Can you really learn how to make $1000 in an hour? Has Mradul started clickbait? Or did I become another scammer? You must be thinking the same, right? Look, those who think this, leave this video and go. Now, those who are left, listen to these things carefully. Take a copy pen because this thing is going to change your life. Yes, that's a big claim but it is going to happen if you follow this thing. I know what is the problem with Freelancers in India. And if you are not valuing this thing, then what will you value
the paid. You won't find this road map anywhere in YouTube. And listen to these things carefully and implement it. because if you don't implement it then nothing is going to happen. It's a simple thing. Look, there are things on the internet that are complicated. That doing this is difficult, you can't earn that much in freelancing. To do freelancing, this and that is required. Bro, there are a lot of things to do. I know but at the start, you have to start with some basic principles. I will tell you those principles. Follow them. It's a 6
month road map. If you follow this thing carefully, you will automatically get out of this crowd. And you will come in the top 5% of video editors. Okay, if you are ready, let's go. So, let's start from scratch. You are a newbie and your first step will be to choose software. Which software will you choose? Davinci or After Effects. Okay, I agree that it's a premium industrial software. But it's a requirement of specific clients. If you want a stable base and you have to do animations too. So, start with Davinci and After Effects. Learn about
premiere Pro in your free time. That's it. Look, only one client specifically told me that you should work on the workflow of premiums and After Effects. And I sometimes work on Davinci because they have cinematic videos. So, no client will ask you that you are working on software unless they have a requirement for that project. If they don't have a requirement, They won't even ask you for. Don't take time to choose software. Because our brain is very complicated. It is very advanced in doing useless work. So, implement the 20% work that will give you 80%
results and follow those things. So, if you have chosen the software, then come to our proper roadmap. And first of all, congratulations on your first step of choosing the software. And first of all, let me clear this thing that you can learn a lot in these 6 months. You can come to an intermediate level. But you have to work. Now, in the first month, what do you have to do? First of all, download the software, Premiere, After Effects and Davinci Resolve. I'll tell you later why three of these are needed. But now, download it. Now,
you have a software to work on. And now, what will you do? You will learn everything about these softwares. First of all, you will learn about Davinci and After Effects. You will know everything about both of them individually. Everything means everything. Either Buy the course or watch it for free. There is a lot of material on YouTube and the whole internet. And watch a few Premiere tutorials. Learn the basics. Which will also start with Davinci Resolve. Now, what you have to do is, you have to give 3-4 hours daily, to learn these softwares. Take all
the basics, intermediate, whatever you will get in the course, take it all. And if you can't do this, then forget about the $1000 per month goal. Now, what do you have to do for the whole month? You have to learn Davinci for the first 14 days. How will you learn? You will make a project. And in that project, you can take out a clip from a podcast, record your video, edit my video. Do anything. But you will edit that project. Whatever type of editing you want to start, just get started. The goal is that you
have to be familiar with the software. And the more time you spend in it the more familiar you will get. Now in that project you will make a storyboard. A good storyboard. In which you will not hold back at all. Whatever is coming in your imagination that I can do this and that. You will write all those things. Even if you can't edit. But you will write. Look, our goal is not to pass or fail in this. Our goal is to learn. So just do that thing to learn. So just think in the wildest imagination.
And implement it. And yes, when you will make that storyboard. You have to include everything in it. What will you do with sound design? Which music will you choose? How will you put visuals? Whatever you want to do.You have to do VFX. You can do VFX. But whatever you want to do you will include in that storyboard. And you will include that project too. Even if it will take two weeks to complete that project. No problem. But you will complete that project with that same storyboard. The storyboard that you have thought. And suppose if you
want the sound design or the visuals. You can't do that. Learn and then implement. Even then it is not happening. Learn again and implement again. By doing this you will become perfect. And you will learn the small nuances about things. That if this is not happening. Then I will have to do this. So whatever project you will make in these 14 days. You will see it as an experiment of what new things I can do with this. What new things should I introduce? So that this video becomes better. What should I eliminate? learning 3D in
Fusion Tab. Whatever is in your mind. There are no limitations. You can implement that thing in this. My point is that you will learn DaVinci Resolve in 14 days. That's it. But can you actually learn DaVinci Resolve in 14 days? No. But at least you will know that. Okay. Where are the things in this? And what is the potential of this thing? Or what level of edits can I make in this? You'll not be perfect but you will learn so much, That you will go ahead of a normal editor in those 14 days. Considering that
you are giving your 100% And working for 4-5 hours every day. And from a study it was also found that. If you give something for 20 hours. Then you almost understand all the basics of it. So you are giving more than 20 hours in this. So of course you will learn a lot of things. So in 14 days you have to learn cuts, color grading, fusion, fairlight. Now in the next 14 days you will learn After Effects. And you will learn that with DaVinci Resolve. Yes. So the video I have given above. Watch that video.
