What if I told you it is possible to generate 20 AI video clips automatically in just a few minutes without paying for any AI tools? No subscriptions, no credits, no watermark, and the craziest part, you don't even need to generate the clips one by one because there's a workflow that can turn a single idea into an entire 20-scene AI video automatically in bulk. But, here's the problem most people run into with AI videos.
AI tools are actually terrible at keeping characters consistent, which is why so many AI videos look random, messy, and almost impossible to monetize. So, instead of fighting that limitation, I'm going to show you two niches that actually take advantage of it. These formats work perfectly with AI video generation, and they can still qualify for YouTube monetization when done correctly.
Now, here's where things get interesting. In this tutorial, I'll show you a complete workflow to generate those AI clips in bulk automatically, to create free AI voiceover, and to turn everything into a finished YouTube short. By the end of this video, you'll see how this system can create a full AI video from start to finish using only free tools.
And I'll also give you four powerful prompts that automatically generate 30 viral video ideas, full story scripts, and structured 20-scene prompts ready for bulk AI video creation. So, if you want to build a faceless YouTube or TikTok channel using AI, this tutorial will show you exactly how. And if you enjoy learning about AI automation and faceless channel strategies, make sure to like and subscribe because I share tutorials like this every week.
Now, let's start. Why bulk AI video creation is powerful. Before jumping into the tutorial, let's quickly understand why this workflow is so powerful.
people create YouTube shorts with AI, they do this: write a script, generate one video clip, wait for it, generate another clip, repeat again and again. That process can easily take one or two hours for a single video. But, the method I'm about to show you does something completely different.
Instead of generating clips one by one, you generate all scenes at once. So, the workflow becomes story to prompts to bulk generation to full video. That means one idea can turn into 20 cinematic scenes automatically.
This saves hours of manual work, and it allows you to scale a faceless content channel much faster. And because everything uses free tools, the barrier to entry is basically zero. Step one, install the bulk video tool.
To automate the video generation process, we first need to install a browser extension called Autometa. This extension connects directly with Meta AI and allows you to generate multiple video clips automatically. Here's how to install it.
First, open Google and search for Autometa Chrome extension. Open the extension page and click add to Chrome. After installation, one, click the extension icon.
Two, then choose Autometa version. Three, select go to Meta Login using your Facebook or Instagram account. Once you are inside Meta AI, you'll see two main options: generate video from images, generate video from text.
For this method, we will use text-to-video generation. You can choose a setting to decide where all downloaded clips are automatically saved. This is where we can turn simple prompts into cinematic AI video clips.
Step two, choosing the right niche important. Before generating videos, we need to talk about niche selection because not all AI video niches work well. Through research and testing, two niches stand out as the best combination of viral potential and monetization safety.
Those are mini horror stories, what if {slash} alternate reality. Let me explain why these two niches are powerful. AI video tools struggle with consistent characters.
For example, if you try to create a story about the same character across multiple scenes, AI might change the face, clothing, or appearance. But, these two niches don't rely on consistent characters. Instead, they focus on environments, creatures, cinematic moments, suspenseful scenes.
That means the AI can generate each scene independently without breaking the story. Another reason these niches work well is because they are story-driven, and storytelling is important because YouTube monetization policies prefer original narrative content rather than simple AI clip compilations. So, when you combine AI visuals with story narration, the content becomes original storytelling, which is much safer for monetization.
Step three, generate video ideas. Now, we move to the idea generation stage. For this step, we use ChatGPT.
Instead of brainstorming video ideas manually and spending hours thinking about what content to create next, the system can generate dozens of viral ideas instantly. So, all you need to do is copy and paste my first prompt for the mini horror niche into ChatGPT and hit enter. Within seconds, ChatGPT will generate 30 different video ideas for you automatically.
Each idea can easily turn into a 20-scene short story. You'll see ideas like mysterious haunted locations, strange supernatural encounters, disturbing late-night discoveries, cursed objects, and other short horror concepts that work perfectly for YouTube shorts. The best part is that you don't need to think about ideas anymore.
This step is important because having multiple ideas allows you to test which stories perform best. For a growing channel, this means you can produce multiple shorts per week without running out of ideas. Once you choose an idea, we move to the next step.
Step four, generate the 20-scene story. Now, copy the second prompt and paste it into ChatGPT. Before hitting enter, paste the idea you selected at the top, then press enter.
Within a few seconds, ChatGPT will automatically create a full 20-scene video script. Instead of writing scenes manually, the system generates everything for you: scene narration, cinematic visuals, video prompts, story progression. Each scene is designed to work as a 5-second AI video clip, which is perfect for shorts content, and the story builds step by step from scene one all the way to scene 20.
