what does cardio look like 45 minutes fasted in the morning 25 30 minutes at night except on like day what just walking on a treadmill incline treadmill and are you doing steps throughout the day too are you tracking those also okay but surely there some days where you walk more and some days where you walk less and yeah just a bonus if I lose a an extra point 2 lbs or something in a bonus let's say that in 2 weeks time you're looking at the scale and you think uh I'm a little heavy still it
depends what I've been doing in the previous part of my program so right now I haven't added much cardio in a while so I'd probably add a little bit more cardio and take away some food like I have four meals a day right now with carbs two without I'd probably go down to three add another 20 minutes of cardio at night two 45 minute sessions but you just pull away how do you think you're going to come in do you think it's going to be exactly sort of on track is everything moving in the right
direction right now it is yeah it's almost like you know what you're doing every's different though you never really know what you're doing if to trust that you don't know what you're doing but you'll figure it out along the way