That is the workflow of DaVinci and After Effects. By implementing that you will learn DaVinci and After Effects. And at this time you will focus more on After Effects. That how you can make the animations that you are thinking. You must have learned all those things in DaVinci Resolve. But now you have to learn After Effects too. Now some people will say that in the first 14 days, I could not make animation in DaVinci Resolve. But what was written in the story board. I did most of the things. So bro skip the animation for this
day. That when you will learn After Effects. Then you will start animation. But the rest of the things, You will complete in DaVinci Resolve. You will learn. So basically, You will make a base in DaVinci. And animation in After Effects. Now by this time you will learn a lot of things. But still there will be some things. That you might not know. And it is completely fine. You don't have to be obsessed on all the things. Our goal is to learn. Now you have learned DaVinci for 14 days. you have learned DaVinci Plus After Effects
for 14 days. Now 2 days are left in the month. So in those 2 days you will learn Premiere Pro. And you will think that in 2 days will I learn Premiere Pro or not. You will learn. Because your base of DaVinci and After Effects will be almost clear. So you will learn almost most of the things of Premiere Pro. So when the base is clear. Then you will learn Premiere in 2 days. you don't have to learn the advanced level. But you should clear the basics. That if you are given any project of Premiere
Pro. Then you know how to navigate. And all the videos you will watch. DaVinci Resolve. After Effects. And about Premiere Pro. To learn them. You will make notes of all of them. So that, everything remains remembered in your mind. And yes. Don't delete the projects you have made. You have to prepare before and after of all of them. Later it will be very useful. Now coming to the second month. Now you will add one thing this month. And what is that? Posting online. You will have to show it to sell. And yes. You will do
this work while learning After Effects and DaVinci. Now maybe your question can be. That what will I learn this month. Because I will learn DaVinci and After Effects in the first month. See you will learn a lot of things. But still you have to refine yourself. And if you are serious about this thing then after a month, You will feel like, That I should learn something else. Try new styles. So if you feel like that then you will fulfill it too. If you want to do this thing seriously. And if you want to be a
basic editor. Then you will eventually be replaced by AI. Now coming to the point. That how to publish content. For that you will learn about LinkedIn along with doing 2 hours of editing daily for the first 7 days. So you have to learn video editing and you LinkedIn too. If there is no time. Edit for 3 hours. And learn about LinkedIn for 1 hour. But you have to learn. Learn about LinkedIn in even in your free time but you have to learn. And yes keep making notes. What to learn about LinkedIn. How to optimize and
scale the profile. What posts are there on LinkedIn. What is its potential. Multiple things can happen. So just keep knowing about it. Pick up any course. And learn from it. There are a lot of courses on YouTube. Now after learning for a week. You have to start posting content. And you have to post. Which content you have already made. Now which content is made. Which you have made in the first month. while learning After Effects and DaVinci. You have to post that. The ratio of posting will be 4 to 2 to 1. In which there
will be 4 work related posts. 2 value posts. And 1 personal post. Now how you have to do this. So first of all let's understand what we have to post in work post. You can post Before and after scene in work post. On which project you are working. But don't just post all these things. If you want to do this. See if you post before and after scene. Then you can attach a story in it. Which is. How did you create this before and after scene. Suppose you were learning DaVinci in the first month. Then
make a project while learning Davinci. So in that you will not write before and after of the edit. You will write that how did I make this on DaVinci. From where did this start. I saw a video on YouTube. And then I got this roadmap. After getting this roadmap. I started implementing all these things. In the first 14 days, I made this video from 0 to here. So all these things you can introduce as a story. It will help you to build your personal brand. Not that just write, before and after of the edit if
you want to work with me. Work with me. What is this bro. F**k it. If you want inspiration. Then you can see my profile. You will understand a lot of things. That how you can post. And what is value post. In value post basically you will tell the audience. That how you do a particular specific thing in editing. And basically in your life too. So suppose, I do editing by applying J cuts and L cuts. In every cut, I apply Jcuts and Lcuts. Why. Because it makes the workflow smooth. In a post of LinkedIn, I
will tell people, why I use J cut and L cut in every post. Sorry, in every cut. In that you can tell that what tips and tricks you are following, how you are improving things in your personal life, so all those things will come in the value post. Again, by going to my LinkedIn, you will understand a lot of things. Now coming to the personal post, in that you will just tell about your personal story, That how you went out somewhere, or how you met some person. and how he brought some improvements in your life,
what things have shifted to your perspective, whatever is related to your personal life. That's why you will have to write, you will have to stay with yourself a little bit. But these are the things that you will have to do in order to grow your personal brand. And personal brand is like a staple these days and you will have to do that. If you want to survive a long-term game. So how will be the routine of posting this? Let's talk about that. On day 1, you will put a work post. On day 2, you will
put a value post. On day 3, you will put a work post. Then again on day 4, you will post a value post. Then again your work post will be done. And then on day 6, you will have a personal story, and then on day 7, your working post will be done. And you can repeat all these things like this. Now, from where will you bring so much content? See, for this, you will have to write yourself, and you can take help of ChatGPT. I basically write my life stories, my tips and tricks and all
these things by sitting in a zone in a Google Doc. And in that Google Doc, I specify what all I will upload on which dates. So it takes me 4 hours a day doing all these things I have to schedule content for a month. Then I sit, focused on the day. on what all I can share with my audience. In which they'll get value. And then I write my story, then I go to ChatGPT and copy and paste it there. And if it is a very long thing, then I tell it, to make it concise
and correct the grammar. And then ChatGPT gives an answer. Usually, ChatGPT's answer seems very AI-generated. So what I say is that, I write make the readability level to 3rd or 4th grade. Basically, It simplifies the language and writes in a friendly language. And still if it doesn't have a good result, then you can add this in the prompt. Make it friendly and make the readability score to 3rd or 4th grade. So it will give you good results. But usually, it doesn't happen with me. I don't write that long. I keep my writing concise. So I
don't have this problem. What I do in ChatGPT is that I just write this in the prompt. Correct the grammar. That's it. I get all the grammatically correct sentences. And then I copy and paste it in my Google Doc. And then from there, I schedule all the posts. I pre-plan the photos and videos that I have to upload. And then I schedule everything one by one. My content gets ready in a month. And yes, I post twice a week. Of course, you have so much content. So you can't be ready in a day. But you
can do it in one week. And by doing this, if you can make 3 posts in 1-2 hours, then it will take you 7 days to make a content of 21 days. And yes, if you are editing a creator's podcast, then tag that creator too. So that your chances of Visibility increases. Usually, LinkedIn is very much into all these things. If you are editing a creator's video and tagging it, then you will get his audience. And if the creator likes your edit, then he can hire you too. So, this is a win-win for you. But
look, whatever you do, one thing to keep in mind is that you don't have to put garbage on the internet. You have to give value to the person who will read your post. Don't copy and paste anything from ChatGPT. People will know that this is generated from ChatGPT. And they won't even read anything. So, please take care of that. So, in conclusion, in the second month, you will edit 3-4 hours daily in the first week. And along with that, you will learn about LinkedIn. And for the next 3 weeks, you will post on LinkedIn. And
