for a while now I've had this idea of bringing together successful online entrepreneurs so we can learn from each other share ideas grow together and recently at my yearly adcon conference I brought that idea to life I made an offer that generated $512,000 from stage and I want to break down the offer that I made for this new program what I said why I said it how I said it and what you can learn from this presentation to make your business more profitable and effective as well but first if you're new here my name is
John husband and father online entrepreneur and founder of AD clients.com and over the last 10 years I've launched multiple online businesses that have surpassed $30 million in online sales without hustling 24/7 sacrificing my personal life or stopping doing the things that I love to do and now I teach people how to do the same so that being said let's Roll the clip and I'm going to give you a director's commentary as we watch me present this offer that made over half a million dollar in 20 minutes and I'm going to tell you exactly why I
did what I did let's check it out so what I'd like to do before we go to a break if it's okay with you is at this point in the event I'd like to share with you a way that some of you not all of you some of you may wish to work with us at ad clients and we can help you to scale your business would that be okay if I took a few minutes to do that would that be all right yeah thank you that's awesome there's something really uh really important that I
just did I I I did something called permission to sell and this is the idea that you don't want to surprise your audience with an offer whether you're at a live event like I am here adcon or whether you are on a virtual event a webinar a zoom room maybe you're doing an online challenge whatever the context if you go from content and roll straight into an offer it can still do well but you've got people with their backs up with their guards up you know they weren't expecting it and now it feels weird the
tone of the presentation has changed so it works quite well to just include the audience in the decision to move toward an offer so that's why I just said there look what I'd love to do is share um U an opportunity that I've got that some of you uh might be interested in would that be okay if I take a few minutes to do that and you can either get your audience to give you a hand raise give you a yes in an online chat room or you can get them to just shout out yes
uh you know like I did in this particular presentation and it really softens the room and it gets everybody ready for what's about to come which is an offer um so it's just getting the frame of the room uh right I'm looking for 20 or so people from adcon 2024 to join us for a unique Mastermind experience this is not just a coaching program it's a mastermind and it's a group that I've had for the last little while it's a group that some of those individuals are right here in the room right now and we've

to pause here real quick because there's a little bit more of this coming but let me just explain you know what I'm doing I'm in a unique situation where the the offer that I've made the idea that I had was actually one that I very very Loosely implemented a couple of years ago it didn't really get any traction and the reason didn't was because I was really really restrictive as to who could come into this group I allowed some of our existing clients to come up and work with me in a smaller more intimate group
and then we locked the doors to that and we've had just a a very very small number of people people in this in this room so that puts me in this unique situation where I've had the idea to expand this group to grow and scale this group to allow more people to come in and join what we're doing and so for that minute and a half I've taken time to build the the um the fomo right people feel that they've already been missing out there's there's been this group that's been operating and it sounds amazing
it sounds incredible they're having awesome conversations and I didn't even know that this group existed and now they're being presented an opportunity to hear about it so even more so it will create this feeling of I don't want to miss out on this and because it's a high level group of people and there is a bit of a gatekeeper to get in I'm now as you're about to see going to use the examples of who's already in the group and the size of their business and the things that they're doing I'm going to use that
to help me attract more of the right people because if you hear who's in the group you're going to gravitate towards that right and absolutely crushing it came and taught some of his amazing Instagram strategies last year he's got a huge following on social media he's in it Faceook who's in the audience with us right now I gave him a shout out during alli's session he's in our Mastermind group and spoke at our event last year summer is in this group and she flies over from America to be a part of this she actually spoke
last year as well again an incredible seven figure uh business Lisa Hugo is here in the room and she also spoke last year an incredible communication coach and speaking coach and she's in our group as well Ryan pinnick spoke on day one anyone find his presentation slightly entertaining anyone so he's actually in our group as well so you get to hang out with Ryan he's an awesome guy and really you know gives from the heart Franken blancan massive business came to us oh a friend of franks where where were you raise your hand again oh
