because I've known you for all this time and I remember all the way back to when you came to me and you said Joseph there's this new thing called YouTube and you need to start making videos and I said okay because I trusted you and I have for all of these years and you've helped me through these things so welcome to First faster thank you very much and I I recall one of the very first videos we did with you can't polish a turd you remember that not only do I remember it I actually saw it just a little while ago and what Andy's talking about was and he he really has been that to me that whenever there's something that's new on the horizon that I would have no idea of that it's even going on he would bring it to me and go this is what's getting ready to happen I want you to take a look at it and here's what I need you to do which is always really important and he instructed me on going on this new thing called YouTube and building a little studio and getting the exact camera that I needed you know back way before uh uh iPhones and phone cameras and everything and I set that up and and yeah we made that my first video that I think that was it you can't poish a turd exactly well we've had quite a long Jour we've had quite a long journey together yes and look forward to many many more well Andy I know you've got book and we're going to talk about that here a little bit AI digital marketing Secrets but I want to start by because as I said you know one of the greatest things about you being in my life is that you have your finger on the pulse of things in the future the old saying is hindsight is 2020 but so is foresight when you have somebody like you in your life so what is AI so AI stands for artificial intelligence and basically it's using all the intelligence that has been gathered over the years now let me preface this or preframe this a bit the AI that we're going to talk about today is not the AI that the movies have told us about that has scared us about that they're going to robots going to take over our life that's not the AI that I'm going to be discussing today the AI I'm discussing today is basically how to leverage and automate your business and make it go further faster spectacular so artificial intelligence you know I like what you said with regard to you know somebody said to me once that the 80% if not 85% of all the knowledge since the dawn of time is somewhere on the internet somewhere there's intelligence out there and being able to access it so how's it being used in business so how it's currently being used and how it's been used for years and years without us knowing about it is examples like Netflix so Netflix uses artificial intelligence to literately save over a billion dollars a year meaning that if you logged into your Netflix account and I logged into mine the recommendations on the next movie would be completely different because it goes based on our our past or what we have watched and then it the data says hey why don't you watch this one because this one's more like you the same thing has been happening on Amazon for years and Amazon has the ability to when you get ready to check out it says Hey other people because of the data that they've collected other people have bought this item you might like it too so Amazon has been using it there's dozens and dozens of other very large companies that have been using artificial intelligence you own a Tesla I have one uh Tesla uses artificial intelligence in their vehicles to help us do predictive driving that's why now they're able to now do the full self-driving which I don't think you do yet but I have done it I tried it I know oh you did try it okay done yes I did it and I'm skittish man I gotta tell you I am skish I still don't trust it enough because I've seen too many AI movies oh I see okay yeah yeah yeah so you double tap on it and then let it go and uh I'm I'm constantly as soon as I can get in the car I double tap it and let it go I mean I just I just let it take over but that predictiveness that is there AI is just simply about predicting the next move and automating that process so we'll talk more about in this interview and how businesses coaches entrepreneurs can use artificial intelligence in their business to make it go further faster because that's the theme of the show Absolutely so so uh correct me if I'm wrong so the data is the the information that's out there artificial intelligence you know this is just my layman's terms looking at it is the engine that's that uses that data to culminate it to put it together and and make suggestions on things is that yeah that is yeah yeah that is correct and and it will and it takes it a step further not only will it make suggestions but it can also write things so for example there's a tool there's tools out there called Jarvis uh AI there's another one called chat GPT that allows you to type in a topic or you know a relative like you know give me something right you know hey I want to know about this and it will essentially within seconds write that for you and pull it and pull it and show it to you on the screen there's also programs like yeah there's also programs like canva which if you're in design world and want to do designing canva. com is a great tool where you can design logos and you know design things like that but they've also Incorporated AR artificial intelligence inside of their document process so you could type in a topic and it will write it for you literally it can write paragraphs sentences paragraphs and a bunch of content that um that you just got to go back through and edit it but it's basically done 80 to 90% of your work for you that is absolutely amazing you know years ago I read a book by KW Ray KW and what he talked about was the book was called age of spiritual machines um and what he talked about is exactly what's already happening now kerswell in case the listeners don't know he was the guy who among other things created uh made the the jump from from analog which was like cassette tapes or or cassette or or Magnetic Tape to digital and all the things that we have right now including what we're doing right now he was responsible for the beginning of that and what he talked about was that that I remember in the book he was saying there will come a day that all you have to do is say something what you want and AI artificial intelligent will create exactly what that want including Gathering any data including writing it out for you including culminating putting everything together and edited videos and so on and so forth so that is here right now so share with us a little bit how can entrepreneurs you mentioned just a little while ago uh how can how this is going to assist entrepreneurs and business owners and uh you know coach and things like that to go further faster yeah so there's currently tools just like what I talked about Jarvis AI cat GPT and there's a lots of other tools that basically use the same back engine uh in gathering the data so for example if you're an entrepreneur or business owner or coach and you were looking for let's say some information or wanted to create a blog article you could go use those tools to type in a topic and then it will generate the uh you know generate that information for you let's say that you were trying to create a sales letter or an email you can go and type the information in and it and it has the ability to type that for you so most of the challenges because I've worked with like you said thousands of entrepreneurs and coaches uh over the years and so of you