along with that, you will also learn editing. And whatever project you will make, prepare the before and after scene of it. And keep publishing that too in your work post. And a side note, if you want to make your personal brand in the future, Then you have to record your journey. You can record it from your phone, but record it. That you are at this stage today, you are on day 2 today or day 30 today, So, you will have a journal maintained. And when you look back, you will feel good. Or maybe you can
make a documentary on your life. Who knows? Now, coming to the third month, now you will take a break of 2-4 days from work and learning. You won't do anything in those days. And if possible, then go for a walk in those 4 days, anywhere. Look, do anything but the point is, that you will give yourself a break. You will separate yourself from your work. You have to refresh yourself. And in this break, you won't do Netflix and chill, sleeping all day, and all these things. You will do active recovery. In active recovery, you can
do yoga, swimming, you can do workout, cardio and meditation. And there are many such things which are included. You will search active recovery on Google, you will get many things. Now, in these 2-4 days, you will write down your progress. how much you have learned, and where you have to go. Until your brain has clarity that what is the path to go ahead, it cannot work properly. So, basically, whatever clutter you have in your mind, whatever you have to sort out, you will write all that. Literally, you will just write for 3-4 hours, even if
you are not able to think about what to write, but you will sit with headphones on, and you will keep figuring out, that what can I write, where do I have to go. You will ask yourself a good question, that what other things you want to implement in your life. The more questions you ask, the more answers you will get, the more you will be clear about things. And clarity is very important these days, because you are constantly learning things, constantly implementing things, your brain will get fused. You will refresh yourself like this. If you
listen to the podcast of Huberman Lab, you will know that, When your new neural connections are created, you are able to retain new information well, and you become creative a lot. And when you take a break, this happens mostly in those periods. So, you have to take a break because, you have worked for 2 months, now you have a break of 2-4 days, now you will chill, you will create some new neural connections, you will become creative, and then you will get creative ideas, when you will be in this empty time. Keep a notepad with
you, whenever you get creative ideas, write all those creative ideas. Don't say that, it is in your mind, I will remember it. No, it is not remembered. you have to write all those things. Because it usually happens, when you are taking breaks, you get a lot of creative thoughts. So, capitalize that, and write that thing. Now, after 3-4 days break, you will become regular again, you will start scheduling your posts. And if you have already scheduled, then you will schedule more posts for next month. But, you will post this time in 2-1-1 ratio. You will
post 2 work posts, one will be your value post. and one will be your personal post. Now, for the rest of the month, do whatever you want to do. You have to master color grading, VFX, sound design, whatever you want to master, do it. At that time, I can't tell you what you will do. Because you will hear from inside, that this thing is fun, I want to learn this thing. So, start learning that thing. That's it. Basically, this month, our goal is to catch something, and become a master in it. You have to give
4 hrs a day, and whatever you like, you have to learn it. Now, you are achieving mastery, but simultaneously, you have to read a book, which is 100 Million Offers by Alex Hormozy. Now, you have 26-25 days, to complete this book. So, at least, you can do this much. And remember, whatever you are learning, from books, or your courses, or your YouTube free courses, keep all that written, make notes and keep it. Now, you will say, why should I read books. When you will read a book, you will understand it yourself. Now, just keep posting
this month, keep learning, and also, read a book. Now, we have come to the halfway. Now, comes the 4th month, and you are a little free this month. Because I can't tell you, that you will achieve mastery in which thing in the 3rd month. Of course, you will not achieve mastery fully, But what will you go on to become a master of. But, you will try to achieve mastery in whatever, keep implementing that thing, in your 4th month also. And also, make content. Remember this. Throughout the challenge, keep editing the videos. Otherwise, you will not
be able to move forward. But, an important note. Look, you have achieved mastery, I understand. But, you should also have a lot of general knowledge. Suppose, you want to enter in color grading. Okay, you can master that thing. But, you should also have knowledge about other things. We will talk about that later. But, this is very important. Basically, you have to become T-shaped. You should have knowledge about all things. And you will achieve mastery about one thing. That is how you can be a master. you will achieve these skills at least at the intermediate level.
And of course, you will master one thing. You will have to become versatile, if you want to stand out in the market. What comes in all those segments? Persuasion, soft skills, communication skills, color grading as well as how can you apply J-cuts and L-cuts. There are a lot of things. Whatever is in the field of video editing, you have to learn all that. And, don't take the burden of learning all those things. slowly, you will learn all those things eventually. Now, basically, this month, you have to focus on your fundamentals. Now, what are fundamentals? Basically,
where will you apply cuts, close-ups? Where will you use wide angle shots? How can you maintain video consistency? And, a lot of things. I will make a video on these fundamental skills in depth. And, till you come in your fourth month, you will get that video uploaded. You can watch it. But, for now, fundamentals is like, you should know basic things about video. Like, where will you apply J-cuts and L-cuts? When should you zoom out sharply and when should you not. When do you want to show your face in videos? Things like these. Suppose, if
you take a video, this is a good project to see the consistency of the video. The colors that I have used in this, and the font that I have used, I have kept them consistent throughout the video. In all the slides. So, basically, I have kept the same font and all those things in this slide. And, similar to this, similar to this. I have kept the same color. And, same goes with this slide. I have kept the same in this slide too. So, this maintains the consistency in the video. So that the video looks professional.
And, if your video does not have consistency you add any colors, then that video will look very bad. Now, see, the more you will learn the fundamentals. You'll learn more. So, don't do this thing like, man, I don't know the fundamentals, now I can't edit. You can do it. You can't learn some things quickly. Some things will take time. And, it's okay. Now, fifth month is very important. You will take a break of two days again. And, you will compare your first and latest edit. See what can be improved in it. Usually, the lack of
fundamentals is there. When you notice them, then write them. And, try to improvise them in the next video. Whatever you feel in the video, that you have to eliminate this, Or you have to add something I can do this thing like this. Write all those things. And, you will implement that thing with the next edit. And, keep in mind, whatever is the time period, you have to keep adding your content in all of them. And, in this month, you will focus on your communication skills. In which you can do that, that before sleeping every night,
you should journal for one or half an hour in English. If you don't know English, then consume English content. And, I used to practice it in such a way that I used to choose any topic in my mind, And, whenever I'm going for a walk or cycling, then I used to elaborate that topic on myself. In this way, my verbal communication also improved. I started understanding how to articulate thoughts. And, eventually, my English also improved. And, in the fifth month, you have to read a book. 100 Million Leads by Alex Hormozy. So, this is how
your fifth month will go. It looks very easy, but it is not easy at all. When you do it, You'll be fu**ed while doing all these things. But, remember, after doing all these things, you can easily close a $1000, $2000, even $3000 client. Now, in the sixth is the final boss moment. Because, now you have to do outreach. Where do you have to do it? On LinkedIn or on emails. And, now, this month, you will get to use both of Alex's books. And, keep in mind, that you are reading the books, keep their notes. And,
yes, before going to the main segment, in which you will get to know about the whole outreach, let me tell you one thing, that not everyone wants to become a freelancer. Some people also need a job. So, to apply for a job, you can go to the job section of LinkedIn, and on the search tab, you can put video editing. And, you can choose the country. US, UK, UAE, it can be any Scandinavian countries country or Australia. So, whichever country suits you, you can apply for a job in all those countries. And, remember, whatever is
