here's an automation that you can sell to a restaurant for $399 every single month and it's going to get them customers on autopilot while helping them with all of these things right here so the way it's going to work is the customer is going to scan a QR code that we're going to place on their tables that's labeled sign up for a free appetizer we can use any platform like flow code for this for example it's going to look something exactly like this then once they scan it the customer is going to be taken to
a form on a landing page that's going to ask them for their personal information we can build this landing page using anything like high level or clickfunnels once they fill out their form the contact is then going to be created inside of our CRM so again we can use high level or HubSpot or any other CRM but we basically just want to track the contacts information with their email and phone number so we can use it for the future then once they actually do sign up we're going to automatically send them a confirmation SMS so
they can claim their free appetizer and we're going to be sending that out using High LEL again but using twio for the SMS or we can also use WhatsApp as as well if that is you know a better option but the real value is going to be when this gets repeated for dozens of guests a day so imagine that the restaurant is quite busy people are coming and going constantly where a lot of people are going to be claiming that free appetizer offer so the restaurant can build up a pretty large contact list quite fast
and now the point of this and where the value is is we're going to be now offering the restaurant direct STX marketing which is basically the ability for them to speak directly to their customers Via SMS or WhatsApp so for execution we're going to wait until a slow time like maybe Monday at 300 p.m. we're going to send out a mass text Blast for a limited buy 1 get one free special but really this could be any offer and then as people get that text blast we're going to watch the seats fill up when they
would usually be empty and these blasts can be anything they could be birthdays weekly specials holiday and promotional offers events if they're opening a second location this blast could be about that but we're now basically offering the restaurants a direct line of communication directly to their customers which is massive restaurants absolutely need the power of this because the Alterna is that the customers will never really hear about anything that's happening in the restaurant they just have to post on social media and hope that the algorithm favors them and puts it in front of the right
people but if we're offering them direct marketing now they're speaking directly to their customer meaning that a lot of these people are actually going to come and claim these offers SMS has about a 97% open rate compared to email and other platforms I've also built this entire one page here about how to create and use a restaurant texting list which acts as a lead magnet as well but it explains the reasons on why they need a texting list and all the different features about it how exactly it works in practice so if you need access
