[Music] I'll never get used to this I'll never get used to this this is how I to sing good evening good evening and Welcome to our founding call of our 40u student membership so great to be with you all so great to have you guys here and want to extend a big heart of gratitude to all of you for joining our Membership this week which uh just is so helpful for us to get started off with a bang it costs a lot of money a lot of time a lot of resources to create memberships like

this and so we really appreciate the response and the support and what we and especially myself really hope to deliver you guys in this membership is an incredibly high amount of value for a very ticket cost membership because this has been a feedback we've wanted to address for a Long time that we haven't really had a you know typically in business you want to have like a low middle and higher tier offering for people from different who want different things and have different backgrounds and whatnot and we've really just had the one offering of our

graduate program which is 222 a month uh as of now it's going to move to19 a month but um you know that's for for for a lot of people that's too big of a pay Gap right so we wanted to Create a membership that gives you all the same teachings and really foundations of 40u for a more affordable rate and so we dropped the price by 5x and put together this new membership to really serve as an on- RAM for you know we have so many new incoming students all the time from people who find

me on YouTube or a podcast that I've been on and they're like wow these teachings resonate so much with me but God they're just they're a little above my pay grade You know they're they're difficult to truly understand how to apply them to my life and it's it's a very common feedback of uh of our members is that I want to apply these teachings to my life but especially when it comes to some of our core teachings like non-d doership uh Catalyst integration spiritual balancing the IM state requalifying thoughts these teachings people love them and

yet don't understand them Completely at the same time which I think is kind of funny but but I understand because that's how I felt when I found these teachings through the law of one course of Miracles I am discourses every time I've I've discovered a new teaching that resonated with me I didn't really understand it completely at first right and I think we would all you know uh we we've all probably had that experience whether you're Reading a text or something that just it lands right and you resonate so strongly and yet if you had

to explain it to somebody else you'd be like I don't really know if I can explain this like I don't really understand this but I feel it and I know it so in our 40u student membership we want to take people in that camp who resonate with the teachings love the teachings but really don't feel like they're squeezing all the juice out of them yet and applying To them to their life right we want to help that camp of people move to uh true embodiment of the teachings and so we're going to reserve plenty of

time for questions but I have a little message I want to deliver to you guys specifically tonight who have joined our membership this week and we'll be launching it to the public tomorrow so you'll have many more uh light Bringers and divine brothers and sisters coming into our community soon but for those of you who Chose to be a founding member I have a a really important and specially tailored message for you guys on the importance and the differences between self-awareness and embodiment and then after I get through that we'll spend the rest of the

time on answering your guys's questions so if you have questions by the way before I jump into my discussion put those questions for me in the Q&A tab if you put them in the chat I probably won't see them because The chat it'll kind of get lost in the chat feed so um if you have questions about the membership the course material 40 you really anything at all this call is for you guys to support you so throw it in the Q&A Tab and I'll get to those um in a few moments here but I'd

Lake Tahoe love Lake Tahoe that's awesome rowlet Texas Sun City Arizona Medford New Jersey very cool so makes sense we have an All-American crew here for the most part because our European Asian Australian brothers and sisters are sound asleep at the moment so if they were on the call I'd be concerned about their their um sleep deprivation nice one from Canada very cool good to have you Oxanna another from Toronto Awesome so cool so let's get into our discussion for today which is going to be simple but uh very important for your success here in

40u and that is let's begin with the question what is integration you're going to hear the words integration and embodiment very often here in 4u because this is the name of the game for us so it's important that we know what we mean when we say these terms yeah and uh if you've Watched any of my spiritual intelligence series then you're familiar with this idea already but spiritual intelligence as far as I'm concerned is 5050 between our masculine and feminine qualities or polarities our masculine quality we can summarize it in many ways yeah but let's

just call it selfawareness self-awareness in inection the intellect conscious mind mental understanding Mental awareness that's a big part of our SQ right we have to understand spiritual truth we have to be able to be aware of it not just in our world but within ourselves and to see the connection between self and world right that's part of SQ so the masculine component is absolutely 50% of the deal and very important but because we live in the age of information the m masculine polarity has Gained almost all of the emphasis uh due to the internet and

YouTube and just the ability to access unfathomable amounts of content books you name it we have so many ways to learn and gain knowledge and awareness of spiritual principles yeah no shortage of that whatsoever and we do a lot of that here at 4du obviously I'm a spiritual teacher but the part that I can't really help you with I can help you with the teachings right that's what I do but the part I can't really help you with is the feminine quality of spiritual intelligence which is embodiment which is actually becoming a living reflection of

the things that you know and you know if that's 50% of the equation it deserves at least 50% of our attention but most spiritual Seekers are spending probably you know around 80% of their effort and attention on learning learning learning trying to gain more awareness understanding and Knowledge and there's a bit of a danger that comes with that you know masculine represents the conscious mind or I guess our conscious mind represents the masculine let's get specific here and our subconscious mind represents the feminine polarity so what happens when we're overly saturated in the masculine polarity

and and under saturated in the feminine that's what I want to look at tonight now let's answer the question of What embodiment is first before we get to the the problem of having too much knowledge and not enough embodiment embodiment is you know it's actually kind of hard to Define what it is um there's other words I like such as authenticity such as Integrity we're going to look at things like humility as well but to have a succinct definition of embodiment is a little bit difficult to Do because it's just the ability to live what

you know right so a good example of embodiment is you know let's imagine a young boy who grows up with a dad who's a Avid Outdoorsman yeah he's a hunter a Fisher he loves camping he's always outdoors and this son you know he's five six years old he's getting to the point where he's able to go on a camping trip with his dad and he's been looking forward to this you know he's watched his dad come home with his uh you know Flannel on from chopping trees down or hunting the forest or camping and he

sees his dad coming in all the time from the outdoors and he's like I can't wait one day I'm gonna go camping with my dad so today is his day he goes camping with his dad now his dad has told him a lot about fishing and hunting and camping and cooking over a fire and all the things you need to teach your kid as an Outdoorsman but the kids never actually Gone to the outdoors yet he's never gone to the to the wild to the forest with his dad to see what it's really like and

so this kid although he has a lot of knowledge about camping and he he thinks he understands what it's going to be like the actual experience of camping is nothing really like he thought it's much harder than he thought um the elements the the conditions are much harsher than than he realized because he's never experienced them before right he's six Years old he's he's kind of only known the plush cushy environment of his home right his uh his little carpet pampered feet aren't really ready to meet the harsh terrain of the outdoors so this is

an example of a lack of embodiment right and guess what there is nothing the little boy can do to embody being an Outdoorsman like his dad his dad is the living picture of outdoorsmanship right of of camping and hunting and fishing being a wild man in The outdoors his dad represents that to him so he has an example of what embodiment looks like but does that mean he automatically is on his dad's level of embodying being an Outdoorsman of course not it's going to take him years decades to get to that level because his dad's

been camping and hunting and fishing his whole life so that's the thing about our innocence as spiritual Seekers is that we don't have a choice not to be disembodied if you want to put It that way unintegrated in our teachings because we have to start somewhere so a lack of embodiment please have no one here hear me criticizing that as a bad thing or you shouldn't have a lack of embodiment no one can avoid it not only should you not not have it you can't not have it you have to begin with knowledge you have