required in it, don't keep it very basic. They get thousands of applications. If they have to choose one candidate from thousands of applications, then they have to stand out. And, how can they stand out? If they ask for a resume, then make a very good resume. If they ask for a portfolio, then do it well. And don't keep the portfolio complicated. Because Google Drive has only links. Sorry, there are the folders. You can put one or two videos in Google Drive and it should be visible just after opening, without any folder. You can put your
showreel in it. You can put your best edited video. I mean, it feels like a kiss. So, if you have a video like this, put it in it. And they can directly go and watch it. They don't have time to watch videos. If you want to be selected, then first of all make a resume or profile which they will feel that this person is doing something good. This person is something different. We can qualify him. And then after qualifying, they will see your portfolio. So, you have to present yourself like this whenever you apply for
any job. Before applying for any job, think in your mind that if thousands of applications come to me, will I see my profile? If yes, then you post it. If not, then again, after making a few changes, post it. Now, let's talk about outreach. In outreach, There are many people better than me. And one of them is Aasil. And we will learn about outreach and all the extra knowledge about freelancing from him. So, let's hop on a call and talk to him about all of the things related to outreach. So, guys, he is Aasil. And
he has an 8-figure agency And he is the right person to talk to about outreach, cold emailing and how you can take one-time projects and even retainer clients. So, Aasil has a team of 10 people. And he has a lot of knowledge Around outreaching and all of those things. And one more thing. Asil has recently uploaded a video regarding outreach, And with the help of Chat GPT, Excel Sheet, If I'm not wrong, it is an Excel Sheet, right? So, how you can generate multiple leads with the help of Excel sheet. But in this video, we
will talk about multiple things including like Fiverr platforms, freelancing platforms actually, and cold emailings and multiple ways from where you can do outreach and take clients. So, yeah, he is Aasil for you. And let's see what he has in his mind. Okay. Thanks a lot for having me. So, I will start by saying that I will give a little introduction about me. So, I am a freelance video editor. I freelanced for around 3 years when I was working alone. And after that, because order flow was this much, I eventually built a team. And now I
have a team of 8-10 people. And we do all sorts of videos. So, from promos to YouTube videos to weddings, commercials, and everything in between. And one thing I would say is that if you want a client in the beginning, then make sure that what you are offering is good. Meaning that your skills are such that whatever you are giving, you know that people will like it. Exactly, yeah. And that being said, if you have reached there, Yeah! then after that, the best place to get clients, that too regular long-term clients, that you can make
a career on it, are freelance platforms, first of all. I am saying this because the freelance platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, they already have the people and clients that you are looking for. So, these platforms already have people who need you. And if you just make a profile that performs well on these platforms, then you will definitely get an order, you will get clients. Correct. But these platforms, are completely filled with people who are just charging $5 per hour. Yes. So, if you are someone who, you know, wants to earn a little money, then these
platforms are not for you. But if you are someone who does good quality work, And can charge around $50 to $100 per hour, then a lot of clients are already looking for you. You just have to make a profile that lands on the first page of these platforms. And apart from this, the second option is, This option is that we show up there where the clients are already looking for us. The second option is that we go to the client and ask them that we offer this service, would you like to work with us? So,
here we have our email outreach, messaging, Instagram ads, that you go to the clients. Now, the biggest problem here is that a lot of people reach out to me, Hmm. but when they are reaching out, then that entire email or their entire message, that is about them. Yes. But, no one wants that. Meaning, if you’re reaching out to someone, your message should be about them. You have to tell, what they are doing, and how you can make it better. Hmmm. And a lot of people, I don't know where these people have learnt this, that let's
say, If someone is a short-form video editor, and then he will reach out to a YouTuber, and they will straight up insult them. Like, your video is not good, I will make it better. So, if you do this, then you will not get a client. Meaning, whatever content they are making, it takes a lot of effort to make content. And at one point, you have to appreciate the video editor. Exactly. And when you do that, and then talk about their problem, and then give them a solution, all this will happen in one email. So, for
example, I have reached out to you. So, I will see your content, I will definitely go in depth, and like someone said one point, that you know that everyone doesn't know, I said this late in the video, some people might have seen it, If you say such a point in the first line, then you got your attention from the client. Now, after this, if you tell, how you can improve that thing, how you can improve their videos, You can't say that it is bad. You can say that, I think I can improve it here, and
I have done this before, and this is an example of it. So, you will attach the proof here, and after that, you can include that I have worked for this person, or I do this. So, your introduction will come around the fourth or fifth line of that mail. meaning, in the beginning, you will write that, Hi, I am this, and I do this, then they will not read it. Exactly. So, email or if you are doing the message, it has to be about the client. Hmmm. What are they doing? How can you help them? After
that, put proof in it, Your website or whatever it is. A simple video will also work. Meaning, simple means showreel, in which your skills are visible. Yes, that will also work. And just end with a call out, call to action. That you can book a meeting here, if you are interested. Hmm. If you just do this, and your work is good, then we are definitely sure that you will get clients. And the key word is, work is good. Because many people develop an ego in themselves, That I have been doing video editing for a year,
even if not in the right direction. And they think that, I have been doing work for a year, so at least my work deserves this much money. But in the end, when you see their work, because I have seen a lot of editors, I am hiring for my agency now, and they are saying that they have 2 years of experience, 3 years of experience. But in the end, they are like, their portfolio is not that good. 3 years of experience in the right direction, and even, you have worked seriously for 6 months. Technically, You can
do very well in video editing, But I don't know, why they write such a thing, and there is no proof of work, to back them up. The main thing is, you will have to make a strong portfolio in that. If you are pitching like this. Because you are reaching cold out, they are not warm leads. why would they work with you, if your portfolio is not good. Correct. So, the basic skill, 99% of the editors, that I have seen, While hiring personally. or whoever reach out to me, they have a skill issue. Hmmm. So, your
skill is not of that level, that you can go there. Meaning, you are running after money very fast. Yes, exactly. Instead of that, if you just focus on hard work, smart work, and knowledge, then you will go very far. And now, this is not the time to think about money. Meaning, money will come later, and it will come automatically. So, when I started myself, I did not get money. I did an internship for 6 months. I was getting paid like 6000 rupees. And I was working around 8 to 10 hours. And that went on for
like 6 months. And after that, but what it did is, it became a muscle memory. Meaning, you open the same software and do the same things everyday. So, it made speed. I got skills. And I figured out how to use everything. Hmmm. Many people learn the basics of Premiere Pro, and then they go directly to the market. No, it will not happen like that, You should understand, where your skills will be applied, Who will need it. And then editing is a very vast topic. Meaning, it is a very big topic. Now, it has been 5-6
