today I'm going to show you the most profitable niches to work with as an AI lead generation agency in 2025 I'm even going to give you access to a big list of niches that you can choose from because I know you guys like simple options laid out for you now for those of you that don't know what AI lead generation is it is the evolution of the smma business model the agency business model service based business in other words now this is the business model I started in 8 years ago when I first started my
entrepreneurship Journey a company called affluent code that I've since made many many Millions with and I still own that agency to this day now I've also helped thousands of other people start agencies of their own through free content like this on this YouTube channel I think we're on our almost 900 upload now it's been a very long time it's always been my mission to give more away for free than other people would have you pay for now ai lead generation is your opportunity to get involved and take advantage of the AI boom we find ourselves
in right now know if you're watching this video you are early to this opportunity so if you do want to learn more about the model in general I'm going to put a link in the description from a recent upload that I put out which does explain that evolution in a bit more detail and of course the model in general so feel free to go and watch that after this one today so we're going to be covering niches and firstly I think it's important to understand what a niche actually is a niche is an industry okay
like a gym like a dentist like real estate agent these are generic niches that you may have heard about if you've been exposed to the agency industry for a long time and in the agency space we're often told that we have to Niche down in order to be successful so I'm actually going to run you through some notes that I've written on this from an internal training that I did in our private community and the reality of niching is agencies feel they have to Niche down to be successful but this is a false reality now
don't worry you're not going to have wasted your time on this video thinking you're not going to get this list of niches I am going to give you a list niches today but we have to understand that you don't need to pick a niche to be successful okay that there's a reality that has been sold to you based on people that don't actually really own agencies and know what it's actually like to to have one the truth is you can build a successful agency being either Niche or also being broad I know many agency millionaire
who works with absolutely any industry they don't just work with a specific but the reality is the broader you are the more complexity you invite into your business what do I mean by complexity well the more people we work with the more hats we have to wear from a strategic standpoint if we're working with a law firm one hour and then the next hour We're servicing a gym and the next hour We're servicing a recruitment agent then we have to think strategically differently for each of these individual businesses because we have to Market them in
different ways now this same carries through for when we start hiring a team we have to have people that are able to work with a number of different Industries okay now that means we're going to have to spend more to get that better quality Talent it maybe even means that we're offering different services to keep everybody happy and therefore we have to hire different departments and so with more complexity we're talking about more stress in the business but we're also talking about lower profit margins because our expenses are higher to deliver the same service now
on the flip side to that the more specific we are the less complexity we invite and so the more replicable the business is the more repeatable the business is if we only work with one person and offer one kind of service then we can copy and paste through everyone else that we work with and therefore our team needs to be smaller and our profit margins are higher and even more important than profit because don't get me wrong the majority of you watching this and certainly when I first started you're going to be Money Motivated the
reason you're starting the business is to make more money right but know that starting a business is way more stressful than whatever other situation that you're in right now and so why would we knowingly make that business even more stressful by inviting complexity into it so yes we want to make more money and if we want to make more money let's we want to have higher profit margins but even more so we want to actually be able to enjoy that money and so we want to reduce the stress that we have inside of the business
by keeping it as simple as possible so whilst you can build a successful agency being broad all roads path all roads point to going as niche as possible because our profit margins are higher and we reduce the daily stress that we face as a business owner so it's a win-win well the best Niche for you to work with is your biggest unfair Advantage it is the niche that is the most obvious to you that presents itself itself to you based on your previous life experience your business didn't start when you made the active choice to
start an agency your business started years ago it's an accumulation of all of the collective experience that you have have curated through everything that you've done in your life that's brought you to this point so ask yourself what do I already know better than most people okay do I already know something that other people don't do I have an unfair advantage in a specific Niche you can look at your past this might be your jobs it could be your hobbies it could be your family business okay this will call out to you it will be
