[Music] The Book of Psalms is a book that's contained in the ancient Hebrew Bible or sometimes known as the Old Testament in Christian faith and they're ancient writings and many people attribute these ancient writings to King David and some people have scholarly decided that that King David wrote most of them and others were written by other characters in The Bible but there's absolutely zero evidence to completely support anybody's claim of authorship for any one Psalm any of the Psalms so the truth is that no one really knows where the actual origin of the Psalms are but there is definitive proof that the Psalms as we know them were taken from older Source material [Music] there's 150 Psalms included in the Hebrew Bible [Music] and the word psalm is actually derived from a Greek word called salmos which simply means a song that's accompanied by a plucked instrument such as a liar or a harp and the ancient Hebrews refer to the Psalms as songs of praise magical people people magicians and witches look at the book of Psalms as a magical text and it has a very long history as a magical text in fact you will be hard-pressed to find any other book that has been used by a greater amount of people of a greater variety of cultures or magical Traditions than the book of Psalms many witches who use the Psalms especially in traditional witchcraft not so much Wicca but traditional witchcraft called The Book of Psalms the spell book of the Bible now I learned a specific psalmic tradition it's a very simple tradition and I don't know of any book that's really been written that covers the tradition as I learned it which is why I decided to write my booklet so that I could share this with people there's a common belief in our tradition as I was taught that the Psalms actually predate the Bible and the tradition holds that the Psalms were probably derived from Source material that's much older and that those spells incantations and prayers were probably from ancient culture such as Egypt or maybe kaldia or one of those earlier Semitic cultures or even pre-semitic cultures it's also important to recognize that in the psalm Tradition at least as I teach and practice it the book of Psalms is seen as a self-contained book not necessarily part of the Bible but something that happened to be included in the Bible the tradition that I follow claims that the older versions of the Psalms were appropriated and then co-opted and Incorporated by the ancient Hebrews to reflect the characters within that tradition so our Islamic tradition teaches that within each and every verse of each and every Psalm there are mystical and magical powers but these Powers act like seeds and when we work the Psalms diligently these seeds can actually grow and produce fruits that magically address any problem or condition and solve any problem and assist in obtaining in any quote righteous desire of the heart our tradition is very clear that there's a difference between working the Psalms as magic and praying the Psalms religiously so praying the Psalms religiously might be something like supplicating to a deity usually that deity in religions are seen as something that's separate something that's distinct from the person praying usually the people that pray in this way believe that some external deity is going to grant them some sort of favor or Mercy or help them in some way but in Magic when we use Psalms it's different we view this home as a spell and the the Lord as it's called in the Psalms is seen as the godhead the power source or the force you could almost even think of the force as is depicted in the Star Wars mythology we see that this force is pre-gender it's the life force itself of the entire universe there's no opposite to this force it is the one source of all power and it's not bound by any religion by any Dogma by any Creed or any practice and this force is viewed as not being separate from the practitioner but we see ourselves as an extension of this power so rather than concerning ourselves with so much about the history of the Psalms what we really do in this tradition is look for Effectiveness magical Effectiveness so if the scholars find proof that the Hebrews really did write these and they they didn't come from an older Source it wouldn't matter one bit because we look at a tradition as being a context for our magic and we know that it works so what matters is whether it works results are our proof so if we follow simple guidelines as outlined in the tradition and as I'm going to outline for you and as I outlined in my booklet then you will also have magical Effectiveness to work it's all magic you don't need anything but a Psalm it doesn't matter where you read the psalm from you can read it from a Bible you can read it from a book of Psalms you can read it from an app on your phone a lot of times you you will see a lot of rituals that are Incorporated in Psalm magic such as candles incenses talismans herbs washes hidden secret God names many times some practitioners who claim to be working saw magic will tell you or try to convince you that unless you know their little secret gizmos that the Psalms won't have the power for you and that's not true do not need anything but the psalm itself now you can use other things that's one cool thing about the Psalms as a magical system is you can incorporate anything you want with them and they'll be just as effective but you can use nothing but the psalm and they'll still be just as effective it's really up to your preference and up to your aesthetic and what what makes you feel best there's no restrictions whatsoever to using rituals or perfumes or talismans you can you can do anything like that that you want to but you don't have to in my booklet and I'll show you how to get the booklet and how to use the booklet in a minute you're going to find a list of traditional uses for each of the Psalms this is not exhaustive these are just a couple of little ideas to get you started there are so many different ways that each Psalm can be used and have been used and the secret that a lot of people either don't know about or don't want you to know about is that ultimately any Psalm can be used for any purpose I'm going to say that again any Psalm can ultimately be used for any purpose this means that you don't have to worry that you chose the wrong Psalm every Psalm will eventually get you to where you need to go some Psalms are going to get you there in a more direct manner so if you're looking for Prosperity if you find a Psalm that deals with prosperity you're going to get there faster and more directly but if you just open the book to any place and you read that Psalm and you work it properly like I'm going to teach you how to do you'll still get where you need to go you might just take the scenic route so do not worry about finding the wrong Psalm any Psalm can ultimately be used what you do need though is to work the psalm rather than just read the psalm a lot of people believe that the words themselves have some sort of magical power and if they recite them in especially in a very dramatic tone of voice that somehow the vibrations are going to go move out and make things happen for them and that's not how it works at least not the way that it was taught to me it's much more sophisticated than that the Psalms must be worked in a two-step process called The Psalm magic formula and it's a very simple formula step number one is you read your chosen Psalm all the way through without stopping out loud now we call that the incantation now if for some reason you're in a place where you can't read out loud you can read it silently but in your mind try to hear it as if it was being spoken out loud [Music] so that's your first step the second step is that you go back through the psalm you read through it again very slowly verse by verse and you search dig find and contemplate any hidden occult meanings within each verse contemplate how these hidden meanings might apply to the particular spell that you're working and through this process of digging searching and finding and applying that is how the great magic of this tradition actually works not just through the reading of it although that is an important part of it but it's through the Second Step I view each and every Psalm as containing infinite packets of magical seeds that once planted into the fertile ground of our deep Minds by using this formula we'll take root grow Blossom forth and then bear fruit after their own kind and like any effect of magic it is done through the reconditioning of your Deep Mind and so the way that you recondition your Deep Mind is through the process of repetition that means that you keep reworking the same Psalm each and every day sometimes even multiple times a day until we get a sense of peace and certainty you can go on to arielgatoga. com Psalm book if you cause confusion I wonder what it means when it's talking about Egypt Egypt in this sense usually means materialism or Consciousness consciousness of the body only and not nothing outside of our body why is feet being talked about so much in the psalm feet represents possibly understanding Etc so there's just a few I mean there's this is not exhaustive this is just a few of the of the words that you might find in there [Music] there are some some collections that are recommended now the the main three collections that we talk about are the contractual Psalms there's five of those and the contractual sums are basically the mini Psalm book you can pretty much get anything you need but from just those five Psalms those are really the meat and potatoes or the bread and butter of the songbook you would do well just by really working with those five Psalms so there's 23 24 27 46 and 91.