years for me almost. And I think, I still do not know a lot of things. So, I mean how you can trigger certain emotions. That how someone can be hooked right after watching the video. And you should, And you should know storytelling, you should know design principles, you should know animation principles, Right? people do not know what is it, - yeah - Right. so, how will you get a good work, and the high paying clients, they are educated enough, that they know about all this, they have so much experience, And they will understand after seeing
your portfolio that you don’t have design skills. because your portfolio doesn't look attractive. you don't know how to present it well. and I agree that you will not get it in the beginning. so you have to spend time on this. spend 1-2 years to get your skill very good. And after that you will get emails, outreach etc. and I will tell you a very honest thing. if your skill is really good. then you don't have to worry about your clients. if you just put your work on social media. if you just put your work on
social media. if you see the best in the industry. best in the video editing industry. so we are talking about Sam Kolder. Yeah. we are talking about Daniel Schiffers. so they just put their work on YouTube. But their work is so good that they are able to attract a lot of people. exactly that must be the goal. till when will you keep doing outreach? you will have to get so good at your art. that you have inbound clients. and this is the purpose of this road to 1000 dollars. that you are posting your content on
LinkedIn. but in the beginning as you said it will not be so professional. you will not understand so much. but the thing is that muscle memory will be built. that yes I have to post my work here this is my portfolio. Correct. And then after that when you will keep learning things, you will add a personal story in it. personal element in your brand. that I started from here and I came here. And I wasn't aware of these design principles when I introduced these things in videos. how did I get this client. and if I
didn't get a client. then how my videos overall look enhanced. consistency maintained. so these are the things that. when you introduce in videos. and simultaneously. I think personal brand is like a staple right now. You have to do that, if you want to take it seriously in the future. You can't do outreach everyday. Personal brand is like, whatever you are learning in the backend, you are bringing it out. And clients are knowing that yes, this person is working hard. And one thing is that, some clients, because I have some clients, who don't have much technical
knowledge. They know clear animation principles, they know many things, the basics, they don't know that but They can see that there is something off in this video. Correct. That thing the client will know and they will reject you. They don't know what is that technical thing but they will reject you. And they won't be able to give you feedback, if you ask them because they don't know. But the thing is, they have to determine you and you have to work on it and it takes time. I mean, whatever is the roadmap in 6 months, you
will follow it. But still in the end, you will have to refine certain skills in which you develop an eye. We will learn technical in 6 months But an eye is something that this thing will resonate with this person or not, this thing will resonate with this client or not. So, it takes time to develop that thing. And as for the outreach, in the end, it is a matter of a lot. And if you are putting content, then clients come because almost like referral clients come if your work is good. You take one client, he
will refer and you will get the clients. Yeah. Yes. You talked about multiple things. First of all, personal brand, Because everyone wants to make content, and it is a really good base. Whatever you are doing, if you are making content these days, then it acts as a good base. But what people are doing is running in all directions. They are posting on YouTube, on Instagram, on Twitter. If you are a freelancer, you won't have that much time. Exactly. One project will come and you will cut everything in between. So, instead of running in all directions,
try to take one platform in the beginning, If you get an engagement, then your follower base will be dug from here to there. You don't have to worry about it. But try to do one thing, one platform properly, your audience will build on it. And then later you can divide it later. As and when you will get engagement, you will get motivation. But if you try to run in all directions, then there will be no progress at all. Yes. And like, you can go on if you have something to talk. Yes. Second thing about referral.
I think referral is a really good way to get times. Some agencies, multiple, means 7-8 figures agencies are just running on referral. So, if your client's work is so good that someone likes it. Means, for example, you go to a restaurant. You went to a restaurant and you liked the food a lot. Yes. So, you will come and suggest your family members to visit there. Exactly. So, if you are doing such a good work for someone, making such a good video, then he will tell people himself. Yes. So, and then if you already have good
contacts with clients, like gradually relationship becomes trust. You just ask them, that I like working with you a lot. And obviously, you know all the people in your industry. Can you make an introduction? And if your work is good, I am very sure that, easily you will get a lot more connects. Yes. It will happen. And for the first question that you like told us. Is that you have to choose one platform. Right. So, what can be that platform? Like as far as I can think of, if you want to go purely from that perspective
that you want to take clients. And you have to focus on a little personal brand also. I think LinkedIn is a good place to start. And maybe Twitter. But what do you think is the good platform to start as a beginner? Correct. If you don't have much time, then you can just start from written posts. Because it won't take much time. So, LinkedIn and Twitter are a really good, you know, place to start. But if, especially in video editing, you have to show some proof. Yeah. So, if you want to start from that, then you
can start from Instagram Reels or YouTube videos. Right. Because in video content, it's like they need to see what skills you have. And if your content will tell you that your content is so good. I mean, I am very sure it happens with you too. So, already, you know. People get sold. That, man, you are making your videos so good, so you can help me too. Right. Same happens with me. So, since I started posting videos on YouTube, clients get convinced very easily. That, yes, they are doing it themselves. They know how it is. So,
especially if you are a video editor, I think you should start with video content. So, whatever you do, I mean, put Instagram Reels. Two or three in a week. So, when someone clicks on your profile, they will feel that, yes, it's possible. They know that you have done it. And on top of that, Yeah, go on. And it's just about being consistent on one platform for a long enough time and you will outrun everyone. And yeah, on top of that, like, if you have good followers, then clients automatically perceive you as an authority. That, man,
this person has grown so much audience, he knows something about that platform. And if you have services around it, So, if you manage Instagram, then if you will tell the client that I do video editing, but I can help you scale your Instagram because I have scaled it. So, the client will be like, okay, he has done it, So, why don't we just try it with him? And to give them security, you can do this, you can give the first month trial and if not trial, you can give paid trial. That I will do a
paid trial of this service. I will not suggest a free trial. Your energy will go, all that will happen. So, I suggest that you can do a paid trial, With small fees that allow you to break even. If you don't know the break even point, then it's like, that all your resources are going, all the money you are taking to buy software and to run any processes in the backend, you are getting that much money and you are refunding the rest to the client. That is break even. Correct. So, if you are getting that much
money, that is more than enough. If you are not able to deliver that client, then you have not lost in that. So, in that, a lot of personal brand helps. And like coming back to the point of outreach and you know, platforms, then, you know, Fiverr, freelancer.com, Upwork, So if we go on these platforms, I saw your podcast, Like, with Ishaan Sharma. and you had told in that, you can work on any platform as long as your work is good. Correct. But you are doing it on Fiverr. What's the reason that you are doing it
on Fiverr very actively? I am also now on Upwork. I created a profile this month. Okay. I just want to display that it's not luck. Okay. If you have the right skills, you can earn on any platform. So, that's the idea. But yeah, I started on Fiverr in 2019, and I was also doing internship then. And on Fiverr, I didn't have any such expectation. But I just created a profile and left it. Okay. And then after some time, I started getting clients. And good thing about Fiverr is that, or any platform at this point is
