details of Diddy being abused at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York have just come out and allegedly Diddy had a nervous breakdown after being assaulted sources close to Diddy have confirmed that Diddy is allegedly thinking of harming himself and with both Jay-Z and JLo being called as Witnesses Diddy is scared according to a report from The Daily Mail that's why Diddy had a breakdown a person close to him apparently said quote spending the holidays Behind Bars was nightmare for him if were to believe all this Diddy had a meltdown in his cell and begged
the guards to take him to the hospital for observation but they refused this same friend or person told the Daily Mail quote he eventually managed to calm himself down with the meditation technique he's been using while he's been behind bars it took him a few hours of deep breathing and focusing to get out of the bad space he was in but he finally managed it this isn't the first time Diddy's mental health has come into question while he's been at MDC when he first arrived he was on suicide watch which the US Department of Justice
National Institute of Corrections describes as supervisory precautions taken for suicidal inmates that require frequent observation Diddy's suicide watch was only temporary though he was housed in a special protective unit of the jail after that for the first few weeks of his stay but Diddy right now is in genp meaning general population the place where majority of the inmates stay and that's where he apparently had the this meltdown over sources close to Diddy are revealing his dark side and several prisoners have also filed lawsuits against Diddy Diddy's alleged slave Jonathan AI who was arrested in connection
to a shooting that occurred at Trump's National Doral golf course in Miami has given an exclusive interview talking about Diddy during an interrogation back in 2018 Jonathan revealed that Diddy was actually using him as a sex slave and the gay Mafia in Hollywood was forcing him to commit crimes yeah that makes sense but you KN Diddy personally do you think it's possible he might take his life it takes a a certain individual to prepare itself to do a lot of years in jail from the lifestyle that he had I'm not saying that he can't I
just don't see him a to do time Behind Bars maybe if he be in a camp type situation that's a possibility but based on the lifestyle and what he done and what he's accomplished if he had to go behind those bars for a lot of years I think that he may commit suicide he do a Epstein why you think he pull a Rosa Simmons and Le the country they was watching him bro they was watching him and then I think that he had to turn over his passport even if you own your own private jet
uh they have a system up there whereas that they supposed to check your passport and anything that you need to fly as if you were flying commercial another prisoner who has come forward with a lawsuit against Diddy is cardello Smith cardello is currently in jail for alleged sexual assault which he claims that Diddy framed him for cardello Smith actually won a lawsuit against Diddy for $100 million but Diddy's lawyers are now challenging that decision in his lawsuit cardello Smith claims that Diddy him in 199 7 during a party at a Holiday Inn in Detroit where
cardello was a bartender cardello has named Jennifer Lopez a material witness in this case and according to cardello Diddy recorded the alleged seual assault and JLo was shown the footage despite knowing what had happened with cardello JLo didn't go to the authorities or try to help him in any way but going back to cardello Smith's filing his notice says that Jennifer Lynn Lopez AKA JLo AKA Jenny From the Block quote will be called as a material witness and expert to Shan com's viewing possession and distribution of his sexual assault upon the plaintiff in 1997 and
the orders of defendant sha Colmes forcing Jennifer Lopez to remain silent about the videotape sexual assault of plaintiff by defendant plaintiff states that the material witness Jennifer Linn Lopez also known as JLo and Jenny From the Block was engaged in a relationship with the defendant Shan Colmes during 1999 and 2001 and that the sexual assault of the plaintiff was recorded distributed and held by the defendant at his New York residence and recording studio and during the relationship with Jennifer Lopez she was made privy to this video that was taken by Shawn Colmes and his employee
Kirk buroughs she JLo has known this video existed and was in existence and took no action to make it known to anyone in law enforcement and that she was even questioned by New York police detective Derek Palmer about this matter and that the report will show that her answers to this tape was and Still Remains a resounding yes to its existence and again Cardell Smith writes that he wants to call officer Derek Palmer as a witness because he says Palmer is the one who question Lopez and believes that he will have testimony that could help
his case as I mentioned Diddy's legal team has called for this entire case to be thrown out Cardell Smith has filed a massive response to that request that total more than 200 Pages probably half of it was just straight up copies of case law that seems to support his arguments word for word it's something out of like a legal textbook there's so much to slog through but I kind of want to give you some of the highlights so first in addition to the claims of rape and a cover up cardello Smith also claims and alleges
