I think what's interesting about NoiU is we utilize it in two completely different ways and I think they're both equally useful and valuable to our company. The most immediate one is identifying issues really quickly. Uh so allowing us to just go into a dashboard um and see from top level the top say five to 10 things that our team needs to work on.
So no one has to spend hours searching through sessions combing through things. They can just quite literally go to the dashboard and say I'm going to work on these five things and I know it's going to impact the business because um Nobu makes sure that those priority issues are upfront. The second way that we utilize Nobu is more from a user experience standpoint.
So we have people using the tool um and using the filters to sort through sessions and seeing very specific patient workflows um and then they use that to drive backlogs for features um and to help clarify the items that we're displaying on the site in a better way for the patient. the verify tag that saves us an incredible amount of time. Being able to log in again to a dashboard and just know that you guys someone has put hands on an issue and has verified that it's actually patient impacting that is priceless.
Um has saved me hours and hours of my life and I think that's probably the biggest value ad for our company. We utilize Novu help codes often and I think that's really allowed the customer service team which is hundreds of people boots on the ground talking to patients uh that are actively seeing issues on our site. It allows and empowers them to provide us with additional website information using a help code.
So before No, they would just send emails to the development team and they would just be very broad with the website's not working, something is broken. Typically, we need more. So, we need like what browser are you on?
What uh URL are you going to all of these questions that we ask is now just resolved with a help code. They send us the help code, we look at it, we can see exactly what they're doing. We can see their browser.
We can see how their internet connection is. Just all these all these questions that we would have spent back and forth messages or hours honestly just trying to track down are now just available to us at the start of the conversation.
