so you want to start a business you want to open an art shop you want to open a clothing line you want to make money and you don't know how you don't know where to start you don't know what to do because let's be honest business is wild getting started you don't even know what what's the blueprint what do you do first like there's just so much to process right all you know is you want to create something and you want to get paid for it whether it's a side income whether you want it to

replace your full-time job you want to make your dream life happen I'm going to be sharing with you the exact business model that I use to get started as a beginner opening up my own shop selling customized products with my Logos my artwork and delivering them to customers all around the world and when I tell you guys I did this as a complete beginner not knowing anything about business not knowing anything about product development shipping none of that I'm giving you guys the blueprint and what you don't realize is literally this era we're in right

now with social media Tik Tok specifically it's a gold mine I'm going to be sharing with you guys step by step how to create your own shop how to get products fulfilled how to get them delivered to customers and make money in your sleep yeah I said that all while in the comfort of your own home on vacation sleeping all of it can be ran automatically for you while you're over here relaxing you're in bed taking a nap wake up sales okay like this is not a joke we're going to get right into it a

business model is a strategic plan that captures exactly how you create provide and offer value it gets into detail about how the company produces Revenue the business model that I'm sharing with you is called print on demand what is print on demand what does that even mean print on demand is a business model where products can be customized such as hoodies accessories t-shirts with your custom logo on a print on demand basis meaning you're not investing in a bulk of products a product is created when an order is placed it's as simple as that so

how does this work a customer places an order that order then gets sent out to the manufacturer your supplier gets notified and it says hey Art by Korean F just got a sale it's time for you to make the product your supplier then takes your customized product prints your logo your branding onto that product packages it up all for you and ships it to your customer the reason why print on demand is a wise decision to start out with as a beginner is is because one there's no upfront cost to begin with meaning you don't

need to invest in a book order of products you don't need to be sourcing out the products You're simply going to find a company that offers print on demand products for you no huge investment needing to be made on products you don't even know if they're going to sell or not two shipment and handling you don't even have to worry about a single thing the product gets made and shipped to your customers all while you're simply doing whatever it is you want to do on your own spare time I mean isn't that a dream that

should be a dream for every business owner we should not have to be doing the work ourselves because remember in my previous video I mentioned when you start a business you are running it 24/7 all alone you're the solo preneur but it's time to think smart it's time to work on your business not in it this business model serves you as it allows you the free time to spend on things that are more important whether that's your personal life family you have kids you want to spend more time with you have more time to work

on your business to focus on growth to focus on more profit Revenue advertising all very important things time that can be used wisely and when you operate a business on your own you know that it's hard you're working 247 doing every single thing yourself and you have to strictly categorize your time and be on such a schedule where every minute counts and I would not be preaching this information if I did not start out on this journey the same exact way when I tell you guys this is the best way to start this is the

lot of you spend time on Tik Tok we like to shop on Tik Tok we love to mindlessly scroll and I know I'm not the only one that goes straight to Tik Tok when it's time for me to look up a product when I want to try out a new restaurant in a city when I want to find find a new place to go to when I want to search up something I go straight to Tik Tok why is that because Tik Tok is literally taking over it is in competition with Google YouTube and even

Amazon as far as being the number one search engine all of us are on there searching up things we want to know answers we want to know where to go we want to know what people say we want live reactions we want the tea on how things work Tik Tok made me buy it everybody is shopping on Tik Tok we get to see live reviews of people trying on actual products filming content on the products listing the product for sale and boom 2day shipping Tik Tok offers 2day shipping in their shop to their customers that

is in competition with Amazon Tik Tok has 1 billion users and all in one app you can advertise run a business fulfill orders and scroll for the pleasure of it Google can't do that YouTube not yet like come on like get on the trend I want you guys to hop on this because this is where the bank is made you know when you're scrolling and you see people going live selling their products it's always like people wearing like jeans or wigs and they're showing you the product thousands of people watching commenting and they're literally pitching

the product through the live video selling it giving descriptions and they're offering sales all within that live saying buy my product it's 50% off right here and now for the next hour like this is all marketing babe and you can do all of this in one platform a platform with a billion users on it who are ready to impulse buy # Tik Tok made me buy it for a reason it is the best app for organic growth and I'm speaking from experience because I went viral quickly turning the camera on and filming exactly what I

was already already going to do we've talked about this if you're from a previous video babe I went viral created a social media presence fast organically I've never had to pay for advertisements and I never will I have made thousands of dollars from Tik Tok before Tik Tock shop became a thing that's why I'm going to drill it in your head I'm sorry babe don't get annoyed with me but I want you to make that coin okay I want you to make money doing what you love and it's time to be smart it's time to

go to work on it so we're going to go through a list together of the actions you need to do step by step to make this dream happen to get this ball rolling to get the money coming in step one if you're an artist watching this video you need to digitize your artwork if you are a brand you need to create a logo if you want to create products with your logo on it you need to create the artwork so if you're an artist watching this specifically you are a digital artist um or if you

paint on canvases or you sketch on paper you need to digitize that you need to get that as a PDF or a PNG file onto a computer to then upload to printify all the products that I have created from my own canvases I took a picture of them outside in the sunlight with my iPhone 12 take a picture or scan your canvas your artwork whatever it is you're then going to take that file and you're going to upload it to a software that allows you to edit imperfection such as Photoshop Lightroom I personally use procreate