that comes was violent towards his loved ones at times cardello Smith addresses alleged threats against his family other times he says Colmes actually caused serious injuries to his brother his response reads defendant used threats of murder to force the plain if to not bring the case to any court of law enforcement until the homes of the defendant were raided by Homeland Security that the plain of knew knew it was a safe time to bring the case and that is why we are here at this juncture and Gardell Smith argued that fear for his own safety
and the safety of his family is one of the main reasons that he waited so long to report the alleged rape and says that that reason alone should override any issue with the statute of limitations that these claims might be otherwise be timear and he also argues that while he's been in prison fellow inmates and prison guards have threatened him on behalf of Shawn Colmes the longer that Diddy stays in prison the more he's going to get sued Diddy was forcing people to stay quiet and now these victims are all coming forward JayZ and JLo
are just the first to get sued and as Diddy's case drags on other names will be revealed too Diddy is scared for his life and is desperately trying to get out his team offered $50 million in exchange for bail but the judge decided against it uh the the proposed bail package a $50 million Bond co-signed by him his mom his sister the mother of his oldest daughter and his three adult sons it's going to be secured um by the equity in his property in Miami Florida um home detention um his passport will be surrendered the
government said that's insufficient they said look at the charges look at the weight of the evidence that I just mentioned they said they have allegations that he and his associates were trying to tamper with witness testimony last year so that they wouldn't cooperate with the government what do you take away about who has the stronger argument in terms of uh baale well I I think his Council has has done the best they possibly can I think bringing him there voluntarily is very smart uh starts them out on the right foot but I think the last
thing that you just mentioned the interfering with Witnesses that's the allegation yeah yeah if that's true or or I should say if there's if There's real a disa that that happened I think that might tip the scales in favor of of not letting him out pending trial because I I think and you know this I think judges take an extraordinarily dim view of that and that might be the factor that tips the scale against him but I I think as far as a tactic I think it was very smart to do what they did and
to say look you know he's he's here you didn't have to track him down he's got a real defense here he's he's doing everything right at least right now I'm not sure it's going to be enough at the end of the day Diddy is facing the consequences of his actions now and he's scared of getting sent to Jen pop Petes don't last long in prison and Diddy is used to a life of luxury Gan deal says that Diddy doesn't have what it takes to survive in prison and he might actually decide to end his life
rather than spend decades behind bars right now Diddy is facing life in prison for the sex trafficking and racketeering charges against him he's suffering the consequence and I don't feel bad for him at all cuz people was trying to talk to him people was trying to tell him you couldn't pull them by the coat and let them know anything you understand they messed up the game brother when he put that [ __ ] out with them Money Power Respect it ain't never been like that it ain't never been like that you got your respect in
the street that gave you your power that brought you your money totally different thing he let that money power and respect go to his head but he had it as backwards so I do I do I do I care what happened nah he got enough he got enough money to buy his way out of this so we think so when you look at that video of him pissing around and he's looking worried and you knowing him do you think it's possible that he might commit suicide when you a narcissist there's always a possibility cuz you
suffering but I don't think that he could see himself in a cage I don't think he can see himself behind those bars in those type of situation it's too many real dudes that dislike him but then again there's a lot of real dudes that need help and him being buying bars he could probably help him there are prisoners at the Metropolitan Detention Center who would try to hurt or kill Diddy the first chance that they get these prisoners are here for the rest of their life and they want street cred Diddy knows this and that's
why he's scared things on the inside are very different and for someone like Diddy who is used to comfort it's going to be very difficult to survive keep in mind that Diddy would always allegedly drug his victims even if they were miners or he would ask his guards to hold them Diddy isn't a gangster and this is the first time in his life that he's going to come face to face with real criminals that aren't afraid of him so breaking news right now Larry I am just getting word People magazine says it's got a source