This storytelling structure keeps viewers curious about what happens next, which helps increase watch time and retention. And watch time is one of the most important factors for success on YouTube. Step five, prepare prompts for bulk generation.
Once the full script is generated, we need to convert the scenes into clean video prompts for bulk generation. This is where the first bonus prompt becomes very useful. Just copy and paste the bonus prompt into ChatGPT.
Instantly, ChatGPT will organize all the scene prompts into a clean one-page list. Each scene becomes its own separate prompt, arranged in the correct story order. This makes it very easy to copy and paste directly into the bulk video generator.
This step is important because Autometa needs a clean list of prompts to process them automatically. Once the list is ready, we can move to the bulk generation stage. Step six, generate 20 video clips automatically.
Now, open the Autometa extension and copy all 20 prompts. Then, paste the full prompt list into the prompt box. After pasting the prompts into the automation tool and starting the process, the system will begin generating your clips one scene at a time automatically.
While the tool runs, you don't need to do anything. It will send each prompt to the AI, generate the video clip, download the clip automatically, move to the next scene. And after a few minutes, you'll have 20 AI video clips ready for editing, all generated automatically.

I share AI workflows, automation tips, and faceless channel strategies that can help you grow faster with AI tools. Step seven, generate free voiceover.
Now, we also need the voice narration for the video. Go back to ChatGPT and paste my second bonus prompt. This prompt extracts all the narration lines from the story and turns them into one clean script.
Now, simply copy the full narration text. Next, open Google AI Studio. Inside the platform, open the text-to-speech tool.
Choose a voice that matches the tone of your content. Then, paste the narration into the voice generator. For example, darker voices for horror stories, neutral storytelling voices for alternate reality content.
Then, click run. Within seconds, your full voiceover is generated completely free. Download the audio file.
Now, combine the video clips and narration together in your editor. Step eight, assemble the video. Now, open CapCut.
Create a new project. Import all AI video clips, the voiceover. First, place the voiceover on the timeline.
Then, place each clip in sequence according to the narration. Because each clip is about 5 seconds, syncing them is very simple. Within about 10 minutes, you can assemble the entire video.
Step nine, add captions and effects. To increase viewer engagement, add captions and effects inside CapCut. One, click captions.
Two, select language. Three, click generate captions. Then, choose a caption style template.
You can also add light effects, transitions, background sounds. These small details make the video feel more professional and increase viewer retention. Finally, export the video.
Now, your AI video is ready to upload. Here is the result. We were the only thing alive that deep, or at least, that's what we believed.
Down here, sunlight has never existed, and nothing should be able to survive this pressure. Then, the first knock came. At first, we thought it was debris, but debris doesn't knock twice, and debris doesn't wait for an answer.
Then, something appeared on sonar. It was too big to be any animal we knew, and it was moving toward us. The knocking started again, but this time, it sounded curious.
Then, we saw it. It was trying to look inside. The lights flickered, then they shut off completely.
For a moment, the ocean was silent. Then, something knocked from inside. That's when we realized the knocking never came from outside, and somewhere in the deep, another submarine just heard the first knock.
Now, let's quickly look at the second niche you can use with this workflow. Instead of horror stories, these videos explore alternate realities and imaginative scenarios. This niche performs extremely well because people naturally become curious about impossible situations.
For example, what if dinosaurs lived in modern cities? What if gravity suddenly stopped working? What if humans discovered a hidden civilization under the ocean?
To create videos in this niche, the workflow is exactly the same. First, copy the idea generator prompt to create 30 alternate reality ideas. Then, select one idea you like.
Next, paste it into the script generator prompt, and ChatGPT will create a 20-scene video script automatically. After that, use the bonus prompt to convert the scenes into clean video prompts. Then paste them into the AutoMeta tool.
And just like before, the system will automatically generate 20 cinematic video clips. After combining them with narration and captions, you get a fully finished short-form video. And here is an example of the final output.
>> do. Not a planet, but a habitat. And humans were never the owners.
Every forest carefully placed. Every ocean monitored. Invisible barriers surround the continents, keeping the species contained.
Cities, just another exhibit. Like animals inside a habitat. So, why this method can grow a faceless channel?
Using this system, creators can produce multiple videos per week without filming anything. Because the content is story-driven, visually engaging, scalable. Over time, this allows you to build a faceless content channel.
Once the channel reaches the monetization threshold, you can earn money through ad revenue, affiliate links, sponsorships. The key advantage is that the production cost is basically zero, because all tools used in this workflow are free. If you follow this workflow consistently, you can create dozens of shorts every month using completely free tools with automated bulk video generation.
