your life and safety however there will always be imperfections in the person he leads to you which may get on your nerves but through the work of God in your life you begin to adjust compromise moderately and become a more understanding and loving individual the right partner for the person God wants you to be with don't forget that as God is doing this in your life he is also working it within the life of the one he Wants you to marry here's why so that you too can become another family unit on Earth through which

God must be a guide for you as to what a good spouse must be as Believers we're not at Liberty to do whatever we please because we're from a different Kingdom than the people in the world this means that even though there are mutual feelings and a mutual agreement to make things work it doesn't automatically guarantee it's God's will for you God will not want a Believer to marry an unbeliever it isn't because God doesn't love unbelievers but because they'll pull you away from the faith they'll pull you away from your source of life God

wants to be glorified in our relationship because that's the only way the relationship can be beneficial to us also you should not be with someone who does the opposite of God's word thereby causing you to fall into temptation for Example if a partner wants sex before marriage that's not God's choice for you God's choice for you is someone cautious enough to obey God's word the Christian has a great Advantage when it comes to relationships that non-christians don't have we do not need to wonder and guess about what God does or does not want for us

in life when we read the Bible we learn in very specific detail how God wants us to live Our lives so if a relationship would cause you to disobey any part of the Bible this relationship is clearly not of God but when this relationship will actually help you obey what God Said in the Bible this is a sign God probably does want you with this person the trials you face don't tear your bond but strengthen you our science God wants you to together we all go through trials in life even Though some are more difficult

with someone who can influence you to grow in your Christian walk your partner would love God more than they love you as Christians we're called to love God first and wholeheartedly before loving others anyone who loves anything above God is in sin because that person or thing would become an idol God is everything we must love him first and only through the love of God can we learn to sincerely love others your security and your relationship only comes from how much the person you're with or intend to be with genuinely loves and honors God only

someone who values God would value God's creation a person who loves God genuinely will not cheat on you or abuse you physically emotionally or any other way They would rather see you as God's perfect creation while obeying and treating you right as God commanded in the Bible overall your relationship must be glorifying to God to have his favor it means that you and your partner must live according to his will plus you both should keep your relationship pure in all sense before God life is all about purpose God's purpose God's ultimate desire is for you

ourselves some pertinent questions should we allow people to Define who we are should our circumstances Define who We are is our value based on what we've achieved or acquired of course not the truth is only the maker of a thing truly knows its purpose what he made it for only the maker of a thing knows its abilities or limitations in the same way only God who made us who intricately knit us in our mother's womb knows and therefore has the right to Define who we are what we can do and what will become why because

the Creator knows what he put in you he alone knows Our beginning and our end so why are so many of us Christians not able to be confident bold and Victorious why are we walking around with the defeated attitude with our heads hanging down because we have allowed the lies of the enemy to become Our Truth Satan uses the same old trick that he used from the beginning of time he attacks the mind he did it in the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve he played with Eve's mind And made her doubt what God

had said did God really say he asked and even today Satan uses the same tricks over and over planting lies in our minds did God really say you're the head and not the tail did God really say if you confess your sins you're forgiven were you actually healed by the stripes on Jesus's back the enemy will bring doubts into your mind he'll attack your thoughts because He knows that your victories begin with your thought life you think you're a loser nobody can make you a winner but if you believe you're more than a conqueror in

Christ nobody and nothing can stop you and sometimes the word of God is so simple that we struggle to accept it as it is the mystery of how powerful God's word is makes it difficult for many to just take it as it is we may struggle to understand how such a Holy God can forgive us so easily we may struggle to understand how a disease that doctors have given up on can just be healed in the name of Jesus we may struggle to understand how God can make a way where there seems to be no

way but friends it's time to put on that helmet of salvation the blood of Jesus is an assurance of who we are and whose we are the work of the Cross has made all the promises of God ours to claim let our thoughts be fixed on who God is And how far he's brought you and what he says about you you have to remind yourself over and over that you belong to God and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him believe what God says in his word about you and about your

circumstances don't give in to the Mind Games The Devil is playing on you James 4 7 submit yourselves then to God resist the devil and he will flee from you thoughts of discouragement will come Those thoughts of defeat will come but it's up to you and me to resist those thoughts resist means that you can't just sit there and pray that the thoughts will go away you'll have to be deliberate in fighting off ungodly thoughts you can't just sit around and wait for the thoughts to go away you'll have to actively on purpose refuse to