on the inside that tells them that P didd is on suicide watch tonight do your sources confer uh the same information are they are they saying it was possible hey real quickly all that commissary stuff he's not getting any of that cuz people in the shoe have an abbreviated list so he's out of luck no ST for him yeah he is on suicide watch this guy thought he would have went home all of a sudden he didn't get bonded remember the first night that he was there he was like an overnight guest when they told
his bond hearing now they checked him into the system and reality has HIIT him and I understand that he has a shrink coming by his cell to see him several times a day and now there's talk about putting him in it's like a bubble it's like a cell that has like a plexiglass wall in it where they have inmates watching you that's actually their job to keep an eye on the inmates that are on suicide watch another error that I guess some Warden told you this there are sentenced inmates there they're called Cadre inmates they
don't have to be white collar inmates but they're doing maintenance on the building and the problem why there's a lot of violence there they have housing units and they're mixing bank robbers drug dealers rapists with white collar people and this is why didd he he he can't go into a regular housing unit because somebody will take him out for sure somebody's get a lot going to get a lot of street credibility out of this people that are doing substantial time that know they're never getting out they'll just kill a guy no questions asked you think
that they'd suck up to him because he's got a lot of money and if he ever does get the commissary uh options he would be able to help them some people do I I got to wrap it real quick okay some people do think that Diddy can help him but this guy's going to be locked up forever he's his case will probably take at least three years to litigate he'll stay at MDC there's rumors that he wants to go to Essex County Jail in New Jersey he doesn't like MDC he's a Marshal's inmate there's no
way they're going to transfer him back and forth I don't know several times a week six Marshals to do it he's out of luck Jay-Z is worried about what could happen if he ends up like Diddy so he's trying to crush the lawsuit filed against him Jay-Z's legal team has requested multiple times for the judge to provide them with the victim's identity but the judge has refused like Diddy Jay-Z has a history of violence and if he's given the chance there's a good chance he will threaten the victim even now Jay-Z's legal team has been
caught trying to bribe Witnesses lawyers from Jay-Z's team showed up to the houses of victims dressed as FBI agents and even flashed fake badges while maintaining he'd let the matter settle itself in court but now in a new lawsuit a Texas man is claiming Jay-Z's lawyers are bribing people to sue Busby and his Law Firm this 133-page lawsuit was filed on January 3rd in Harris County Texas and the plaintiff in the filing is being represented by none other than Busby's Law Firm who filed the suit on his behalf now Jose Maldonado who is the plaintiff
in this suit is suing Jay-Z's attorneys and his company Rock Nation but not Sea Carter aka Jay-Z himself according to the lawsuit the defendants in this suit are Marcy bran Croft her Law Firm MJ legal Rock Nation and the law firm who is representing Jay-Z Quin Emanuel art and Sullivan they alleged the defendants conspired to obstruct Justice by engaging in shadowy oper to illegally get more than two dozen current and former clients of Busby Law Firm to turn around and sue them the suit claims Rock Nation is financing this alleged effort while attorneys Marcy Croft
and the law firm Quinn Emanuel are orchestrating this whole thing according to the suit the defendants agents were pretending to work for the state of Texas and allegedly flashed big badges which the suit says wasn't very smart or careful but also illegal the suit States the defendants agents offered as much as 10 grand to a former client to sue the Busby Law Firm but the so-called agents were allegedly caught on audio tape red-handed the suit claims attorney Marcy Croft who is a lawyer but also a member of Team Rock was orchestrating that whole effort then
in another recording those agents were describing in great detail the alleged criminal conspiracy the suit claims they went so far to admit the lawsuits would be reported in the press and some former clients already accepted money to join that alleged effort as I mentioned Sean Carter aka Jay-Z isn't named as a defendant in the lawsuit however the claims Rock Nation and Jay-Z are synonymous given the Mogul is the founder and chairman the lawsuit acknowledges Busby's Law Firm filed the rape lawsuit against Jay-Z in New York federal court and as a result Jay-Z sued Busby's law
firm in Los Angeles state court but the suit claims while all of that legal back and forth was going on Jay-Z's attorneys who represent himself and his Rock Nation denied an open court and in the Press their involvement in the alleged scheme now back to maldonado's claims he claims the defendants used him as a pawn he alleges on behalf of Croft two people attempted to contact him many times and went so far as to go to what they believed to be maldonado's home instead they went to his dad's house and allegedly identified themselves as Federal
