the doctor of the Multiverse X ecosystem but we couldn't explain this idea to the tapt community so we built it more mem Centric to begin with to gather community and to be able to raise the masses but going forward the vision is to become um an enabler for other projects in the ecosystem because we have a very large community like for example the the project the collaboration that we did with Pulsar money I think it
has well over 25,000 subscribers already and uh if you look on Multiverse X when we started collaborating two months ago they were under half a million subscribers on Twitter now they're well above a million so we are adding fuel to the fire so to say and we can um collaborate with different projects from the ecosystem to to boost them up and to see what's working what's not working and to bring visibility and Community to to the ones that are in need so so what you're saying is that DRX is a growth partner to bring new
eyes to the Multiverse X ecosystem and and and and projects with yes exactly with with over 2.5 million holders and so many other is built already on on X portal I think we're considered part of of the system right now and we want to direct this attention to to the projects that benefit because there's a lot of smart people here and I've already met with so many interesting guys and I think that they would benefit from from more community and from for more boost because at the end of the day we're all businessmen here and
yes we do it all for the blockchain and for evolution but I think it's really important to consider also the financial aspect and uh without a product and without selling something you're not going to be able to have a lot of Revenue so uh going head-to-head with with Greg from X money I know what they're trying to achieve there and this is another way for easier and faster adoption towards the payment industry and because if you're convincing people uh you know 20 year olds uh to to join a tap Tor or a gamified the app
I think it's much easier to then just give them a card from xortal app and start spending directly from there rather than going through the traditional banking system so as I said from our side it's it's a tool to bring in bring in the masses bring in traffic and uh be able to support the multivers six system and uh eold in general okay interesting and so can you Enlighten us a bit I I had a look I went on on Dr X profile and um on X it says that you started in October 2024 we
see the community that the the it has right now you can't you can't um have people you know think that how can you grow almost half a million PE people in two or three months and so it raises questions because 11 million people in total that registered to our telegram B and uh Android application did you say 11 million 11 million yes out of which 2.7 million of them have passed facial verification kyc so those are unique users uh to begin with and the one that the only ones that we've done the distribution to uh
so uh from from this point I think it's a lot of the Merit of the two large communities from isop Network and Multiverse X for coming together and supporting the project and understanding the the idea behind it I think that uh both the Senior Management from from isop Network and multivers X came really well together on this one and they trusted uh they trusted us with with building this this community that's going to fuel the the rocket from from now on and so you said that you had you did kyc for 2.5 million where where
do these people come from mainly you know is it well distributed what's uh it's Global of course but there are concentrations mainly in Nigeria which is a very big po popular tap TN destination and of course East Asia as well but with the help of multiple sex and their very stable presence and strong presence in Europe and United States we were able to to gather significant and strong numbers in these regions as well okay it's interesting because then we're tapping into you say strong presence in in the US uh you know we've been there for
several years and and we can say that you know there's there's room to grow to grow there's to grow but one of my hedge funds is based in New York and investors are getting more and more attracted towards the crypto scene normally we trade traditional assets we have our main strategy is trading gold Futures against SP about gold so mainly gold Arbitrage sort of a market making strategy uh but uh the returns that we're doing are nowhere close to the crypto market and what they've seen that we've done with eold in two three months since
we started scaling in everybody's super impressed and chuffed so uh the sky is the limit from now on I think this was a very good proof concept for for our investors and now they're willing to to raise the stakes and uh take take a gamble on on the project okay so good transition I think grm to uh the launch yesterday and U um on on your perspective I mean we have our perspective um on on within the community please share I'm curious how how it was seen from from from your end because I was doing
10, things at the same time so please tell me what what's your impression and then I'll tell you from from the perspective of our team as the thing is uh I saw in the comments of uh your post or the post that you organize some bread which is a very common practice there not point on this uh that maybe many people were asking for egld you know for the fees because you decided to send a free egld d for for the users to pay the fee uh to um send the tokens that they they've been
