This guided self-hypnosis meditation is for Removing Sin and Karma Programming If you have not already completed the Secret Garden Mastering the Silence you should do so before this session. For the best results, you should be in a dim or darkened room with all distractions removed. The room temperature should be comfortable for you to fully relax.
Make sure your cell phone is turned off, and that all animals and distractions have been removed from the room and will not bother your door. Get your physical body as relaxed as you possibly can, in a reclined position flat on your back, on a comfortable surface. Putting your hands and arms down by your sides.
It is important that your entire body is fully supported on a flat surface so you can fully relax. I will give you a minute to get comfortable and in position before I begin the guided self-hypnosis session. [ SILENCE ] As we begin close your eyes and consciously tell your physical body to relax you should be in a very comfortable and relaxed position with your arms and hands down by your side.
take a deep breath in, and hold it as long as comfortable, and then slowly release it through your lips. take another deep breath in, and slowly release it through your lips again and relax I will now be guiding you to stretch or tighten various muscles for a moment and then you will release them and feel them relax we'll begin now with your toes scrunch your toes up on both feet as if you were grabbing something with them and hold and now release and feel the relaxation in the muscles now point your toes downward and hold now release and feel the muscles relax now bring your toes up as if you are trying to touch the front of your leg hold and release and feel the muscles relax now tense your calf muscles hold and release and feel the relaxation now press the back of your knees to the surface and hold and release moving up to the thighs rotate your knees inward and hold and release them to return to a relaxed position now tighten your butt muscles hold and relax now pull in your belly button as if you are trying to make it touch your backbone. Hold and release and relax press the small of your back against the surface.
hold and release now take a deep breath in to expand your ribs and hold for a moment and release move to your hands make them into a tight fist and hold the fist. and now release and straighten out your fingers and relax press your elbows into the surface and hold and release moving to your shoulders press them back into the surface hold for a moment and now release now touch your chin to your chest, hold and release back to a comfortable position now you're going to lightly clench your teeth tightening your jaw muscles and hold and release and relax now scrunch up your nose and cheek muscles hold and relax now close your eyes tightly, hold and relax now raise your eyebrows attempting to touch your hairline with them, hold and now relax now use the muscles around your ears as if trying to shift your ears back. .
. hold and relax now take a deep breath in relax and exhale through your lip's now let's scan your body to make sure all the muscles are relaxed and experience a wave of relaxation come into all of your muscles from your toes up through your legs and body core to your hands and arms, shoulders, neck and head you are totally relaxed deeply relaxed now consciously tell all of your nerves to relax mentally tell your body my nervous system is to relax completely now. My physical body is very relaxed and I am very comfortable you are now more relaxed and more comfortable than you've ever been we're going to go into the Silence now at the count of three one two three say to yourself Silence, Silence, Silence and if you have completed the first meditation in this series you should be in that state of mind called the Silence your eyes are now securely closed I want you to try to open them only physically without using your full will power if you use your full will power they will open without using your full will power they will not open they are closed tightly now relax this Karma and Sin Removal becomes permanent when you do it for yourself.
which is what I'm going to lead you through you are as you think you are and as you thinketh so shall you be in Reality we have never sinned, we only thought we had sinned. If your subconscious mind can comprehend this Knowledge, If you dwell on this, your complexes will automatically dissolve and you will never be complexed again. there is no such thing as sin, only your own thinking makes it so there is only a lack of understanding it is most important right now for you to be in the Silence and think on the people or the person who has harmed you the most in your life in most cases it is usually someone very close to you that you have loved and that has loved you.
you must be speak this aloud with sincerity you must mean it from deep within the person I am thinking of now has harmed me you need to name that person or those people out loud right now and now you need to repeat after me the person I am thinking of now has harmed me very much speak this aloud the person I am thinking of now is harmed me very much has hurt me mentally and sometimes physically and you're going to state that persons name out loud right now you did not have this teaching or understanding [that person's name] you were very negative and had a negative ego you are not in this understanding and so it makes it easy for me to forgive you so [insert the person's name here] I forgive you with all of my being you will continue by saying . . .
and all the people, all the animals and all the I forgive you with all of my being I mean it after you have done this you are ready for a powerful connection take a deep breath and hold it until it is uncomfortable and then exhale inhale hold until it's uncomfortable and exhale and do this at least three times and now you're going to speak aloud and say: I have forgiven those who have hurt me Now, I set myself free from all of the Sin and Karma programming that I have received in my lives past present and future and I remove all guilt complexes and I release and remove them from my subconscious I clear my subconscious I clear my subconscious of all Sin and Karma Programming I simply did not understand There is no such thing as Sin or Karma, unless I believe it to be so In Reality there is no such thing as Sin or Karma These are all a part of the Duality Matrix And I break all of that Programming and Guilt complex NOW I will never be affected or controlled by these programs ever again There is no such thing as Sin or Karma unless you believe it to be so. In Reality there is no such thing as Sin or Karma These are all part of the Duality Matrix and you have no use for that programming anymore and you are now FREE The weight of the past and Sin and Karma from all previous, current and future lives is hereby lifted and removed from You. You are set FREE!
This completes the Removal of Sin and Karma You have cleared yourself of this issue forever To end the meditation period mentally or verbally count to five and think or say: I am in full conscious awareness if there is ever any doubt in your mind you may use the eye test to check yourself if your eyes do not pop open, you are in the Silence once you do the count to five and bring yourself back to full conscious awareness your eyes open easily Thank you for watching!
