I will say that, especially now as well. I think people do have an expectation, you know, like King though. First of all, it's like, "What the [ __ ] does he think he is?
" Like, obviously I didn't call myself King. Do you know what I mean? That's the name my dad gave me, and I thank God that he gave me that name cuz I love it now.
I used to hate it. Can you imagine I used to hate that? >> Mhm.
>> I [ __ ] love it now. Um >> Names hold weight, don't they? >> Big time.
Big time. Names hold weight, and you This name that was bestowed upon me, I'm so happy. I'm so glad I got this name.
And I try my best to walk into every room with that, shoulders back, head straight, confident. You know what I mean? And just self-assured.
And I think um Yeah, it does have gravitas when you walk into a room. And there's an expectation as well, you know, but I I can't be anything but me. This is what I get.
This is what I present me. This is all I know how to be. I can't be anything else.
I don't know how to be anything else. This is This is what you get. This is King.

And in Sanskrit and in Punjabi, Narupe means um man's look, man's form. >> Carry. >> And then when you think about the work that I do now within the men's space, it's like That's crazy how I am >> doing I'm doing >> lead men into improvement, self-improvement, and then >> The name's your namesake.
>> And my Yeah, my dad gave it a name. >> A namesake. It's powerful, right?
>> And then you see back at it, well, is there is something quite nice about >> Yeah. >> being given that? >> It's a It's a gift.
It's a real gift. And I think, you know, my dad's the story is uh the reason why I was given this name is my dad had all girls. And then when his son came along, he wanted to bestow this name and crown him King Zahir I am.
And and that's the name I've been given. And you know, I love it. Honestly, um but yeah, I I never thought about it like that before.
Given that name powerful name. My dad's passed at a young age. And then you have to grow into it.
Yeah, and I guess I was trying to do that to some degree without being conscious of it. Um Yeah, that's powerful.
