welcome back to ballistic high speeed if you were on the internet and like Firearms back in July 2021 you probably saw this video this is what started our Channel first video that Adam and I pretty much ever did together which was We examined what muzzle exits look like at 100,000 frames per second quality was a little low but it took off millions of views overnight it was that success that started this YouTube channel much better highspeed camera technology this is the 7510 from Vision research thanks to them for sending this out up to 1.75 million
frames per second we're not going to go quite that high today but this should give us a much more detailed look at what muzzle exits are to appreciate the Dynamics and all of that beautiful stuff going on in that Split Second so we're going to start down at 22 in the pistols and we've got 380 45 we got all sorts then we got rifles we got shotguns this is not every caliber ever known to man someday maybe it's kind of a little bit of everything less talking today just enjoy the show appreciate the beautiful dynamics
of muzzle exits all right we're going to start off with a 22 pretty much everything we're shooting today is all just your standard Target full metal jaget nothing crazy today we shoot some stuff on this channel and then there's that all right moving up a little bit we're going into the [Music] 380 still climbing this is the 9 mm for all the 10 mil fans out there we actually have one moving along we got ourselves a 45 [Music] the first revolver of the day we have a judge which can shoot 410 or 45 Long Colt
we have opted for 410 Godly well it wouldn't be a pistol episode if you didn't end with the Smith and Wesson 500 ready oh my God we're moving on to 223 or 556 this was actually sent To Us by Leviathan defense this is their Valhalla in a nice Nordic gold they have really nice rifles you can go check them out all right this is the 762 by 39 out of the Draco AK here so I expect a lot of Fireball ready since we did 762 x 39 naturally up next will be the 762 by 51
also known as a 308 well we wanted to do a 30 odd 6 so we brought out Grandpa's rifle the M1 grand and when you have an M1 and you love your audience you do one of these it is awesome all right we're going to start the 4570 suppressed and then we'll do an unsuppressed comparison this is going to be the 45 70 unsuppressed we have a 65 creedmore that has been suppressed continuing on with the 65 we now have it [Music] unsuppressed bumping it up a little bit moving into the 86 which is just
a creature of around good [Music] introducing a little bit of speed to this episode The 204 Ruger this is the 204 Ruger but now it's suppressed getting into the shotguns we're going to start out with just some bird shot out of this 12 [Music] gauge we swapped over to a different shotgun here but it's still a 12 gauge we're going to do buck shot then rifled slugs and then some spicy stuff to clarify this is double op [Music] buck so we still have the 12 gauge it's a 2 and 3/4 in Shell but now it
is a solid 1o slug [Music] finished off the shotguns we have some dragons breath so we've done it before but we've never done it at this frame rate all right dragon's breath coming through [Music] and it would not be an episode as a 50 BMG owner if we didn't use the 50 BMG the best looking muscle exit of the 50 BMG we've ever seen in three two one thanks for watching we tried to get a really wide selection of different calibers if you have some calibers in mind that you want to see we might do
a revisit again later on in the future some of the more obscure calibers maybe we know we missed a few but it takes a lot of time to assemble all these it does thanks again division research sending out the 7510 Beast of a camera if you want to see more footage that we filmed with this check out our last two explosives episodes a lot of De cord and C4 and shape charges and all sorts of cool stuff and as you can tell the 50 is back in the ransom International forensic and Ballistic testing machine you
will forever see it in this because we have an episode that we're getting ready to do here in about 2 days time we're waiting on a collaborator to get in town the 50 is going to be forever altered that day and it will no longer be considered safe to fire it ourselves yeah uh we're going to should fire anyways we're going to leave it at that uh if you know you know exactly with there being that many different calibers which is always really fun to look at the differences if you want to get your start
in ballistics you can head to sdi.edu we'll have a link in the comments below they have a course where you get into if you change this what happens for its ballistics down range because you changed that you can go study at sdi.edu in the link below thanks for watching see you the next episode I don't have anything to throw don't break anything we need all of this stuff oh God all right