air dropped okay so my question is the fees are very low on new 6 okay very very low so many if not the majority of people who uh received their job are not even ready to buy cents at cents of dollars it's not even Cent it's a 0.00 cent you know what I mean it's really really small amount of money they are not even ready to buy such amount of a GLD to pay the fees so do you think uh that these users you said are verified even uh though we saw that the kyc you
used is not like really perfect some said that it was pretty easy to bypass with the stranger pictures and so on if you want to answer this of course feel free to do it and yeah so my question is if these users are are not even ready to buy just one of vld or even less do you think these users will really uh bring something uh to multivers sixs in the end or it will be just uh farmers and people that are just here for the opportunity and will not stay on multiverses and the second
question it what let's take it one by one because it's going to be hard to to recall allow me to to resp fun yeah okay you're right first of all I'm most definitely uh uh thinking that they're going to help and they're going to raise the bar and raise the volumes and transactions on the system and this we can already noticed with a lot of wets created a lot of transactions it's uh gone up uh substantially like I don't know 10 20% in the last couple of months which is huge uh if you're asking will
they will stay or will they have the price action that's not really their job but we can uh incentify them or we can persuade them to do that as well no they don't have buying power most of the the ones that are from the mining Community but that's not their purpose their purpose is being served very well and they're doing a great job boosting the project uh marketing the project and making the project popular and this attracts other investors as well and us as a fund we're we're doing that on on the side and I
think that's that's crucial uh to to dig in more on on the numbers and how the distribution went I think uh handling 142 billion distribution to over 2.6 million users is no easy fit and it took us well over 12 hours but the system on multivers sex work perfectly and we had no glitches on that side when it comes to the facial verification have you tried that personally nope all right then let know how it from regulated companies and it's used in banking institutions and Brokers regulated Brokers not uh anything else so I read some
post from um from people that are used to kyc and they said that it was not really trustable but you're here to answer this of course well uh I my personal advice would be not to trust anything you see on the internet and uh do your own research okay um um yeah um philli you have some technical questions yeah we not go into technical really so hello bdan thanks to to being nice to meet you and congrats for for the launch I mean like even if you have been through little WIS but I mean like
that's that's also part of the experience I mean but well well success otherwise so congrats uh no my my question is so I mean maybe you know already M6 team since quite a while so I'm not sure about that to be honest but uh but my question would be I mean after the first one would be why M 6 why I think I answered this question already but we can revisit it yeah but I was more thinking about like from a technical point of view like uh because the speed of transaction it's something but for
example there is like Dynamic nfts and there is a lot of technology that unlock more functionalities that are not usual on the blockchain ecosystem if I could say or more mechanics that makes things easier and to to simplify the onboarding of new user and that's why your focus at the moment so for what I see uh how do you see the multi6 technology simplify this on boarding and uh your objective into reaching more and more users in your typing app the the objective of reaching more and more users of course is really important and it's
been for the first phase of the project because this this helped us gain a lot of traction and popularity but now moving into the second phase this is going to take a more secondary act so to say so we're more about uh loyal and uh keeping these users and adding more quality users and buyers and investors to to the pool rather than uh miners because that that's done uh when it comes to multivers X technology in particular uh we chose it because it's very versatile and we can add a lot more things like for example
tomorrow we're gonna announce the staking mechanism for DRX which is going to be another interesting Edition to to the pool um and there's a nfts you mentioned as well we already made a partnership with Sono marketplace with an incentive for from from our side for their users to do transactions and they will receive DRX and we'll be releasing Dr re special nft edition sometime early next year as well uh and of course there's a lot of other perks and Technologies on multivers sex that we haven't tapped into yet but we're we're really looking forward to
to do more and uh go from from the tap to ear mining appap that's already uh finished and evolve into this uh betting mechanism that we have prepared great great great thanks I could tell you a little bit more about that if you're interested so going forward we're going to have a meme betting platform where users can play one versus one battles for example let's say the two of us post a meme you post a meme I post a meme and then all the community followers can bet DRX on it uh the the the meme
