if I lost everything today but still had my laptop and Wi-Fi I could get back to earning six figures in less than a year because making money online isn't about luck it's about what you know a lot of people think the only way to actually make money online is by getting lucky or selling a course but honestly the reason that I was able to go from pretty much dirt poor making $7 an hour working in a restaurant to over $100,000 a month working a few hours a day for my laptop isn't because I saved every
penny and didn't allow myself to go out to eat but it's because I learned from hours weeks and months of failures grinding towards that goal I built my first business from Z to over $10,000 a month with barely any skills and just my laptop but if I had to start over from scratch I could do it in a fraction of the time because of the lessons I've learned there's a ton of videos about how to make money online but honestly most of them are confusing and they don't work for everyone the truth is if you
want to make a bunch of money online there's only three simple steps that you need to follow so in this video I'm going to break down each one starting with picking a million dooll vehicle I see so many people getting into online business following the general advice of starting Amazon FBA Drop Shipping and while those income Vehicles work I found that there's only one thing that you need to do first to make sure that your vehicle is going to make you a bunch of money the reason that I was able to start out with so
little and grow it into such a big income stream was because I built something I call a smart hustle it only takes a couple extra minutes to figure out if your income stream is a smart hustle and it's what enabled me to get results like these it only has three requirements first is a low startup cost you should be able to start a smart hustle with a low upfront investment obviously the more you have to invest the better but typically you want to look for a business you can start with under $500 second it needs
to be automatable and ideally without having employees you don't want to keep having to trade your time for money especially as your income grows a smart hustle will create long-term income while requiring less Hands-On work over time you don't want a second job that just makes you busier third it needs to start small and scale big a smart hustle is something that you can start really small but eventually grow into a full-time business even if it only makes a little bit in the beginning the more leverage we add the more it'll make over time I
don't think I'd be where I am today if I had huge upfront costs or had to hire out employees in the beginning some business Vehicles can definitely make you over a million dollars a year such as Amazon FBA but it's not what I would consider a smart Hustle the inventory startup and AD costs are a lot more than you'd expect as a beginner another example is a business like an agency it can definitely make you over a million dollars a year and the startup costs are really low but you can't automate your agency without hiring
employees and if you don't hire employees you end up selling more of your time fulfilling the agency services in exchange for more money the key to an effective smart hustle is that it can start small scale big and it doesn't lock you into another job and eventually can run on autopilot so that you're not constantly grinding for the next dollar think of it like a Pokemon where it starts out as a cute little side Hustle but evolves into a full-time money-making Beast the more attention you give it a few examples of a great smart hustle
could be affiliate marketing content creation and even certain types of Drop Shipping now while everyone has their own opinion on what the best business is to start I made my first $10,000 a month with a million-- dooll vehicle called print on demand this business lets you work with companies like printify to sell products like mugs and t-shirts with Unique Designs printed on them since you don't have to hold inventory there's no warehouse and no upfront cost as you only pay for the product after you've already made a sale your initial startup investment is as low
as possible and when someone does buy the product from you online printify will have the design printed on the product and get it shipped directly to the customer for you which means it's en enely automatable it doesn't matter if you're selling five or 500 products a day printy fulfills your orders so your workload is always the same which is why print on demand passes the smart hustle test now a lot of people don't want to learn coding or how to build out a website just to sell their product print on demand allows you to use
tools like build your store AI which will get you a completely free AI built store in under 2 minutes it builds out your website and your product pages so all you you have to do is replace those products with the print on demand product you're selling but you could also do what I did to get started which is Marketplace print on demand this is where instead of having to build out and manage your own website you sell on an existing Marketplace like Etsy you can open an Etsy shop with just a few clicks and since
printify is an Etsy approved integration any products that you design in printify can be published directly into your Etsy Shop the best part about this method is Etsy already brings in millions of monthly visitors which means you don't have to be a marketing expert either at first I thought selling coffee mugs was kind of dumb like how many people are actually going to buy a coffee mug from me but once I actually got started I realized that the world is a lot bigger than I thought it was on Etsy alone there's shops that make millions
of dollars selling just mugs per year and there's shops that make even more selling products like t-shirts and sweatshirts I started selling mugs the same exact way and ended up making more more each month than my restaurant job made in an entire year most people fail at making money online because they treat it like a short-term cash grab rather than a sustainable system they chase Trends and look for the fastest and easiest way to make money instead of setting up something that lasts not every side hustle is created equal so the key is picking one
that's smart My Success didn't come from waking up at 400 in the morning and drinking raw eggs but instead of picking a goal and working towards it in a million dollar vehicle now the key to turning a smart hustle into a million dooll vehicle is by first getting it to $1,000 per month which brings us to step two which is scaling once I had picked my million dooll vehicle The Next Step was proving to myself that it could actually work at the beginning I wasn't even worried about making tens of thousands of dollars a month