officers after realizing they were at the wrong home they continued to contact Maldonado and Maldonado claims they were pushing once they got in touch with him he claims those individuals said they were with the state and they were putting together a lawsuit on behalf of Marcy Croft and the company she worked for the suit alleges Croft said she would assign maldonado's case to to someone who could get him a lot of money instead Maldonado contacted the Busby law firm and now they're suing for solicitation and civil conspiracy in a statement to the Houston Chronicle Busby
said quote the conduct alleged by Mr Maldonado is illegal and unethical we know investigators have gone all over the United States illegally contacting our former clients to try to entice them with money to sue our firm according to Mr Maldonado we now know who is behind this effort we won't be intimidated nor deterred in our important work I expect more lawsuits will will follow as we continue to hear former clients report this egregious conduct end quote but Marcy Croft fired back against the allegation saying the law suit reeks of desperation she also told the Houston
Chronicle quote for over 25 years I've dedicated my career to exposing and dismantling networks of Fraud and manipulation I didn't ask to be a part of this fight but now that he's dragged me into it he should know that I'm not someone who backs down Mr Busby should be worried truth and Justice are on my side and I have every intention of holding him accountable former Federal prosecutor Nima ramani says that he expects many more names to be brought forward in connection to Diddy in the coming days Jay-Z is just the first Obama Trump British
royalty and even world famous athletes were all friends with Diddy and if Diddy confessed there are a lot of people who could end up behind bars so that's that now as far as Jay-Z is concerned this could really go one of two ways this might be an isolated one-off case that he has to defend or potentially it could could be a me too type situation where other victims come forward obviously we saw that with Diddy and Cassie Ventura so the coming days and weeks are really going to be telling and Tony Busby says he has
more than 100 maybe up to 300 victims he's representing so it's going to be interesting to see if any of them also named Jay-Z and Nema if such a high-profile name like Jay-Z has come out uh could more celebrity names be tied to these lawsuits what do you think we can expect no question this may just be the first celebrity Domino and Jay-Z was unmasked as celebrity a but let's not forget there's a celebrity B in that same lawsuit that allegedly witnessed the sexual assault of female celebrity and there was someone who went on CNN
earlier this week and said that his sexual assault was witnessed by another celebrity as well so I think we're going to see more celebrity names identified very soon all right Nar Ronnie thank you so much for joining us as you said this is one that has entered the court of public opinion it's nice to have your actual legal advice on them officers who were present during the raid on Diddy's Mansion have come forward and allegedly baby oil was just one of the things they discovered in reality a lot more evidence was recovered in addition to
all the video files according to the officers Diddy's Mansion had rooms that were made for the sole purpose of rape and Diddy is worse than Epstein once Diddy's trial starts all of this information will be revealed and Diddy is going down there's a reason why Homeland Security was involved in this raid and why such a big step was taken for years P Diddy's gotten a whole pass he's he's actually created his own kingdom where he makes his own rules and you got to follow his rules or you get penalized and guess what Laura he's now
in a federal penitentiary and for the first time in his life he's facing the his own fate at the hands of somebody else and I will tell you Laur I've done Federal cases that that's not the place you want to be in federal court 90% % of Federal Criminal uh indictments brought down are pled out right a plea deal is brought and of the only 10% left 90% of those defendants that go to trial they lose so he is looking at a daunting uphill battle to fight these horrible charges now Brian one of the um
DHS agents involved in this raid on his Miami mansion described what he saw inside the house saying that in my opinion he's as bad as Epstein these women are young either barely legal or barely illegal uh Brian this sounds like he was a Monster yeah Laura I will tell you that that that this indictment was very detailed by the way too your viewers should know there were over 300 subpoenas served over 50 Witnesses interviewed why is that important because the federal prosecutors aren't going to be leveling an indictment like this unless they have ammunition and
and they have cause to bring it and and the the core issue at this case which the feds have to prove which it's looking like they can is that P did he essentially controlled these women that he he threatened them uh with with stopping the money that he was paying them that he spiked their drinks with drugs that's been alleged in the indictment and that he basically told them I'm going to ruin your life unless you engage in these freak offs and that's really what the prosecutors got to Pro and if you've got some victims
