Investment in securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing. I work in three time frames. Daily 75, 50. And if I'm doing it weekly, then... So, how do I select my stock? In this chart, if I'm taking more than one second, remove that chart. One second? How do you take an entry? Yes. What's the pattern of entry? After a full walk, the stock is consolidating. Why did you exit? Sir, there's only one formula for exit. Five kilometers below the average. Whenever the trade comes down, I take an exit.
But it can also be false. You trade in the 15-minute chart as well. So, how did you distribute the capital? I always say that in our society, on one side there's male and on the other side there's female. Female women, working women and homemakers are such a powerful segment. They are so intelligent. If there's one occupation that they should take seriously, that is financial market, money management and trading. I was trying for a long time to find a lady who is managing her house well, managing her business well and trading well as well. So, I
got a chance today. I have met a lady, Sejal Maheshwari. She is amazing. She has made her own way of trading. She has made a system of trading. And one thing that we can learn from her is inspiration. Watch this video till the end. You have to see this. Because such a face-to-face doesn't happen every time. But when it happens, it's amazing. So, I have recorded it and you will like it. Watch it till the end. Share it as well. And if you are joining me for the first time, then join permanently. Subscribe. Thank you.
Let's meet Sejal. Sejal Maheshwari, you have met after 306 face-to-face meetings. Where were you? I was here but the mindset was not ready to face-to-face. Now the mindset is ready. So, I am here. Lovely, lovely. I had such a desire that I wanted one ideal daughter-in-law, ideal daughter, ideal market participant. But I really wanted someone who is handling family, children, market and is successful. I am very thankful that you got convinced after so long and are recording this video with me. Thank you. So, Sejal, your journey is very interesting, right? Being there, done that. You
have seen a lot in life. You have learned a lot from life. One thing is common between both of us. You are also a voracious learner. You are passionate about learning. I am also passionate about learning. And maybe that is why I was able to convince you that what you have done till now, you will not teach people. So, it is not justified. Correct. So, let's start with your journey. How did it all start? The journey of the stock market is not that easy. But you had taken a decision. So, how did you start? And
what did you open in life? Everything, just open up yourself with me. Long back, after 12th, like always there was an ambition that I have to do something. I have to do something. So, I tried to start small business ventures. Okay. With that, whatever little learning experiences I had, I kept grabbing all that. And I used that in my trading journey. And that was really helpful to me. I will share with you one by one that what all I did. As soon as the 12th exams got over, I got an idea that I should make
paper bags. Because at that time, eco-friendly was in trend. So, I started off with that. I made it, learned from someone and did it. And I started making it. But when I came to a lot of gift shops, I started selling it. Every owner gave me something or the other critique in it. But that was like plus point for myself that I got a lot to learn from it. Someone said that the hold you have made, it is not able to hold. Put an eyelet on it. What is eyelet? I don't know. So, then I
researched for eyelet. Then I fixed those eyelets on those bags. Next, the owner told me that your bag can't even hold a small basic thing. Put a cardboard under it. Okay. So, you have a lot of knowledge. You have been given a lot of knowledge in the beginning. So, I just took it as an adventure. I kept doing it. I have to do it. I just have to do it. Which city was this in? Indore. So, you are basically from Indore. Yeah, I am from Indore. But you live in Bombay. Yes. I am married in
Bombay. Okay. So, starting a business after 12. Is this a culture in Indore? Maybe the vibes there are like this. It is the city of Ahalya bhai. So, you can relate. Yes. So, Ahalya bhai of market. So, I did that. Then I just thought that I have learned calligraphy. Now I will customize it. On Valentine's Day, Friendship Day, I can sell it off easily. But there was no scaling. So, there was no future. So, I just thought that let's do research in this. So, I understood that there are a lot of small scale industries in
Sanghaner. Related to paper bags and eco-friendly things. So, I went there. But it was very capital intensive. At that time, I didn't have the strength to tell my father that I want to do it. I was just doing small things according to myself. Then at whose house we had stayed back, me and my friend. So, that uncle suggested that as you are in Jaipur. Jaipur is the market for sarees. So, I will arrange you sarees on credit. So, I said that this is a very good thing. So, everyone will get what they want. So, I
said that if you get 10-15% return on zero risk. Then also it's good. So, I think I should go ahead. I grabbed that opportunity. Then in first year and second year, I did paper bag once. I did saree once. But mom was very keen that having a professional degree is important. You can do whatever you want to do. But you have to study. So, we landed up that let's do CS coaching. So, she used to do coaching. But I told her that I will not give exam. She said okay, no problem. Don't give exam. Knowledge
doesn't go anywhere. It would broaden your vision only. Just read. Just do. I said okay. Finally, I understood that I have to do MBA. So, I started off with coaching. I took admission in MBA. Then I took admission in Pune. But somehow I didn't like the environment. Okay. Very soon I took a quick decision that boss, the vibes here are not good for me. Whatever I have come to do, it will not happen. So, I took the decision and I came back to Indore. Till then I had cleared that now it has become very challenging.