to begin with learning and understanding and only once you learn about a truth can you then work on Embodying it so it's absolutely part of the process and is a is a Divine part of the process right it's all part of the design of the way God created spiritual Evolution to work it it enters through the conscious mind and eventually makes its way to the subconscious mind but what I want to look at today is like the importance of integration as fully grown spiritual Seekers we have some things to be aware Of not to be

afraid of never ever give into fear but some warnings we might want to be cognizant of and weary of as we go forward because just you know just because you have knowledge of something the third eye chakra or all seven energy centers uh the anunaki uh meditation techniques astrology tarot human design Gene Keys like you may have incredible amount of knowledge you might be very intelligent In these different areas but we have to all understand that this does not mean you automatically embody it the knowledge you have it doesn't mean you embody that knowledge yet

talking is very easy right learning information and talking about it is very easy and everyone's doing it right in every subject on Earth but walking the walk requires qualities and virtues that many people don't um seek out or maybe many people Feel averse to and that is qualities like patience discipline self-responsibility and commitment right dedication it's a lot easier to just talk to talk than have to you know work on those virtues in yourself every single day day after day and so if you don't absolutely love it and live for it and it's your Magnificent

Obsession and your passion Then you probably aren't going to do it right it's a lot easier for the spiritual ego to just flatter itself isn't it and say well come on I'm pretty embodied look at all this knowledge I have I can talk circles around the best metaphysicians on Earth clearly I must be embodied right I can't have this much knowledge and not be embodied now this is a pervasive issue in the spiritual landscape today that again knowledge is so readily available It's we're we're oversaturated with it if we're being honest right we have knowledge

coming out of our eyeballs our ears our nose we're exploding with it we have too much of it and because of this there are many influencers leaders speakers teachers who you know it's it's very easy to be on a podcast or an interview or record a video of yourself teaching about spiritual knowledge but nobody has a clue who you are when you walk off the camera right Into your daily life do you actually carry with you every single thing that you spoke about and taught others in your own life and probably fewer than probably less

than more people are in that camp where they don't really embody the things they know and I'll just tell you this as you know having the luxury and the blessing of meeting virtually every spiritual teacher that I am aware of or know of I've encountered it some some point many Many of them are my close friends and I can tell I could say two or three names right now of very very famous spiritual teachers that every pretty much every person on this call would know them the second I said their name and all I'll say

is you would be shocked if you understood who those people were behind closed doors and the things they do to other people there's a few people in particular I've had multiple of my close friends who are also spiritual teachers Tell me about just mind bogglingly evil heinous horrible things that they've done to those people trying to steal their their work uh trying to get them in legal trouble so they can steal their work um sewing lies gossip you know things that you would go oh my gosh there's no way that person would do that I

listen to their teachings every day it's like yep unfortunately it can be that tricky right you can listen to someone and if You don't have really good discernment if you're not listening with the eyes and ears of your heart as well as your mind you may not pick up someone's energy but when you learn how to live from the heart chakra fourth density Consciousness this is one of the abilities we gain from the green ray is this ability to feel into someone's energy and kind of sort of know everything about them right away even though

you don't know anything about Them because you feel their energy and energy carries all the information we need right so I just say that to give you guys some some context that none of us are above this problem right of having a lack of integration and hopefully that's why you you came here and joined this membership is because you're all about integrating the teachings you know and so I congratulate you for having that attitude but you know to get back to our main point here Of what what is the problem we can run into is

that a sharp intellect or somebody who's very intelligent or knowledgeable on spiritual topics can create serious integration problems meaning a lot of times it's a lot harder to integrate spiritual truth when you have too much knowledge and I'll explain why being very intelligent is a gift no doubt right having a sharp intellect I've heard ran Mahari say this I've Heard ner gadada say this having a sharp intellect is definitely a great benefit to spiritual growth but it's not necessary for spiritual growth meaning you don't have to be the most intellectually sharp person on Earth to

gain tremendous spiritual polarity because really the the polarity is actually gained from the feminine quality it begins with the masculine and we can't even get to the feminine until We go through the masculine right it's kind of like birth right the man carries the seed and so there is no there is no baby creat without the man's seed but the woman actually takes in the seed embodies it in her own body and creates the life form that is going to be born and then births it into the world so the same is true for spiritual

growth right it begins with the masculine with the awareness and the knowledge yes but it has to be a seed that's planted that Gets fertilized and grows into embodiment and is birthed as something truly fruitful and worth um uh worth appreciating in somebody so if we have too much knowledge and we just continue accumulating knowledge what happens is we fatten up the spiritual ego the part of us that says I'm so knowledgeable I mean I'm humble don't get me wrong I'm I'm a super humble person but man I could talk your ears off about the

law of one and Spiritual intelligence and man let me talk to you about the Anunnaki let me teach you about the chakras man just gonna blow your mind and you've probably been around people like that who bless their hearts they just want to fire hose you with all their information and knowledge because that's all they know and so it's the only way they kind of know how to get attention and connection with you but somebody who's very embodied in their knowledge doesn't do That do they they're not going to be the person at the party

who's like talking your ear off right somebody who's embodied is the person at the party who is just being authentic they're relaxed they don't have something to prove they're not looking to impress everybody and they're probably keeping their cards somewhat close to the vest in that I'm not just going to Spill and Dish everything out for you as an open buffet table I'm not going to tell you Everything about myself and everything I know like if we get into a conversation and we connect and you want to know more about me we can talk about

it for sure I have nothing to hide but I'm not out here looking to tell everybody about myself and what I know and impress people and make you know new friendships with people that admire me that's what a spiritual ego does in these kinds of settings and so that's one kind of barometer for how integrated somebody is Is how much are they talking about what they know and trying to impress people with what they know but because the ego's identity of being smart or knowledgeable it doesn't like to admit when it's wrong and this is

the the problem I've been hinting at is that the more knowled you gain the more an identity is built that says I am right and I hope you guys get this the more knowledge you collect the more an Identity is silently being created unless you're very mindful of it and you watch it and you re-qualify it it's naturally going to be created I'm right about most things most of the time I'm pretty much always right look how knowledgeable I am everyone says I'm so smart everyone tells me I know so many things so I can't

be wrong I can't have blind spots I mean that would mean I'm not smart and intelligent and knowledgeable this is the way the Spiritual ego thinks right of course from a rational perspective we all know that that's silly because some of the most intellectually you know the most towering intellects in the world can still have massive blind spots in their spiritual awareness in their self-identity right intellect does doesn't necessarily translate to spiritual intelligence but the ego certainly thinks it does right the ego Feels itself leveling up with all the new knowledge it accumulates and so

after a certain amount of time sometimes a year or two of just like obsessive spiritual learning and studying which we probably all have done that right it depends on how much karma is you know you're bringing to this world in this incarnation some people come with very little Karma and so they don't really have to worry about these kinds of problems as much Because they have that natural embodiment and humility but a lot of people bring a lot of karma from past lives and things they're trying to heal and lessons they're trying to learn and

pride is the most tricky Sinister of all the ego's qualities because it hides in plain sight you know so the E the spiritual ego will almost always try to bypass its own mistakes or errors or Blind spots when it sees them meaning when you know you may have read a coursed Miracles a bunch and you you know about projection and what that is and so you're probably um more quick to accuse others of projecting than to accuse yourself of it that's another sign of having a big spiritual ego but like even when you do project

