How He Went From $0 to $1,000 Day With Digital Dropshipping - DDM Student Success Interview

welcome to another video my name is Tanner planis and this is going to be a very special one because I'm going to be interviewing one of our success stories from DDM this is our program that I've created to help people sell their own digital products even without having to show their face if they don't want to now Jacob is here on this interview right now because he is earning a pretty decent amount of sales and has built a pretty good foundation for himself and the way he's been able to do this is by learning the

skill sets staying consistent and I would like to not take the credit because he's put in a lot of work to get to this position and he deserves these results but he also got a little bit of a boost earlier this year because he won one of our giveaways I like to do these giveaways SL challenges for fun inside of our community where sometimes I like to give away stores or products sometimes we do in-person masterminds where we fly people out there's a lot of things that I like to do to incentivize results in our

community and earlier this year Jacob won a giveaway where he got a store and product that I had previously ran and myself so with his combined Drive the skill sets he'd learned through DDM and this Foundation of a store and product that i' had already proven out he's been able to turn this into something much bigger and much better that is absolutely amazing so without further Ado let's hop onto the computer and get to know Jacob a little bit more and about his results and his experience with DDM hello my name is Jacob I'm from

Czech Republic which is quite far from tener but you know the internet Bo is crazy so I am 21 years old and I started doing dig digital Drop Shipping at the start of this year like at the end of January I joined DDM and yeah I hit my first 1K day after after like 10 months but I can admit I admit it I'm not the hardest worker in the room so I definitely think a lot of people can hit it uh much easier and earlier so yeah like just filmed an intro before this and I'm

like y Jacob's been like he's like consistent he's drift I I mean I I am the last few months but uh it's actually it's actually funny because I joined at the end of January because or maybe I can start from beginning so I was I was searching for a job and I was like bro I had to go to a job and work 9 to5 bro and get paid like 2K a month bro there there is some way like I'm still at the job you can see I just came from a bus but uh it's

getting over I promise so yeah and I was just looking around on the internet and I saw your course and I was like okay it's thousand bucks like thousand bucks was laying on my bank account let's give it a shot so I joined at the end of January and I wasn't much consistent with it I went through a few week videos I was like yeah I mean I can create this and that and it was it was a big struggle for me to be honest at the beginning uh maybe you can remember bro I I

created so many products and so many pages like I cannot even like tell with the words what the struggle was but I'm happy that I'm at this position that I can I can talk to you talk to the viewers and I can definitely say like if you're thinking about this bro give it a shot like it's just it's not a thousand bucks now but it's still worth the shot you know even even if the price was twice the price I think it's still worth it you know like there are plenty of people selling courses for

5 10K so this is still cheap this is still cheap so you're saying we should raise the price I mean I mean I'm already in so you can you can hustle on it you know I don't care right yeah I want to rewind a little bit and this is more so just because I'm curious because we've never spoken like for long conversations of just me and you you know I know you're you're in the calls every week uh you're in tickets you're sharing the results and things like that which is awesome we DM on Instagram

but I'm curious um because you live in the Czech Republic can you tell me a little bit about your background the Czech Republic is pretty interesting I feel like overall like the people around me they don't want to talk about money and I think that's a big problem you know because you have to talk about money like you just have to know what is it because a lot of people want money but they don't know what it is like and they are chasing it for whatever reason so yeah I'm like one of few people I

would say in my country is a strong world but my city that really like try to try to hustle you try to better better myself and it's not only about the financially you know income it's not about like money is an amplifier so I'm just trying to work on myself like physically mentally and just level up you know my my whole life I have and for the people listening to this I have never ever missed a call in Inner Circle never ever I was at on every call wow so even when it was like D

due to like time changes it was like 1 1 am bro I would set a I would set an alarm and I just wake up I don't care know I'm getting the I'm getting the sauce and it's worth it and it's worth it that's awesome bro you're probably the only one that's made it to every single call yeah I I may be uh talking around uh certain things like a politician you know so if if you want to know something like Direct just ask me you know so maybe I'm just tell me like you grew

up um like you you went to grade school you graduated high school yeah I yeah exactly I graduated high school then I was searching for a job for like a year yeah I got I got my my job like a year after I graduated high school so it was a struggle and when I look at back I I'm like bro I wasted so much time like I always have these thoughts like I wish I started sooner you know but then you have to realize like those times are away and you just have to work now

like focus on the input you can do now you know like and what what is what is your job I'm an I'm an it IT guy I do it support for one big company let's say yeah interesting now grow growing up were you like you aspired to be an entrepreneur at a young age or you wanted to like make money or was this something that happened later on for you actually actually I I had like the hamster whe mindset you know what I mean that 9 to5 job and I was actually inter that's interesting point

I just got I was actually introduced to digital Drop Shipping way before I saw your course uh I was doing part-time job on local hospital like two three years ago and I was working there with a friend from my from my school and he was like yeah bro do you know you can buy ebooks with white paper and then you can sell it to other guys I'm like bro that's sound stupid like why would you do that and and he tells me yeah I like I tried it and I made that money but you know