obvious if you Happ to really dig into this then you probably don't have an unfair advantage in a niche and you shouldn't just pick something at random in that instance and I'll come on to what happens in that case in a second now an example of this would be of course you worked in a financial advisor in the past you enjoyed that role well that might be a nice place to start a financial advisor is a great nce for AI lead G an example that would be Brennan Brennan is a is one of our mentees
now Brennan made 250 Grand in his agency in just four months which is crazy but Brennan you should go and watch this video in your own time works or worked previously in Formula 1 and so when he started his agency he started working with companies in Motorsport and hence he was able to leverage an unfair Advantage he had to make a crazy sum of money in a short amount of time this is not typical at all Brennan absolutely nailed this you should go listen to this story it's incredible but Brennan understood that because he'd worked
with an industry he already had an advantage that he could use in leverage and that enabled him to scale so quickly I ultimately just want to leverage our inside of knowledge it is our Edge Now quickly if for those of you that want to get access to these notes in this document I'm going to put a link in the description that link will send you to sign up to our newsletter where I send daily emails and we provide value to you guys on a number of different agency topics so to win-win you get daily value
from me but also in the first email that you get from me going to send you over this document that I go through today so you can go and study it in your own time and uh you will also get the big Niche list that I'm going to be going through shortly but getting back to it I'm going to presume that you don't have an unfair Advantage right now because if you did you probably wouldn't be watching a video on the best niches to work with right and so in this position we have to make
the decision whe on whether or not we want to go broad from day one and work with a number of different clients Caster net or do we want to be specific and only work with one Niche from the get-go and just make our best judgment on who we want to work with and now are pros and cons to both of these situations and I will give you my recommendation and of course recommend which niches are suitable of course so we're talking about the net or a rod right now and the benefit of the net is
we're going to be casting wide we're going to catch all kinds of fish all kinds of different clients the thing is some fish are going to be Keepers others you are going to throw back in the ocean it is natural when we're working with a variety of different clients that some we're going to like working with some we're not going to like working with some will be profitable some will be unprofitable and so on and so forth and so that is the natural kind of selection process of going broad but occasionally we will catch a
big one occasionally we're going to get that big fat yellow fin tuner and we're like we've hit gold here this is the kind of client that I want to work with more often on the other side we can just make our best judgment and pick one of the niches that I'm going to be going through in a moment we can just pick a rod okay and well use a rod and use one kind of bait that targets one specific kind of fish or client but to do that we have to know the spots we have
to have the tools we have to know what bait actually going to use in order to catch that fish but this is a high Precision High reward style okay and this ultimately is what we want to be aiming for with any kind of agency that we are starting especially an AI lead gen agency but my recommendation to all of you is if you are just starting an agency now and you don't have this unfair Advantage pick up the net because opportunity is very scarce in the early stages of any business you don't have any any
opportunity around you and so we have to use whatever tools we can get to cast a net on as much of that opportunity as possible we want to get as many fish as we can if we just cast a rod without knowing the spots and without knowing the bait that we should be using which you don't have right now because you don't have the depth of experience in running an agency then we're going to really struggle and don't get me wrong there are going to be some little isolated stories of agency owners that went really
specific with their rod from day one but those agency owners were fortunate that they just so happened to be in the right position with the right bait at the right time for the majority of people that try and go and cast a rod from the day one they're going to struggle to catch the fish the majority of people should cast a net and welcome the all the opportunity that they can take and then narrow down their findings as their experience level increases over the course of the first few weeks and months of running their agency
so I always recommend pick up the net and learn what works first and then after a couple of weeks after a couple of months when you've start catching then focus on what you're actually great at based on the experience you've got on the spots and the tools that you can use I hope that you haven't skipped through that part of the video because that pre context is so important to now making a decision on who you're actually going to work with on go through this Niche list so let's go through the 2025 Niche list these
