yeah see how rich he thinks he is winter parted so ladies and gentlemen that I am about to present to you the worst vlog in history I think from the point in which this first clip was filmed it's been around 10 days or so so I'm just gonna retrospectively look back at everything that happened and I just commentate on it basically also another thing I just realize now looking at this first clip is I'm wearing the same shirt but I swear this was 10 days ago and I haven't worn this shirt since but yeah we saw this vlog with a sales call now one thing I really really really really really need to stress here is that this is not a conventional sales call first of all we already discussed a disguise discussed pricing and all of that stuff on the first call we set up the second call to take payment and just set up some of the things logistically basically there's a $20,000 which comes to 50,000 pound two day webinar funnel build little bit of context this person was a client before for 4,000 pounds a month that's why at this point I'm charging 25,000 pounds around thirty two thousand dollars for a two day webinar billed discounted to twenty thousand because he was a client and also because this clown was gonna be coming to Cape Town rather than me traveling I'm gonna point where I just don't really want to travel for the agency so now you're up to scratch know the thing that this clown was trying to do in the sales call was trying to pick apart this two-day webinar build and was like oh I've already done this I've already done this this is this so why don't you just go ahead and and discount it and almost warning it's set up ala carte 1:1 for me it just wasn't really worth it so you're gonna see kind of a little bit of a tussle between us in this following sales call but I'm gonna go ahead and play this and then I'll interject at certain points all right apologize for any background noise the cleaners just doing her thing mister Benavides will be with us shortly he is [Music] busy can you explain what happened I'm just gonna get like yeah Danny Danny involved about four days ago the mother of us and yeah so literally he had anything three four four days and at about 11 a. m. yesterday he'd Bridget and he didn't ease himself back in he just ate everything inside and he just said it yourself in the early hours of this morning but we'll decide to see one saying Syd status message on the same I've got cleaning very well after eating too but I don't think can be real to make it this book so obviously this client knows who Danny is like we wouldn't make such crude jokes if he didn't already know us if he hadn't already had months of experience working with us well to be honest I say that depending on how old they were maybe who might have still made the same joke here's the thing like for us as an agency we've gone to a point where we can be selective with who we work with and to be very blunt like I just don't like working with boring corporate e.
type people and we'd like to have a lot of fun with our agency we like to joke around so while I say that we wouldn't make that joke with a new potential client maybe once they got to know Danny a little bit better or actually I would say something like this probably on the strategy session which is the first call after they pay and sign as a client almost to kind of like break the ice let's get back into it Oh mr. Benavidez can you can you get it can you get off the toilet we have a client client call okay they can't with something like Danny how's your bin a video bene of a rectum or something Danny what why European looking Colombian man I've ever see so that's good it's good straight into it let's get straight into it so figure out all your dates and everything I did kinda in a way but it's just like I was thinking like a lot of 15,000 times I just want to make sure like I know exactly like what's gonna be going because I feel like it's gonna take literally like 20 minutes because the landing page is something that takes like you know 20 minutes and I already have a landing page though for whatever change myself I think looks pretty nice a thank-you page you know whatever webinar it is pretty easy to make I already have the scripts done for you know the Thank You page like it happen they the actual scripts done so I could read it off the telegram and I could report it you know in any nice office in New York City right the webinar I have finished as well which I could you know send to you guys obviously we could improve it the email sequences like that's the one thing which I think is like necessary which actually from you guys like not only the emails to pinch the webinar like okay the webinar is going on in five days you should jump on and register but also the emails are doing the follow-up sequence hmm but you know just for email it's like in a way that obviously Facebook retargeting copy as well so in my opinion you know if it's just kind of emails and Facebook ad copy what kind of makes more sense to me is because my webinar is spent like I could have the webinar this third like next week and we could have you know obviously maybe if there's like one little tweak it could do better like I'm not sure because it's actually took pretty high quality what I was thinking about is since email marketing is like more necessary that's like the bulk of it and I copy maybe it's best if we go straight into the like this isn't for sure yet because I haven't and you said but I think maybe it's best if we go into like a a deal or okay it's four thousand pounds a month for running Facebook ads and and YouTube ads for then if I pick maybe let's say 2000 bucks extra then there is like email marketing included or like active campaigning set up sequences and maybe like we set up a plan where it's like there is broadcast being sent on this wall so it's four thousand pounds for like the front end offer and also return