get you to the hospital okay according to court records mosingo has committed similar crimes in the past he served prison time on abduction charges in 2011 2014 and 2019 and he was released on parole after serving only 18 months in prison and the serial kidnapper was supposed to go on trial this week but instead CED a plea deal avoiding trial altogether on count one knowing what your rights are what the effect of your guilty plea could be how do you plead to kidnapping a felony of the first degree go and um count two kidnapping a
felony of the first degree how do you plea guilty count three felonius assault a felony of the second degree how do you plea guilty count four felonius assault aelony of the second degree how do you plea C count five abduction a felony of the third degree how do you plea guilty count six felonius assault a felony of the second degree how do you plea guil count seven felonius assault a felony of the second degree how do you plea go count8 felonius assault a felony of the second degree how do you plea good and count 10
strangulation a felony of the third degree how do you plea go before the judge issued his sentence Khloe's mother gave a heartbreaking Victim Impact statement about what her daughter went through during those four days of hell my daughter should never have been your victim you poured gasoline on my child and threatened to burn her alive you beat her over the head with a baseball bat you beat her from head to toe for days you punched her in her face so many times over the course of four days that her she has Paralysis on her left
side of her face she couldn't even open her eyes she had blood dripping out of her ears she had a brain bleed and with was in ICU for 3 days you did this to my daughter you did this to my child and you're not a man that's not what a man does a man protects women you are a you are evil you're a villain and you should never be allowed to see the light of day ever again because you are a predator and you have an Mo and you've proven it time and time and time
and time again this will be your fourth conviction for the exact same offense oh I'll say it again fourth time fourth time your honor my daughter is never going to be the same she can barely even she can't retain any new information because of her she has a traumatic brain injury she cannot even retain like new information she she as far as working she's not able to get a job not only because of the physical but because of the the psychological damage that has been done to my child she's going to suffer probably way longer
than him which is not fair the state also presented horrifying audio recordings of mosingo torturing Khloe prior to his arrest as she could be heard screaming in fear of her life shut up dude okay [Music] shill you gu I'm getting like this gas what I'm going to bury your life I'm my again I can fucking tear you apart in stomach it don't matter to me you hear me I'll cut shit off you I'll cut fingers off you I'll stab holding you until you ble out mosingo didn't give a statement or explain why he committed this
horrific act and when it came time for sentencing the judge wasn't going to give him any leniency and sentence him to nearly three decades in prison William mosingo Jr was transported to a prison within the Ohio Department of Corrections to begin serving out his sentence and he was given 30 days to file an appeal reporting for Law and crime I'm Elizabeth Milner