good man all right just you just like him you want to be friends I'll introduce you man join The Mastermind and you can get to meet him so Frank's in here okay so let me pause here because I want to point out the good things that I've done in structuring this offer but I also want to point out the things that perhaps looking back I I would change and when somebody's shout something out in the audience during a Content piece that's not much of a a disturbance but during an offer it's really important that for
you as the presenter you stay in the zone of that presentation and making sure that you described the offer in the way that you intended and that threw me off just a little bit but I thought it would be a quick interaction oh you're a friend of Franks yeah I am awesome we move on right but he shouted out I interacted with him and then I couldn't hear what he was saying and I couldn't even see him in the audience cuz the lights were too bright so that actually ended up being something of a pattern
inter but of the wrong kind that was not helpful and interrupted the flow so I wouldn't do that again in hindsight and he came to us when he was at 20K a month and he was stuck just couldn't move forward the guy does2 million dollars sorry Euros two million euros a month now in his business and just an incredible entrepreneur just outw works everyone I've ever seen I mean the list goes on incredible ERS Andy who's going to be speaking tomorrow Carla incredible business over in America as well Lucas who I mentioned earlier he slipped
through the cracks through a mutual friends introduction we let him in and he's been absolutely awesome and just so many other incredible ERS we've got be be and be to see alikee and and it's a small group and we've kept it small and uh and we're going to be opening it up for the first time in a couple of years and really give you an invitation here at eom to be a part of this and like I said I've decided with the group's permission uh to do this you know we actually had a chat about
this guys like would this be okay should we make an offer should we should we find some more people to come and join um our group and and I cast some vision for the plans that I've got which I'll share with you now and they're really uh quite exciting so I've just done something interesting here as well often times with programs and masterminds of this kind the person at the front in this case me is not as involved as the program designer makes it sound like they are and with this program in particular I really
am I am so uh close to these clients I interact with them all the time some of them on a daily basis and so I want to convey that because if there's ever a potential objection that someone might have to a program that you're describing you want to preh handle that objection you don't want that to have to come up later on so if you can creatively handle that objection meaning you weave that objection into some part of the way you described the offer that's one of the most powerful ways to handle objections because subconsciously
that objection is being handled for them and so by me saying something like I went to the group and you know and with their permission we decided to bring some new people in I cast vision for them and they were all in agreement and we we decided to do this it really makes it sound like John's right there in the mix with this group like this isn't a program where he's really distant John's there talking to them even getting their permission for adding more people in and so um it's going to start to soften that
concern of is John really around in this program so that's why I did that I truly believe you will see the fastest largest and most exciting leaps forward in your business that you've ever experienced I don't think there's anything like this I really really believe this and let's start with first who this is for because it's really important okay because it really isn't for everyone in the room you have to be at a certain stage so let's talk about it you already have an established lished a business or an offer already okay beginners newbies in
the room I love you but this isn't actually for you if you're just getting started if you're just learning what a funnel is and just trying to get your Instagram account set up then this might not be the place for you yet you need to have an established business you need to be uh you know having that that goal of getting to seven figures you know some people nothing wrong with this some people are very happy just looking to get to six figures a year and just sit there and post there and they're very happy
that this won't be the group for you we're having big conversations we're thinking about big stuff and we're all looking to get to that seven figures eight figures and and and Beyond and so you need to be having that big that big mindset all right you want to go to some big things all right you are perhaps feeling stuck at a certain level in the business and every time you try to move forward something breaks if that's you I've been there I've overcome it I know exactly what's going wrong and I can help you solve
it um and the other things that you see there on the screen all right you just got to be at a place in your business where you've got the wheels are turning so I've got a list here of all of the uh requirements for who this is for and it's really important and as you're about to see I've got another slide about who this is not for now sometimes bit like the objection that I just mentioned we can kind of weave it into the content and the story a little bit but I actually find having