reading going to the webinar so it's like two different campaigns and then also actually two thousand pounds for just consistent email marketing which you know with the results and on to the program order and also for sequences okay so at this point the client busy doesn't want to do the two-day training even though they've confirmed it on the first call they're getting cold feet slash trying to push back on the price they're saying look you know run our ads for four thousand pounds a month again and then charge an extra two thousand pounds a month for like getting the funnel done slash consistent email more like I didn't really understand it at this point I had like we this tussle had been going on in the first call I mean can can tell you was a first call like is excruciating pleasant to listen to why because he was pushing back and just trying to eat as much off the price as possible and just kept trying to dismantle the services that were offering and picking and choosing which is basically just another way for clients as I know hmm I think you were really difficult you gave it as good as you got yeah I don't I don't break easily look at the other day also like I mean you you you you just said that that's a way for clients say no here's the thing I knew Oh percent 100% of the Klan wanted it I guess that's also why you're gonna see me in a little bit almost take the piss to be very blown like we kind of took the piss with this call and the only reason that I guess I was comfortable doing this is because I knew the client a hundred percent wanted it I just needed to make it super super clear the fact that first of all I sound so insensitive when I say this but to be honest at this stage you know we're very blessed we work very hard as you can see I put care through so much hard work writing our client copy that yes using what is that thing I hate not a heat patch there you go as a cold soup repetitive next friend look we worked very hard you don't get Danny's on the other side of the world right now with like nerves four fingers just been setting up new ads like thousands of new ad sets and it's just yeah they've worn a way to like this point he just has little nubs he presses foot as I said we've gone to a point where our agency were like to be very blunt fifteen thousand pounds for two days of our time we just couldn't care less and I needed the client to know that that there was no negotiation I am 100 percent fine walking away from this and the way that I conveyed it it's gonna be very funny it's not conventional but as I said first of all we've already worked with this client etc etc and it was the fact that it was that first call where we had words like there was so much pushback from both sides and I thought we'd come to agreement that I was almost getting a little fed up at this point and I was just like I need to make it a hundred percent apparent that we couldn't care less whether this went through or didn't because first of all and then they we were already discounting at ten grand from the normal twenty five thousand pound feet granted he used to be a client he wanted to come back as a client at his funnel build and had the luxury of not having to leave the country first things first I explains to you already we don't need to be face-to-face to do this but out of courtesy as I'm re going ahead and and because you've already been applying in the past I'm already going ahead and discounting it heavily I'm not gonna discount it any further than that and said you know if you if you want you can almost certainly go and find someone on up work but if you want to go ahead and peace to get because also you got to keep in mind like yeah cool there's a landing page video in this and that but there's also [ __ ] twelve pages in the follow up there's twelve pages of follow up which the emails then go on and it gives people extended free training if you go through my webinar you get extent of free training there's a 30-minute video which is from the grower agency party just like all these different things outside of just the webinar itself I want people to understand the scope of the communal want people understand the you know I said just have all that extended free training as well so if you want to go ahead and build that out yourself and you just want us to write your emails for you so at this point Danny actually messages me on slack while we're on the client call and he actually says that I think it might be a better use of our time well maybe he's referring to just his time in my time for us to write the 18 ish follow-up emails depending on what stage they go on the funnel because guess who writes the emails sounds like hmm that is true fifteen thousand pounds twenty thousand dollars for two eight-hour days of my time or we just get Kiran Arroyo moly for 7,500 pounds ten thousand dollars I'm like hmm Danny that you might be onto something so yeah at this point I was like that actually does make a lot of sense so that's why I pivoted last minute and I offered this I'm happy to do that for 7,500 pounds wouldn't do it a dime less offered the emails for 7,500 pounds of 10,000 dollars but it said you know that means that you have to spend 3-4 days putting together your your landing page like follow-up pages also you know help with the webinar itself this and that or you can adjust get it done in the space of two days for me you know I already finished it you know like that's parts like I've already I don't like all said you guys going over if you want and as it now it's yeah I mean look here's the thing you know the other thing I have no doubts that you can you can do one it's just how well can you do it and how big of a difference like let's say you go ahead and you put ten thousand people if you can increase your conversion rate like let's say your conversion rate is 2% you increase that conversion rate by literally 25% taking a 2.