that wins takes the DRX from from the other one so Winner Takes all something like that so that's going to be very interesting it's going to be uh measuring who's got the biggest DRX uh stash and uh that's going to create a lot of Buzz we're going to have bigger competitions as well of course where it's going to be like meme of the week for example where everybody can participate and it's going to be larger prizes with with our sponsorship as well and more importantly there's going to be sponsored events from from other projects or
companies that want to gain visibility through through our project uh let's say uh we say we have a casino that's coming on board board uh next week and they're going to have a large promotion through US you'll be able to to bet DRX directly in the in their gaming application and uh with our help they're going to uh gain gain traction and uh our users will be able to for example make bet make memes about pmo casino and the winner is going to take I don't know $10,000 sponsored by by by them and so on
so we'll have a lot of these special events and sponsorships with other projects and other companies which I think is beneficial for the whole ecosystem and definitely for our community great thanks thanks good to hear I mean a lot of things on the on the pipeline I see so I will be a little more patient and just look at it when it's released most definitely looking forward to to impressing everyone thanks man and uh yeah you almost answered the questions uh the the question I I wanted to ask you about how to um um maintain
the users on the Chain you spoke about incentivizing them entertaining them so you spoke about this uh new dap this uh um Memoir uh app which is I think uh pretty pretty cool um do you have any I don't know marketing or uh products or things that will make the users uh stay maybe referral maybe more people and so on so what do you maybe be planned for the next weeks to make these million of account uh stay and um yeah and interact with uh maybe other products on Multiverse six because there are plenty of
protocols and daps and games and nft Collections and other meme coins and so on so are you in touch with all of them maybe to make it uh bigger for the for the for the whole blockchain most definitely X Alliance have been very very helpful and they've jumped on board from from from day one and they put us in touch with a lot a lot of other interesting projects and we're very grateful for that our partnership with PSAR money has already come to fruition and next couple of weeks we're running this 500 million DRX campaign
where users can join and complete certain challenges and tasks where they can follow Pulsar money follow isopo Network follow multiple sex for example Stakes on eold uh so pretty basic for our stuff but that helps us gain traction from from marketing side visibility and also transactions on the Chain because they are rewarded for staking and doing transactions on the Chain so that's another aspect so this is uh one uh the first thing that we're doing in order to transition users from from the meme app and from the tab to ear app to towards blockchain and
towards transacting and swapping on on the chain and uh getting them more used to to the system uh This Way by incentify them with with extra rewards going forward of course we have bigger plans we're working with some huge kols that are coming on board other great projects I mentioned P pigo Casino among the first before the end of the year early next year we're having more and more interesting Partnerships until now we've done uh over 30 Partnerships in total with similar tap to earn applications and uh other projects from multile sex or other memes
we've done even a project collaboration with bobber and we had a nice air drop for for their holders hope they held some of them and didn't go to back to bobber but I saw on chain that there were a few bobber enthusiasts they were CH changing bobber for DRX yesterday so I'm not that upset thank you U very much um just wanted to you to precise something um maybe for the community I saw that you WR 163 million on gate.io but actually it was uh 50k That was supposed to be rised so can you explain
uh on this uh Al on this fund Rising how much did you really RIS so that's a promotion organized by uh G in order to gain traction and visibility for the project uh their users uh stake their GT what is their stable coin in order to access the promotion and participate in the air drop it looks like uh our project has been one of the most successful and most attractive that has been launched in the past month or even this year I'm not sure I don't have all the statistics but uh the guys from gate
said that uh the percentage was huge it was something like 500 ,000% uh over the the limit of 50k so it's a small air drop for for each individual considering how many have registered I think the total amount was something like 85,000 uh supporters uh that's that's bigger than some of the competitors that we had like mfi or other tap to earn on ton or stuff like that so we're really really happy with how that promotion went it seems that it gained a lot of traction and we have a lot of buyers on gate already
uh they managed to subside this selling pressure from from the mining community and I'm hoping for for the well-being of the mining community and we told them yesterday on Spaces as well to at least keep some DRX for for posterity because they would be able to say that they were among the original people that mined it for free and uh if we were able to achieve this in two months imagine what we can do in a year and imagine where be in five on the next go run okay Arnold you wanted to yes yes yes