are all the niches that I recommend you working with as an AI Le generation agency specifically and I'm going to relate them to the service and why these are great to work with now this list does have two different stages stage one is what I call prove it niches and stage two is scale it niches now prove it niches are the niches you're going to work with in the early stages when you're trying to prove to the market and to yourself that you are who you say you are and you can do what you say
you can do the truth is when you offer a brand new service like AI lead generation and you haven't done this before you're going to have imposter syndrome did I say some of you might have imposter syndrome right now watching this video and that is absolutely okay I went through it and everyone else has to go through it and you are not going to break through that impostor syndrome until you sign up your first couple of clients deliver some great results for them and they tell you you're happy at that point you'll have proved to
not only your clients but also and most importantly yourself that you can actually do this and then we're going to raise our conviction level and conviction is everything when it comes to a service-based business that requires us to actually sell to other people we have to speak with utmost confidence and conviction that we can actually do this if we want to sign up clients and therefore the more sophisticated the niche we work with the more sophisticated the client the more conviction we're going to need in order to get them over the line and so it
makes sense for us to hold back the really really Superior niches until we've got ultimate conviction why try and work with them when we're a fraction of the self that we're going to be in the future when we've got past out imposter syndrome that is the theory behind Pro it niches now that's not to say that these Pro it niches are bad niches because they are absolutely not I know a seven figure agency in each of these prove it niches but do I believe there are more Superior niches that exist for AI lead generation agencies
specifically absolutely and that is the purpose of this video but if you enjoy and you're passionate about the clients you work with that's going to propel you so much further forward than somebody else is working with a slightly more profitable Niche that does not like what they're doing whatsoever passion will always Prevail you're always going to put in the better work and deliver the better service and the better the service the more money you're going to make in the long run so don't let me stop you based on this list I've created right now do
what is right for you based on your passions based on what feels good in the gut so what are these Pro it so first we have Home Services but most importantly High ticket home services and the examples I'm giving are limited and try to condense this down for this video there will be many other sub niches that you can work with so we're talking solar installation larger solar jobs we're talking roofing companies but not the small Onan band larger businesses we're talking renovation again not small kitchen and bathroom jobs like little Tinker jobs proper kitchen
renovations that are costing in the tens of thousands extensions conservatories Etc and also commercial cleaning jobs so B2B cleaning can do really well running Google ads on the frontend for that and we also have health services again High ticket so cosmetic dentistry not your run-of-the-mill local dentist aesthetic clinics but Botox and fillers again being mindful of all these niches we're not going for the small oneman bands that are just getting started we're looking for people that have got at least five team members and they've got the ability to scale and the desire to grow Pro
specialist gyms bigger CrossFit Gyms bigger yoga studios Etc f45 weight loss clinics okay specialist weight loss clinics can be incredibly High ticket services and a very very profitable Niche to advertise on meta and of course high-end spars Med Spar we're talking like cryo Chambers oxygen Chambers you know ice spaths and so on all the alternative medicines red light therapy like these kind of high-end Med spars which are high services that maybe even are monthly renewals that can handle a lot of capacity of clients coming in so these are great but not limited to prove it
based niches these are businesses that haven't really been revolutionized from a tech standpoint so far and therefore very susceptible and very open to AI lead generation services in fact there's a huge amount of fomo right now in all of these niches when we talk about AI lead generation it really Pricks their ears up and quick side note I know some of you will have skipped through to this part in the video and I'm going through the list so you would have missed out what I said about what AI lead generation is so I'm putting the
link in the description you can watch that video you can learn more about AI lead gen we're generating leads for businesses on platforms like meta and Google we're getting them in a CRM system where we're then plugging in AI appointment setting systems to book them straight into the calendar of our clients so they can then convert them and make money out of them and we're automating as much of this process as possible so we need clients that can handle a large lead volume so these are our Pro it niches perfect niches for us to start
off with if we're casting the net you can work with three to five of these niches like pick three to five of them and start reaching out to them in your local area Okay and then if you don't like one of them you've caught a couple bad fish then get rid of them choose a couple of other niches replace them well we're casting that large net and working with a wide variety of people so we can prove to the market and to ourselves that we can do this and we're building ultimate conviction in our ability