onto somebody your spiritual ego won't allow you to see it because you have an identity that says I'm so knowledgeable I know everything so I can't have massive gaping blind spots like that I don't project I know all about projection I don't judge I know all about judgment you see this that's why there's a huge difference between awareness of a truth knowledge of a truth and embodiment of a truth and again in my experience this is the case for 90% or more of spiritual Seekers at the start in that the masculine principle likes to try

and run the show By itself while the feminine principle being much more quiet and void like in its nature is kind of pushed to the back of the room right and so of course having a mind that's loaded up with spiritual knowledge and doesn't have the embodiment yet will lead to a lot of suffering but it isn't the kind of suffering that I would wish upon anybody especially those of you here in 4u because I've seen this as a teacher For the last few years with many of our close students that I'll get messages or

sometimes people come on our live calls and they say dude I'm about to kill myself I'm I'm drowning in suffering I'm going through a Dark Night of the soul I don't feel like I'll ever come out of this I'm stuck none of my spiritual knowledge is saving me I can't escape my suffering help help what do I do and in a few cases I've actually done Private free one-on-one calls with these people because I I don't want to feel like I have any part in causing someone to do that I understand I can't cause anyone

to oversaturate themsel with spiritual Concepts and not integrate but at the same time if I'm not doing everything I can to help my students integrate I feel like that's my responsibility that I've forsaken so even doing a few one-on-one calls with these um students that have Had these issues it's very very difficult to help pull them out of the pit once they're in it because nothing I say they feel like they already know everything and that's a very common response that I'll get from people that are going through a dark night going through spiritual depression

is they'll say oh I'll try to help them understand like you've got to open your heart in forgiveness you've got to have forgiveness for these thoughts you've Got to feel love and compassion for your suffering and they'll say yeah yeah I already know all of that and I just want to grab him by the shoulders and Shake him and say but have you done it yet I know that you know it silly have you done it is the is the question so I don't want anyone here to wind up in that predicament because it's not

fun and it's not something that you want to go through if you can avoid it so this Is what this membership is all about for me you guys is an onramp to integration to integrating these 40 you teachings integration is not something that's done through the mind and I want to say that again integration is not something that's done through the mind only by learning how to live these teachings daily will they truly do us any good right and you can take it from Me every single thing I teach here you guys I live it

every day I put these principles to work like my soul depends on it and these teachings are the only reason that I was able to go from a miserably suicidally depressed uh 20-year- old person going through a deep dark night of the soul that I couldn't escape to where I am today in my mid-30s enjoying the most Heavenly State of Consciousness that I wish Everybody could enjoy these teachings in these courses you're about to be taking are the only reason I'm here right now so I believe in these teachings with all of my heart and

I have no doubt whatsoever that they work that they'll work for anybody who truly applies them but it's in showing and helping people see how to apply them that is the challenging part as a teacher because I can't create create the qualities in you that are required for embodiment but What I want to say to you to everybody here is healing transformation happiness and daily living Inner Peace of Mind freedom from the past these things are absolutely available for every single person on this call No Matter How Deeply you're suffering today maybe you're maybe you're

you are feeling suicidal thoughts today maybe you're drowning in depression today it does not matter where you are freedom is available to Everybody and it's so much closer than you realize but because what these teachings do is they teach you how to use your suffering as the greatest learning device to show you where you're making those key mistakes in your mind and how to correct them in real time that's what these practices are all about helping you do so what is true embodiment based upon what are the qualities required for True Embodiment I hope everybody

here is listening to this part if you if you wandered away to your kitchen to make dinner and you're not you're only listening with one ear listen with both ears to this this is worth your time these are the two qualities that you need to truly embody anything any spiritual truth as we said embodiment is not an intellectual quality it can't be done with the mind or with effort of some Kind it only requires two virtues and again these are virtues not actions these are not things you do or don't do these are qualities of

Consciousness you have to develop and if you have these qualities of Consciousness integration just happens all by itself literally automatically just like Memories go into your subconscious mind without any effort on your part right you have an experience whether traumatic or uh joyful and ecstatic you have an Impressing experience happen and then it goes right into the subconscious mind and is stored as a memory and you have no idea how you even did it it just happened and in the future when you need to recall that memory it just comes up there's no doer who

does this right embodiment is the result of certain qualities being present in us and so the number one quality for embodiment is a strong Relentless desire for Embodiment desire is the Pinnacle really of all spiritual qualities as many of you know there's all these famous Parables of you know a man goes to a sage and says how do I get free he says meet me at the beach tomorrow and they meet him at the beach and then he takes the kid into the ocean and drowns him under the waves and the kid's like about to

die and then he pulls him out right as the kid is about to suffocate he breathes in the air and then the guru Puts his face up to the kid's face and says unless you want Liberation worse than this very breath you're taking you cannot attain it and then the kid becomes enlightened because he realizes oh I just have to want it more than anything there's so many stories like this we've heard right on the importance of spiritual desire desire for realization so if you really want to embody the truth you will my friends your

desire will do it all and I'll give You uh my own personal example of this the reason that I've been able to have much more success than the average spiritual Seeker in the realm of embodiment is because maybe this comes from being a pastor's kid I'm not really sure where it comes from to be honest it's just kind of an innate quality of mine but it it truly drives me insane it drives me crazy to see myself not embodying a spiritual truth that I know especially one that I teach and this has Been one of

the greatest Catalyst of being a teacher is that I'll make a YouTube video on something and then the next day I'll watch my ego do the very thing I taught in the video yesterday to avoid doing right and I go oh my gosh I'm still doing that I still have that pattern or whatever it is and it will it's felt as like the most painful uncomfortable feeling it's like I got to embody this truth more than I have to eat food to live almost like Jesus said My my food food is to do the will

of him who sent me it's like that's kind of how I feel about spiritual knowledge is I don't want to talk about it to anybody unless I feel I embody it because it's embarrassing it's painful it's uncomfortable to know that I don't really embody something I teach others about and so that's been a great Catalyst for me so you likewise can have the same impetus within yourself that says it's not good enough for me to just Know something anymore lots of people know things like everybody out there knows things we live in the age of

information people that normally wouldn't know from Shinola are able to have almost College GED level understanding of certain things because of the internet because of YouTube because of the incredible amount of information you can Google at the palm of your hand so everybody knows things I'm not going to set myself apart in any Endeavor by knowing things but what will set me apart is if I can be a true shining example of that thing if when others encounter me they encounter the essence of that principle they encounter the essence of that truth that's what can

set me apart and allow me to fulfill my destiny here because like I didn't come here to just fit in with the crowd and be homogeneous and do what everybody else does and just learn learn learn and talk talk talk and then not graduate Once my Incarnation is over and come back and and do it all over again you know if we don't embody the truth of fourth density consciousness which is heart-based consciousness right doesn't matter how much we know about it we coming back and doing it again you guys and so unless you don't

want to have to come back and maybe you will come back right maybe those of us who graduate or are Wanderers will choose to come back again in another lifetime I would Certainly love to I love this planet I love the people here we're going through some hard times right now as a planet but that doesn't change the Beauty and the Perfection I see in God 's creation and we're moving in a good direction so maybe I will come back but what I don't want is to have no other choice but to come back and