let those thoughts stay in your mind refuse to entertain thoughts that are contrary to God's word and even better In that you replace the lies of the enemy with the truth of God's word you'll start to see and experience God's victories in your life when you read God's word meditate on it and speak it over your life over the sick person over your challenging situations things cannot remain the same you see God's word is not positive thinking God's word is not an empty hope God's word is living and active and once we understand that believe

it and apply It we'll begin to see his word coming to life before our eyes Hebrews 4 12 for the word of God is alive and active sharper than any double-edged sword it penetrates even to dividing Soul and Spirit joints and Marrow it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart God's word is alive friends but where is your mind today is it caught up in the opinions and perceptions of the world well Paul advises Us in Romans 12 2 do Not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of

your mind then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is his good pleasing and perfect will we have to Value God's wisdom above the world's wisdom we have to be willing to do things God's way in order for us to see and experience God's power and victory in our lives we have to be fully committed to God and take his truth as the only truth Matthew 22 37 Jesus replied love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and it's not just

about getting that promotion buying a new house getting married to the man of your dreams these things are good I'm not saying you shouldn't desire them or ask for them but beyond that ask God for victories that have eternal value Colossians 3 2 set your mind on things above not on Earthly things in fact the Word of God tells us to seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added unto us so wealth and career and family all these things are good and we should by all means ask God to

bless us with them but let's first seek God learn his word seek his opinion let's first pray for those who are lost to be saved from their sins let's trust God to Deliver Us from addictions and ungodly behavior let's cry out to God to use us to build his church Truth is once you focus on God's agenda all these other things will follow you and will no longer be impossible to you you won't step all over your workmates to get that promotion because your first desire will be to lead others to Christ and then second

you'll have the Assurance from God's word that victory is yours you'll know that your future is set and you're already Victorious because the maker of heaven and Earth is in charge of your life the word of God Declares you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you Philippians 4 13 listen to me don't get caught up in the struggles of this life your Victory is guaranteed and you have to learn to reject fear to reject failure to reject perceptions and look to God for everything that concerns your life the Bible tells us in second

Corinthians 10 verse 5 casting down arguments in every High thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God bringing Every thought into captivity to The Obedience of Christ bring every thought to captivity your mind your thoughts will determine whether you live in peace or turmoil Victory or failure your mind will determine whether you're focused on the things above or get stuck in the Troubles of this life your mind will determine whether you obey Christ or believe the devil and surrender to defeat God is so amazing that even for those areas in our lives Where we

are weak he has already made a plan for it so stop second guessing yourself because you have this or that weakness God has a covered child of God he will show us in his strength and cover you don't make excuses that only help the devil defeat you like David go and slay those giants knowing that God is with you knowing that his grace is sufficient for you second Corinthians 12 9 but he said to Me my grace is sufficient for you for my power is made perfect in weakness therefore I will boast all the more

gladly about my weaknesses so that Christ's power May rest on me you think your age is weakness but the truth is your age is not a limitation for God you think your background scares God but he can use anything and anyone for his glory the truth is your qualifications have nothing to do with it it's all about God And his promises he is watching over his word to perform it Jeremiah 1 12. God's favor can catapult you to places that it has taken others years to accomplish you may have sinned and felt like the Lord

will not help you listen ask God for forgiveness accept his forgiveness change your ways and move on you have to arise and realize that your father does not hold grudges he doesn't hold your sin against you you may feel like your situation is so depressing and you will Never get out of that sorrow and heartache but friend you will arise again you will smile again and you will live a full life how do I know this because the Bible tells me so and you'll have to believe it to receive it and what does God say

in his word Psalm 30 verse 5 for his anger lasts only for a moment but his favor lasts a lifetime weeping may stay for the night but rejoicing comes in the morning he Says in Mark 9 23 Jesus says to him if you can believe all things are possible to him who believes the Lord has written a love letter to us that reassures us that we can do it we can make it we can overcome we can be healed even if the doctor's report says otherwise we can get that job even if we're up against

more qualified people we can overcome that drug addiction we can say no to that sin that so easily entangles us we can because God has said that we can Friends God has already said it all we have to do now is believe it and remember faith without action is dead once we believe it we have to act on it so to see his power at work in our lives and it's not just for you to enjoy but it's for others to see and give God the glory it's for others to see and find Hope for

their situations it's for others to see and show them how to enjoy the promises of God do you know that life in itself is a Journey and just like any other trip you get to take there are the highs and the lows that make up the experience of your trip have you ever been caught in a situation where your life literally feels like a loop a situation where you are stuck with a person a decision or a relationship that clearly takes away your peace many times we become too close to something or someone that we

