will not be holding anything back in this video so if you're going to waste time on YouTube today you might as well waste it with me we might make some money together this entire formula is replicable we have four pillars that have enabled our success number one is product quality now for those of you that don't know me I built a company called the Genius brand from 2013 to 2018 at the center of every single thing we did was Elite quality and I've taken those same principles from that Journey along to this one when you
think about building a real business online customer retention is the secret sauce yes you might be able to get someone to try your product the first time but do they come back do they tell a friend as you are setting out on your mission you define that why the customer you are trying to serve and then you start building your product your formula around that specific person never cut Corners always put your best foot forward and that's how you rise up in this game when you look at our number one product King maker it retails
for $129.99 the average product in that space is around $40 now you might ask yourself what happened here like what's the reason for the discrepancy and when you break it down piece by piece the reality is to get a product that actually works to get a product that actually makes a difference it costs a lot more and this has been my Alpha since the early days of Genius the very first product of Genius brand we launched in the fat burner space kind of a scammy category the average product is $20 none of these things work
the existing brands in the space relied on cheap stimulants to give someone a placebo effect we came in we said all of that let's look at the underlying science let's look at first principles what will actually make a difference we started to build that formula we found out our product costs almost as much as the leading product on the market having conviction and Care around a premium product and then having the balls to actually launch that you'd be amazed at what retention and repeat business can do for you another great example here is Ghost this
is another one that broke into a very compe itive Space by putting a premium really Elite branding foot forward when you see ghost The Details Matter everything in the packaging right the indention on the can you know what you're getting they set themselves apart early on with premium ingredients they were the first brand in the space to do these crossover flavor collaps that's something that we know is not cheap we know ghost makes less money per can than someone like Red Bull but again bringing a premium unique experience to the customer is what set them
apart and helped them scale to be a multi-billion dollar company when you look at the actual ingredients in ghost energy specifically they don't use generic forms right they use an entropic called Alpha GPC and they use the the clinically studied version Alpha sizee again this is something that costs two to three times more but it creates that truly premium brand that customers know and trust so then when you come full circle here to what we're doing today with topshelf all of those principles are found right we care about the packaging we care about the ingredients

up you had the the Jim bro the you know hit Chipotle you don't think about anything other than that LA Fitness session nowadays you're seeing that Evolution guys are a little more well-rounded they want to know how can I make money online they want to know how can you look better all of these different intricacies have created a new market so our job as a brand is to position ourselves as the guide for that individual to take them from start to finish right every single consumer of top shelf we respect is on their own hero's
journey in this life they want to get muscles they want to get money they want to get the girl and so how can we build a system an ecosystem that can help them achieve what they want so if you look at the top shelf website here fueling your hustle like this is the guide taking young men through their own Heroes Journey see it becomes a lifestyle it's not just about selling you testosterone pills or a pheromone cologne no it's how can you build a well-rounded individual that achieves all the things they want to with their
life right it's principle based if you're with top shelf you're with a specific movement you're living for a living you are crafting a life outside of the Matrix that everyone loves to talk about and so getting clear with this brand and this messaging that's what enables growth the key here and the foundation of the brand is to get individuals bought in on the specific lifestyle it's not about selling pills and powders it's how can you get that to be sticky within their day-to-day you want someone taking their King maker drinking their Alpha grind popping in
their King dip pouch you want want it culturally relevant and at the same time you want it making a genuine upgrade and difference within their lives as a brand owner your job is again to shape culture now the cheat code for me on all of this has been how do I want to live my own life right I have a level of experience now I I've figured out how to make money online I figured out how to get in shape I've figured out how to build a business and so when you when you zoom out
on top shelf as a brand owner for any of you guys you think about how you would want to live your own life and then you can position the product around that one of our taglines that's really stuck is this whole idea of living for a living this whole idea of Life maxing making everything about experiences and truly going out there and living it on a daily basis so to recap and kind of shut down all the the yapping and make it simple we are selling a lifestyle we are crafting continually crafting a lifestyle and
bringing that forward for a very specific individual that wants everything they can get out of this life and so that brings me to point three weaponizing creators and this is we have some very unique Synergy this is where the movement meets talent and traffic meets conversion see just really quick in this game of eCommerce it is literally a game of traffic and conversion how much traffic you can generate at whatever cost that might be and then what clip is that converting at and the cheat code is if you can generate a ton of traffic for