to have to relearn the same lessons I tried and failed at learning and what is learning is learning just knowing about it or is Learning the ability to actually live it in your life you know how do you learn patience do you learn patience by reading a book about patience you know maybe eart writes a good book about patience you're like oh good I read it and you have your life review and your higher self is like okay let's choose your next Incarnation and they're like hm you know you were very impatient in your life

you were a short fused person you were triggered by People a lot you would you know be kind of verbally um assaulting to people so really patience is a big lesson for you so let's choose a lifetime of wait a minute higher self I think you've got this all wrong I read Art's book on patience I already know about patience what's the next lesson I need to learn and the higher self's like oh I don't think you get this yet learning doesn't mean you know it mentally learning means your entire Being knows it yeah such

that you can't violate that principle anymore such that you could be placed in any environment that's irritating frustrating uncomfortable and you wouldn't lose your patience only then when you can live out the quality can you really say you know it right and that's spiritual intelligence what you know is who you are right knowledge is expressed through being through your being through how you show up in your world so a strong desire For embodiment number one quality you got to want this you guys the second quality or embodiment is deep humility humility is such an important

virtue for spiritual growth you might say it's the most important if you had to pick just one kind of hard to beat humility humility is the Elixir for integration and based on what we've just said about the spiritual ego getting fattened up with knowledge and feeling Like I know everything I'm always right I'm never wrong and then it bypasses the obvious distortions that it's seeing you know when it projects a judgment on someone it's say oh no no no I'm not projecting no I know better than to project it's like okay well that's not really

how this works but if you don't have that humility the requisite humility to say no I did just project then how will you ever see it and acknowledge it embodiment requires Self- responsibility and so somebody who's truly humble is somebody who loves to find their flaws and and mistakes and projections and forgive them right so I mean desire and humility are the two qualities you need to integrate all spiritual truth into living embodiment and so you must possess the humility to always air on the side of self- honesty self- responsibility you Know wanting to admit

your mistakes when they happen is humility having no resistance to admitting a mistake or apologizing forgiving you know if you have resistance towards looking at your blind spots looking at your judgments looking at your projections when somebody accuses you of gaslighting them and you feel this huge rush of aversion and anger how dare you accuse me of gaslighting you well that's your spiritual ego that doesn't want to Admit it did something wrong and doesn't want to take responsibility and wants to look perfect spiritual ego wants to look perfect to everybody yeah and yes that's right

Rinku that's why Jesus said the meek shall inherit the earth Earth Meek is like humble um it's the greatest true sign of strength to be humble humility is the greatest strength that there is and that's why it leads to embodiment so you must continually Enjoy looking to become aware of your imbalances finding your imbalances guys if you don't like this stuff you're not going to have any success I'll just be honest and I'm sure that you all are here cuz you love it and you do enjoy it but I just want to emphasize that just

in case any of you are like dragging Yourself by a noose through this like I don't want to do all these stupid practices but it's the only way I can stop Suffering if that's where you are I would just encourage you tonight here tonight together to create a radical Attitude Change say no I don't have to do anything I get to wake up today and heal my mind and forgive the past and love the person right in front of me and serve God's will and acknowledge my imbalances and bring love to them and be okay

with them that has to be your your passion your joy when you wake up in the morning another day to grow and evolve Towards my magnificent Perfection what a gift it is to be alive today that's the attitude for embodiment you guys you got to love it because after all why shouldn't we why shouldn't we love this right if we're already perfect beings who are simply in a process of becoming that perfection in physical form for the fun of it for the game of it then what's the sweat you know who cares if you make

mistakes projections judgments we all do none of us are without these things These distortions right so what's the sweat you have you should have no problem admitting your mistakes when you're playing a video game or a sport or a hobby that you You Love and Enjoy why do we have no problem admitting mistakes when we're doing something we love because we want to get better at it we're looking for our mistakes right that's how any athlete gets to the pro level that's how any musician gets to the professional level it's how you get To the

professional level of anything is you become your own greatest self-critic and so the kind of self-critic I'm advocating for is not a judging hating guilt-ridden critic not like that but a self analyzing reference frame that you keep with you and you live from that place that's what it requires and that's what I want you guys to that's the attitude I want you to take into these Foundation courses the lectures are great they're stirring They're riveting they're inspiring they're awesome but be more excited to take those practices by the horns and apply them into your life

because truthfully if you if you don't authentically love seeing your blind spots and owning your mistakes then your spiritual ego is still too big right as we said it's that part of you that hates being wrong especially about spiritual Things so obviously I can't teach anybody how to have more desire or humility I can teach you you know how fundamentally essential these things are and I can instill that in your mind and I can give you some techniques and practices for developing these qualities but that's it I can't do any of the work for you

right so just knowing these qualities are important isn't enough you have to want them you have to do the work to Increase these qualities in yourself so rather than striving for embodiment of like I got to embody this teaching don't make embodiment a task for a doer to accomplish don't make it another task for the doer to have to do because that's another burden your mind has to carry I got to make sure I'm embodying the am I embodying it I don't think I am embodying it I'm an imposter don't do that to yourself instead

say how can I have more desire and humility today how Can I desire spiritual actualization even more today why do I want this so bad can I contemplate it can I chew on it can I meditate on it can I make it my heart's desire today to want to represent God the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth a little bit more today than yesterday that's embodiment can you say how can I become even more humble today how can I humble myself before God in God's creation today and be the greatest servant a servant of the most

high how Can I humble myself even more today because as Jesus says whoever humbles himself will be exalted but whoever exalts himself will be humbled that's why we say pride comes before the fall we should be so averse to Pride in ourselves that the moment we spot it we drop to our knees and say father forgive me for this Pride I release it I I forgive it I give it back to you please God give me more humility Open My Heart To Love even more I don't want this Pride God like if you could live

in a frequency like that where you're so sincere or the highest spiritual virtues man you attain them like lightning I telling you it's all about the universe only cares about the sincerity of your heart and that's why it's a free will driven universe and that's why I say spiritual growth is is how bad do you want it and so in that way suffering can be our greatest teacher can't it because it Gives us the motivation to want freedom to want truth but if we don't use our suffering as our teacher and our guide to point

us to where we're making these mistakes that are causing our suffering then we'll continue to suffer and then the suffering doesn't do us any good right we have to make use of it so as I mentioned before or maybe you've heard me mention this before in our other calls there are two integration pieces for every worksheet for every lesson of Every course every single lesson comes with a practice for integrating that teaching the first integration piece is the lesson practice and the second one is the journal inquiry prompt so every lesson practice is going to

be some variation of the main theme of the course right whether it's spiritual balancing devotion non-d doership requalifying anything else the practices you're given are practices for that course Obviously but each day there will be uh all of the practices link together if we put it that way meaning whatever you did you know two days ago or yesterday and the previous lesson you're going to basically do the same practice for the next lesson but with a little tweak we're going to tweak something right to give you a new dimension of that practice to help you

see A New Perspective on how to do that practice a new way of thinking about that practice These are the tweaks you're going to get throughout the lessons of each course so you're really you're going to spend the whole week or two weeks however long it takes you to do the course you're going to spend that period of time really just drilling the same basic practice with some variations and that's what sort of gives you the ability to gaug in the embodiment aspect because although these practices are very simple they're not complex there's no you