and what we've seen is most of the challenges have to do with getting started in other words getting down there and start typing something out and get it going well this has the ability these tools have the ability to take that off the table completely and allow you to start generating so for example if you wanted uh you know one of the challenges that we have with with working with some of our clients is actually have them go out and create video right because they don't know exactly what do they want to talk about so this tool has the ability to type in and say hey give me the top 10 videos on health give me the top 10 videos about wealth and it will generate those videos for you that you know the topics of them and then now you have a path that you can run on there are other tools that are available we which we'll talk more about in this interview that can automate your business and make the automation of how uh communication occurs and make that actually even better and smoother and where you can go further faster spectacular spectacular and just you know for me I as you said that was always something in the very beginning that I struggled with you know what am I going to talk about how to get started talking about it what to do and all of those things so AI will help you not only and I would say to you know my students at the neuro encoding Institute I call it speaking into the void and that is talking to the camera about anything and everything just so you can good get good at talking into the camera if you will because that is a first start now what you're saying is that you this is going to find something for you to talk talk about give you suggestions give you examples to get you started to do that write it up for you and put it up there in front of you this is absolutely brilliant so let's not waste any time do talk about a little bit about that that automation that's going to help us go further faster well cool so I if we go back in a little bit of history between the two of us and how we got started uh over the years you know that I've been on The Cutting Edge of technology and being able to bring that cutting in technology to the marketplace with you uh and sometimes you were a guinea pig on that technology ol right will a willing guinea pig a willing guinea pig but I knew that the technology was solid so that's why I didn't I wasn't experimenting on you I always experiment on myself first and do the pth so if you recall one of the very first technologies that we use was when you were on stage um you would say hey text your name and email address to this phone number right that was an app that I developed one of the first people to develop that app out that it brought it that information in then automatically we now had that data that we could send them an automatic text message and then send them an email out there well in order for that to work I had to bring two applications together using the thing called API and I won't get too technical here but the API is just a background of how all these tools talk to each other I had to do that and bring those two bits of Technology together into one tool right so we automated that process where now you're able to text out and you're were able to send emails out directly to the people and we could deliver what we were promising which was you wanted to give them a copy of all your slides when you were speaking we could deliver that stuff to them instantaneously and then in the future communicate to them right so over the yeah over the years we've used tools like kabi we've used tools like clickfunnels and cartra and aweber and you know all these other tools well they're all all those tools are great I've used them all we we've used them we put them together but now what you have is now you have all these tools that don't communicate together seamlessly they're being duct taped and one of the process that I've had to do over the years is duct taping all of these uh tools together and they don't communicate together instantaneously and they don't communicate together at all very well you're having to log into this program and log into this other one so what I've now have is a tool that it's an all-in-one so essentially all of that gets communicated together now the bottom line engine is what I call an AI powered Unified Inbox which will allow any communication no matter how it comes into your into your uh into your website or no matter how they come in whether they come in through a voicemail whether they come in through a text message an email or even a DM off of social media no matter where they come in on they come in through this AI powered Unified Inbox so you have one place to communicate with everyone and the automation on the back end is also AI powered so you can communicate with the people depending on or how they came into your system you can communicate with them directly into um whatever system that they're communicating with you want so very very powerful not only comes from the seamlessly how they how everything is put in this AI powered Unified Inbox but also the automation of the AI being able to communicate to them when they want it and actually before they want it I find this absolutely fascinating as I always have whenever you bring something like this to the table Andy and what so great about it is what you've put together is something that anybody can do and one of the great things about is that he creates systems and processes that it's plug andplay really so you don't have to if any of that stuff made your head hurt or made made your your your eyes curl in your head then which you know I got to be honest with you a lot of times that stuff does you know I I am the a firm believer in that oftentimes my technical challenges are in the interface between the keyboard and the chair and so you know oftentimes it is great to have something someone that has put something together where it's just plug and play drag drag and drop and put it in there and I think that's what you're talking about here that is absolutely spectacular so real quick before we take a break here in just a moment here's a question and then I want to talk to you a little bit May we'll do that after the break I want to talk to you a little bit about your book a lot about your book coming up because this is going to give a lot of people uh Insight on not only what's going on but what's the next step that they can take and they can do but here's a question for you that I'm sure a lot of people are asking will AI replace humans um the there's good news and bad news with that so so let me just share let me just share it this way that's the same question that I got on another interview that someone asked me that says a is AI going to replace my the best way that I can describe this is yes it will on some levels so the best way that we can um get adjusted to it and accustomed to it is align with it so if you remember which you're not old enough and neither am I um when people when people I know you're not so so I'll just pref phrase it this way be careful on that because you know my age yeah exactly so if we go back in time there was a thing called a horse and buggy where people got before exactly and and mine too but there there's some history there we can go back and read uh with the horse and buggy part and people just could not adapt to the automobiles so it was almost refused right now we've come to age where people have said hey what about electronic cars or electric vehicles right um there you know GM tried it many many years