I I stopped I'm like yeah no no reason to try that and then like I realized few years after that like bro that was the sign and I and I didn't catch up so yeah but I didn't really want to make money until I really like had to you know I I didn't realize that money was that important until I had to find a job you know because when you're in that school system you don't really have to like pay anything you know like you live with your parents they pay for your food you don't

pay rent it's like yeah you got few dollars here there but it's not a big deal but then I was like bro I graduated and now like I would like to get myself uh flat you know pay my rent pay for food bro it's expensive so I have to like get some money and when I when I check my my wage I'm like bro this isn't it this isn't it like for the hours I'm putting in this isn't it so yeah I just I just told myself like I have to do something about it and

then I joined the course and yeah I created multiple Pages like I can remember I can remember I was sending you like every few days opening ticket bro what do you think about this this this and you told me do this this and I was just working like six hours eight hours a day on it when I had those three this that free time before I was in uh in the job yeah so I gred I I was doing ebooks for like weight loss some weight loss Journeys some cookbooks things like that but yeah I

burned to be honest I burned quite a lot of money at the beginning with the ads I kind of hopped in and yeah I didn't know really what I was doing and an experience I got from that and I hope a lot of people will take will take it from me guys listen to your mentors if your Mentor if you pay someone for thinking just listen to him like I don't get it how I was so like stupid let's say you know I paid you and then you told me bro do this and I'm like

but this Guru on the internet on the YouTube free video channel which is talking crap you know he told me to do that and I listen to that YouTube guy and that didn't make sense and after I started listening to you of course the DJs went up you know so magic it's it's funny how it works sometimes yeah yeah um I mean I would ask you now because I'm curious if you were able to talk to the Jacob let's say in January that's like just or towards the end of January that's just starting out and

he's out there he's trying to figure out the products this and that like what would you tell him that you think would would help him get results even quicker listen to every every word then says um of course never miss a call which I didn't so I don't have to tell myself but really like I mean that's the biggest point like I want to I want the people to listen to you know I I but I see it like in the in the DDM to be honest I see a lot of people I will not

say names but you just tell him bro do this and then they reply with some random thing that it doesn't even make sense you know you you tell them exactly like do this this this set the campaign this this that budget that's targeting and they still ask like what about I do this like it doesn't make sense yeah so my biggest point is like just listen to your Mentor yeah I'm glad you I'm glad you brought up that point honestly because it is something that like causes a lot of a lack of of progress I

feel for some people that I see in the community so I'm glad that you you you understand kind of how that works and like if you're asking a question you obviously want the answer you want the results so it's best to to go through that way interesting topic um now something else that that I guess I could ask you just about um your journey with this so far and just to clarify as well what you're doing is not the organic meth wave what you're doing is pretty much all paid ads right yeah yeah and around

like what price point is the product currently it's around $40 around $40 yeah cool and what's been like the biggest headache that you've seen with this as you started to scale up a little bit like what's one thing that you you don't like about digal Drop Shipping in this this store you're running I mean I feel like I'm getting thred by The Meta s algorithm I don't know why but just it's just like my feeling but uh I mean of course what's annoying is that you are spending hours creating your perfect ads in your point

view perfect ads and then you then you're like this is a ground slam you put it in you put the budget and then it flops like and you you are in negative numbers and then you're set and what about the favorite part the favorite favorite part is my f my most favorite thing about it is to hear the Shopify notification you know like getting a sale bro I can remember it was like it was February or April I was sitting in my work and my ads were running and I was working at some project and

then then I then I heard that sound I was like bro is that it I I turned on my phone and was my first sale I can remember to this day at my work and I was like you know like it is actually happening you know because you are not be you do not believe people usually do not believe it works until they get a first result I think that's really really important to get the proof of concept like once you get a first sale you are like okay someone bought the product so there are

a lot of people that are similar to this guy or this woman that bought the product and I can Target Target them so once you get the proof of concept you just got that first motivation that ignites the ignites the engine and then you are just you know running straight forward yeah you'll never forget that first sale either yeah that's that's that's true now what's one thing that maybe we don't know I don't know about Jacob that that maybe we would find interesting I would say and I'm like a humble guy you know I I'm

not like with all the respect I would say my mindset especially on last few months I'm like logged in I bro I'm when I go out out of the bus from the work I I almost run home so I can sit in front of the computer and just work like I'm addicted to the progress and know in other areas of life you know just getting in shape you know so you do cardio you stretch things like that you try to better your posture so yeah I'm just really like addicted to these things to I'm addicted

to getting better and that feeling you know that you are working working working and when you get that Plateau I'm like yeah bro now is the now is the time to really like work and when you get over it you get the reward so I think I would say like I'm addicted to the Grind but it is someone someone can say it like special it's something I've noticed in you as well is there's there's something that happens and it there's a big difference between you and a lot of other people in inside that don't have