that you don't have to worry about sales, marketing or clients. Yeah. So, just alone, Fiverr is so useful, that we are overbooked even though we are a team of 10. So, we have to say no to clients. So, there is so much demand. I mean, I saw a stat, that in the last 3 months, Fiverr had around 80 million visitors, website visitors. Damn it. Yeah. So, there is a lot of demand. And you can say that, I'm best on this platform. Yeah. If you can do this much then, You'll be ahead of everyone. Yeah. I
mean you'll be shorted, it will be done. And then, Same with Upwork, So, Upwork and Fiverr, both have these two options now. Either you can go to the customers or the customers can come to you. So that clients come to you, you have to create gigs on Fiverr, or projects on Upwork, You can create, right? And then it will be shown to their marketplace. And secondly, you can go and see the project and you can bid for that. Hmmm. And bidding and sending a proposal is very similar to email. Okay. So again, I mean you
have to, See, to be a freelancer, Having video editing or Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects skills won't be enough. After that, you should know about persuasion, sales, marketing, You should know how people will say yes to you, When they will click on buy, what will you have to show them that they will say yes. This is it, I will work with this. There are one lakh other video editors on that platform. Means what is there in you? that they don't have? So how will you stand out like this? Yeah. And then a lot of
people, usually because I am making content around Fiverr, So a lot of people send me their Fiverr profile. And they ask me that I am not getting orders. And I just ask them one thing, if you want the same service, You will go to Fiverr, and you will see your gig, will you buy it yourself? They always answer, no, I will not buy it. So why will anyone else buy from you? It is valid. Yes, so I mean, it should be good enough that where the top rated sellers are, Your profile should be as same
or almost similar or better. And it takes a lot of time to do this. So in the beginning, because I didn't have reviews, I started at a low price. Okay. I used to charge $5 for a one minute video. Okay. Now I charge $100 for the same one minute video. So as you have social proof, you have reviews, people will see the reviews, they will be convinced. And they will agree for a higher price. Okay. And I've heard it somewhere that if you are going on Fiverr, if you have skills already, you have a good
profile maintained there, but you don't have reviews, then what you can do is, you can tell your friend to place those orders, and then you can deliver those videos to them. And then, you can pay them whatever money they are going to pay later. Something like that. Correct. But yeah, this is kind of like cheating the platform, right? So, eventually, if your... Okay, that's how I did. My first order was, I asked one of my close relatives, and I did a video for them. I didn't cheat the system, I did a video for them. But
it's like, if your work is not good, then again, you don't have that after the review. So, the base that we have told is there, irrespective of any point. I mean, later, if I see the comments of this video, and someone says that he doesn't do the work, then whatever I am telling, It is assumed that, you are the best in your industry. Yes, exactly. So, whatever you do, you know that it is the best. After that, you can apply all this. But yes, definitely, because similarly on Upwork, like I made a new profile, I
don't have reviews. Even though the profile is decent looking, I mean, it is written that there are so many views, and YouTube channel. That review thing is different. I mean, people feel that after seeing the reviews, there is a trust that yes, we are not throwing money. This is what remains. So, I am asking my agency clients, who don't work on any freelance platform, that they go and give the monthly project on Upwork. And we will work for them on Upwork. And from there, there will be reviews, testimonials. And that makes a base for any
freelance platform. No one will gamble money, on someone who has zero reviews. Yes, I mean, that makes sense. I also don't want to do such a thing. No individual will want to do it. Of course. Correct. And don't do in the beginning that you have ego that I will charge very high. Yeah. You can do that, but for that too, you should have 4-5 reviews to show. And if your skill is so good, then definitely people are ready for 200 dollars per hour. Hmmm. In the end, that level of work should be there. The only
basis on which you will build is your work. If you don't have work to show, the client will never agree. No matter how good your communication skills are, whatever it is. Then when you want to deliver, you will not be able to deliver the work that the client is asking for. Then the client will leave you. So the only thing is, first work on yourself. Then focus on the money. Money will come. Brother, all the people I have met, Asil brother is also telling that money always comes. The only thing is, you will have to
work on yourself. Yes, you get that compounded result later. You will have a little disappointment in the process that the money is not coming. If you want to do that. But if you work with the clients who are not giving you money, then you will not even be able to learn. Then you will be frustrated. So you will have a loss from both sides. So it's better to work a little. Now it is fine, if you want to stay at your parents' house, You can't move out, it's okay. You can't fulfill your desires, it's okay.
But at least work on yourself. And then after that you can do almost everything. A client will be ready to pay you 2000 dollars, 3000 dollars easily. And also one more thing Asil. Like, Like there are freelancing platforms. Do you get mainly one-time projects or retainer clients who convert from there as well? Correct. So it's a mix of both. So usually one time projects come more. Okay. But there are some clients who need regular work. So now on the freelance platforms, subscriptions and all these are also an option. So you can add monthly retainer. You
can best way to grow is that if the freelance platform sees that your order value is large. Means let's say you took an order of 5 YouTube videos instead of one YouTube video. Order is of 1000 dollars. Right? then the platform will also get more percentage. And they will promote your gigs. Right. And eventually on these platforms, it is a misconception that people just want to work in cheap. Right. Instead of cheap, they are looking for people who can work faster and give good quality. So if you keep lowering your price, then eventually they will
think it is cheap and you know, it is like that. And if you establish yourself that you have high quality, I can also deliver fast. So work with us. Means in the beginning, I would suggest that you do, you know, 24 to 48 hours turnaround. Hmmm. And there is a lot of demand. Means I will tell you on Fiverr, I created a new Instagram reels gig. I will edit Instagram reels, shots and TikTok videos. And within one week, I started getting a lot of orders. And that too like big bundle projects. They are saying we
need 20-30 reels per month. So there is a lot of demand. And now monthly subscriptions. Means now eventually means on the order page, it comes, that you just take the subscription directly. Like this. So means there are a lot of opportunities on the freelance platform. And if I was starting today, I would do this the first thing. I will definitely make it on the freelance platform. And as you said that the result of your hard work is usually delayed. So you will not see anything then. Eventually, you will feel after 6-7 months that it is
good that I did this. Now I can see the result. Yeah, make sense. And if you know that I am saying that you need reviews. That is, you get the order quickly. Some people, their portfolio is so good that they get the order in 2-3-4 days. Hmmm. So that is also a thing. So it is just about what you are offering. If you are offering is good. You have proof. If you have proof then you start increasing the price slowly. And then slowly build on it. Hmmm Yeah, that completely makes sense. And I am also
reconsidering my thinking. I will also put a gig on Fiverr and then let's just see what happens. I think because you run an agency, I think Upwork will be better for you. Because you can see that initially clients come to you on Fiverr. You can't bid on large projects because you don't have the seller level. Hmmm. But on Upwork, you can also display your projects. Okay. Which people can buy. But you can also filter out projects by how much they are worth. So let's say you see, $1000-$2000 projects just like that. And you can bid
to that. So if you are an agency and you need a lot of monthly clients. I think Upwork is a good starting point right now. Because I am also doing the same. So I am seeing how the trend is. Okay. Yeah, so a lot of opportunities. People are making millions of dollars on Upwork. So I did my complete research about Upwork these last two weeks. And there is a lot of opportunity, lot of people looking for talented video editors. And then, I am not talking about people who are looking for, someone who works for $5-$10.
