today will transform into the warrior within my faith will be unbreakable i am the architect of my life i build its foundation and will choose its contents everything that is happening now is happening for my journey so that i can one day be at peace with the ultimate good the earth is fueled with endless opportunities i recognize every new challenge as a new opportunity every day i prepare for success in body mind and spirit [Music] i am a warrior i am focused i am calculated i am committed i am a warrior i will conquer this

started [Music] no fear no hesitation no surprise no doubt free yourself from the debilitating disease of fear it has manipulated you long enough it has tranquilized your faith the fear of inadequacy the fear of uncertainty the fear of failure the fear of not finishing the fear of rejection the fear of missing out the fear of change the fear of losing control the fear of being judged the fear of not being liked the fear of something bad or traumatic happening fear of getting hurt many of these fears have left us in a state of paralysis unable
to move forward unable to achieve the time is now once you conquer fear with faith and love there will be no hesitation there will be no surprises and there will be no doubt in the face of adversity you will be certain that in the end you will if you've never listened to something in your life aggressively and intentionally i need you to listen now the future awaits today is the day to make a difference you are more than your circumstances dictate the door is open for us to love to be loved and to create support
for everyone to make a sustainable change your mind must be open to learning new information you must see the world differently in order to impact change build your energy you can do all things in love giving back is not a burden you have power over your mind not outside events realize this and you will find strength you cannot change your circumstances overnight but you can change the way you see your circumstance you have power over your mind ask for advice and help when needed do not buy for any accolades and honors that come with giving
back serve because that is our purpose when we fulfill our purpose our reward is unlocked within ourselves [Music] serve because you are necessary breathe in healing exhale pain when you focus on your reason for being your purpose you will find that you will move into yourself more beautifully you are here you are worthy repeat after me i am confident in my abilities i am confident in my talents i am loved i am worthy it is my responsibility to initiate the transformative change within myself on a daily basis i am disciplined i am loving i am
powerful i am courageous i am confident i am intentional i am forgiving i am wanted i am understood i am necessary this year i will execute this is my year i am healing more and more every day i am wise i am beautiful i am surrounded by love my mentality is limitless for anything is possible i am happy i am healthy i am secure i am worthy i am blessed i am grateful i am courageous i am capable i am a good person i am focused i am secure i trust i have what it takes
to build the future i am faithful i am grateful i am lovable i am safe to be authentically me i matter i am patient i am creative i will not buckle under pressure i will not walk in fear and passivity i will not lie in obscurity i will make it a habit of rising to the occasion i will execute this year i can i will and i must i am compassionate i am kind i am giving i am a good friend i am bold i am a giant slayer i am a leader the future is

of who i am and what i deserve [Music] i am responsible for myself i am safe and surrounded by love and support i am growing i am evolving i am understood and my perspective is important i am valued and i am helpful i am well rested and excited for the day i am worthy of investing in myself i belong here i deserve to take up space i breathe in healing i exhale pain i breathe in trust i exhale doubt i can be soft in my heart and firm in my boundaries i control my response i
choose wisdom i choose peace i choose understanding i choose joy i celebrate the good qualities and others and myself i deserve an affirming touch on my own terms i deserve information i deserve moments of silence i deserve self-respect and a clean environment i can do all things in love i can hold two opposing feelings at once it means i am processing i do not have to linger in dark places i do not rise and fall for another i do not rush through my life i temper speed with stillness i embrace change seamlessly and rise to
the new opportunity it presents i grow towards my interests like a plant reaching for the sun i have everything i need to succeed i invite abundance i invite art and music into my life i nourish myself with kind words and joyful foods i make time to experience grief and sadness when necessary i practice gratitude for all that i have and all that is yet to come i release fear i release the cycle of depression i seek out mystery in the ordinary i strive for joy peace and love i welcome the wisdom that comes with growing
older i welcome what is i welcome what will come i will allow myself to evolve letting go create space for opportunities to come my body is beautiful in this moment and at its current size my body is worthy of being cared for and adorned in beautiful garments today i celebrate that i am younger than i am ever going to be today is an opportunity to grow and to learn when i feel fear i feed trust when i focus on my reason for being i am infinitely brave when i forgive myself i free myself when i
release shame i move into myself more beautifully words may shake me but they do not make me i am here already [Music] anyone can give up it's the easiest thing in the world to do but to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart that is true strength if you're going to stay in it if you're going to win this fight if you're going to overcome this enemy against all odds you're going to have to believe [Music] you're going to need courage you're going to need grit you're going to need faith
your courage must exceed the common sense of man no man is free who cannot discipline himself you will never have your destiny you will never be able to afford your future unless you are disciplined if you're going to fulfill your purpose you will suffer the pain of persecution not everyone will understand why you are staying in the fight but if your vision is locked in you will attain that which you seek to win any battle you must fight as if you are already dead our lives are so short there is no time to waste i