to deliver this service now when we have done that what are we going to do we're going to move into stage two which are our scalet niches now scalet niches are going to be more sophisticated businesses okay they are broadly going to be companies that are already used to paying for lead generation but the good thing is these guys are used to paying for archaic lead generation strategies there I say that are probably companies that have monopolies in their space that are already generating all the leads and selling them on now we're coming offering an
alternative service to something they already offering they're already doing or paying for which is more Superior and probably in some cases even cheaper than what they are paying at the moment but in order to sell this service we need more knowledge we need to have more conviction and so they're going to be slightly harder to sign than the stage one pro it niches that we started off with in the agency but the reward is they're going to be much higher ticket and they're going to have a much higher lifetime value and will'll even be able
to charge these companies on like a pay per lead or a pay per appointment model because it's something that they've already been used to doing in the past well we're talking about things like Legal Services again not limited to the sub niches there will be many others out there um and so we got like personal injury lawyers we've got family law insurance fraud this is a massive one a loan fraud loan fraud is crazy at the moment I know a we are Consulting a business in the loan fraud space I'm not going to tell you
the Sub sub Niche cuz you're going to Nick it that is spending 100 £1,000 Sterling per day on meta mental okay we're Consulting them I wish we had them on a pay per League model but we're just looking at the ad account consultant them on some creative based stuff in our agency absolutely crazy they're spending millions of bond Millions every single month generating quite literally hundreds of thousands of leads for their business huge amount of upside if they were paying an agency they'd be paying hundreds of thousands in payer lead models now who Springs to
mind in this I'd recommend you going to check out Joe Joe owns agency or co-owns an agency called leadly these are a very successful agency in the UK they make multiple hundreds of thousands go and watch this interview Joe talks about his high ticket lead generation agency and the kind of clients that they're working with and the setup of the business a very insightful interview go and check that out in your own time okay and this is an example of an established lead generation agency that is working with these higher ticket legal service businesses next
we have Financial Services okay so we're talking tax preparation we're talking wealth management like financial advisors we're talking debt consolidation we're talking credit repair okay these are the Main Financial Services even accountants you could work with as well um although accountants are going to have they're going to be less scalable which is why I haven't put them on here okay tax preparation is really it's it's going to be more scalable it's going to have bigger Enterprise maybe the big accountancy firms you would be able to work with and again another video that I recommend you
checking out is Rory now Rory this is an interview I hosted with Rory is one of senior leaders in elit one of our senior coaches now Roy's built an agency over half a million per month works with legal service businesses absolutely smashes it an agency called CSM agency and also called evolve marketing go and check that out in your own time where he breaks down the success of that business next we have education so we've got online training platforms we have coaching Services okay now it's no hidden secret I own an online education client a
business I am the ideal client for an AI lead generation agency okay we deal with huge amount of lead volume thousands of leads every single month a thousand book calls we can handle that volume and therefore using AI systems which we already do in order to streamline that entire process very valuable to us and there are many other businesses just like mine that aren't yet utilizing AI now could you work with these guys as beginners no absolutely not you just don't have the depth of experience to speak to a business owner like that with enough
conviction or and to position yourself as an expert the likelihood is if they own an online business they're going to know more about this than you do already and so we need to work with those prove it niches to get our foot in the door to get a good understanding of it before we then utilize these guys we don't want to waste the leads waste the opportunity it's not just online training programs but also coaching services so consultants and so on as well this might be online fitness trainers and PTs for example now an example
of this let's say we are working with online fitness trainers which is a huge booming industry we work with an online fitness trainer we run meta ads for them to an offer to people that want to uh get a custom meal plan a free meal plan and then we import them onto our CRM system from meta that generates Those ads we I'd recommend go high level check them out and then we'll plug in appoint wise which is a text based appointment setting system that automates the process of sending WhatsApp messages to each and every one
