How to Hold the Key Log & Deep Water Start

okay so when you are first learning how to log roll it's helpful to have a friend holding the log for you um so the best way to hold the log is just kind of pull it in close to your chest um you can grab a hold of the fins either holding up kind of pushing down or holding a little bit below kind of pushing up um so jasper we're gonna have jasper jump on the log so you want to hold it firmly but flexibly um so that they can kind of feel the spin of the

log so jasper's gonna hop up i'm gonna give them a little help just kind of open the log a little bit and keep holding it steady okay one two three up just first and i'm gonna i'm gonna hold it a little bit um keep holding it until he kind of gets steady and once he's steady i'm gonna slowly let go and he's rolling