yes uh ban your performance on gate.io as you said was was crazy um yesterday was a crazy day in terms of uh utilization of the multivers seex chain and uh and infrastructure we will talk about it later um what is in your opinion your acquisition Secret Sauce that makes you able to gather so many people to be perfectly honest I think uh the secret sauce and the most important stuff is our partnership with isopo network uh they developed the tap to Industry so much and they've developed the technology and they already have a huge community
and they've have boosted us and collaborated with us every step of the way so um as I said yesterday as well um Dr X is sort of the baby of isopore network and Multiverse X communities put together and uh it seems that uh something nice came out came out we have some very creative guys in in the marketing team and uh graphic designers as well uh the project is attractive it looks good as well it's funny who doesn't like a meme who doesn't I think uh gambling and meming put together with crypto enthusiasts is is
a recipe for Success completely you you uh you talked about your team can can you tell us a bit more about the team behind Dr X because it is a meme project with as you said many upcoming products features so it is on a level of ambition of a different type yeah M the Dr project is a more of a personal ambition of mine rather than than the hedge fund I run it's not really staked by it we we haven't gotten any investment or anything like that because it was a a risky Endeavor to begin
with but now everybody's asking me why I didn't let them so uh on the team side on the finance and Regulatory side were very well covered uh most of the most of the guys are placed based here in London and we work with uh very smart guys from Romania uh my my brothers from Romania they're they're very good on the development and the graphic side we work with the best of the best and we have some strong team of developers that uh are working on on the betting Gap so these are the main main hubs
uh Bucharest and London okay raim you had a question yeah s sorry my colleagues have been asking so many good questions that I I hadn't had that many but thank you for joining us today my question was regarding uh the is open network as you said you've been working closely with them and it's kind of like this is kind of a baby of both Ice network and Multiverse X um a bridge was open yesterday from to bring the ice token from the BSC um what do you know what the vision is with that is it
to enable defi possibilities on multix because as I checked I would say a few hours ago there was around 200 accounts that did migrate some ice so I was curious to be like if there is a communication plan or a strategy behind that or just uh making ice available everywhere there's a huge strategy regarding that so out of the total supply of DRX 5% is uh reserved for ice holders and we're going to distribute that on the Multiverse X chain so on on exportal so we're expecting a lot a lot of community coming on board
and uh depositing their R because this is where the distribution is going to be made so if you hold ice in X portal you'll receive DRX as well and you'll be able to stake both ice and DRX for extra APR there's some very interesting stuff happening and I would recommend you to to invite isus for for a small chat as well when uh when possible so he can uh answer more of your questions when it comes to isop network thank you very much then I'm curious to see what the next steps are for ice and
maybe we'll have him here JM yeah definitely they're launching their main net very soon so it's it's a big time news there and very interesting very exciting stuff happening and uh with the partnership with multivers sex as well and us being in the middle here I think you know things are moving in the right direction and there's a lot of from from a lot of venture capital and private Equity cool so just to clarify soone understand the funds were raised for the Ice network on the BSC which created the ice token now there's a migration
to Multiverse sex for the people who want to be eligible to Future DRX air drops and staking and then when the main net launches we're expecting Bridges from both I guess to the main net is that it exactly exactly thank you just wanted to make sure no hold on um before we receive a rer sasu um I would like to maybe you to precise the airdrop process because uh people on the comment are saying that they did not receive the full allocation or maybe some of them were expecting more uh so maybe can you precise
is it over the airdrop so or they will be finalized the distribution have been made no other DRX tokens will be ever minted so what you see is what you get the 203 billion is the final final Supply in terms of the air drop towards the community uh I've uh went on this few times it's a bit frustrating on our side because we we put our own funds and our own time and energy and everything and uh you know when you give something for free to people they always want more that's the downside uh we
did our best to launch this successfully and I think it's it's a very good launch at uh decent price and if people would have the patience and the the they would actually contribute something to the project rather than just asking for a handout I think it would go much better and if they would actually engage as a community not just follow you on next and say and then you know throw some negativity when it's $5 instead of 50 or whatever they were imagining you know this is uh the beauty of we free this is normal