coming forward to talk about that you've got Financial records that prove that travel itinerary that proves that P Didi has very little defense and I got to tell you Laura if this guy wants to fight these charges he's he's going to have to step up and walk into a courtroom and talk about it if he doesn't testify in this case he he is Dead on Arrival well who else is on these tapes I mean will the tapes ever see the light of day I mean that's what everybody's talking about who who else is there it's
like with the Epstein um you know that you know his Pleasure Island who else who who went who was there what's the Manifest but Brian chances one being least likely 10 being most likely will we learn of other celebrities that were at these freak offs yeah I I think I think you got an eight or a nine for a likelihood you're going to hear about it why because there are going to be more indictments coming down Laura that's an important Point here cuz he's being charged with racketeering conspiracy you're going to have well let's start
on the inner circle you're going to have former bodyguards you're can possibly have uh former uh musicians that he was with uh you've got personal assistants that are going to be they're already talking about this they're get some of those are likely to be charged and then guess what if you've got some music mogul that are sending women over to these alleged freak offs then you've got some top people that are going to start crumbling too because that's they're all part of what's called this criminal Enterprise to make matter even worse for Diddy a new
lawsuit has just been filed against him for the alleged rape of three men two of who used to work for Diddy statements filed by the alleged victims show that Diddy wasn't committing sexual assaults because he was attracted to the defendants but instead because he wanted to dominate them and in the victim's own words make him his [ __ ] Diddy is a monster so why did you believe in these cases and why didn't you believe in others that you were presented with well the thing with a abuser a sexual is they follow a pattern they
fall to type and you become very uh clear on what that pattern is particularly a Serial sexual abuser and these cases were all identical in the facts identical in the story it was beginning middle conclusion boom none of them knew each other did you have them meet no did you have them coordinate stories no no do you think they had any contact with each other before they came to you absolutely not and when you were talking to them well first the ones that you didn't take why not stores didn't make sense stores didn't fit the
pattern stories were not credible I mean this is my 30th year as a lawyer I can I've tried over a 100 cases I can assess whether somebody's story is credible and if I don't believe it I'm not going to put my name on a pleading sign it and file it in court I'm not doing that and that's what I did with the 60 plus cases that I rejected and this is not really your your area of expertise if people little look you up uh you know celebrity lawsuits is not really where you make your bones
why this well it's I do I have handled I was involved in the Weinstein litigation I'm involved in the PUK litigation I was involved in the Hayden litigation why do I do this I do this because it's important I think it's important for people to be heard have their chance to get the power back because sexual abuse sexual assault is about one thing taking power humiliating demeaning some a person and a victim it has nothing to do with sex and so I think it's important I think it's important to get the word out I think
it's important for men to feel hey look I can come out and be heard just like a woman could and the defense that look they knew what they were getting into uh the these are regrets they went there they partied and now they see a pocket uh no I don't think so um one my client was were they gay men uh one was bisexual uh the other ones were not and they were going there the client was bisexual worked for Diddy Diddy owed a money for doing errands for him and being his step and fetch
for lack of a better word and I think it was a power move it was a clear power move because this guy had the nerve to come to him and say you owe me money and so Diddy said come on to the InterContinental Hotel he gives him the drug knocks him out sodomizes him and I won't use the term that uh my client used but I will he said he tried to turn me into his b word and I think it was a clear power move on each and every occasion I think the ones that
took place uh in the Park High that wasn't parting he he met my client met him at a nightclub in the city here with a music producer he didn't think he was getting into that the the man who was was raped in the hems he thought he was going to a white party who wouldn't want to go to a white party I would have gone to a white party back in the day I wouldn't go now but they went there innocently and this is what happened to them I never went um I appreciate you very
much we will follow the cases did he situation seems to grow darker with every passing day from shocking allegations of abuse and tring to a string of lawsuits and high-profile Witnesses being dragged into the fry it's clear that his days of living Above the Law May finally be over with reports of a nervous breakdown and fears for his safety it appears that Diddy is struggling to cope with the reality of his situation what do you think will happen next
