[Music] foreign started nine weeks before the first heart attack I had a lot of difficulty walking for nine weeks I thought it was anxiety I had the heart attack in the middle of the night I had the weirdest pains in my wrists and in my elbows and I had this really really hard hard pain in my chest and then my back and then I went back to bed and I woke up the next morning and I was exhausted I don't feel good so I called the doctor within maybe 25 minutes someone comes over to me
and she said I'm the cardiac PA you're having a cardiac event and the doctor said you have a hundred percent blockage I'm going to put a stint in and I tell them what happened Saturday night and he said that was the first Widowmaker and I said the first [Music] a week after I get the first stint I'm walking the dog with my father and I start to experience the wrist pain again and the elbow pain again and the back pain I call the office and they said we think you had a third heart attack 45
and I just had that my third heart attack shocking [Music] I could share a message with women it would be to know your numbers and it would be to know your genetics because I thought I was doing everything right if I could tell myself one thing it would be to listen to the signals my body was telling me because for nine weeks I was ignoring it that little shift can change your life foreign [Music]