Begin to live on the notion that without that person situation or thing we cannot exist some of us are so scared of what our immediate life will be like without that thing or person it literally begins to feel like your life depends on them and if you ever try to Branch out on your own by letting those things go you will not make it Beyond even your first day Some of us have clung to experiences and how people treated them in the past and that hurt and Trauma have become the very basis of our daily

will argue that our spouse Falls into the same category but life and time have taught us that everything even our spouses have a limit to which their usefulness in life can reach because just like every man they too must die someday in verse 3 of The Passage we just read the Bible says A Time to Kill and a time to heal a time to tear down and a time to build you have built up so many things in your life that have become fences around you You have used those things and people and their memories

to create around yourself and impregnable defense system that has served your purpose all these years conveniently and you have grown to trust in these defenses but God is here telling you his child that it is time to let go tear them down why do you need to let go life is a continuous Journey I know you are comfortable with yourself and you Might not see reasons to let go and move on but I would love to bring you to the light of your own existence in God life on its own is a journey as we

said earlier from the very first day and when you cry it becomes a journey to the end and everything within becomes your life The Good the Bad and the awesomeness for those of us in God the reason why you need to let go and Move on is because you are on a journey child of God and on this trip you must travel light only the essentials are needed on this trip [Music] Hebrews 12 1 says therefore since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses let us throw off everything that hinders in the

sin that so easily entangles and let us run with perseverance the Race marked out for us the scripture puts it in better light for me and you that many people's Destinies and existence on this journey will depend on you and me to lead the way for them the race has been marked out for me and you from life's first cry and even if you choose to let go or not the race is going on anyways the reason why you need to shed those pounds and let them go is because you Are on a journey with

God and on this journey with God you must travel light puts unnecessary pressure on you on a trip and delays your progress because you always have to be mindful of that baggage astronauts on the way to the top and Beyond of the earth pack is weightless as they can because the journey to the top requires very little baggages because God is bringing you into fresher Experiences in the book of Isaiah 43 18. God said forget the former things do not dwell on the past and then in the very next verse he goes on to say

see I am doing a new thing now it Springs up do you not perceive it I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the Wasteland there are newer things God is doing in your life that require the space you are past is occupying God is continuously in the business of keeping our experiences with him fresh every morning the psalmist says his love is new every day so the experiences in your future that God is planning to bring you into are going to need all those spaces and time spent nurturing that baggage to

be made available to accommodate the newer better and fresher experiences God is bringing you into So how do you let go and move on since you know that you must let them go and move on how then do you let go and move on the knowledge of what to do is only a small percentage of what is needed how to do it and actually doing it becomes the most important thing after that to let go and move on you must consider doing all these things forgiveness Ephesians 4 31 get rid of all bitterness rage and

anger brawling in slander along with every form of malice and compassionate to one another forgiving each other just as in Christ God forgave you the first way to forgive yourself yes child of God you must look at your heart and tell yourself you have wronged Yourself by keeping your heart in such Perpetual agony and then you will find peace within Yourself every contention in your heart must be brought under the subjection of self-forgiveness then you can move on to extending that forgiveness and compassion in your heart to others around you stop visiting the graveyard of

your past the book of Philippians 3 verses 13-14 says Brothers I do not consider myself to have taken hold of it But one thing I do forgetting what is behind and Reaching Forward to what is ahead I pursue as my goal the prize promised by God's Heavenly call in Jesus Christ for an injury to heal you must stop touching it there is no moving on or letting go when you are always remembering and making examples of the past that is not letting go child of God for you to let go and move On you must

leave the past exactly where it belongs in the cemetery where you buried it in your past a man who is focused on his goal doesn't have time to dwell on his past I say that again in other words child of God for you to move forward with God you must cut ties constantly with your past in a situation where your past and present are in a place of constant Conflict your future is not guaranteed simply put your future with God on this journey of life depends on your ability to leave the past where it is

