to the website you're going to click Start now just like I'm showing right here and then I want you to go through the steps and create a completely free account just like I'm showing here and just a quick side note by far this is one of the quickest and easiest sign up processes of any platform or app that I've ever used the next thing you want to do is click on the plus icon and to create a brand new project and once you do that you're going to be greeted with a new screen that you
see right here now what we're going to do next is we're going to take an existing video that's doing really really well on YouTube and we're going to use Munch to actually split that video up into a bunch bunch of small little videos that are the same style kind of like a Tik Tok video or an Instagram reel or a YouTube short like a really short little clip a bunch of short little clips of this long video and Munch will take any video like this and automatically chop it up in meaningful little chunks that make
sense all by themselves I'm going to show you what to do with these videos and how to get paid doing it in just a minute but it's so insane because you can literally do it with just a click of a button what used to take hours and hours and hours of editing now you can do with the click of a button because Munch has a powerful AI that can figure it all out and do it for you now I tested this exact technique myself on a separate channel of mine and it works great now I
know I show my face here but I'm going to show you how to do this without having to even show your face now before we continue let's talk about getting paid before we get any further into this the thing you need to know is Tik Tok just released a brand new feature called the Tik Tock creativity program and it pays you $1 for for every 1,000 views on a Tik Tok video and this is way more than YouTube shorts pays and it's really more than Instagram page because Instagram reals don't even pay you at all
right now so essentially this Tik Tok creativity program is a way that they're trying to catch up with YouTube shorts because YouTube has released their YouTube shorts program which is really ticking off and so Tik Tok is trying to get creators to make more content and hoping to pay them better and hoping to compete with YouTube shorts using this brand new program so it's literally the best time to jump on this trend because they're paying a lot for the views and it's so easy to make viral videos on Tik Tok now here's the thing about
the program there's a couple requirements one you have to be 18 years old two you have to have at least 10,000 followers on Tik Tok which by the way is not that difficult to do if you are consistent I did it myself last year just to see if I could do it and I'm not a Tik Tok expert at all in fact I should probably be doing something with that Tik Tok Channel not even doing anything with it right now but needless to say you can get to 10,000 followers just by being consistent publishing videos
I'm going to show you how to do that in a second and then third you need to have 100,000 views in the last 30 days now I'm going to show you all about how to do all these things using the Munch software that I just showed you but I do want to say if it sounds intimidating to you like have getting all these followers and getting all these views and all this stuff it sounds like a lot of work like man I don't think I want to go through all that I do have a link
in the description of this video where I have a free free class that has a much more autopilot business model than what I'm teaching in this video it doesn't involve having to post videos every day doesn't not involve having to have 100,000 followers or 100,000 views or anything crazy like that just click on the link in the description of this video it's a free class that'll show you how to set up this autopilot business but if you still want to dive in and use Munch to go big on Tik Tok then let's hop back into
it so like I said the first thing that we want to do is find a long form video like a video that's 5 to 7 to 10 minutes that's doing really well on YouTube and we're going to plug that into Munch and Munch is going to create a bunch of small little videos for us now if you're worried about copyrights I'm also going to talk about that in just a second so watch to the end of this video so I can explain how you can do this without getting hit with any kind of copyrights now
for the sake of this example I'm going to choose a great podcast called modern wisdom that you see right here so all you do is go to this channel find a fulllength episode you can see how long the different videos are and then you're going to go back to munch and you want to specifically select Tik Tock right because we're going to use the Tik Tock program to get paid then I want you to click next and then you're going to paste the YouTube video URL in the selected area right there then you're going to
click next and it's going to give you the option to stylize the short to choose your favorite caption style and all that and once you choose your favorite style then you click next again and then you're going to be greeted with the final step which is to find tune where you give your project a name describe what kind of video it is in this case it's just an interview or a podcast and then for optimal clip length I like to just let it decide because it usually does a pretty good job of figuring out how
long each clip should be and then once this is all done you just click munch it and it will begin cutting these into shorts for you now note this is going to take a little bit of time may take 30 to 40 minutes for the AI to watch through the video and figure out where to chop it up and to create all these little videos and the subtitles and everything for you so you can literally just go make yourself a pot of coffee just relax leave the tab open and come back and the AI will
do all the work for you now this is the insane part not only does it cut up the videos and put the captions on and everything but it also gives you keywords to use to rank your video higher it even gives you other types of info that's useful that you can put straight into your Tik Tok description to help you get more views and to view these shorts all you do is click on the video and a pop up with the video with more info will come up and you can completely edit anything if you
don't like it you can make adjustments to it and everything like that before you export it now I recommend you actually connect your Tik Tok account directly to your Munch account so you can save time and then once you approve the short it'll just directly post it straight to Tik Tok without you having to download it first and then upload it to Tik Tok and all that it'll just post it for you this is so insane because it's free literally free and it can make you a lot of money now a couple of tips first
of all you do need to check through the videos to make sure they make sense don't just create you know a hundred Munch videos and then post them all straight to your Tik Tok account you want to watch through them and make sure they actually make sense cuz remember this is an AI and it doesn't always get it 100% correct some of the videos that it creates might not make much sense you can just delete or ignore those there's going to be plenty of awesome ones that you can use just ask yourself is this a
Tik Tok video that I would actually want to watch and there's a couple of rules you need to understand about Tik Tok first of all just play it safe don't show any kids in your videos especially if you're grabbing a video from YouTube YouTube's rules are very lack even YouTube shorts let you put almost anything in their videos but Tik Tok is very strict about putting kids in videos Tik Tok is also very strict about using any kind of words like Link in the bio or click the link or click the description link or anything
like that they automatically detect those words and a lot of times they won't show your video to as many people if you have those words in there you also want to do a Google search for Tik Tock Community guidelines and just go through the guidelines like I'm showing right here in the screen and make sure that you read these guidelines these Community principles read through all these things on the left here because Tik Tok is a lot more strict about their content than YouTube or Instagram is so make sure that you read through all the
community guidelines to make sure that the content that you're posting isn't going to get you in trouble and something that can actually happen with Tik Tok is you might not even know that your video has been flagged but they'll flag it on the back end and then the algorithm won't show your video to as many people if you have some of the stuff in your videos that is shown right here in these Community guidelines violations so you want to make sure you're not disobeying any Tik Tok rules again they might not outright ban your video
they might just ratchet it down so that it only is showing to a few people which is going to defeat the purpose of this whole thing also let me talk about copyrights because I know people are going to ask about this in the comments if you look at this this is on YouTube and YouTube has some rules here about fair use and this is an important part right here that basically on YouTube they allow you to borrow small bits of material from an original work and that is literally what we are doing right now so
I'm not a copyright attorney so I'm not claiming this to be official legal advice but there are a ton of people doing this exact technique that I'm showing you right now and not getting in any kind of copyright problems but it is important to realize that the only reason why this works is because you're creating just small little bits little tin tiny chunks of a big video not copying the whole thing outright and if you look at Tik tok's copyright rules they say right here you may be legally permitted to use another person's copyright work
without their permission this includes fair use and exceptions such as quotation criticism and review so essentially what we're doing here is just doing quotations of a longer video again this is not official copyright advice but you can review the Tik Tok and YouTube copyright policies to get a lot more detail now if you do this once a day and you post two to five of these clips per day it's not going to take you more than 45 minutes probably per day and if you're really consistent your Tik Tok channel is going to grow and you're