ago uh it died there's a whole Netflix movie on You Know Who Killed the Electric Car uh but elong musk came and said hey no I'm we're going to do it and we created this and over time we've adapted to the new technology and so instead of having the mindset of saying hey is it going to take my job let's do the other mindset and say how is it that I can make my business run better and eliminate some of the task that I already do already and just let the AI do its thing and go ahead and adapt to it yes it is going to take certain jobs and certain creative things off the plate but now is the time for us to say hey let me figure this thing out and let me in my business let me figure this thing out and let let me put it into my business so that I can go do other things like talk directly to my customers or spend time more spend more time coaching my clients instead of dealing with the technology that's out there because I know that it's overwhelming for entrepreneurs from the automation side and from the creation side being able to sit down and you know type out topics that's what I'm talking about with Jarvis and you know chat GPT um using those tools um so yes um uh just align with it don't yeah it's not going away it's not going away it is absolutely not going away it's just going to get more and more so I asked that question a bit ingest um just because like you said in the very beginning we talked about in the very beginning so many movies I remember there was a movie with Will Smith a while ago called uh oh gosh what was it iroot ioot yeah that's what it was and that's what it was where they took over and there was that kind of you know post-apocalyptic kind of thing that was going on and that's not the case so we can learn to use this tool and throughout history that has what has been what has happened new things come along and people balk at it and say well I'm you know I'm afraid of that I don't understand that and and this could be that this could be that but aligning with it and utilizing it and I would hope I don't know I would hope that there are fail St safes that are built in there to keep anything from anything terrible from happening uh but again you know we've seen so many movies whether it's Terminator or whatever where you know things got out of hand so we're going to take a short break here in a in a moment and as we do uh grab again everybody grab a pad and paper because you know how we roll up in here um Andy's going to give you some things that you can do and make some suggestions for you to do so that you can at least at the very least start to learn about this so that you're ahead of the know you know giving you a chance to redeem yourself all right let's jump right into it cool you have a new book you have a new book AI dig digital marketing Secrets share with us about that as well as how people can utilize what's in the book to help them go further faster in their businesses and their lives well awesome thank you for letting me uh share about my new book um that book is available um we'll give you the URL where you can go get it a little bit but in the book I discuss what is AI how businesses can use it I give case studies on how larger companies have used it how small companies can use it I give tools there are links there's an entire chapter on tools that you can use so for example we talked about chat GPT entire chapter on chat GPT that's there um there uh like I said there's case studies that you can read on how companies have used it and how they've adapted it and made their uh performance and made their systems move forward the subtitle of the book is actually how to Leverage the power of AI to increase your sales productivity efficiency performance and customer satisfaction by 247 per. now that is not my numbers anything that I put together these are actual numbers of companies that have when they have started adapting AI technology they've been able to increase all of those areas by over 2 47% so that's essentially going further faster whenever you can automate your systems in place and being able to get information back to the customer because that's what our tool does uh get back to the customer or somebody that's inquiring on your website get them back information quickly and you being able to be notified of that then you can now increase the probability of them doing business with you so there are studies out there that says that if we can get back to the person that comes to our website or that fills out a a contact form within five minutes we have now have the ability to get that sale or close that piece of business faster than everybody else so you know the the theme of the show was further faster well why not be able to use tools that are enable us to be able to Comm communicate further faster with uh the customers that inquire on our website and be notified of that that's the underlining based technology but inside of the book we talk about all sorts of examples on how companies that have leveraged that and the beginning steps on how someone wants to say okay yeah I want to adapt this uh and and move forward with it and inside of the book has all those examples on how they can do it because you know basically if you don't adapt now now and I hate to say the scarcity here is but if you don't adapt now your competition will be adapting and you don't want to be behind the you don't want to be behind the eightball on this exactly and and that is happening and will happen it's not going away and it'll happen very quickly as well and I know and again I thank you for this throughout you know our our friendship and in business uh that we've done throughout time is that you've always been that person for me to go hey look here's what's on the horizon here's what's getting ready to happen borrow my glasses take a look at it and one of the great things and I'm assuming that is in this book as well is you give people something to do right it's not just information it's something to do here's where you can do including uh your process that you were talking about so that it's one stop kind of thing yeah and so share with us a little bit about what is saas platform and AI brand acceleration Okay cool so SAS stands for SAS it's software as a service and basically it's an Allin one tool that will essentially eliminate so AI brand accelerator is a tool that will eliminate 21 different services so for example if you have kajabi clickfunnels you have any of those services like a you know Community if you've got aweber uh any of those it will essentially eliminate all of people that do what you should and need to do better than than you so that they can do it so you can do what you do best absolutely yeah exactly focus on the skill set that you have and have somebody else take over that part of it so um being able to log in with one tool and be able to manage all of those and instead of logging in and out of all the other tools you log into one tool and everything is there available dashboard sales sites you know being able to connect uh there's lots of tools that are in there but there's a handful of tools that every entrepreneur and coach needs to have at their fingertips to be able to get information quickly to their customers and consumers so whether whether you whether or not that you use the other tools there's a handful of these that you need immediately to make your business better and increase your sales by 247 per. so the Sass system sofware software as a service system as all the tools that are in there that will help your business go