a slide like this that just very well articulates who it is that I'm after um it's very beneficial for someone to be able to look up at the screen see a bullet list and see themselves in that bullet list I think it's very very important and what you'll notice here is I've got a number of things on the screen some of which are exciting statements like this is for you if you aspire to this right you aspire to having a seven figure business right um you're you're craving that hypergrowth so I'm speaking to you know
their personality and like where are they going and how driven are they but I'm also qualifying who this is for by explaining some of the pains that they're experiencing like you feel stuck at a certain level of income and you can't grow without something breaking every time you try to do it well I know that for the Avatar that I like for this particular program that is a constant thing that they would be experiencing and so by saying that it gives them confidence that I understand the problems that they've got and therefore by association I've
probably got the answers you know and so there's a subtle subtle amount of NLP in this presentation where we're just saying and doing things that just help someone to realize that this is the author that they need and that I understand them and I'd like to say at this point because this is really important to me different people have different styles and there are some people that will double down on speaker manipulation right they don't have a program of any value but they're so darn good at selling it that they will still sell out the
program and have a high refund rate and all of that nonsense I don't subscribe to that in any way shape or form I don't want to have an event where I have delivered zero value and then I roll into an offer and that offer is so packed to the brim with NLP sales persuasion manipulation I just don't subscribe to that in any way shape or form what I would rather do and what I have found to be a far more effective strategy and I recommend it to you as well is overload on the value that
you provide and people will want to come and do some work with you and it makes making offers so much easier for example think about the context of this event these people are at our annual uh marketing and sales conference here in London which by the way Shameless plug it's called adcon you can check it out at adcon .co.uk it's a phenomenal event if you want to come in for it really it's amazing and I've just shared three days of some of the most amazing marketing and sales training the value has been so darn high
so by the time I get to this offer people have already decided whether they want to work with me or not they've already decided if John makes an offer I think I'll be interested and then I can just use some very subtle framing uh techniques and uh speaker communication tips and tricks to uh hold the attention of the room but there's a line that I personally simply won't cross and it's being demonstrated um here the wheels are turning and now it's time to scale equally who who this is not for it's not for you if

that's going to be able to help you and uplift you we want to surround You by an incredible group of people that will keep you elevated and keep your head above water like all of those things are descriptions of a program that my dream Avatar would like so there's a massive lesson in this when you're creating an offer it has to be designed and described for the Avatar that you have in mind and so you're going to be able to ask questions to each other and support each other it's amazing that's Community the third thing
are connections I love connecting people I really do it's so much fun and I've already been doing it as much as I can back backstage I want to connect you with these high-profile individuals that you otherwise would perhaps have no access to I want to facilitate the access so we're going to be bringing guest trainers on our monthly live training course I've already got a bunch of these lined up incredible uh entrepreneurs doing things that I just don't know how to do and we're going to bring them on well I was talking with Lucas just
the other day about this and and I was asking him what stuff he wants to learn more about in expansion and he said well you know School groups I'd like to learn more about that I said great I'm going to find the school expert and I'm going to bring them on one of our monthly live trainings so I will feedback from you as to what you want to learn I'll go find those people and I'll bring them in an example of this is our guest sorry our quarterly Mastermind that's coming up the next one's next
month this in June how many of you got value from Adam st's presentation yesterday yeah awesome almost all of you in the room well he's coming to our Mastermind at next month and I've got him to do a deep dive on this branding stuff in a small room of 20 to 30 people and he's going to be able to tailor it to every single one of you in the room same with Joe heids he hasn't spoken yet he's speaking later on today but let me ask you a question how many of you think you could