of those leads qualifying them it might ask them a question like hey what are your goals you want to gain weight or lose weight what kind of foods do you like and then maybe we can send them over to a booked call so we can automatically book them in with the client's calendar where they can speak to them and deliver that meal plan or if we want to go a step further and which is the ultimate manifestation of the uh AI lead generation service we build a custom AI system that creates that meal plan for
them based on the information that are pointwise gathered in that qualification stage all done completely automatically sounds complex it's not you could set all of that up inside of one day with the tools that we have right now that is an exceptional service for an online PT and personal trainer okay so it's not just the appointment settings side and getting people puted into the calendar the best AI appointment setting agencies the best AI lead gen agencies are the ones that are going to build custom systems on the back end that make everything more efficient and
the only way that we can do that is through working with a specific specific Niche and getting a deep understanding of their needs and desires okay the appointment setting side is going to become the Baseline the custom systems that's when things are really going to get exciting that's when we're talking about owning significant portions of market share in a business in fact I'm going to talk about market share in a moment it's important that all of us get a grip with this and we predict what market share we can actually get in the nich that
we choose uh we then have other online businesses we've got Staffing and recruitment specifically virtual Staffing massive industry at the moment rather than like conventional recruitment businesses agency owners are great for a generation and software companies okay typically B2B software companies will be easier to deliver these services to than b Toc softwares would be but these are all great scalet niches with massive upside again they will be harder to sign but you will get a much higher LTV and you'll typically be able to get these businesses on performance-based models cuz they're very used to doing
this that's not to say you get these guys on performance- based models but they will be more lucrative here because the upside is much larger with these companies who could quite literally spend Millions on a monthly basis as we've seen with that loone fraud business as well great so we got an understanding of our niches we're equipped of our net and we're ready to cast out to a number of different provate niches we're then going to switch to our Rod we're going to switch to our hard tackle and we're going to go sniper just working
with one of these scalet niches in order for us to keep this business with low complexity so we can have maximum profit profit margins and maximum peace in our lives so we can actually enjoy the business that we've started in the first place presuming you guys are starting business for lifestyle and you're not just a lunatic some of us are sometimes I wonder which side of a coin that I'm on okay final thing I need we need to go through today and this is something that not many people talk about but it's so important we
have an understanding of this is what our Tam and our Sam is let me ask you the question do you know what your Tam is your total addressable Market this is the total amount of people available to us in a specific Niche why is that important well if we don't know how many people we could potentially sign we'll never be able to forecast or predict how much money we could potentially make in our business so let me break this down for you your Tam being your total addressable Market is the entire Market size if you
owned 100% of it so let's say hypothetically we're talking about personal injury lawyers okay or let's say we're talking about gyms I've only got an example here we got 10,000 gyms in our country that is our total addressable Market well next we have our Sam our serviceable address Market we're not going to want to work with all of those gyms there's going to be a slice of them who are actually qualified by qualified I mean they are the businesses that we want to work with now the qualification view is going to be different depending on
the people that you've worked with in the past the kind of gyms that you want to work with it might just be f45 gyms for example and it might be f45 gyms with over 10 employees okay because you know based on working with them those are the people that are going to be great so let's just say 60% of those gyms fall into your Sam that means your Sam is 6,000 gyms well from there we can then begin to predict how much revenue we can make in our business by looking at our market share we
can set a realistic Target for how much Sam we can service so let's say we set the target of 5% of those gyms I want to work with 5% of the gyms in the UK that hit my Sam that means there are 300 gyms that I can work with so now our Niche potential tells us by taking our clients by our monthly fee we now have our potential Revenue so 300 gyms let's say Times by $1,500 which is probably the upper limit of what you're going to be charging a gym okay you probably charge up
to 2 and 1/2k In fairness if they are much more established so that means our earning potential is roughly $450,000 per month if we work with 5% of our market now of course if we're earning 10% we're looking at considerably higher chunk but this just allows us to get an understanding of the potential that exists inside one of our niches so we can begin to set goals based on the earnings that we want so if you want to know how to figure out your Tam and Sam drop a comment down below and I'll talk about
