so at the age of 23 I was completely broke and by the age of 27 I had already made over a million dollar online in my businesses that's three different businesses a marketing agency that I built and scaled no longer run didn't really enjoy it then there was a coaching business and then you know SL Consulting business then a digital product now I'm here to break down to you the nine most important skills that you're going to need to learn in order to make money you see the the thing that actually makes you money is your skills your ability to do stuff for other people that's how money is made if you didn't know you provide a service or you give something to somebody that's worth more than the money that they're willing to give you for it so if you charge something for $1,000 and a person on the other end doesn't think it's worth $1,000 you're not going to get that $1,000 so what I'm going to do in today's video is I'm going to break down the nine most important skills for you to learn not only so you can provide a service but you can actually leverage these skills to get business for your own business that seems to be the biggest skill most people lack so I'm going to break down these nine skills and I'm telling you these skills are Universal you can use these in a coaching business you can use this in an agency if you're just starting out you can use this if you're trying to sell digital products all I'm saying is that these particular nine businesses do not discriminate on what business model you're trying to go after they're Universal and will help you make 10 grand a month so you can you know free yourself and look after your family or whatever it is that you're trying to achieve online cuz again we're all promised that you know that 10K per month Mark and being able to travel the world location Freedom time Freedom all that good stuff these skills are the things that get you those things if that makes sense the time Freedom the location Freedom the ability to look after your parents look after the you know take care of their debts fly them out I've done all of the above you know bought my dream car living in my dream place looking to move to Dubai very very soon um all of that good stuff these are the nine skills I would say anybody whether you're a beginner somebody who's intermediate or somebody who's Advanced needs to absolutely pick up refine and really lock in on these in 2025 so you can scale to that next next next level whether that's going from 0 to 10 grand a month 10 grand to 20 grand a month 20 grand to 40 Grand a month and Beyond so let's jump straight into this particular video so the first skill on my list that you're absolutely going to need to learn is leverage persuasion leverage persuasion is something I mentioned in my last video so I'm going to I'm not going to spend too much time on this right now but it's basically your ability to persuade multiple people by producing one piece of marketed material whether that's organic content or ads if you don't want to go the organic route and that then gets pushed out using social media algorithm social media in general or the internet in general which then allows you to pull in multiple clients at once multiple customers at once multiple booked calls at once from one piece of work looking to people like Ean gaji he does his very well Sam ens he did this very well Alex OSI doing this very well I'm doing this right now speaking to you guys in this one video this is something I'm heavily an advocate for because it allows you to generate new traffic so the overall skill I would call this is leverage persuasion but you guys can call it new traffic generation new traffic generation is your ability to get clicks to Garner clicks inbound towards whatever it is that you're selling if you're selling a digital product getting inbound clicks to your landing page or your email list whether that's say let's say you're an agency it could be to your sales funnel whether you run some sort of vssl or a CSL that we you know kind of run for our particular coaching business you know/ Consulting business so that's garnering clicks you need clicks so I've actually coined this term right here and I think it's so true do not Chase clients Chase clicks this seems to be the aim of the game so the first skill that you're going to need to get very good at is garnering clicks if you can generate clicks new traffic for not only yourself but for other businesses you will be highly paid this is the number one skill do not let no guru full you do you need to learn Ai and this thing and that thing and that thing although AI is important and it's one of the prerequisite things on this list but I'm here to tell you if you can get business new traffic and then convert that traffic you will get paid because they will pay you for that not only will you get paid to do that for them but you will get paid by doing it for yourself this is the key thing I see agency owners forget they go out there and they say I want to start a Facebook ads agency like I mentioned in my last video and then they'll forget to do Facebook ads for themselves you see what I'm trying to say so if you learn this the skill of being able to for example book calls for yourself through advertising you can then turn around and offer that exact same skill that you have for booking calls on your own calendar to other people if they're qualified calls that is of course we it's going to count qualified goals as a that's a given but that skill in itself is going to help you twofold for