and they said okay you have 15 seconds Tim Daly go and luckily I broke into this wildly interpretive Martha Graham sort of you know paa dance um and that saved me um so welcome and I heard that you were kind of scared to come on because you thought I was going to make you dance or something well I had I I had this experience where years ago I did a movie with whoopy Goldberg called the associate and um I was on a morning talk show on Fox with James Brown who had donated one of his
songs for the movie and it was a live show and the host said uh when we come back a special surprise at dance contest Tim Daly versus James Brown and I was like are you kidding me you know me versus the coolest guy in the history of the world and so they took us into this room and I said how long do we have her this is about 45 seconds so they put on sex machine and they said okay you have 15 seconds Tim Daly go and luckily I broke into this wildly interpretive marag gram
sort of you know poua dance um and that saved me and James came up to me I'm sorry Mr Brown came up to me afterwards and said oh man you killed me out there man why'd you do that and then he invited me to his birthday party so it had a happy ending that's very cool no I would never do that I would never embarrass you like that the only thing I would do is find your school photo um and I actually try this is not bad you you don't have a bad school photo this
is what what year is this that would be that's cute right oh my god really seriously that's cute that's before the sex change operation uhhuh that would have been I think 1975 yeah no that's exactly that's cute that's a good look right there and uh it really does look like it could be your sister um Ty daily which uh oh see yeah see that's what I'm talking about that yeah look very similar to her I had no idea that y'all look so close it's been a long road for me so now and you have Ty
and how many you have other sisters right I have two other sisters and a mother uh-huh so I was in sort of an estrogen lock uhhuh growing up was that hard were they cruel to you um they I was they were a lot older than me so it was sort of an experimental situation I was kind of like the frog that you dissect in Biology class you know there's like does this hurt no does that hurt you know do will this fit in your mouth you know so they did various experim experiments on me that
they would probably be arrested for now they yeah that's cruelty yes cruelties but I think all younger my my brother used to do things like he used to come at me with his finger like that and it would just terrify me cuz I knew that it was going right in my collar bone and digging under my collar bone and he did that all he would just come at me like that and would cry and it just dig his that's just what you when you're younger you just get beat up right I guess so I mean
um it it was three against one and for some reason they could always convince me to open my mouth and then they would put something in there that was that came out from under the couch so that's horrible yeah that's horrible all right now what what is tell me about eyes because it I was joking during the uh the intro that that you if you you did something called beak you'd have a um a bird you have wings eyes just body parts you choose yes that's that that's true um uh that's true I hadn't thought
about that I wonder what my next show will be yeah uh but um no I did The Fugitive which was a whole different thing but but eyes is a really cool show um it's about this group of very sexy and funny and unique Vivid sort of characters who work at this high-end private investigation firm called a risk management agency and basically what they do is uh dig dirt on people and use it to leverage them to do what they want and they do it with people everyone from sort of petty criminals to you know high-end
corporate uh criminal types it looks good it looks cool all right eyes is on Wednesdays at 10 o'clock on ABC thanks for being here don't go away uh we come back I'm going to play one more round of humdinger
