[Music] moment Connect into breath and all that you [Music] are there is not much much else for you to do right now other than to [Music] be being present here with yourself without [Music] judgment continually returning to the role of Observer anytime you switch to active participant simply notice and return to Observer [Music] [Music] nothing to do other than to breathe and allow [Music] letting yourself simply be as you let the world simply [Music] be releasing muscles even more now [Music] [Music] stay with and in this energy as long as you wish even as you