but instead just proving that it was possible for me to make money online it really wasn't that long ago for me but I remember starting out having never made a single Dollar online at the beginning it feels like everything that you've been told might have been a lie you're not sure which method to follow or if it's actually even going to work out for yourself so at the end of the day no amount of videos or screenshots or motivation hey there how you doing I'm back I'm back can convince you it works you just have
to see the proof for yourself I think the best way to do this is by taking it in three small baby steps number one is to make your first dollar online if you've never made a single Dollar online and you're anything like me you're probably skeptical about the whole thing and rightly so because you've never done it so you've never proven to yourself that it's possible the second baby step is to do it again in the same exact way I'll always remember the first time I made a sale online it was for around $5 but
what really stood out to me was when I made the second sale in the same exact way this proved to me that it wasn't necessarily a fluke and even though it wasn't the $10,000 a month yet it was the proof that I needed to keep going the third baby step is scaling that operation to $11,000 per month the $1,000 per month level is enough validation I think for most people to keep pushing forward I remember as soon as I was making $11,000 a month it really wasn't long until I was making $10,000 a month because
I wasn't holding myself back anymore I let go of all of those skep iCal thoughts and doubts enough so that I could fully commit those three baby steps help you break the beliefs that hold you back but actually doing it is a little harder said than done so I like to take it one step further if you wanted to guarantee failure what exactly would you do you would procrastinate getting started you would give up as soon as something didn't work right away and you would ignore long-term leverage and focus on short easy cash today if
you do those three things you will fail but that also means that if you do the exact opposite you're much more likely to succeed instead of procrastinating get started immediately instead of restarting from zero every time something doesn't work out right away build momentum by staying consistent and instead of focusing on quick cach stack skills that create long-term leverage you can get to $1,000 a month without having a ton of skills if you follow this simple road map pick a proven business model like affiliate marketing content creation or print on demand follow what's already working
look at successful Etsy shops affiliate marketers and content creators and model their strategies and business and set a simple repeatable system for example I'll list 10 new print on demand products per week once you're consistently making $11,000 a month or more you will have unlocked step three which is stacking stacking is what took me from making around $10,000 a month to over $100,000 a month in around a year and a half I introduced the concept of the opportunity stock in a video before but it essentially takes your $1,000 per month income and multiplies it without
you necessarily having to work more so as a general example if you've been able to grow a print on demand shop on Etsy to $11,000 a month you can stack several more opportunities on top of it to make even more money you could open up another shop and sell the same designs on a different print on demand product or if you've been selling in an Etsy Shop chances are those same products would sell well on a Shopify store once I had that one system that was working my first job making a couple thousand a month
I knew I'd be able to add leverage and keep growing it more I opened up another shop and started selling T-shirts and sweatshirts and within a few months went from $1,000 to over $10,000 a month all with the same basic skill of selling products online the key difference here is instead of starting a completely new business I'm just stacking skills on top of what's all already working when you use a Smart hustle as the foundation you're able to stack more skills and income streams on top of it each skill that I've learned has helped me
unlock a new level of income on Etsy alone I was able to scale to the point where I had a few shops all making me income in Combined taking home anywhere from 20 up to $40,000 a month during some of the busier months the opportunity stock lets you take it even further though see I could have kept growing the Etsy shops and selling those products on Shopify to make some more sales but I decided to take all of that knowledge and Come Share It Here on YouTube some people might see YouTube as an entirely different
business but to me it just adds leverage onto the business that I already grew I wouldn't have grown so well on YouTube if I hadn't first Grown my own successful Etsy shops I just come on and share what I already do and what I already know which makes the whole YouTube thing a lot easier than if I just tried to come on and make a video about something completely unrelated the YouTube channel itself makes income but it also unlocks the ability for me to do affiliate marketing and even sell the sixf figure storefront program where
I teach everything that I know about selling on Etsy that I can't exactly teach on YouTube the stacking method lets you start as small as you need to I never imagined that I'd be making so much off of the original mug shop that I grew on Etsy but that's ultimately what happened if I hadn't started so small I wouldn't have been able to grow my income so big and the fact that I kept it automated the whole way means that not only do I have time to pursue new opportunities but I still make money from
products like t-shirts and mugs that I posted for sale years ago and I don't have to actively manage it I think a lot of people overc complicate this because it's not about having 10 different income streams it's about stacking opportunities that build off one another the reason stacking works so well is you're not starting over from scratch each time you add something new each layer that you add in your stack multiplies your original results and over time you're provided with more income and ultimately more freedom from my experience I found some of the highest leverage
opportunity Stacks are content creation affiliate marketing digital products and print on demand so here's what you can do if you want to copy exactly what I've done first is to pick one beginner friendly online skill and master it whether it's affiliate marketing content creation or print on demand like I did just focus on getting to ,000 a month so that you can prove to yourself that it works in the beginning don't try and get too fancy and third is to stack leverage with more opportunities and watch your income grow at this point you kind of
have two options you can either keep watching side hustle videos to try and figure out which one is the best you can get started today and actually make some progress it's your call if you're if you want to see my full print on demand 2025 breakdown you can watch that video right here so once you make sure you're subscribed I'll see you over there