for for uh for for uh for the industry and uh for for for this and I've heard one of our community members Vindicator and shout out to him on on this channel that saying that you know crypto is not a charity organization it's not the distribution to to poor or something like that no if you want money you should get a job simple as that uh if you want to participate in a crypto project and you participate in rrop and Dr Rex was one of the shortest and most rapid air drops in history I don't
think two months any other tap to earn did that until now uh if you're not happy with the amount of money then invest uh do something participate in the project uh participate as a community member uh and there's another thing guys if you're holding DRX yeah you've received DRX and you want this to to mean something don't to to have a certain threshold or to reach a certain price uh who in their right mind would speak badly of a project or of a coin that they're holding that doesn't make sense to me it means that
you're not very right and uh from my perspective if I'm holding Eagle for example I'm going to speak the loudest and I'm going to be the one to be the biggest Ambassador for Eagle because I'm have a vested interest if you guys don't understand this and uh you're that simple-minded then don't let the door hit you on their way out because we don't really need this type of traffic okay we had Robert and we lost him so I'm sure he will come back uh I think he was driving so he made a stop for us

you're in the car so you're taking the time to join us thank you uh very much uh I will add philli back uh I'm not sure I can add as many yeah let me see how yeah this one will be okay um and yeah so Robert we have two questions for you so we will try to make it short so first of all what do you think because you spoke a lot about Dr X on your uh Twitter account so maybe criticized because you were maybe promoted uh a scam rpool maybe some people thought about
it now it's clear uh because bdan answered all of our questions uh so what do you think about Dr X and what do you answer to people who say the Robert what are you doing we don't know them and so on so that's the first question um from my side this is one of the I think maybe one of the first projects who did not actually request any kind of technical help they just did everything by thems paying for gas making up pools uh making people to install exp portal and all the process and it
was from their side it was a smooth sailing from our side we had API issues um but speak about it we'll speak about it just later yeah yeah yeah we are going to uh fix that uh but what we have shown is that people were installing exp portal doing those tasks everything seems okay and then this is the crypto space people do this kind of tap to earn and even it's it sometimes it seems like who they are coming with 1 million users or over that that it seems like it's a scam but it is
not so in other places it happens a little bit more times especially on T I think uh these kind of things um in Multiverse 6 this was the first one uh such a kind it I think it was a a great thing to see how uh everybody responds and uh congratulations for Dr R for the lounge did you uh maybe were you in touch with the team before uh you posted maybe uh did you make some due diligence before so maybe to be careful because you're part of the co-founder uh uh and of the the
co- Foundation let's say uh so yeah maybe did you make some due diligence before or you just uh trusted the process like we say um on at the time when um I've got internal information also I looked up at the numbers that these are real users and not Bots then it was clear okay I can post it I haven't looked up like what was the promises Dr X token have made because for me it was like business as usual tap to earn this this was like completely normal stuff uh I would say so that's it
and when I saw that it's not like BS it's not faking then it was it was great okay and uh maybe just to be clear of that point how do you how can you uh uh know whether it's a bot or it's not just uh for people like me who doesn't know how to make the difference sometimes uh it is on chain it is really hard to know it but as as we have the information of how people as in general statistical information from which country how many exportal installs uh happen you know exportal you
need a separate device you get information about all kinds of statistics and from there you see that that's those kinds of numbers you cannot install through bots in ex portal so that's a clear indicator one of the clearest indicator in in in this sense plus the Dr R team was open with our business team and they uh and they have discussed that a lot of people there were kyc and everything so uh from my understanding everything was legit okay thank you uh let's speak about the API as far as I understood but I'm I'm not
a tech guy so I will let of course maybe others speak about it but what I what I understood is the blockchain was okay but there were problems with the apis so can you explain in maybe simple words what happened and what uh how do you say what's uh what what what can you do to make it better for the next billion of users if you see what I mean so the the short answer to how to make it better is deploying more machines that's how you solve the problem but as a business you do