I would take pictures of my artwork maybe I can show a um little screen record take a picture of the artwork go through and digitally just fix it fix the lighting if there's any little scratches cover them completely edit so that way the artwork gets printed onto your product the way you want it after you edit the imperfections and you move on to the step of saving it as a file and needs to be saved with a DPI setting of 300 this basically means the resolution from which the artworks gets printed or when you click

on an image and you could see that it's blurry or it looks funky that's because the DPI setting is off when you upload your artwork to printify and you're creating a product it will tell you if the DPI is too low or the quality of image is too high or not good enough for the sizing you're going for I'm going to explain all of this we're going to create a product together with printify step two you're then going to create your printify membership it's very simple very easy straightforward to the point printify guides you on

how to create the membership you enter your information it's simple after you create your membership you'll be taken directly to your dashboard this is where you can view your products orders and fulfillment billing information any settings Etc we're going to click my products and of course you don't have any created yet you're going to go straight to the catalog and this is where you guys can explore exactly what prini has to offer so many things that you can create for your audience but I want to personally design a t-shirt with you guys because I feel

like that's the most desired here you could check out the descriptions that they have that you're even able to copy and paste to your own website you could see the colors different variations click Start designing and we're going to get started here is where we create so there's the front and the back side of the t-shirt that you can actually customize that gritted square is your blueprint for where you can put designs here you can see there is a graphics section so they even have Graphics ready made for you that you could just click and

drag onto the shirt but what I love is they also have an AI generator so here's where you guys can literally type in any kind of design you want get specific and AI is going to create a customized logo for you it's completely free and you can generate hundreds of images until you find something you like but I want to get more specific as far as a logo so okay let's try Earth and Sun artwork with title saying save the world [Music] Foundation it's it's as simple as that you guys now I have a logo

customized for me then you can play with the sizing as far as how you want it and if you want to add anything else to the shirt but I want to show you guys how I would personally customize a shirt using artwork I've already created so after I've digitized my artwork saved my own logos and Creations to my computer I upload them from my device see here where it says print requirements these are the settings you need to make sure you follow to stay compliant with printify this is one of my favorite paintings and I

actually never made a shirt out of it but I'm just going to design something for you so I uploaded the design it's on my t-shirt now I'm going to add some text they have tons of different fonts I'm going to input my brand and acrylic on canvas this is a portrait painting I did on canvas this is just an example for you guys you could totally customize this however you want and voila this is exactly something I would have made before let's design the back two and I'm just going to do something random I originally

Drew this out for thank you cards I made and yeah it doesn't get more simple than that here within the layers section you could see the artworks the duck I just added has a medium resolution you see how it says 179 DPI that yellow color is indicating exactly what I SPL explained earlier the quality of the print job won't be as clear so if you're designing and you see this come up you need to go to your original filed settings of where you Sav the artwork you might have to resave it again to a better

d Pi when you're done designing you can actually check the preview and look at this you guys you can actually see live mockups of the shirts you made which is so awesome printify lets you even download it and you can use this image for your own website you can add it to the product description so that way when the product is listed this is what people see and click on you can adjust the title and description it automatically inputs the original description of the shirt but I would suggest going through and just making it sound

like your brand however your Brand's aesthetic is down below you could see the size options and it even tells you profit margins and the retail price cost to make and how much you profit that is amazing save it and here in your dashboard you could see your first product you can also see it's unpublished you do need to finalize this product and connect it with your store now you do need to create a Tik Tok shop which means you do have to have a Tik Tok account to start advertising creating content of your brand of

your products of you whatever it is that you are trying to sell setting up a store is so easy you guys printify literally takes you through it step by step tells you exactly what you need to do you're simply just going to follow instructions it even gives you more information on frequently asked questions as well as documentation just legal stuff that you need to be aware of in order to register you're just going to follow the steps and make sure you do have a Tik Tok account made it's then going to redirect you to Tik

Tok shop and you're just going to sign up you do come to a page of business details in which they do require your business to have an EIN number as well as inputting your primary address and other information Ein again is an employer identification number it's like a social security that is specifically for your business this is something you do create through the IRS it's free I'm not sure if that's changed recently but it explains how to do it and why you need it so it's very simple this video I will not be talking about

legal documentation to set up a business that is something you need to research within your country and your state so yeah just be aware that you do need to have certain documentation in order to work with Tik Tok shop and from here it literally tells you the five steps to get up and running this is what I meant when I said this is the blueprint it tells you exactly what you need to do step by step this is beginner friendly it's easy afterwards you're going to log on to the App Store and look up printify

in which you click it you're going to install this application and you do have to agree to merge the two and you're done it's as simple as that you guys I suggest taking some time to get familiar with both apps it's important to note that Tik Tok does have requirements in order for you to use their shop so when you go through the catalog and you create products you need to click on the section that says Tik Tock ready these are products that are able to be compliant with Tik tok's fast shipping that is so

awesome for your customers now that you're all set up it's really important for me to mention what it is you need to do to get everything going for you fully you've got the store built you've got the orders ready to be produced and fulfilled perfect but you need to put the work in as far as advertising and marketing on Tik Tok you need to be creating content daily you need to be committed on getting better with your content skills if you're just starting out you need to learn what your audience likes and does not like

and you need to study the app Tik Tok has an off affiliate program where you can pay influencers to create content of them using your product that will link their content with your website and put your products in front of their audience it could be hundreds of thousands of followers this influencer has and she'll direct her audience to the link of your product and send them all to your website and she'll get a commission off of every sale from that feel free to check out my latest content as far as is going viral mindset and