and exist in the present with God to work your future out make that trade Matthew 11 28 says come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest take my yoke upon you and learn from me for I am gentle and humble in heart and You will find rest for your souls for my yoke is easy and my burden is light to move on in life you must make that trade with God the weight you are carrying is too much for the amount of speed you require for the length

of the journey God is taking you you need to trade your heavier burdens with those of Jesus Christ imagine the joy you feel the relief you get when you drop the groceries that You've had to carry up some flight of steps that is the same Covenant and trade that Jesus is Calling You Into [Music] to let go you must trade all those experiences all those hurts all that malice all that anger and disappointments for the peace which Jesus alone can offer you Psalm 55 chapter 22 says cast your burden on the Lord he will support

you God will never let the Righteous be shaken the second part of this process is to move on like I said earlier you do not have any business visiting the graves of the past the devil accuses us of our past my pastor told us in church one day that when the devil accuses you of your past remind him of your future and his own life is all about progress and nobody moves forward Looking Backward Very soon that person will either fall into the ditch or run into a wall because he is looking behind The Way

Forward is forward whether you're moving on from a breakup a setback or a personal loss everyone can use a bit of help when it comes to Healing and even though no one's got this moving thing totally figured out it's always comforting to know that you're not alone The Bible says in Luke 9 verse 62. but Jesus said to him no one having put his hand to the plow and looking back is fit for the kingdom of God once again child of God the way forward in God is forward in God when you have traded your

burdens for those of God remember not to carry any of those burdens anymore many times you might get tempted into longing for it there might be times that it might seem Like those things you left are better than what you are currently going through but just like God assured us he has a plan for us which is not of any evil but to give you your expected end the question for another day will be what is the end you are expecting there are three important seasons in every person's life the seed or sowing season The

Waiting season and the Harvest season these Seasons come in Cycles different aspects of your life such that your life reflects your current stage The Waiting season is usually the most hated for many of us because it's the most challenging during the waiting season many things are tested we are pushed we get impatient both with our seeds and with God too sometimes you may even wonder why the Harvest isn't coming dear friend God has a word for you today stop doubting his timing he's never late your harvest season will come soon your waiting season will soon

be over it may seem like if you don't get something fast things are about to get out of hand hold on and stand your ground in your faith don't give up on God his timing is always perfect He's the creator of Time how can he miss it the words seasons and time were first mentioned in the first chapter of the Bible this in itself should give us an idea of how significant they are to God Genesis 1 14. then God said let there be lights in the firmament of the Heavens to divide the day from

night and let them be for signs and seasons And for days and years you see each season has its own purpose and its length if you look again at the seasons of the Earth where we live within the year you'll find out that they influence how people live and do things seasons affect the climate lifestyle business economy and many other things around us there are specific Seasons to plant certain crops when you miss this season You have to wait until the next cycle to come before you can plan again when you fail to plan at

that time you won't have anything to harvest during the harvest season there are also Seasons when certain businesses Thrive why because certain Commodities and services are more in demand during that time of year these are indications that time and Seasons control Our Lives and the Bible tells us that God sent Them to do just that the reason I'm drawing your attention to this is simple would anyone draw such an order in his blueprints without a plan of action for each season now I'm not talking about the earthlier physical Seasons but of the spiritual seasons the

seasons of Our Lives just as I pointed out at the beginning of this video our lives are ultimately The results of the current seasons in the spirit and of what we're doing or not doing at that time one day God was speaking with the father of Faith Abraham reassuring him of his commitment to him and all of that then Abraham went to open up to God about his fears he told God how although God said he'd bless him he fears that even when the blessings come there would be no child to inherit it he didn't

feel a child would be part of The blessing and I can tell you why he was bothered that God kept talking about blessing him making him a generation but never mentioning anything about his childlessness even though he trusted God it felt like God was not interested in that aspect and he just couldn't hold it in he let it out and told God you keep talking about how you're blessing me but you haven't given me a child for all these Blessings when I die my servant is the only one who would inherit my property you see