I am talking about people who are looking for $50-$100, But we want quality. If you are someone like that, then definitely Upwork is the right place to go right now. And people think that the market is saturated. There are a lot of Video editors now. It's not the case. There are no good video editors. Because I know and I am sure Asil knows it better. When you go to hire, you get to know That the editors don't have the skills that they need in the industry. They just like that if their video editing skills are
good, then they don't know how to communicate well. There is no timely delivery. Their soft skills are not proper. So it's like a package that you have to build if you are a freelancer. It's not just like you just learn something. So the market is not saturated at all. Yeah, so you might know Dang Koi, the writer. So he posted recently, last week. I will send you the tweet so you can add it here. He says that, Those people who are, complaining about over saturation, are just not competent. So if you have the skills, then
no market will ever be saturated for you. And I think some people might not understand this yet. But once you reach the level where, you can clearly see the difference between a new editor or maybe a new beginner guy in any field and then a professional guy. So you can clearly see that even an intermediate, and a professional person. That What skills are there in that intermediate guy that he lacks. And what skills are there in the professional that makes him a professional? You can clearly see that. You will understand that later on. Some people
might have experienced it. But you will understand that there are many small things like way of communication, tonality, and like, you know, persuasion and all those things. Those soft skills matter a lot. People overlook it a lot. But you should not do that. Focus on the technicals, which is a good thing. You will own your skills. But at the same time, you will have to learn all of those soft skills So that you can present yourself in the market well. Correct. At the end of the day, you should know how to present yourself. Exactly. And
then remember that any project you want to work for, it is not about you, it is about them. If you think about money, then you will not be able to convert clients. The thing is that you have to talk about, how we can provide value, how we can give you the best results. If you talk about this, then clients will also feel that yes, you genuinely want to help them. And eventually that is the goal, that you have to help people. and if you help someone, then as a token in society, you get money in
return. Yeah and when I started as a beginner in all these things, I had a confusion that many people used to tell in the podcast, that the client needs results, either you make money for the client or you give them in a society, you know what's that exact word, fame, name, status, yes, status, increase their status or you save their time. So, I used to think that how can I do this through video editing? Of course, time will be saved but clients value money more. Yes, there is a case that some clients value money but
it doesn't mean that if you save their time through video editing then they don't value time. If you are doing a simple editing, but the client's time is being saved around 8 to 10 hours, he will easily give you 150 to 200 dollars and if he is a good client then he will give you 300 dollars too. Because personally, I have taken projects and those who think that I can't do such a high charge, if you have charged, and you have been rejected then yes, you can charge a little less but if you have never
tried then first, put out that word. yes, I charge 300 or 200 dollars for a shot. And if he agrees then it's a win-win for you, and if he doesn't then you can negotiate a little. That's it. So, you will get to know a sweet spot that yes, you have to charge this reel around this price point and do some research on the client. Of course, if warm leads are coming then on Fiverr, of course, you will have all that. Already the price will be set. Now, you will see the price on Upwork but if
you have cold emails, LinkedIn, if you have all these platforms like clients coming to you, then you do some research on them that how much is their paying power. First, qualify the leads that whether they are valid to work with you or not. If they can't pay you, then you won't work with them, You won't waste your time. And if they can pay then how much can you pay? Accordingly, you will charge for your services as per their requirements. And you will also get to know that what are the problems in their videos, which you
can improve. You can tell that later. Don't say that your videos are bad all of a sudden. You will tell later that I have seen that the videos are good but still there are certain points where I felt that we can improve this thing overall. Your videos are not bad but this thing will either help you in your YouTube engagement or certain things like that. Whatever you feel genuinely That this thing will help you. That's it. Pitch that. If the client likes it, he will buy. If the paying power is good then he will give
you more money. Yeah. Correct. Yeah, you get what you paid for. If you don't ask then how will he give you. People are afraid of rejection. They are afraid of asking and not being rejected. And they are afraid of leaving the client and not saying that no, I am going, bye. We have to put ourselves in that risk factor, So that we can grow. Correct. So, exactly same. One thing. Yes, you learn a lot from rejection. So, if you tell them that $200 is enough for this video. and they are going directly and you are
desperate and say that no, I will do it in $70 or $80, just get it done. Then it will be the same expectation. You can never pitch that client more. Exactly. So, always ask that you find common ground and know that what is your hourly rate. Hmmm And I mean I just work on fixed projects because I don't work on hourly rates. But determine that I will work on this, will it be right or not. Because right now also we reject around 40 to 50% of projects that we get. Okay. Because they don't fit. hmmm.
