so for some reason I cannot wake up before afternoon recently I guess cuz it's holidays or something like that but right now it is 12:20 this is so annoying I even set alarms for 9 let's get the day started so this is how I like to get that they started that is okay celery celery asparagus cucumber red pepper and then banana just a sweeten up a bit blend that up and makes kind of like a veggie smoothie so late start to the day but getting a lot work done so one thing I haven't done in
ages is take you guys along to the gym so that's what we're gonna do today [Music] so guys I think I'm gonna leave you with a voiceover leave you with this little legwork now and there's a couple things I want to talk to you guys about branding so guys I first of all want to apologize about the quality in the rest of this video basically I usually I usually have my Sony set up to 3200 as my maximum ISO because it was low light in this situation I moved it up to 6400 and then forgot
to put it back so basically the video quality and the rest of this video and the framing the the composition it's all [ __ ] I'm sorry is a really poor example of video of a good well-thought-out vlog to be honest but with a heavy squat day here I'm working up to 145 kilos for a single pretty comfortable not really testing my boundaries anyways if I had more time I would have liked to talk about browning in more of a general sense to help you guys on but unfortunately because the time constraints I didn't get
many clips I can only talk about what's basically been going on with me I basically kind of cut out Fitness from my content Reese the past couple months and that's because I wanted to put more emphasis on photography videography and a lot and my social media work a lot of people don't know but I do a lot of branding work a lot of marketing and I also consult so I wanted to push that into my vlogs a lot more and it worked you know it's something I'm known for now which is cool exactly what I
wanted but you'll start seeing a lot more fitness stuff back in 2017 I mean I'm very very select with who I do my personal training with very very select about that but in terms of online coaching it's so service I offer and I love changing lives through it so that's something you'll see in 2017 a lot more and a lot more plans programs ebooks it's it cetera sorry about the black screen didn't have enough footage let's go on with the rest of the video pretty pathetic I know guys I only managed to capture the squad
clips I'm so not used to bringing my camera into the gym anymore unless it's for an edit for client or very rarely with my friends I've been mixing on my training doing a lot more functional stuff and it's a lot more high-intensity so it's hard to set up angles and camera shots and stuff like that but soon enough I should be training with a partner and getting back to having a gym training partner so you'll start seeing a lot more Clips a lot more gym stuff featured in this because I know when I sort of
started pushing it out a lot of people wondered where our friends and had a law questions on it so it's coming back don't worry so next day have a little photo shoot with friend of mine just on their own let's go all right guys so we're at marks house works doggies over there what's his name all right so that's mark hey check out his second studio it's so dope so tell them a bit about what you do okay so hi my name's mark physician and I'm gonna seventeen-year-old artist here in London so these are like
my creations I'm I started in special effects when I was 12 and now I'm also a film director so yeah that's mark basically summed up just like a super cool space over here he's got all his projects I mean that's super impressive that's his first bronze okay let's see how Jesus Christ that so happy yeah first bronze he's done projects like that super cool no me it's just a really cool studio really cool space to work at and you're also someone into try you know run it run it run it zebra so guys spare battery
came so I can charge that [ __ ] up and start using the canon g7x i've missed this thing super super excited to start vlogging with this again this is awesome super heavy super annoying so this will be nice as a daily driver alright guys so you're seeing me on the g7x now honestly has been so long since I've logged on this thing but just holding it in my hand reminds me of why I love this thing so so much I don't know what the g7 x2 is like one of my friends Reed has it
but the pop-up screen is it's just so nice to vlog on and then now I don't have to carry around this which is literally thousands of pounds worth of camera equipment it's heavy it's not convenient doesn't have a pop-up screen so super happy to have this back in my arsenal now it just feels sorry sorry to go on but it just feels so light like this is so weird and so nice but um this will help me to stop making [ __ ] excuses this year because as I said one of my goals is to
upload a hundred and twenty videos that's an average of one in every three days so if I can have something small to take around with me rather than my big camera then that just gives me less excuses really happened about that alright guys so I hope you've enjoyed this video you guys are gonna have to give me a little bit of time so I was super like inconsistent with YouTube for a while just not really on it and I'll putting enough effort into my videos so it'll take me a little while to you know remember
to take my camera everywhere obviously now have the canon g7x I have zero excuse rora to take my camera everywhere just really get back into the swing of things before a couple months ago I was just awesome [ __ ] always recording here you know doing things like going to abandoned buildings going to numerous restaurants that I've never been to different markets new like abandoned places warehouses stuff like that gotta get back to that because that adventure that excitement seeing new things trying new things that's something that I love love doing so give me a
little time and the content will start to improve now one little thought that I want to leave you guys with is influence I was actually thinking about it and it's so crazy that we have these platforms where we can influence people and we can voice our opinions look I don't have crazy following if you if you put in context I would say I have a rather small following considering the amount of time I've been doing this I'm pretty happy with where I'm at but I wouldn't say I have a big following at all now that
said when I really think about the amount of influence I have through this it blows my mind now two or three times I've been stopped on the street and I've been recognized now that's nothing mind-blowing but to me that's pretty crazy one of those times I actually got coffee with the guy so I mean that's just so awesome I actually had a friend who was at a bus stop and the person next to her or no she was looking at her snapchat of me and the person next to her said oh you watch a man
as well the guy wash my YouTube so once again like how crazy is that and then just all the comments on YouTube and especially on Instagram all the DMS and everything it's so crazy that I'm able to share my story and as I said have influence on people that brings me to my next point whether you have five subscribers or five million subscribers you have influence and you need to understand that and you need to sound that you have the power to change someone's life so what I'm asking is that you don't take that for
granted number one that you're super respectful and grateful of the people who are watching the fact that they're giving up their time for you secondly the you kind of watch what you're putting out into this world I do take pride and I'm very cautious as to what I say on here and the sort of message that I put out there I want to put out a message where someone's life is improved where they're inspired where they're motivated I don't want to just put out some random crap you know look content is content I guess comedy
is fine but I don't want to put out random prank videos where people are just sitting there in spectator mode I want people to watch my videos and you know shut the computer turn off their iPhone after and decide okay let's go let's take action because they've seen me doing it and now they have the motivation the drive to go do it themselves and the reason I say that is because look when I'm down there are people on YouTube that I look to who inspire me and seeing them grind seeing them hustle seeing them pursue
the lifestyle that they want whether that's one of a head anism just relaxing and enjoying but they've managed to create that lifestyle for themselves or someone on the flip side like Gary Vee who just hustles and grinds whatever that may be they've constructed a life of their choosing and when I'm feeling down when I'm feeling lazy tired sometimes I'll switch on those videos and it'll get me going so that's what I want to do with this YouTube so if you're a youtuber I guess what I'm trying to say is find your purpose what are you
trying to do like what's your message and make that very clear and drill that into your audience so sorry if it's little rent talk at the end as you can see there's a smile on my face I'm super happy to like get back into all of this and just get some more stability and focus on my vision which I kind of lost the past couple of months if you enjoyed please leave a like it really does mean the world to me I'll start creating an outro because I like the whole three to one anyways no
outro if you enjoyed the video please leave a like cut in three to