essentially nothing conversion isn't all that relevant right and so we have figured out a way to more or less hack the Tik Tok system in entirely and generate a ton of traffic for not a lot of money so this whole idea became popular 2 years ago with the rise of Andrew tap for those of you that don't know I'll give you the very high level he orchestrated this method of taking over TiK ToK by incentivizing a bunch of Clippers in his Discord to make Andrew take content you see Tik Tok is a virality platform meaning
it's not like Instagram the amount of followers you have doesn't matter you can create a brand new account and have a video get 20 million views use and that in it of itself that's the impact So to gamify that it's all about swings at bat how many accounts can you have how many quality pieces of content can you put out every single day and ultimately how many views are you going to get that is the traffic side of this so as we start building top shelf we're aware of this system we need more creators we
need a lifestyle that they're familiar with and so now zoom out we've created topshelf we've created this specific lifestyle what is one of the key components of any young man or or woman kind of getting off the treadmill of life and finding some Freedom it's financially first and foremost how can you make money how can you get to that first $110,000 a month or whatever that number might be and all of a sudden this freelance Creator thing is very for real so we've set this brand up so that you can buy in and adopt to
this lifestyle right you can get in shape you can get the girl but now we have a way for you to make money as well if you learn how to make topshelf content you get a huge Commission on Tik Tok shop all of a sudden a flywheel Starts Here people buy into this lifestyle they want to live for a living and now they're making money so now they're making more content their friends are hearing about it their friends are trying to get behind this movement and all of a sudden you have more and more creators
pouring into this world with a truly level of infinite scale right now we have about 100 creators everyone creates a piece of content a day so we have about 100 pieces of content going out I would say 85 to 90% of the content goes unseen and then all of a sudden you have a video that gets 5 to 10 million views repeat this process over and over and all of a sudden you are printing online the beauty of this whole thing is that both parties are incentivized to scale these creators want the commission the commission
directly comes from making the videos the brand wants to pay the commission we want the views right and so you put these two things together and you have one of these unique times in Internet history where you can really make something from nothing our only problem right now is we don't have enough creators this is INF Ely scalable as you plug more and more into the machine so as I'm making this video If you're looking for your first little side hustle being a freelance content creator isn't a bad way to do it I have paid
over 15 people $10,000 in a single month pillar number four here this is kind of my my secret sauce still focusing on Amazon everyone's all fired up about Tik Tok shop they often pck them against each other should we do Tik Tok shop should we do Amazon and that is the entirely wrong way to think about that see these two platforms are incredibly synergistic I've been on Amazon for 8 years now what Amazon loves today in 2024 is external traffic if you can drive people to the platform searching for your brand Amazon Rewards you tremendously
see on the Amazon ecosystem you still have 100 plus million Prime Shoppers that are primed to buy they feel comfortable buying within the ecosystem of Amazon they've got Prime they've got their 2-day shipping they are willing to try new brands if you set a strong foundation on Amazon and then you get some of that spillover Tik Tok traffic all of a sudden Amazon's going to start organically pushing you to tons more customers and again when you think of that traffic and conversion equation you are essentially receiving more free traffic from Amazon based off that Tik
Tok spillover so as we look at Tik Tok shop as a platform a lot of the older Generations still isn't buying on there so you can have a video get 5 to 10 million views maybe you do 10 20 $30,000 worth of sales on Tik Tok shop but there's that soccer mom who definitely isn't going to oneclick buy on on Tik Tok What do she do she goes over to Amazon she types in your brand name and she pulls up your product chances are she's going to be a buyer if you've got good reviews your
detail page looks dialed in and just in general it adds a lot of legitimacy by having Amazon structured in a way that builds your brand think about your parents and how they shop if they come over to Amazon and they see those reviews they see the best seller badge maybe they see Amazon's Choice those are all immediate buy buttons mentally for them so yeah I mean maybe your your parents are on Tik Tok maybe they are kind of brainlessly scrolling a little bit I know my mom is it's kind of scary but you have that
buyer who definitely isn't going to buy there but they will see something they will be exposed to it they're likely not Googling anymore all the stats say that most consumers start their physical product Journey on Amazon and so exposed on Tik Tok buying on Amazon you bring those two synergies together and all of a sudden you have a tremendously scalable business I'm willing to bet in the future that almost all directed consumer is going to die you will have marketplaces like Amazon and Tik Tok shop and very little in between think of all that Tik
Tok traffic in terms of like filling a bucket so people are seeing your product they're being exposed to it the bucket's gradually filling up but there's still a lot of consumers that aren't comfortable buying on Tik Tok that's your leakage think of Amazon like you're patching that bucket up right or you have another bucket underneath it capturing anything that's kind of spilling through the cracks ultimately that's how you maximize your customer value that's how you maximize the monetization of your traffic having a strong platform like Amazon that builds trust it has credibility all of those
things are necessary for building an Ecom online brand in 2024 the reason I'm willing to give all of this away is because I am positive that 98% of you will do nothing with this information you'll watch it you'll think it's a cool video and then you go on with your life maybe you like regurgitate a couple of these points to your Ecom friend kind of showing them you're in the loop but at the end of the day like I'm not creating competitors here most people aren't going to act at all now if you are interested