And then this is a really good point I will cover. So, if you want to find another client, the way to do it is that That I have some agreements with other video rating agencies and freelancers. Okay. To whom I just refer the clients that I am not taking. And I just take a commission fee on that. So, you can also do the same. If you know successful agencies , or if you know other friends who are video editors and things like that. And they are successful, means you know that they earn good, then they
will definitely have overflow of work. So, just reach out to them and be like, do you have additional projects this month, or we can work out an agreement. Again, here also you have to think that you think win-win. That means you think about them first and then about yourself. If you want something, then you have to give something to them first. So, that's where the commission fee comes here. And I have this with a lot of freelancers where because I get so many projects, I directly transfer it to them. So, it's just a matter of
asking people. And if you will slowly try that I will find the client. Till now you have not converted the client, so just tell them that until you don't get the first message, I will keep trying. And as you try different things, you will understand what works, and what doesn't work. How people say yes, when people get angry. So, try everything, and then means if you are watching this video, I am assuming you are like in your 20s, then you have a lot of time. But don't give up. I will tell you means when I,
in the very beginning I made a profile on both Fiverr and Upwork before this, And on Upwork, I sent 10 proposals. I was like this platform doesn't work. Everyone is lying. And I left it. Yes. But if you do this, then it won't work. Eventually, you have to circle back, you have to keep trying. And it's definitely difficult. We are not saying, we both are not saying that it's easy. Yes. But it's something if you do it right, you can get out of the red-rate, you can work for yourself. So you have to have that
freedom and flexibility to control your own time. That's a good place to be. Yeah. And, I mean, in the end, if you need time freedom, then you will have to work. You will have to push yourself. If you don't want to push, then how will you enjoy that thing later? And if that thing is given in front of you, then you will not even be able to capitalize it, because you will not have the skills to do it. So, you have to think in that term. That I have to become deserving of that thing, If
a client asks me to keep a $5000 monthly in front of me, then I can capitalize that. If still many people ask this question, whoever is watching the audience. of course, if you are a beginner, if you are an intermediate, if you have a $5000 client in front of you, Will you be able to capitalize his requirements? If you can do it, then it's okay, don't watch this video. If you can't do it, then work on yourself. So, that is the thing. And I think we have covered major parts of outreach. And apart from outreach,
we have given many insights that if you are an agency owner, then You can go to Upwork. Which is a personal thing for me too. I will also try this thing. And I hope people got a lot of value. And also, I have recommended two books to people in this six months roadmap, Which is 100 million offers and 100 million leads. And do you have some books? because, I have seen that you liked E-Myth. And I am also currently reading that. I just have it right next to me. So, this is Influence the Psychology of
Persuasion. So, I was just talking about persuasion. So, it's all about, how and when people say yes. There is a psychology behind it. When people buy, when people don't buy. So, this is a really good book. And apart from that, I think you have read Almanac of Naval Ravikant, right? Yeah, so that is a really good base. It makes a base that you know that if you want money, then why do you want money? Exactly. So, everyone is running after money. So, you should know why you are running. And then eventually, yeah, I mean, it
will tell you a lot about life. And in general, in books, study human psychology. Because, if you are selling to other humans, then you should understand their behavior. And I have talked about E-Myth, right? So, freelancing at the end of the day, is like running a small business. Because as a freelancer, you have to handle your communication, delivery, sales, marketing, all by yourself. I mean, I think it's more difficult than in business, you have people and here you are alone. Right? I don't have it with me here. - I have. - But yeah, I don't
have it with me here. It's right besides me. It's my current read. - Yeah. - Perfect. So, it's about why most small businesses fail and what you can do about it. Yeah. So, it's a really good book. You will understand a lot. Even if you are running a YouTube channel, it will be very useful for you. Yes. So, I think these books in general, apart from that, just study human psychology, you know, finances. And in general, I mean, try to learn as much knowledge as possible. Yes, keep learning. I mean, it's all about improving every
single day. So, that will be there. Even now, I spend like one or two hours just studying, just learning new things, watching a podcast. Because, and then there is also a question of many people, that how do we edit better videos? So, for that, you will have to see what can happen. When you don't know that, okay, this kind of video can be made. So, how will you do it? So, the best of the industries, they cover many different topics. And nowadays, everything is available on YouTube. it's just that you need to have the desire
to learn more. Exactly. So, yeah, it's all about improving every single day. and that will compound eventually. And, I think, if someone has noticed the pattern in this video, then the conclusion of that pattern is that you will have to first work on yourself and you will have to widen your soft skills. That I know lots of skills at a time. You have to be T-shaped and then master in one, which is your video editing skills. So, yes, it's a lot of work, it's not easy, but yeah, it's simple. All these things are laid down,
many people will ignore it that there is a lot of work, a lot of suffering will be there. It is supposed to happen. It should not be easy. Otherwise, everyone would have been doing 8-figure agency. So, you will have to work on these things, it will take time. But eventually, the final product that will come out of you, that will be exceptional. But the condition is, you will have to work on yourself. So, if you have something to tell the audience, you can tell. But I think we have covered almost everything that we should have
told as a beginner that what they can do. yeah, and I will refer one video, which you can watch, which is chat GPT, and integration of Google Sheets how you can get cold emails. I think cold emails, right? How you can get cold emails and how you can do outreach. So, I will give that link in the description. There are many links in the description. Go and watch all the videos if you want to cross the $1000 mark. So, yeah, that's the thing. And yeah, as we said, it will take hard work. But, I think
good 6-12 months of hard work will take you very far. And think of this time, let's say someone wants to become a doctor. So, before doing the job, it takes around 5-6 years of education and after that, they can do the job. So, here it will take you 6-12 months. But, you will do it in the right way. Everything will be set. And this is what Nevel talks too. No matter how hard you work, but if you are not working in the right direction, then you will never reach anywhere. You have got the right direction.
Correct. And... it doesn't just happen through hard work. If it was only through hard work, then, you know, daily workers work the hardest. - And we are not looking down on them. - It's not the case. We are not looking down on them. it's just an example, they also work hard. But, that's not the right direction for you to work hard at. So, yeah, that's the thing. So, everyone works hard. But, hard work plus if you are headed in the right direction, that will get you closer to the destination. So, you should know what you
need, and where you have to go. And all that will come from consuming knowledge. When you will come to know that, all this also happens, then you will understand what you need. Makes sense. Yeah. So, yeah, Thanks a lot, Asil, for sharing your valuable insights. I think you have kept all the things in your pocket. Because, we know that not everyone will follow. It's the hard truth. Not everyone will follow this thing. Someone will stop in a month, someone will come in the sixth month and say, I am not getting any outreach. The same. They
will send a proposal to 10 people, and they will be like, no, bro. The platform doesn't work, and Everyone is lying. Oh, yeah, man. So, yeah, that was pretty much it. I think you got most of the insight that I wanted to share about outreach and all of those things. Yeah. Thank you for joining and see you in the next video. Okay. Yeah. Bye. Some people who are watching this video, they must have already learned a lot of things. They can skip those things. And the main points that they need to learn, they can introduce
in their life. And according to that, they can make a six-month roadmap for themselves. And still, some people will be lagging after six months. And that's completely fine. Video editing is a very long process. But in these six months, you will learn so many things, that you will at least move ahead of a newbie editor. Now you will have confidence that, yes, I have worked on myself. If I am showing something to the client, then I have proof of work. And in the end, I just have to say that I am glad that you have
seen the video till here. You are ready to change your life. The only thing is that you have seen the video till here. You have invested your time. But you should invest your time majorly in following this six-month roadmap. Because if you don't do that, then this is a waste of an hour. And also, don't run after perfection. Many people will do it. But don't do that. Chase perfection. It's a good thing. But don't get obsessed with that thing. Because then it will give you unnecessary stress and you don't want that. And if you think
that there is value in this video, then please share it. Like it. Comment on this video. Because I want to share it with as many people as possible. As many video editors and freelancers as possible should reach them. Because I don't think so. Such content has come in India till now. And if it's not there, I am hoping that it will reach all the people who deserve to see this thing. Anyway, this was the whole video, I hope, you liked the video. And you can go and watch this playlist in the end. If you want
more knowledge about the world of freelancing. But don't get distracted. Once again, this is good for gaining knowledge. If you follow this roadmap, then you will learn a lot. But whatever you learn, take notes from every thing. And I hope you have made notes till here. If you haven't, then watch the video again. And make notes. So yeah, that was it. Implement everything. See you in the next video. There are going to be many videos. Bye-bye. Take care.