learn something from someone spending $150,000 a month on Facebook ads give me a whoop if you could all right give me a whoop if you think you could learn from someone spending $150,000 a week on ads give me a whoop if you think you could learn from someone spending $150,000 a day on ads let's go yeah so he's speaking l so obviously I'm creating a little bit of banter with the audience and you know doing that third whoop you know got a few laughs around the room and um again if you can create any kind
of subtle uh laughter smiles you know good fuzzy feeling around the room it really helps when you're in the middle of an offer because although you've done permission to sell at the very beginning although people's guards are down um there is still something about an offer that people are like where's this going you know how much is it going to be what's so anything we can do to continue to bring their guard down and soften them um will really help so doing something saying something that gets a bit of a giggle but a laugh makes
you look a bit silly um all of that stuff actually really helps speaking later on today actually so don't go running away he's speaking this afternoon he's doing some crazy stuff and he's coming to our Mastermind as well and then I have a huge surprise um adcon we have budget to do the big stuff right bring in some big guests I want to start to bring that feel that caliber down into our masterminds and and so the idea of dragons being an event is exciting you come along and you get to see them on stage
and it's it's cool but I want to get you in Intimate settings with some of these people and um in my Dragon's Den video that of course was completely fabricated um I said that I wanted to do I know you can't believe it it was so believable um I said that I wanted to do something with Sarah Davies just perhaps not today well I booked her for our next Mastermind or at least no sorry not not June's October's um it's done it's agreed and she's coming and so you imagine being in a room with someone
of that caliber she's an incredible entrepreneur and she's actually an incredible person and she'll be in that room 30 of you it's not just to Quick shake a hand and maybe snag a picture it's actually getting to spend some time talk to them get some thoughts on your business from there I am so excited to have SAR Davis atas it's going to be incredible and this train will continue moving I've got some awesome guests lined up I I want to put people in front of you that perhaps you wouldn't have been able to get in
front of we've also got meet and greets at adcon you know last year our expansion members were able to come and meet Neil Patel get a picture Ali abdor our expansion members were able to come and join us and get a picture you know just can't do it for 500 people but we can bring through some people and we did that today and so when you come to our events and our meetups we'll make sure that we're doing that for you and lastly and I want to be very careful with how I say this is
not a promise but you already see from our lineup that so many of these people are in my Mastermind already they spoke last year some of them are speaking this year some of the speakers that are uh speaking over the course of the next three days some of them are now coming into expansion they've already said that they want a spot now that we're opening up so we got some really cool people in here and I'm looking for speakers on my stage that I can trust and I can't really build trust with you in two
days but I can certainly build trust with you if you've been in my Mastermind for a few months and so those opportunities may come up and if there's anything I can do for you like that I would I'm looking for those opportunities to be able to do it all right so nothing like this coaching Community connections I think is absolutely epic it's a program I'm so excited about and I I'm really really buzzing that we're inviting some new people in so so here's the deal it's 12 months it's 19995 uh British pounds plus V8 don't
blame me blame the Batman right and that's for the full 12 months um to get into this group it really is just a chat with my team and notice how I very confidently very quickly addressed the price I didn't speed up my language pattern if I had sped up it would have made it sound like I'm not confident in the price um but I did move through it very confidently and very quickly and if you deliver it just right it will display that confidence to the crowd because the reality is I'm tremendously confident at that
price I mean what what people get inside of this expansion Mastermind is ludicrous for that price it is insane right it cost me I probably shouldn't say this but far more than that to get some of the headline speakers in that I'm bringing into the expansion Mastermind even just one headline speaker costs me more than that to bring them in and so that person gets to meet interact with get a picture with the likes of Sara Davies and other amazing entrepreneurs and uh so the right person can see the value in that immediately the coaching
with me and my team for a full year the community and I've already demonstrated through the offer the type of person I want in so they already know who they're going to be surrounded with then the connections on top for the person it's a no-brainer so I don't need to do any of the weird you know hey it's this price but today it's this price and if you act right now I'm going to slash it with this price and if you do it right now I'll throw in this thing I'm not needing to do this