know third ey Gazing Crea prama Bond Paka pulling energy work you're not doing complex stuff here okay that's for the graduate programs and if you're in it you know um these are simple practices but the simple practices are the most powerful ones because they're the most challenging and confronting to to the ego so to be you know to be more mindful throughout the day to step up in your awareness of certain Patterns and habits and to make the necessary corrections to your mind activity these are the kind of practices you're going to get in the

foundation courses and doing these kinds of practices day in and day out helps to create as we said tremendous embodiment in the long hall because just like we said with the Outdoorsman father and the son who's never been to the outdoors but has seen his dad come in and out for many camping trips and has heard his Dad's best hunting stories and camping stories and all this stuff the kid thinks he knows what camping is like in in the outdoors but until he goes and does it he really doesn't know does he same is true

for our spiritual practices when we do these practices day in and day out we're getting those reps and a lot of spiritual growth you guys really is just about getting in reps as much as that it's sort of cringey to say that because in nality we know no there's no Reps there's no steps you are the self that's all that's true just realize it that's all you can do there's no practice there's no step I get it I've heard that stuff a million times I've tried it out it didn't work for me for me acknowledging

the relative plane of existence the physical world we live in the physical bodies we live in is very helpful for inte ation because if we try not to acknowledge it we're sort of bypassing it and hoping we can just kind Of leap over The Human Experience not have to learn from it or you know really get too close to it we can just be in this non-u state of no one is here no one exists and like as if that's Enlightenment and it's not I'm sorry to say that it's a pseudo Enlightenment true Enlightenment is

embodiment right it is being equally in the physical as equally in the spirit spiritual it's not being not in the physical and only in the Spiritual we come here for a reason the the physical plane the relative plane here is also equally Divine and holy and sacred and so to dismiss it like ironically the way that a lot of non-duality teachings not all but many dismiss the physical world as being an illusion it's Maya don't pay attention to it it's just going to drag you into the ego it's all an illusion it's like that that's

what's more dualistic than that to Disregard an entire dimension of creation as being a useless illusion that can only drag you away it's like no it's here for your learning and your growth it is the curriculum that our souls came here to take so I want to meet the physical with the spiritual not run away from the physical to get to the spiritual they're not separate to me they're the same thing the physical dimension of who we are is how we know and express and Experience the spiritual aspect of who we are and so it's

the daily consistency you guys which is what these programs help you to do is every day you just wake up do your lesson do the practice you don't have to think about ah am I doing the best practices what's the best practice I should follow should I do you know papasa should I do you don't have to do that anymore you can just wake up watch the lesson read the worksheet do The practice do that practice for the next however many days you want we drip the lessons out every day so a new lesson every

day but to be honest that's way too fast for True embodiment to take place you don't want to get through an entire course in four or five days you definitely want to at the minimum stretch it out to every other day a new lesson and that way we're just stretching it out giving ourselves more time to integrate and Implement in Practice which is super important but these daily reps you're going to be earning in these courses are just every day you're inching closer and closer to the manifestation of the higher self that you are every

day you know this is kind of a mantra of mine it's like can I just be 1% more free today I don't have to win the whole prize of Enlightenment today and become self-realized like ran Mahari stop putting these far off goals that feel far away because it's just Another Target for the spiritual ego to shoot for right and always miss rather let's make a let's make a goal that's extremely close and manageable let's just say can I just be 1% more loving today can I just be 1% more aware today than yesterday and it's

like who's going to argue with that who's gonna say no no no I can't improve 1% in something that's too Much so get those daily reps in as you take these courses enjoy and and squeeze the juice out of these practi is because they will they will deliver to you everything you're looking for in terms of the embodiment of these qualities of Consciousness you know if you want to enjoy inner peace that doesn't come and go based on circumstances if you want to enjoy Universal Love that doesn't change based on who's in front of you

but it shines equally on every everybody if you want to enjoy the ability to feel into other people from a deep heart- centered space and know what people are feeling and understand the best way to be of service to them all of these states of Consciousness are awaiting you on the other side of embodiment not on the other side of Knowledge embodiment is on the other side of knowledge but actualization is on the other side of embodiment so you need knowledge first and then you need to embody that knowledge and once you do you get

to enjoy the True Rewards right and it's not as if you don't get to taste the rewards far before the embodiment has taken place because you definitely do and everybody here would probably attest to that just a a little effort of of really implementing these Practices and you can blast into a state of Oneness for a whole day sometimes you can slip into a state of Oneness for a few hours and then wow that was just wonderful how did that happen these are all natural signs of embodiment taking place but it's like when this new

State of Consciousness such as unconditional love is integrated into the subconscious mind it will start the the gears and it'll start operating sometimes and you'll Feel love and go wow I've I've done it I've arrived at Universal love my heart is bursting with love for everyone yes and then an hour later it goes away and you're back to judgment and idiots and losers you know this is kind of the way it works for a while as we oscillate because a new software is trying to come online and yet the old software doesn't like that and

doesn't like being threatened by the new software program and so it's putting up its best fight Yeah it's trying to drag you out of that embodiment and to keep you trapped in the Old State of Consciousness so these practices are designed to wear away at the ego and help you to reach true embodiment in a natural automatic way because you've got the humility to want to look inside you've got the desire to do these practices and I mean just having a simple practice like this you can do every day some of you guys may take

the first course or the Second or the third and there's just one particular practice that just works for you you know you love it it comes naturally you you're experiencing the fruits of it very quickly and easily that's your practice you know like stay with that and you can still go through the rest of the courses and try out the other practices but continue doing that practice that you love and that resonates because really they're all the same at the end of the day all these Practices are the same see what's false see what's true

and make your choice that's really it these practices are designed to show you the ego's minations to help you become more aware of the illusions of the ego in your mind the ones that currently own you and you're identified with and all of that every practice is the same it's designed to help you see some new aspect of the ego and then to juxtapose your true nature alongside it and allow you to make the Choice oh because I know I am love I won't hold that judgment against that person as the ego wants to do

I forgive them I love them every practice no matter what it has to do with is really the same thing see the false as the false see the truth as true and the choice makes itself all right so there's your talk for today I guess I took the whole hour have a good night everyone no we'll we'll stick around and do some Questions so um Drew Peterson says will you be offering the SQ questionnaire I think this has to do with the SQ test that uh I mentioned a few calls ago so that's going to

be at least three more months I would imagine probably more like four or five um because we're going to launch the SQ program with the SQ test so the SQ Q test is mostly done but the program it's a Humdinger you guys it's going to be amazing when I can finally Finish it we're going to get take you through all six levels of SQ show you the main blockages at every level and the practices you need to unblock every level of SQ every chakra and uh put you on the fast track to raising your spiritual

intelligence but it's a lot of material guys I got to be honest the way that I want this test to work is that you not only are going to get the results of your test after you take it you know you're going to see your where Your SQ number is and all of that but it's going to show a readout of the chakra map and you can highlight your cursor over any chakra you want and it'll pull up a side menu of the five qualities of that chakra and any of the qualities you put your

mouse over will open up another drop down with a kind of synopsis written by myself of your level of Q in that quality so if you scored a two in the area of guilt or a three in the area of Joy it's going to tell you What that means if that makes sense and then below that it's going to tell you um I think I'm calling it a practice Point practice pointer of if you want to raise your SQ in this area this is the best practice for you to do that this is where you