yourself and you can then offer that as a service one more time I'll repeat it if you know how to generate new traffic New clicks new book calls that sort of stuff and and then you can put that into your calendar and take that take those calls for whatever it is that you're selling whether it's a coaching program whether it's a digital product or whether it's agency service you can then take that same service offer it to other people but it will also bring you money inbound as well so it's a it's a double-edge skill that you learn right there the second skill I want you guys to learn in 2025 so you can go you know beyond that 10K per month Mark or whatever it is you guys are trying to achieve is obviously converting that traffic I already touched upon this in point one but the second point is this you need to be able to convert that traffic there's no point in I see this a lot with a lot of influencers where they'll have like 100,000 Instagram sub uh like subscribers I was going to say subscribers followers on Instagram but the problem is and they'll get like loads of views and whatnot but they can't turn those eyeballs that traffic into email list subscribers subscribers to their YouTube channel digital product sales uh booked calls whatever it is that they're trying to achieve in order to make money so you've got to have some sort of conversion mechanism so this could be landing page building so get good at landing page building it could would be copyrighting which going to lead me on to my third point in a second but you absolutely have to get good at not only generating the traffic but then converting that traffic you see there those are two different skills you know anybody can launch a Facebook ad right now and get clicks you can buy clicks relatively cheap with Facebook I'm sure you can get clicks for like $2 to5 per click it's very very cheap to buy clicks off of Facebook if you're going to run the Facebook ads route but can you convert those clicks into a booked call using some sort of funnel landing page email list over time that what you need you're going to need to get good at which leads me to my third point the third point is this and the third skill you need to learn is your ability to write copy that turns traffic into a book call a sale somebody subscribing to your email newsletter somebody subscribing to your YouTube channel and I think this third skill here is probably one of the most important skills the first skill that I think is the most important is traffic generation because if you haven't got traffic then copyright in doesn't really matter I mentioned this in one of my last videos but genuinely think about it you could be the best at copyrighting but if you've got no traffic to convert it's kind of like having a gun with no bullets like you've got a you know Smith and Wesson for example but you've got no bullets to fire the faking damn thing it's like having or building a Lamborghini but having no fuel to actually move the car so imagine writing the absolute greatest sales letter landing page type thing but you've got nobody clicking onto that thing it's kind of redundant at that point but then there's also an argument of if you get good at copy then you can create very good ads and you can create very good organic content which then will allow you to get that traffic to then convert so I can see why it's a I kind of I kind of see that they go hand in hand so make sure you get good copyright it's going to be an absolute crucial skill for you which leads me on to my fourth skill that you're absolutely going to need to pick up in 2025 and that is of course sales I think sales is a very very beginner orientation skill because when you're a beginner you typically start with some sort of service based business cuz think about it again I mentioned this in my last video most beginners aren't going to be able to go out there and just start offering coaching straight away or sell a digital product straight away and I'm here to tell you that like with a digital product for example you can actually build a whole landing page which will sell your digital product for you on complete autopilot in fact I just had somebody enroll into my digital products while I was literally karaoke in last night and then woke up this morning and it was somebody who also enrolled into one of my programs for 797 so that's without a sales call that's somebody going to a landing page that's well written they go and opt in they Auto enroll they get into access to the program they get results all without having to speak with me directly on a on toone level which is not sales that's copyrighting and traffic generation you see how when I explain stuff to you I'm actually actively doing these things that actually make me money and I tell you exactly what I'm doing to make money unlike these other GS that tell you oh go do a bunch of called Outreach but really they make all their money from YouTube and ads I'm telling you guys that's where the money's at it's the clicks don't chase clients Chase clicks I am telling you if you run an agency and you start getting clicks inbound clicks organic traffic you start paying for traffic or whatever it is if you don't want to go to organic route go to paid route I'm telling you it's much quicker anyway you start getting clients much quicker I've done this with multiple multiple people at this particular point you can go on my website or whatever blah blah blah go look at the case studies and proof and all that good stuff cuz I know you guys are going