God understood that Abraham was human just the way he understands that you are human too he didn't get mad at Abraham because he understood that Abraham was being honest about his feelings not that he was about to turn from God or insult him but to share as a friend how much he needed that area of his life fixed My friend just like Abraham God wants you to be honest about your feelings with him I know that this can be abused but still the fact that people abuse something doesn't mean it no longer exists drugs are

abused but doesn't invalidate that people still get well when they use them you might need a fake and unprofessional medical person this doesn't mean all doctors are going to be that way So I'm speaking to you if even though you love God genuinely you don't seem to understand why certain things are taking too long to happen you've held your frustration too long and it's eating you from the inside out well look at Father Abraham and learn from him talk to God about it in all honesty not in frustration or anger or even in resignation but

in faith because you believe he can do something about it this was the approach Abraham used and I'll tell you why it was important when you use Faith to express your pains before God you'll remain open for what he speaks or gives you as an answer when you use anger frustration and resignation to express your concerns you might not have the patience or sensitivity to hear anything God's gonna say after that you may end up storming out just as his response is coming but hear what God told Abraham after he shared his Concerns with him

Genesis 15 4-7 then the word of the Lord came to him this man will not be your Heir but a son who is your own flesh and blood will be your heir he took him outside and said look up at the sky and count the Stars if indeed you can count them then he said to him so shall your Offspring be Abraham believed the Lord and He credited it to him as righteousness He also said to him I am the Lord who brought you out of UR of the Chaldeans to give you this land to

take possession of it just as I said earlier because of Abraham's Faith he could receive God's response in his prayers if he depred in doubt or negative frustrations he would have been Hasty just complaining and storming out in that attitude never produces anything good from it Let us learn from Abraham dear friend God was already aware of what Abraham needed in order for the things he promised him to happen for example he couldn't be the father of many nations if he died without a child he couldn't have a generation if his name died with him

and so God had a plan and a time for everything he told Abraham of course Abraham hadn't learned it at this time so he was worried but after God spoke to him his faith was empowered and he would go on to believe God to the last minute Romans 4 18-22 tells us against all hope Abraham and hope believed and so became the father of many nations just as it had been said to him so shall your Offspring be without weakening in his faith he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead since

he was about a hundred years old and that Sarah's womb was also dead Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God being fully persuaded that God had the power to do what he promised this is why it was credited to him as righteousness Sarah on the other hand was not having any of these dealings and so she began to get frustrated and impatient about the fact that she was getting too old to have a baby This frustration would lead to the

birth of Ishmael by the servant girl Hagar and rocked the Peace of the family for some time the childishmail is the product or example of impatience with God when you begin to doubt God's timing you begin to lose patience with him dear friend don't miss this message if you're in your waiting season what are you waiting for if God promised you believe him it will Come just like Seasons never fail your season will finally come you have sown your seeds and now you're waiting and it seems Harvest will never come sometimes it gives you a

sign like it's about to come and then it disappears again fear not your time will come sometimes you may see people in their Harvest seasons and begin to think your Own season has passed Don't Panic don't doubt everyone has their own season you don't have the same Destiny you are different just like winter your season will come remind yourself of the God you've believed he has a track record of keeping his word he never fails never has and never will someone once said God does not only speak because he wants to inform you he speaks

because he wants to perform what He's talking about statement confirms what God himself said in Isaiah 55 10-11 as the rain and snow come down from heaven and do not return to it without watering the Earth and making it bud and flourish so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater so is my word that goes out from my mouth it will not return to me empty but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the Purpose for which I sent it has God said something to you lately or for some time

now don't doubt it he told you so you could have something to hold on to not so you could do it it's not in your power to work it but in his you have one job and that's to cooperate with them stay on your toes be on the lookout for When he sends you signs be ready to move when he says to move and be ready to stand when he says to stand that's your job just like Abraham I encourage you to study the life of father Abraham see how he made sure he kept his

eyes and ears peeled all the time he was always on for when God would say something to him he knew that God has no limit in performing We're the ones with the limit in experiencing therefore through faith he was always on to pick God's instructions and at the right time his Miracle came he held the child of Promise Isaac I pray for you may you receive renewed strength to believe God all the way to the end mayor Newfound Faith replace every doubt and fear and may it trigger active engagement in prayers and Praises as you

Wait to hold your own Miracles too in Jesus name I pray amen [Music]