want to look this is the direction you want to go and so that is so there's 30 total qualities that you're being tested on and five possible SQ levels for every Quality so what is that 150 150 total synopsises and practice pointers that I have to write for all of these tests so that's going to take a while and then the videos and all of that but it is kind of a life project of mine it's going to be something that if I leave the world with anything of True Value it's this is going to

student membership as well that's the way we're doing it Sarah says How do we discern genuine confidence in our spiritual awareness embodiment versus spiritual ego Pride well that's easy Sarah is that you really won't think about it at all um let's put it this way if you're truly humble it will sort of surprise you in a good way when somebody tells you that you're humble because you don't spend time thinking about how humble you are you know if someone's like you know You're so humble and you're like yeah I know kind of a contradiction isn't

it so instead a true virtue is not really seen by you when you integrate it because it's too close to you to see it right embodiment means it's it's not even an inch away from you that you could look at it now you may have awareness of like oh thank you God that I'm I'm noticing my heart is softer my pride is is lower um I'm I'm more authentic I'm more present thank you God but you wouldn't Think of it like you know I'm really getting a lot more humble so there's nothing to announce there's

nobody to impress these are the ways we know we're really embodied in a spiritual virtue as we stop thinking about am I humble enough am I patient enough I hope I'm patient enough those are signs that we haven't embodied them yet yeah when we embody something it kind of disappears from our world from our experience because it Becomes natural it becomes a part of who we are just like you don't have to look in the mirror every day and be like I am a man named Aaron ABY yes that's right I am a man named

Aon ABY I am a man whose name is Aaron ABY okay here I go out to the world got to remember you know that's a sign of a lack of embodiment clearly so when you really know who you are and you embody something it just becomes part of you and that's the only way you can really Know paradoxically is that you stop knowing uh Jay Patel says dude I got a fat spiritual ego nice bro you're not alone I promise how do I become more aware of it and get back in approaching life through the

heart-based Consciousness so easy Jay this is the easiest question ever if you if you even think you have a big spiritual ego then you want to the most potent medicine for a prideful fat Spiritual ego is the medicine of humility so look for every opportunity you can to humble yourself to give other people the higher positions in life to serve other people more it's to to defeat or Dethrone the spiritual ego is not about learning more if I just gain enough non-d duel knowledge I'll beat the ego good luck I tried that it doesn't work

instead it's the the humility the virtues of the Christ in you love service forgiveness Non-judgment especially brother one thing anybody can do to just crush the spiritual ego into dust is to be viciously aware of your judgments and we have a challenge coming up next month or don't quote me on that I think our challenge next month is the count your judgments challenge that I've mentioned um so we'll get a taste of that very soon but if you could just focus all your energy on I'm going to watch my mind today and if I notice

any thought That is not absolutely loving accepting and inclusive of all beings I will correct it and forgive it on the spot because judgments are also hard for a spiritual ego to see because the ego has an idea about what a judgment is right the ego thinks a judgment is some big obvious gross grandiose criticism in your mind I hate that person and so the little tiny subtle judgments that are just ripping through The ego mind all day of like yeah they're not really that put together that person out whatever what do they what do

I care what they think and all of those things are still judgments if you're seeing anybody as anything but Christ and that's obviously not easy to do I'm not saying it is takes practice but if you're seeing anyone as anything but the Christ then you've still got a big spiritual ego somewhere right it's trying to judge them as maybe lesser Than you and and that one's really hard to see by the way to to perceive somebody as being lesser than you we're kind of all doing it at all times because let's be honest every single

one of us moves through our life naturally thinking and feeling I'm the most important person in my world you know I my needs matter more than other people's needs it's an an ingrained ego belief so we're all casting judgments like this and every one of them we don't Take responsibility over fattens up the spiritual ego so can you just become like it's like you're playing a game of whacka in your mind with judgmental thoughts and doing your best to to not only not judge but to forgive every judgment and the other thing you can do

is when you see a judgment in somebody actively look for a quality in them that you love that you would praise and be thankful for you know my mind just judged them but now that I'm looking at Them with the Christ Vision I see that they look like a very nice person or I I love the way they dress they're really authentic in how they dress I love the way they walk I love the way they talk and you flip it around and you start loving the person your ego is judging dude that's just like

you're sitting on top of the ego just raining down punches man ego hates that stuff and that's why it's the most powerful medicine for the ego so seeking any way you possibly can To integrate more humility lowering yourself raising up everyone else is the key to dethroning the spiritual ego in a nutshell Sandy says hey Aaron I met you in person in Glendale nice oh the goat milk that's right so Sandy brought me a big old jar of uh farm raised goat milk at the uh the big one in in June this year and boy

was it delicious and uh Sandy you haven't sent me anymore in the mail what's going on just kidding she said I was raised in the modern Mormon Church and I relate so well to your childhood history when it comes to being raised in a church setting that you no longer resonate with I grew up in the East Bay and Walnut Creek nice very close to my stomping grounds I've studied and loved so much what you've shared about the ases gospel conspiracy it all makes so much sense what is Jesus SL yeshua's role is he still

a type of Savior um yeah I absolutely see Jesus as A savior in that Jesus demonstrated what God is like and what embodiment looks like I mean let's all be honest I think we'd all be a lot worse off if Jesus never existed and his teachings never lived and made it on to pen and paper somewhere you know we'd all be in a tougher spot no doubt why because he set this magnificent Timeless example for us and so very much like the Jewish Christians the the first Christians on Earth were the Jewish Christians which The

Gentile Pagan Christians of the Roman Catholic Church did everything in their power to erase from history and genocide them and ban and burn all their texts and they pretty much did but we still have some remnants of Jewish Christian history and some of the texts that we know existed and in their texts the Jewish Christians the ebionites the Asen nazarenes were all very vem about the fact that the scriptures had been changed and Altered by the lying pens of the scribes they say in the book of Jeremiah that the lying pens of the scribes wrote

in all of these Priestly rules and ordinances and rights and laws that Priests get to use to gain more money and wealth and you know throw themselves a bone when they want and so the corruption of the Priestly class had infiltrated the scriptures and so Jesus came also bearing this message and trying to Reform Judaism and so he didn't you know contrary to what Christians Think Jesus really didn't bring any new messages he didn't bring some new I mean the only thing he brought new was when he said um behold I give to you today

a new commandment you've heard it was said in the days of old I for an ey but I say love your enemies I don't offhand think there's a verse in the Old Testament that says love your enemies so that might be the One like authentically new teaching Jesus brought everything else was just him quoting the the Torah and the Old Testament and the command Commandments of Moses and Jesus taught people to follow the law but the law to Jesus was not the 650 Commandments in Leviticus it wasn't the don't eat shellfish on Fridays and don't

wear two types of cloth on the Sabbath those weren't laws to Jesus and that's because we see Jesus purposefully Violating many of those Commandments because he didn't think they were God's real Commandments he believed that these were control mechanisms kind of like honestly it's exactly like the way Congress works today Congress has been our Congress in America has been kind of hijacked by these political Elites who get together and say let's create a monopoly and so they they do things like filibustering and they they try to pack all of these laws into these big bills

