a boy got a snail egg inside of a small scrape on his knee while playing at the beach in 2013 after it entered his body it somehow hatched inside his knee several days later his knee began to swell and doctors initially thought it was a simple infection but antibiotics didn't help eventually his mother noticed a strange black bump and decided to squeeze it to their shock the tiny snail popped out of his knee