then there's another set of Psalms one two three four five six seven Psalms called the purification Psalms these are very important Psalms because if you can work this collection you will usually be able to eliminate negative conditions in your life no matter what they are and then there's the Psalms of gratitude now Psalm 150 as a Psalm of gratitude is extremely important in Psalm magic because that's the one that's traditionally worked each and every time you get some success in your Psalm work but then it is also in this particular collection Psalm 66 is also included and that's a bit there's other psalm collections so we've put the contractual Psalms in there the purification Psalms but then we've got the golden Psalms the Ascension Psalms there's three Psalms of restitution there's those two gratitude Psalms for gratitude for Magical success but then there's some other Psalms of gratitude in here as well that you can work I've got a list of the prosperity Psalms the healing Psalms Psalms of protection and there's even some Psalms for employment and I'm adding more and more Psalm collections each and every week so just keep checking back there just a one thing that you want to make sure of make sure that you scroll through some of these to to find all the Psalms one of the drop down menu item says some spell videos and you'll see that there is a list of all 150 Psalms in here and all you have to do is click on whatever one you want and it'll open up whatever video I have now sometimes I have more than one video and so this will probably be the most recent video for that now also we have the same thing available to you should you be looking at these Psalm collections each one of these if you click on it will open up the video for that particular song now the thing about these Psalm collections is that you can take a Psalm collection and work it on one particular issue goal or problem so let's say that you had a healing issue you'll see that there's one two three four five six healing Psalms so you would take this whole collection and work one Psalm a day for six days once you got to the end of the six days you would reassess and you would say do I feel peace and certainty about the situation if you do then you know that you're done and that that sense of Peace uncertainty is an indication that that manifestation that you desire is imminent if you don't have peace and certainty about that that's fine you work it again you do another six day process where you take one Psalm each day from this collection you could do the same thing with the protection Psalms one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven protection Psalms so that would be an 11 day spell you could do that with this process disparity Psalms which is uh one two three four five six seven days um Etc this restitution Psalm collection is only three so you could do a three day spell on one day you do Psalm 32 one day you work Psalm 51 and one day you'd work Psalm 85 and then at the end of that three days you would reassess your feeling about that situation and if you have a sense of Peace about it if you feel at peace with this situation you know that the manifestation is imminent if you don't feel peace with that situation yet then work another cycle Etc the same thing can be done with the contractual Psalms you can work these five contractual Psalms on anything doesn't matter what category it is on anything the purification Psalms are great to work all the way through anytime that you need some major change happening if you have a condition that just seems really stuck and you don't know what to do work the purification Psalms work all of the purification Psalms one per day and see how you do I've got a blog post that any one group or religion anybody whether they are of a religion or no religion can work them you can work Soul magic no matter who you are even if you're an atheist even if you're a Satanist it doesn't matter the Psalms are there for you the Psalms don't care they just want to help you that's their only purpose and function is to help you the one thing that I noticed that I get the feedback on a lot is people say well that sounds really interesting I'd love to work this but they're just too Christian for me the Psalms I'd like to remind you that even if you believe that King David wrote the Psalms that would put the Psalms as being very very pre-christian very pre-christian centuries older than Christianity but it's probably a great deal older than David so the Psalms are probably the most ancient magical book that we have access to much more ancient than the Keys of Solomon much more ancient than pikatrix much more ancient than any other magical text so if you're looking for ancient magic you can't find anything more ancient in print than the book of Psalms it's just that the Psalms don't come right out and say hey magic book in fact it's where some of the magic was hidden it was hidden inside of a religious book where people would probably never look for it they wouldn't look to open their Bible to find a spell book but there it is so just remind yourself if you're if you're attracted to the to the work of saw magic and you think it's a little Christian no it's not Christians have appropriated and they use it and they're welcome to it but they did not come up with it it's not a Christian book and it's probably not a Jewish book either it's probably predates that as well so it's open to you if you want it it's a very powerful system of magic some people get the misunderstanding though when I come out with song Magic that that they think that I think that if you don't work Psalms you're not going to have as much Effectiveness that's not true either you don't need them you can work any system of magic you want but if you're wanting the Psalms they are open to you no matter who you are what you believe and what you don't believe so I hope