These Omnibus bills and they call it like the inflation reduction Bill and in that bill there's like literally 1,200 new laws that make it illegal to like not pay taxes and all this stuff and they don't say a word about that they just try to slip the law through so that they can control people right and there's like 10,000 new laws every year written in by Congress really they're not laws they're statutes and policies but I digress this is what happened in Jesus's day in the Old Testament day as well that the lying pens of

the scribes and the Priestly class contaminated the scriptures and the law of Moses with all of these animal sacrifices and all these millions of laws everybody has to follow and Jesus disobeyed them on purpose to make a point but the only laws Jesus advocated for were the ten commandments so the the law to Jesus was the Ten Commandments and the ebionites the ases The nazarenes they all said everything else in the old testament's been corrupted now interestingly enough and I'll close with this point there's a scroll found in the 1800s that Christian Scholars immediately said

was a forgery and wrote it off but in recent years a uh a few Scholars a few very notable ones such as Ross Nichols have taken another look at this scroll and it's it's called the Moses scroll and it's a copy of Deuteronomy that uh carbon dating has dated to uh 300 before 300 BC to give you a reference the oldest copy of Deuteronomy we have besides that is from the Dead Sea Scrolls and it's actually just a few fragments of the book of Deuteronomy and it dates to 100 uh BC the first century so

we have a a scroll of Deuteronomy the book of Deuteronomy that is over 200 years older than the oldest known copy and it's been verified Now by carbon dating and guess what's Not in this copy of Deuteronomy you guys anything to do with the Priestly class or any animal sacrifices there's not a whisper of it and so it turns out the Jewish Christians were correct that the Old Testament law had been contaminated and so Jesus came not to abolish it as he said but to restore it so in that way yes Jesus is a savior

thanks for letting me nerd out on Biblical history because Jesus demonstrated the true law the law Of one right love God with all your heart love your neighbor as yourself fun question uh next one is from Ali lurman I would love to know who your favorite ascended masters are I recently found a lot of comfort in Jesus's teachings and would love to learn about others so obviously Jesus um I'm a big big fan of James the just I think he was an ascended Master as well that is the brother of Jesus who was uh Jesus's

hand Selected successor and the leader of the Jewish Christian Church for 30 years in the first century but ascended masters you would know about I would say St Germain is number two just behind Jesus for me all of the writings and channeled works of St Germaine are so profound there's some really good channeled works from Archangel Michael that I love of course raw if you consider raw an ascended Master there's so many ascended masters from Hinduism and Buddhism I Could go on and on about um but just for the sake of time I'll leave it

at that Jay says how do you remember to do all these teachings on a daily basis I feel like I want to binge watch videos and as I watch them I remember the information and then as soon as I go back to living dayto day it's almost like I just default back to my old self fattened up with information I learned and lacking integration you got it you got it Jay perfectly said this is what We do we watch a video we get inspired and we forget to live the teaching and why because for the

most part this is my opinion but for the most part most spiritual teachings are not given with a practical application of this is how you practice this teaching in your life and that's what I love to give you guys is look let's have our minds blown by spiritual knowledge all day I'm here for it obviously it's what I love but what also amps me up is let's find a way to Implement that knowledge so that it becomes a new default state of being for us and maybe it takes 6 months 12 months of daily ritual

practicing of whatever it is but it it will happen because I'm the Creator I am the I am I decide what my quality of conscious Consciousness is and if every single day if every moment that I notice a contraction in my state of being I say wait a minute what's the problem here and I do that self-inventory which you learn about in These courses requalifying spiritual balancing Catalyst integration I start using these techniques as just as one would if you needed to cook a meal or something it's like the reason you learn how to cook

is so that when you're hungry you can go make a meal the reason you learn how to spiritually balance yourself is so that when you notice an imbalance manifesting you know exactly what to do with it that's what you're going to get trained in in trained in uh Through these courses so don't take it personally Jay this is what the ego does because this is the default mode network is let's just keep things status quo let's not change let's not evolve let's do what we did yesterday let's be who we were yesterday that's ego it

can't be anything else but if you want to be more than that if you want to be all you can be if you want to realize all your spiritual potential then the ego's days are Numbered just like Neo in The Matrix remember the line where Morpheus talks about the agents to Neo and he says you know these agents or I can't remember what he says but it's like they're they're faster than than us they they can see everywhere at once they know where we are and they can teleport through the Matrix and then he says

but there's still a computer program and so they can never be as powerful as you can be Neo that's what I would say to all of you right now your ego is a program and although it is powerful in its own right it can never be as powerful as you are but you can only realize your power through Desiring to realize it and being humble enough to acknowledge what is in the way of you realizing it what blind spots what imbalances are in the way of me realizing the higher self that's the only question we

need to ask every day so it comes it comes on Its own time Jay if you love the teachings that's enough I promise it is Sarah says I think I have two virtues Relentless desire and deep humility but maybe that's just my spiritual ego talking how do I know um this might be the same question I already answered I think it kind of is actually so I'll just skip over that um Anonymous says aarin where I and some in the community struggle is genuine forgiveness and not judging Those uh need to forgive Maybe those I

need to forgive especially when it's someone need to interact with for example family or co-workers yep I'm truly trying to embody forgiveness and non-judgment I think forgiveness is found here too because judging and holding a grudge is exhausting you're right about that Anonymous um you know there's a lot I could say on this question but the the medicine truly does Work the same way in every area of your life so you know this is why we we do need to be challenged by close family members husband wife children Partners you know we want Intimate Relationships

to be challenging because they are the greatest mirrors to expose our imbalances and give us a chance to be humble so one attitude that's worked really well for me when it comes to family or friends that are either not nearly as embodied Spiritually or might not even really be on a spiritual path or know what embodiment is you know the the one thing I can never do is expect anyone to be where I am and hold them to that standard but what you have to see Anonymous is that when you get upset at a family

member because they can't forgive the past they can't let it go they can't open their heart that is you expecting them to be where you are and that's pride and that's unfair and Unjust and it's an infringement to Free Will so it's like how can I radically allow people to be where they are while at the same time looking to be of service where available this is going to sound weird but somebody's going to hear this and maybe it's you Anonymous and it's going to click for you sometimes the best form of service to someone

is to not try to be of service to them and what I mean Is some people aren't ready to change and they don't really want to change and so when you're so in service mode that you're like I got to help them change and see their their blind spots you may actually be pushing them farther away from wanting anything to do with spirituality because they don't want to be a you know annoying person like you who's always talking about this and that and trying to get them to forgive and people don't want to hear it

when They're stuck an ego so sometimes the best way to truly be of service to someone is to fully take your hands off the wheel and say Hey you be who you are you you like being a selfish jerk be one I love you as a selfish jerk and you're just there to radiate your presence of humility and open-heartedness and love and just by being around you and being around you not trying to change them ironically paradoxically change es them who's experienced that it's uh healing By osmosis I call it this is really what happened

with both my parents and I've told this before but you know my dad more so than my mom both of my parents were very afraid that their son was a backsliding herotic for many years and I did not I took my hands so hard off the wheel you guys I was riding that bicycle with my hands behind my back I wouldn't even trying to steer that relationship I wanted to never have a conversation with my parents about what we don't agree on Because I already knew the outcome I'm not going to convince them they're already

convinced I just want to show them that the fruit of what I believe now is truly worth something and is truly demonstrable in my life and guess what it worked and my dad even told me it worked because he we had this conversation a year or two ago where he said you know Aaron I would listen to your videos and i' get triggered and upset and I'd turn them off and like how Can my son speak this nonsense raw and you know Egyptian devils and he's getting all triggered and he said he heard God say