not want to pay for the infrastructure when the infrastructure is not used so you want to make systems which scale dynamically we had in place systems which scale dynamically but actually the dynamic scaling of the systems just did not work so they were uh why doesn't the dynamic scaling not work because some you forgot or you see that some of the dependencies tend to one server or tend to one location of a storage which you haven't scaled up and then it doesn't matter whe whether you scaled up 90% of your infrastructure if all the scaled
up infrastructure is asking the same request to the same machine down the line so that's what happened in technical terms in our case but you were aware about the air the coming air drob sorry Dr s ban I will give you the mic just after bit you were aware of the upcoming airdrop so it was not possible for you maybe to add more resources or maybe it was not possible no we have we have provisioned it but um something in out of the line uh some of the processes were not uh scaled up in such
a way to raise to the demand and then we have trusted the dynamic scaling solution which actually did not work out not in the first time and not on the second time so we are going to revamp all this uh rewrite all the stuff um one of the first things on the short term all the apis were on the same infrastructure so for all the core products like exportal wallet and um exportal wallet and the Explorer as well uh ex exchange as well so the first thing is that we will have four infrastructures for now
um so every kind of core product to have its own API so even if one fails then the 75% of the system can work continuously and then working more on this kind of dynamic scaling up uh what happens why this kind of scaling doesn't work up uh really technically it's the elastic search problem or the indexer problem where in order to scale up that you need a lot of time and uh it just doesn't works like automatically in minutes but for example to copy and duplicate an elastic surge with all kind of data tooks hours
so we need to make um something with more redundancy around there um but uh this is an infrastructure issue and we are working on it so it's like until 10,000 people uh the modern servers just keep up with the things after 10,000 users it's or between 10,000 and 100,000 users which we had a few times it's one type of problems one type of problem after 1 million users that's yeah like a completely other level of uh infrastructure issue so like uh how to say um when you have 100,000 users and you have a powerful machine
Downstream for example for the elastic search that elastic search can handle the load for those 100K users even uh or I don't know how many machines which are requesting and getting responses from one server but when you went over to 1 million and then you have a set of uh set of middleware so the users ask the middle Wares the middleware asks the elastic search in this case when there are too many middlewares asking the elastic search then that one fails and it's not enough you need to deploy those more and more so that's that's
the engineering problem of growing and growing okay bdan you wanted to uh to bounce on it yes please I think Robert very well said about the scaling and I I compared this with like there's no point in building a huge pipe if most of the time you're only using less than 10% out of it and it's not every day that you're going to launch a project like dou rex on on the chain with hundreds of thousands of users you know flogging at the same time gate.io and bitmart also had issues with with their system distance
and it lacked for about half an hour so from from our perspective it was uh okay and I really want to thank again the the team from multivers X Emmanuel sherban julan and all the guys there that were online and uh quickly resolved everything it was a bit of a panic on their side I'm sure but you know with competent people and guys who who are ready and prepared everything can be sorted so thanks again for for the all the support yeah okay um any I um I had I added some comments um here so
maybe the first one from Adam which is uh relevant um what about uh people to build their own API and own infrastructure and stop using mvx uh free apis what do you think about it uh B down and maybe Robert do you agree with that I'm on this I think that until the project is not not too big it can use the free API uh that's why we put it up there uh but when they start to scale they have to learn a little bit of infrastructure and deploy their own Services it's not like I
think our free API the multivers 6 free API offers the most information out of all the crypto for free if we compare it for example to Solana sui or others there is no such a thing and then teams cannot really use it we gave it that uh but when you are starting to have over 10,000 users uh you have to deploy your own infrastructure uh the thing is that people are running already a lot of projects are running already validators so the validators can push the data into their own uh stack of API and then
uh use that the thing is that the free API and our internal apis so those are two different systems so the the traffic on the free API doesn't bring down our own API so that's um that is in in in that sense solved uh what we will do now is to separate for each product to have their own apis as well yeah JM Robert that's as you said the I think the topic that Adam is bringing up in a interesting way uh is something that has been discussed by quite quite a few Builders because the
