one in8 of the world's population and now classed as obese that is more than a billion people overall the environments we live in just invite us to be lazy it's so easy to not be active we're spending $150 billion a year treating obesity related uh illnesses and I'm just wondering is it a physiological thing or is it a mental block I don't know I never would have thought at 34 I'd be living with my father and I'd be having no job have no real money and just be playing video games all day and eating Americans
are not winning their battle against obesity you know you must hope and believe in yourself if you ever want to see what that hope can turn into that that belief can turn into by doing this every day repetitively those are the measures that lead to the big moments of success that everyone sees in life no one sees a struggle in here being lazy won't Elevate you you got to have something that is inside you something that that fires you up something that drives you something that gives you more power than you've ever had in your
life when the are yall going to realize that you are the only one holding you back from achiev your goals there's no othering reasons you guys are just filled with these [ __ ] fing excuses I have no time it's too hard I'm too tired shut up you want to lose weight get the [ __ ] up off the couch and go do something go for aing walk eat some better food you want to start a business and quit your job then start learning go on YouTube figure it the out you are the only reason

excuses I don't do what I say I can't be counted on right and so when we think about discipline it's really about like what promises are you going to keep stop lying to your family and stop lying to the universe if you actually wanted all of these things you would do something about it you would get off and get to work you must assure yourself that you're giving it all you can today because the future we don't know do we we're training for that and when I hear people say terms like good enough bothers me
when you want something out of life you've got to be willing to go into action don't wait around for things to be just right don't wait for things to be perfect don't wait for the ideal situation it will never be ideal there will always be a reason well as soon as the children grow up as soon as I pay my bills or as soon as I get my divorce time as soon as I get enough money together do what you can where you are with what you have and never be satisfied a lot of people
never take a chance in life they don't want to take any chances they want the situation to be ideal see that's not walking by faith that's walking by sight if I can see it I'll do it no no no no that's a lot of people say if I can see it I'll believe it no no no no if you believe it you can see it it's time for someing tough love so if you're sensitive keeping scrolling you are the only thing holding you back from achieving your goals it's not a lack of time it's not