Scott stop judging your son take a deep breath watch the video with an open mind this is still the son you know and love listen to what he's saying here really listen to what he's saying and so he said I had to look past the language that I didn't know or agree with and he said I watched your video again and I ended it in tears It's still funny to me I don't know why it's like what a complete uh pendulum swing that must have been to go from being triggered and angry to crying with

inspiration but it's because you know he he felt the energy behind my words and he said I couldn't deny the person you were showing up as each and every day that you were becoming more Christlike uh I watched you become much less insecure much more Caring and and kind and you listened better and all these things and so I really couldn't deny that whatever my son's into it's actually it's working for him pretty well even though I disagree with it and in meantime you know everyone at his church is lying about him and you know

demonstrating the the fruits of their gospel let's put it that way and he said I just made a flip one day where i'm like it's all I can see it in the people I'm working With they're not living what they preach because there's no substance here and look at my son preaching all this heresy and demonstrating fruits of Christ like nobody I've ever seen I'm I'm tired of playing this game I'm tired of the religious buzzwords and off off limits topics let me just listen to what my son says and he started watching my channel

like who would ever imagine your dad would binge watch your channel it's just kind of crazy but my dad today we Talk about anything I teach here we we love talking about he's he's getting into the chakras now like he loves it and it's because I never once tried to be of service to him by deconverting him from Christianity and showing him the truth of Oneness it's like don't do that you're going to push somebody away so there's something for you to chew on Anonymous all right a couple more and then we'll close at the

half hour because I don't want to keep you guys Too long uh Rose says what's the status of your book and when will it be released so the three beliefs of ego is in the editing process um I'm getting it public published through New World Library who's the same publisher of eart to's books I thought that was fitting so they've told me they plan on around March of next year but I'm just now getting the first revisions back of the first few chapters and to be honest with with this with the SQ program I don't

Even know when I'm going to be able to edit this thing um so it might be a little longer than that but my my highest excitement would be to get this book um published by March of next year and man I think you guys are going to really be blessed by it I put my heart and soul into this book to deliver all the most important teachings we cover here in the most digestible possible way and it really felt um I don't want to say channeled Because it's not like I'm trying to channel but the

book just wrote itself let's just put it that way and sometimes when you're writing you have to take some time off your book and then read it again to get a fresh lens and uh I kind of you know I spent so many hours writing and editing that I had no ability to to even know if this was like a good book or not so after a few months off I went through the first couple chapters of the reviews that I was sent And read it again and I was like wow this is going to

change some lives so I'm really excited for it but don't hold me to my word it could be later than March but we'll keep our fingers crossed on that one how many courses are in for to you founding student level so you get eight courses in total understanding Oneness integrating 4D Consciousness the practice of devotion the practice of non-d doership mastering spiritual Balancing the art of requalifying thought understanding the I am State and then Kundalini self-a awakened those are the eight courses in uh the student program and then of course you guys get the bi-weekly

live calls and um I was thinking about this because some some months have more than just four Sundays some months have five Sundays and so what we'll do is if there's an extra Sunday in in the month because we don't want to mess up our Bi-weekly um we'll just give you guys that extra call so you'll be you'll see it on your calendar and you can register and join it we'll do that all automatically for you guys all right last question let's pick a good one this is a pretty good one me just read through

the other ones just in case oh Patty says every time we have a family reunion we have a bad habit of Talking bad about family members who are not present how can we encourage them to stop doing that um I think I probably just answered this question Patty a little bit um but the the Nuance here would be that when you want to Shine Your Light around those who are uh in need of light and other people are engaged in negative ego-driven behaviors the best demonstration of Truth for you in That moment is to simply

not participate and to not be shy about your nonparticipation but I would say and it's all Case by case we have to be led by the spirit of course um but if you're in a scenario like that I personally wouldn't um recommend to openly tell everyone hey we should all stop talking bad about you know Stan or whoever because we should be more loving than that come on guys where's your love like it just won't Land most of the time you may find yourself in a situation where you feel like it's going to land and

so go ahead you know test it out but in most cases I think we all would agree when people are gossiping and talking they're not open into hearing that they're being unloving yeah so instead it's better to radically not participate get up and leave the room or something um and then you very likely will be asked hey did we offend you you Know why did you get up and leave or whatever and then you can say I wasn't offended I just I don't want to participate in talking negatively about anybody let alone my family members

and then you kind of leave them sitting in their own so to speak and they're like oh yeah I guess that does kind of make us look unloving doesn't it you just leave them with their own reflection you know you're not trying to make them feel guilty you're just like For me I just don't want to talk bad about anybody I want to love everybody that's my spiritual practice and you smile and walk out of the room and then everybody's like enjoying the awkward silence how about those Yankees you know that's usually the way that

I will go about those situations um but again you got to be led by the spirit and your intuition so don't just follow anything I say you know routinely or something check in with yourself follow your inner Guidance but the the question I wanted to read is um and we'll close with this one oh there's some really good ones here um you mentioned the minimum time for integration is every other day but what is your recommendation three days seven days for each lesson great question Alberto and and I'm going to go with the caseby casee

basis answer because again we're all at different levels here we're all at different levels of Integration and understanding and experience in different areas you know somebody may be very embodied in the area of heart-based Consciousness and then still lack a lot of embodiment in another area like um you know mindfulness over thoughts or something something so you've got to take it You' got to take everything on a caseby Case basis meaning when you take a lesson feel into how much it's resonating with you and if you feel a Strong resonance I would say stick with

that practice until you don't feel that same pull you're always called by what you're pulled by meaning you know you're called to something because you'll feel a pole you'll feel a desire for it all desire is Gods we know this here yeah all desire is Gods there's no ego who has a desire of any kind it's always God's desire ego takes God's desires as they flow through us and corrupts them and Distorts them into a personal desire but those desires never originate with ego they originate with Source in you so when you feel pulled by

something just know this is God pointing God's finger at this lesson saying this one's for you sweetheart stick with this stay with this work on this and you may feel that for weeks months you know like this is the practice and maybe you know practicing Oneness or some practice in the lessons it just resonates with You so much that you're like I'm just going to pause the entire curriculum I'm just going to do this practice every day until it stops calling to me like this because only when it stops calling to me can I know

I'm ready for the next one yeah so I can't really give you a minimum Alberto because your minimum may be very different than other people's but at least uh one day in between will give you a chance to Know uh if this teaching is for you or not you know what I mean like give yourself at least a day to try it out and say hey was did that really really resonate with me and it felt good and I understood it then let's do it a few more days and you know remember all these practices

are very similar with slight tweaks as you go along so you may still watch the next lesson a day or two later but you can keep that core practice going is the point so you know You gotta be led by the spirit as we said before and you're welcome sweetheart all right guys what a fun hang again my sincerest gratitude and love to you all for being our founding members of our new student membership I'm so excited to work more closely with you guys and see some new faces in our calls and and just do
