I release every worry, every fear, every regret. I give it all to you, Jesus. Thank you, Lord, because you are always ready to listen. You are always near. You are not distant or far away. Your word promises that when we call out To
you, you hear us. When we knock, you open the door. When we seek, we find. And tonight, Lord, I am seeking you with all my heart. Father, as I prepare to sleep, I want to invite your Holy Spirit into this room. Fill this place with your peace. Let your angels stand guard around my home, around my bed, around my mind. I silence every voice of doubt, every voice of fear, every whisper of the enemy that tries to disturb my rest. I rebuke anxiety in
the name of Jesus. I rebuke fear in the name of Jesus. I rebuke nightmares and spiritual attacks in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Lord, I cover myself, my home, and everyone I love with the precious blood of Jesus. I plead the blood of Jesus over my mind, my emotions, my dreams. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Let no evil come near me. I declare Psalm 91 over my life tonight. Whoever dwells in the shelter of the most high will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, he is
my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust. Psalm 91 1-2. Thank you, Father, because you are my shelter. You are my fortress. I do not have to be afraid of the night Because you are with me. Holy Spirit, I ask you to quiet my mind. Wash away the stress of the day. Help me to forgive anyone who may have hurt me today. I release all bitterness. I release all anger. I release every offense. I choose forgiveness tonight, Lord, because I want my heart to be clean before you. I don't want to carry
any weight that keeps me from your peace. Jesus, you are the prince of peace. I invite your peace into my soul. I invite your calm into my spirit. Help me to trust you fully, to remember that you are working even while I am sleeping. Help me to believe deep in my heart that you are already moving in my situation. You are already making a way. Even if I can't see it yet, I choose to trust you. Your word says in Isaiah 26:3, "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast because they trust
in You." Tonight, Lord, I set my mind on you. I choose to trust you. I surrender control. I let go of every outcome, every expectation, every need to figure things out on my own. I trust in your perfect plan. I trust in your perfect timing. Father, I thank you for all the blessings of this day, even the small ones that I may have overlooked. Thank you for breath in my lungs. Thank you for a roof over my head. Thank you for your faithfulness that never Fails. Thank you for your love that never gives up on
me. Right now, Lord, I speak life over my dreams. I speak hope over my heart. I declare that tomorrow is held in your hands. I will not fear what the next day may bring because I know the one who holds my future. I invite you, Jesus, to speak to me even as I sleep. Whisper your love to my soul. to my life. I ask you, Father, place a hedge of protection around them tonight. Guard their hearts, their minds, their bodies. Keep them safe under the shadow of your wings. May your angels be stationed at every door, at every window, standing as mighty warriors against anything that tries to bring harm or unrest. I declare over my home that the peace of Christ rules here. No fear, no torment, only your love, only your calm, only your divine presence. Father, I also lift up my dreams, my desires, the longings of my heart that sometimes feel so heavy
to carry. Tonight, I place these dreams into your Hands. I trust you with my future. I trust you with the things I hope for but cannot yet see. I know that you are the God who makes all things beautiful in their time. You are never late. You are never early. Your timing is always perfect. Help me to rest in that truth. Because Lord, my hope is not in the outcome. My hope is in you. My joy is not in the result. My joy is in your presence. I pray for the healing of every place in me that feels broken tonight. Heal the wounds that no one Sees, the silent battles, the hidden scars. Heal my heart from words that hurt, from moments
that left me feeling rejected, unseen, or unloved. Remind me tonight that I am deeply known and deeply loved by you, God. You call me your beloved. You call me chosen. You call me yours. Let this truth sink deep into my soul as I fall asleep in your arms. Holy Spirit, I invite you to refresh me as I rest. Breathe new life Into my spirit. Revive what has felt dry or weary inside of me. Pour out your oil of gladness over my soul. Replace every heaviness with a garment of praise. Replace every burden with freedom. Replace
every restless thought with your peace. Let your presence be like waves of comfort washing over me from head to toe, relaxing my body, calming my heart, and restoring my mind. May they know that they are not abandoned. You are close to the brokenhearted. You rescue those whose spirits are crushed. hurting heart, Bringing healing, bringing hope, bringing peace. Finally, Lord, as I surrender this day into your hands, I choose to let go of control. I choose to rest in the truth that you are God and I am not. I am your child and you are my loving father. You see the end from the beginning. You know what I need before I even ask.
