[Music] welcome to both thank you for being here to talk about this hello good morning good morning so you met no longer a good morning here no of course a different time let's um let's talk about how you first met because this was on um a vegan uh a dating website wasn't it so you said from the moment that you kind of met each other online you had this very deep connection yeah um it was like so special that i ended up um traveling on a plane to go meet him for the first time and
normally uh i wouldn't do something like that so it must have been something very special for us i mean you are i just correct myself you are actually in spain um you say that there was a magic that you found each other the universe lined up uh so very like-minded people uh and uh and lana you've got uh two you're a month two um so uh who broaches the subject that right okay how about we try this uh i think that was me and um i just wanted at first to just get my milk back
because i had always felt sexier and more um womanly with my milk and i i realized that if sean helped me by suckling then it would bring the milk back faster but then it was something we just realized that we enjoyed together and it brought us closer together that's a really cool connection sean for you you'd seen photos of her when she was pregnant and you thought she looked particularly good in those photos i'm sorry but i can't hear you here oh okay all right well can you hear us or should i just base all
the questions to lana lana you can hear us all right can you yes yeah okay okay because um he found he found the images of you when you were when you were pregnant he thought that you looked very very sexy in those pictures as well yeah he was really attracted to me because i had um not much makeup on i looked very natural and um i suppose you have the pregnancy glow so he was really attracted to that photo so so could you can you ask um sean then uh in that case uh what were
his thoughts when when you started to to do this so uh when we started um it felt a bit different obviously something that not everybody does but because we're really open-minded we just tried it and it felt really natural feel normal and the bonding connection that you get from it is absolutely amazing and it's not just about connection i mean this is a sexual thing for both of you also you can it can be um it just depends um but i think any time that you're close together even when you're cuddling it can turn sexual
so it's just a normal thing that sometimes it could turn that way um but it's not just a sexual thing it can just be uh to bond together and feel close so you've um you've taken it the next step forward um you've taken it online and started off being sort of much more traditional um goings-on and then and then turned into what's called milky content um it's um very lucrative 3 600 pounds a month uh and so there are obviously a lot of people who want to want to watch you doing that yeah that's true
and since the documentary aired a lot of people have contacted us saying that they wish that they could be more open about this they find it difficult to speak about um having this this want to do it and a lot of females have also contacted us um to try and find out how we do the process of getting the milk in because they suddenly realize that it's something they want to do too and um so you've had lots of positive reaction to this but there has been negative reaction also i mean there are those saying
that you're actually sexualizing breastfeeding and that you're sort of fueling the stigma against breastfeeding feeding in public because it is sexual um yeah i um i i know where they're coming from but i think that um it doesn't sexualize breastfeeding because um in general the breasts of a woman have always been sexualized and that's why we keep them covered up most of the time but um that is why the breasts are sexualized they always have been and they probably always will be unless we accept nudity more openly but i think that breastfeeding in public is
much more accepted now in the uk than it ever was before and when i breastfed my two children i always did it in public and i never had any um any negative comments or anyone say anything to me bad and i think that when somebody does have something happen in the public um like a negative reaction to breastfeeding it often makes the media so um people think that it's such a big problem but for most people they don't have a problem breastfeeding in public and it's really really well accepted now and that's good um well
you say that you want to break down the the taboos and and as you also say you're not hurting anybody it's not illegal um and so what you know what you do is entirely your own affair but you're both vegan yes yes how does that work the humans not couch seen as we're animals don't humans count yeah but the thing is that veganism is a movement in order to protect the rights of animals and obviously she's an animal but she's an animal that is willing to breastfeed so she's happy to do it as long as
she's happy yeah it's fine fair enough but uh when it comes to cow's milk uh is is different okay the cow perhaps is not happy with the situation and that is not vegan because you're slaving an animal but in our case is all about consent and uh of course a vegan person a vegan baby is gonna breastfeed so do you what do you do do you save it i mean does it go in your coffee does it go on the corn flakes no no it just goes straight into my mouth that's it i've often thought
about donating to a milk bank if i have an excess amount of milk because i think that's a really kind thing to do for women that can't breastfeed and they still want their baby to have something natural yeah um what do families think um to start our families are really um my family is really uh accepting of it and they support me and um his mum and dad like they're getting there yeah that's i think it needs to evolve to mature the idea and i think uh interviews like this uh are going to help us
uh normalize the situation thank you it's absolutely fascinating thanks for joining us this morning