price drop because I can just very confidently say the price knowing that the right person realizes uh the value but now I'm about to explain um what qualifies you uh to get in because there is actually a process they can't just buy it so let's check that out and we'll see if there Synergy and explain more about that in a moment so when you talk to them if you need to chop it up a bit we're very happy to do that we're very relaxed on that no issues uh whatsoever but just know that that works
out to be about 1,666 per month and for that you could very realistically you could hire one crappy marketing agency that four weeks ago went through a course on how to be a marketing agency and now here they are as your one expense that could have been the same expense as to get into expansion you could hire an entry-level marketing assistant someone who's just trying to help you right just trying figure out what this marketing stuff means and they put a post on Instagram for you so yay we posted no we could use that same
fund to get into expansion you can invest in a a little bit of gold and see what that does or you could get into a group like this for 12 months and subit yourself in an environment that's going to elevate you that's going to help you scale with my team the community and uh and the connections if there's an opportunity for you to help the audience to quantify what that expense really means um it's a good thing to do I mean they're already going to see that price tag of 20 ,000 or um 25,000 us
it would probably work out to although at the time of you watching this video there's a very real chance that the price is already gone up we've incrementally increased it um since adcon so um you know check out the link that I mentioned in the description box for the for the update um but people are already going to see that price and they're going to start to work out what that would mean but by breaking it down monthly and sometimes you can do this by breaking it down to a daily expense and then draw comparison
to what they could get for that money and it will start to become a complete no-brainer cuz for the type of person that I want an expansion they are already spending 2,000 on a marketing agency that sucks or hiring a marketing assistant and it's not going very well they're already doing these things and they're disappointed by it so now I'm able to com you know draw this comparison that for the same price you can get everything for a whole year that I've just described here they go wow okay that actually does make a lot of

with you can bounce ideas off you can learn from when you hit a ceiling and you get stuck then John and his team they have all the answers to help you to get through that and get over the hurdle and get to the next level um I think it's it's just a wonderful Community to be in we learn we bounce off each other and and if you're thinking about it i' say just just do it thank you Lucas yeah um I I found my way into this program and really needed help like instantly time was

still on your own doing all this and and I say well yeah also no I've got like one of the most amazing like teams uh you know there if I need help with ads or videos or again just strategy with John um you can't really you've got this net of just people that just mean that as long as you apply yourself just ask these guys they're just got all the knowledge so uh so yeah that transformed my life and yeah that's it amazing thanks give him a big hand please take the seats thank you thank
you so much so anytime that you can have testimonials um to back up the offer you know definitely worth doing if you've got people that have been through your program already that they've love and they've loved it utilize that right you could do it through a video testimonial if you're at a live event bringing them up on stage uh is actually a really really good way to do it because now those around the room as they're thinking about maybe joining expansion they're going to be able to bump into those people now hey did you really
mean what you said up there on stage and now I know that I've invited people up there that will speak well of me in the program because they loved it right so now you've got walking talkinging testimonials around the event which would really help wonderful I I greatly appreciate that and look I just wanted you to know that this not just me up here saying this stuff it really has been a tight-knit community that we're opening up the door to and if you feel in that place where okay I've got the wheels moving I know

a good fit and we we would 1,00% prefer to take less people than accept some of the wrong people I'll keep the group small if we if we need to all right so here's what will happen on this call it's nice and simple number one we'll get to know you your business your goals we'll probably talk about how you found adcon and maybe even get your feedback on that would be awesome number two we'll determine whether our expansion Mastermind would be a good fit for you number three we'll answer any questions that you may have

wasted conversations right we'd have a lot of people booking calls that weren't the right fit not even close but because I've done what I've done and I've said what I've said and I've positioned the program in a way that's speaks only to my ideal dream Avatar now for those in the room that are kind of thinking about it I want to put my foot on the gas and make it really clear look you may as well book this cool so go ahead get that done and um you know we really look forward to speaking with