to claim it's fake anyway but anyway long story short so the fourth skill is sales for beginners specifically you absolutely must get good at sales and rely heavily on sales like for somebody like me or Ean gaji or Alex hosi or these dudes that have got a slightly bigger audience than you when you when you know obviously you don't have a big audience when you start out we don't need to really rely on sales calls that much because technically we have the Goodwill built up already we have the um sales page skills for example Alex OSI doesn't really need to build a sales team I mean obviously he's got a huge sales team if you want to sell the high ticket stuff but realistically within reason Alex OSI could put on webinars he could put on uh a landing page in his YouTube description and whatever it is that he's charging for like he can literally put a five grand literal payment link on a website for a course or a mentorship or to get into his whatever he is that he's freaking selling I don't even know what he's actually selling and people will pretty much pay for it right there and then on the screen so he wouldn't even need a sales call because all of his sales are done before you even decide to go to Alex OSI to buy his stuff through his content he sells you in his content before you even decide to work with him you're already sold cuz you've been watching the guy for years a year two years 6 months two months however however long it takes you to get bought into the Alex OSI um story if you will but for a beginner you don't have that audience you don't have that good will built up you don't have the reputation you don't have the audience if you you see if you see what I'm trying to say so you have to sell the idea of getting somebody on a call with you so that you can provide that value on the call show people how your stuff works break down their limiting beliefs explain how you're going to take them from point A to point B and how your particular service or whatever it is that you're selling bridges that Gap and then you pitch them on a 2K retainer 1K retainer whatever it is that you're trying to sell so sales is going to be absolutely crucial for beginners but once you start getting a little bit bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger you could technically turn your exact exact existing service coaching program or whatever it is into a digital product where it's just like a $500 digital product granted that you have a big enough audience for this obviously and if you're getting enough clicks you'll know when you got a big enough audience when you start getting too many people asking for the same thing you start selling out and you've moved your price up and you still are you know fully jam-packed with clients then you could start moving your stuff into a digital product and at that particular point you've kind of removed sales calls from your equation but sales are going to be extremely important important for beginners specifically who don't have an audience or an email list and let me break down exactly why having a sales call or being good at sales calls and running with a sales call type of like funnel when you're a beginner is very very important so number four is learn sales and get good at sales the reason for that is because think about it if a beginner has a 1. 5k let's say service fee they're charging 1. 5k and they want to get to 10 grand a month well that's typically about seven clients that you're going to need to close which means you need about let's say your close rate is 1 in5 7 * 5 is 35 you're going to need about 35 sales calls if you close one in five it's very simple maths if you see what I'm trying to say there about 35 actual qualified calls that turn up and then out of those calls that turn up you need to give 35 offers out of those 35 offers you need to convert just seven people at 1.
5k per month and you literally close seven clients and what I'm here to try and tell you is that it's easier to just get seven people to say yes to a 1. 5k thing than it is to try and sell like a school community at $49 and get to 10 grand that way because you would literally need to convert over 200 I believe it's 204 people to be exact on a $49 per month thing let's say it's a school Community you're selling something or it's a course or some sort of low ticket digital product that you're trying to sell if you're a beginner you don't have the audience or the the right number of clicks going to a landing page just yet if you're trying to go organic and you've got no audience you won't have the right number of Clicks in order to convert 204 people in a month not only that but think about it do you think it's easier just to get seven people to say yes to something or do you think it's easier to get 204 people to get uh to say yes to that same thing which is just a low ticket version of the exact same thing obviously it's easier to get seven people because it's it's way less work it's 35 actual calls that you take out of those 35 calls you close seven which is a one in five closure rate you've got seven new clients at 1. 5k each that's 10 grand whereas on the other end if you're selling something to $49 you literally have to sell something 204 times over it's hard to get 204 yeses I'm here to tell you that right now as a beginner especially if you're a beginner is what I'm trying to say it's just very difficult to do I'd rather you get good at sales and go D you know pitching a free call getting on that free call and then pitching your service to 1.