as you say the public API is very generous uh and someone may be saying too generous and the reality is that we have a lot of projects that have infrastructure cost by having their own observing squads Etc that can't monetize it and can't get revenue for it because the projects that would have to pay to use it are using your free API because it has certain limits and most of most of the daps for example use um the front end to do the API calls so it's actually the user uh who's navigating to the website
doing the API calls and adding additional loads to the public infrastructure instead of boosting and promoting the use of um other private providers and as you said and I'll I'll wrap that that up right after um it is very interesting that as you said because several of the core products were linked to the same API it gives that impression and I'm waiting my words impression that the blockchain isn't responding um because everywhere you go on the core products nothing is uh responding so I think as you say it is very important uh feature to start
um migrating and have a separate infrastructure for each as pet was um mentioning and that's the question popped by up now I think that uh you you put it really really really great this point I think both about uh the free public API being too generous and uh I think in uh some of the next API uh validator calls this might be a good topic because if you valid ators feel this kind of thing that you want to run infrastructure we which definitely you have to monetize to the teams then uh and if there are
enough validators who want to do this then it makes even sense to downgrade the public free API don't Stone me right saying out this but um but I think in this sense the validators or those projects who offer infrastructure can give better apis than the free one for a little bit of cost yeah 100% Philip I let you take over yeah thanks a lot I mean like and I totally agree what you both said regarding like direct call from the front end to the API it's set to watch and set to see uh but thanks
Robert to be there uh I have a question because I mean right now we we all cons consider in fact that running an observing Squad running thetic search is really cost Hardware you need to store all the information from the blockchain and that's more or less what increased the cost of the hardware to have like a full visibility of all the wallet and all the contract like you saw I posted the script yesterday I mean the timing was like a little rush for me but the last week I spent a lot of time looking at
the API the deployment trying with Dockers and all these different things and there is a different aspect that can be improved that would be the subject of another discussion but I think the main point I think that could be really an opening door for all the project and maybe we can have this discussion about cutting the public API is is it possible to configure my observing Squad to only uh synchronize with a white list of wallet and smart contract so if I can explain if I'm a project with 100 users free smart contract like one
stacking one nft mean whatsoever would it would be really awesome I don't know if it's possible something that I need to dig up maybe with you is like to configure the observing Squad to just have all the information of my smart contract that I will interrogate and all the wallet that uh that had a transaction of um connection with one of the white listed address when I put so at the end the observing Squad will be only will have only will be only recording for the indexer information that are coming from wallet relative to the
project so I should be able to get all the information for my call but just ignoring the rest and running my own API on a really small server at the end as long as my project isay small uh technically speaking that's possible we have a a a component called Notifier and in the component called Notifier I don't think I don't know right now if this white listing from a config file is possible I think it was one of the features we wanted to add and might be there already but that's the that's the code if
you want to dig into it that's the code because your observing Squad will push information through the Notifier to elastic surge or a redis or an anything and then on that side on the Notifier uh this kind of wh listing can happen and then you don't need so much data to be to kept I think it's something to dig on because that will reduce drastically and any project with just one stacking pool can more or less run their observing squad on a really small computer even VPS or I would not say raspberry but not far
maybe and uh yeah exactly because uh uh what you want in the end only request and response for a small set of data exactly and I think we need to I think that could be really something that will create a wave where all the project can own their own creating script with a proper configuration and I think every project will be able to do that because 150 200 EUR for the server per month like say Yim there is not a lot of project that can afford that and just burning money I mean it's uh is
difficult so so okay there is a door in that direction happy to see uh happy to to see it's open uh and the good thing I mean the last thing after I leave the mic uh was lucky that the entire team was at the office for for resolve the problematic I guess I mean we put all the project on site now and and fix the bugs now oh having issues it's it's okay because uh it will be the end of this uh uh show uh bdan thank you again for coming uh there are a few
