I wanted to do something a little fun and different today so I decided that in today's video I will be working to clear your blocks in real time as you watch this video we're doing this together so that you can manifest what you want quickly and easily you can think of this almost like you and I are about to do a little one-on-one session so that you can start seeing results fast because you can manifest something so much faster when you don't have resistance or blocks around it and if you've been feeling stuck or like

with your results and I share brand new videos every single Wednesday so be sure to subscribe and also hit hit that Bell notification so you can get notified whenever I post a new video now let's get right into the part that you came here for let's start clearing your blocks right now so in this video I'm going to be using kind of a few different techniques but I'm also going to link some other really valuable tools down in the description box below because I don't want this video to go on and on and on that

way after you go through this video you can have tons of resources that will also help you address specific things you're manifesting and get the specific results you're looking for so we'll do a few little techniques to together right now and then there's going to be so many tools linked down below for you in the description box but let's get into the first thing that I want you to do right now and that is to choose one thing that you have either been trying to manifest that either doesn't seem like it's working or maybe it

feels frustrating or just haven't seen any results yet so pick something you're manifesting that hasn't shown up yet that maybe you feel a little bit of frustration around and I know you might have multiple different things you feel that way about but for the sake of time just pick one that we're going to work with in this video we're going to use specific techniques on one thing at a time and once you've chosen that one specific thing let's move forward so now that we have this one thing that you're feeling just frustrated around when it

comes to manifesting or like you haven't seen any results from it yet we are going to start off by choosing something called your believability scale number and here's the thing for this number you need to be fully brutally honest because if you aren't honest this really won't work that well it won't be as effective so being fully honest how much do you believe that you can have this thing on a scale between 1 and 10 this is your believability scale number one would mean that you really don't believe you can have it you're it's kind

of like hopeful thinking you couldn't even imagine having it and 10 is it could happen 5 minutes from now and you wouldn't even be surprised because you're just so certain that it's yours so one means I really don't think this could happen but I want it and 10 is it could happen at any second and I fully expect it be honest with this number there is no right or wrong or good or bad and honestly the majority of you should not be at a 10 because you don't tend to have blocks around things you're certain

of you wouldn't be blocked around something that you fully expected so go ahead take a quick second and honestly write down your number between 1 and 10 again there's no right or wrong answer there's no good or bad pick your number and stick to it trust yourself this really is just evidence of where you are today this relability scale is going to share so much going on within your programming so now that you've chosen your number let's figure out where you came up with that number it didn't come out of thin air it came from

something typically it comes from your subconscious programming so what were you taught what were you told what did you experience that caused you to believe in this number this is something that I want you to really kind of dive into and journal on later after you get off this video because it's going to take more than a minute or two and I really want you to dive into this question because it's going to show you exactly how this belief was formed and then you can shift that belief so take as much time as you need

to answer that journal prompt and those questions after you get off this video but for now try to think of maybe even just one event or one thing that happened or one thing that you were told so that we can use this as we move forward and go ahead and clear it now there might be more to clear later but let's clear one now so go ahead and think of an event a belief kind of what ever seems to be fueling the reasoning behind why you chose that number does that make sense what's one thing

you can remember something that happened something you were told something you experienced that caused you to really believe this number about having this thing feel free to go ahead and pause this video if you need a second to think about it but once you have that thing that event that belief whatever seems to be fueling this reasoning behind this number I want you to write it down get it out on paper to look at and observe I want you to be able to look at this from a neutral perspective almost like from the outside in

because with manifestation the more you can start to question what's actually true the more you can see it from a different perspective the better you get at it because you're not so wrapped up in it holding on to all this resistance around it when you can see it from a place of neutral you realize that everything really only has the meaning that you give to it you hold the power to decide what's true for you and that ability to choose shapes your entire reality so go ahead and write down this event event or belief that

caused the believability scale number if you haven't already or if you're at a computer and you don't feel like writing it down right now you can go ahead and type it out pause this video again if you have to I'll give you a quick second but once you have this written out I want you to look at what you wrote down from an outside perspective almost as if you were reading a page in a book that someone else wrote or a magazine something you were just reading without any feeling about and I want you to

notice is what you wrote down an actual proven fact is it true for everyone is it predetermined and something that just cannot be changed or is it simply an opinion you hold right now simply based on a past event and that one right there is most likely the case it's just comes from something that you were taught or told or something that you picked up on or something that you experienced that made you believe that what you wrote down right there is a true fact even though it's not and if you were to show that

to me right now what you wrote down would I agree that it's for sure true and a fact probably not so it's time to stop believing and arguing for invisible limitations that you adopted based on things in the past and instead look at everything that has led you to where you need to be to have what you want look at all of the things in your life that have manifested or the things that felt really lucky or situations that worked out in such a magical unexpected unexplained way maybe even think about your partner your kids

your family your favorite person your best friend you couldn't have predicted or controlled how that situation all came together but it did which is proof that you don't need to know how it all comes together for it to all work out so now that we've begun to notice and observe and start to disprove old limiting beliefs it's time to get your subconscious mind on board so I want you to now follow along with me I want you to go ahead and close your eyes if you're in a safe space to do so and if not

if you can't close your eyes right now that's totally fine you can still follow along as you are with your eyes open but I also want you to try and repeat this later with your eyes closed as I find it's more effective and you can connect a little bit better so once your eyes are closed I want you to take your hand and place it over your heart and in your own time at your own pace I want you to take a full deep breath in as high as you can go and then exhale a

deep sigh of relief go ahead and now I want you to say in your mind that one thing that you're manifesting in three words or less and go ahead and take another full deep breath in and exhale go ahead and think of it again that thing you're manifesting in just three words or less and take another full deep breath in and exhale and I want you to right now feel a sense of ease and peace throughout your your whole body and I don't want you to force it just allow it peace relief ease to flow

throughout your whole body and with your hand connected to your heart I want you to again just think of this thing that you're manifesting and hold that intention in your mind as you repeat after me of course I can have this it's possible for others so it's possible for me I'm ready to receive it it's here it's mine I did it and go ahead and take one more deep breath [Music] in and exhale and go ahead and open your eyes and with your eyes open I want want you to again repeat after me of course

I can have this it's possible for others so it's possible for me I'm ready to receive it it's here it's mine I did it so how does that feel go ahead and comment below let me know kind of what's coming up for you noticing what's shifted and I want you to notice if you feel like you shifted that believability scale number at all does it feel any different and the good news is is that you can actually use this affirmation repetition series that I just guided you through as often as you need when you feel