the results and one of those main things is that they they never become obsessed in any way with it because I'm sure with you like when you're at work or when you're on the bus like you're thinking about oh how how are my ads doing or what can I do with this or am I making sales like bro thinking about it bro when bro when I when I'm waiting for the bus it's two degrees it's freezing and I'm waiting and the bus is delayed 15 minutes I'm like bro if I make it I don't have

to wait for that stupid bus and you know freeze myself to death and then go to the underground and like it's it's a daily motivation the the work the travel to work the work itself is a motivation for me to escape it you know so what when is that going to happen for you like is there a certain amount you need to make or amount you need to save what is it for you uh that's a that's a pretty good question I am I ask myself this question a lot and I don't have a specific

answer at the beginning I was like after I I will make like twice my wage with this I will I will get out of the job but you know uh the Drop Shipping income to be honest it's not that stable for me now it will get better I'm sure it will it will get better I have to work on all things but I mean you gave me an uppercut you know I don't even know I think it's a good thing too that to touch on even in this for someone maybe watching that's thinking about this

is understanding the difference because I I wanted to do this interview and I don't I don't mean to put like Jacob under the bus but he's kind of like sometimes he's like ah um you know I want to maybe wait because like maybe he has like an unprofitable day or something happens and I completely like understand that because it's not every day is like some big win there's there's ups and downs and in business you're not you're not just spending time on it and getting paid for a wage every time you're working on these actions

that are going to pay you hopefully for a long time you know at least a few of the things that you do hopefully pay you for a long time and not just like for that hour you spent on it so yeah I think it is a it could be a difficult decision to make and it's not it's not always like this like the the chart's going to look yeah it's going to look crazy um but I know you're you have the right mindset and you're working towards those things and do you have any desires to

like do you do you ever think of like oh I want to move out of here or I want to is there any big things you want to do of course I would like to move out from my town I think it keeps me in like that comfortable Zone which I think it actually slows me down you know because you know everything about the city you know the people around it's like too comfortable for me uh my big motivation is my mom she works so hard like she has a business herself but she has a

flower shop bro I'm telling you no one works harder than my mom she wakes up at 6 and gets home at 6 7 p.m. every day from Monday to Saturday and on Sunday she gets to work for another like five hours so it's crazy and I'm not saying like she makes no money but uh yeah I I would like to just retire her you know like give her the money and like uh give her the free time so she can she can do whatever she wants because I see it you know day by day after

I came from work she comes after me like 30 minutes 1 hour after me and she's so tired bro like and yeah it's my motivation to to make the money as early as possible you know like she's getting old to be honest and she's like she's 40 she's 54 currently and you know it won't be better so I just I just would like to retire as soon as possible now the last question I'll ask for this interview here for people watching is if someone's watching this now if they've made it to this like tail end

of this like they're definitely interested but maybe they're kind of on the edge of like should I even start this should I join DDM maybe I should just go do this other business model or this other Venture you know what what could you say to someone in that position to help them make a decision and choose the right thing for them I would say it all depends on your goals you know like what is your goal what is your purpose if you want to make money I would say this is really great way although not

the only way you know it's not the only way to make money but I think it is really really good starting point for people that want to start making money online no it will teach you a lot of stuff a lot of stuff and in the in the live live events that we have every Sunday and overall community you know it's not only about making money you know it's about building connections and just leveling up overall so if you're into that definitely definitely give it a try 100% mark my word you will you won't regret

it but also also don't think it's easy you know it's it's far from easy to be honest like it is not easy you have to work for it a lot of people have this intention in their head that they are like okay this course costs 1,500 2,000 bucks I pay it and then it's done no after you after after 10er bro listen after tener adds you to the course you just press play the game just begins you know the game begins you just press play and now you have to play you know after after you

you pay for the course so give it a shot I mean to be honest it's like let's get the worst scenario okay you pay 1,500 bucks I'm not sure if you give uh money back guarantee I think you do but let's let's say you don't even if you lose, 1500 bucks what is that that's like you lost one wage or half of your wage and you gave a big shot I would say so like you have nothing to lose you know like money will always be there you won't be there so of course give it

a shout point good point because I would be curious as well do you think that the skill sets um these the unique skill sets or different strategies or things you've learned just through throughout the community or training or anything else um do you think those are things that are applicable like let's say I let's say some like I I take your store away I take everything away say Jacob you're not allowed to do digital Drop Shipping any longer do you think you could still take these skills that you have and apply that somewhere else to

make money yes of course because you know you know it's like being an entrepreneur is like 20 in one you know you're uh Creator you're content creator you copywriter you are marketer you you learn all these things so I'm not saying I'm a professional in any of these things but I have a pretty good basic understanding and you know yeah that it's it's uh really more about the skill set than the money and the shops and the products itself no it's all about skill sets they're getting money for those skill sets than yeah well I'm