Now I have to prove that a lot has happened. So, I decided to do MBA part-time. Okay. Because there was less time left. Three years, I mean two and a half years had already passed. So, like I was in a bit hurry also. After graduation. No, third year. Yes, after graduation. After graduation. Because to do MBA. Exactly. So, I had less time. So, I opted for MBA part-time. And then I thought I will do something. Let's see. There I met Ashwin. So, we became good friends. Then he was also in struggling period only. So, we
used to talk about numbers. And books. And we just used to share our experiences. We have to do something, we have to do something. That was also in our struggle. So, like he also suggested that she will start reading books. On capital market. I said okay, let's do this. Listen to CNBC, listen to this. So, I started all that. So, then I started reading my books. First of all, I read A to Z of Technical Analysis. Okay. I started listening to CNBC experts' advice. At that time, Rajat Bose used to come. So, above him, high,
low, close, targets. So, all those things I used to read. Then I just used to try that how it is syncing. I did all that. Then, at that time, only IPO, just came. Maruti's IPO came. Okay. Very old story. So, I didn't have the courage from my father. Because he didn't understand the share market from any angle. Everyone's father. So, then mom and sister and aunt, they gave me fund. And they said that you try, let's see. Okay. But I used to understand this, after doing so many things, that what is going to happen with
one account? Nothing is going to happen. So, then I opened an account of my friends and relatives, Matt. And applied for everyone, did everything, took all the hassles. And assured them a fixed return. That whatever you have, you are going to get this. Okay. The rest of the profit loss is mine. So, I also knew how to scale, how to increase position sizing, why it is important to work in volume, that nothing can be done with a small amount of money. Right. So, like this was one phase. Then, one more my friend, My friend Vijit
gave me an opportunity to sit in his broking house So then I started sitting with dealer So there I got hands-on experience of the screen So what is the price, what is the volume, what is the market sentiment How does fluctuation in the market affect the price I started seeing small things So I sat there for a month or two Along with that, I started studying NCFM This is interesting, I will ask you such questions in between Do you think it's a great idea Actually when you are starting the market People's thought process nowadays is
to read from the internet No, no See the charts Actually sitting next to the dealer Actually sitting next to the dealer The depth and weight of the market And what happens up and down Like you can jump into the water and measure its depth So you just cannot judge Practically or theoretically it's a lot of difference Everyone has all the tools and parameters Everyone has everything But to apply it, you need wisdom So what does dealer mean The one who makes a deal for others Yes, the operator Earlier you started saying dealer The other operator
One is the trader The one who decides Operator means the one who makes deals for others I used to sit next to him So someone else's trade I used to listen Oh my god And the screen was always on He used to tell me little by little He used to explain This is like this F1, F2 Buy, sell There is volume, there is price Now it's up to you How much you have to grab The screen you are seeing Go home and open the book of A to Z Again you have to read Again you
have to listen to the experts Synchronize everyone And prepare something for yourself So like it is on us How we are taking that thing Fair point, fair point So sitting next to the operator It was a wonderful experience I mean even today I want Even if a new person is introduced Really if he wants to learn Then he should work as an operator in Broking House First he should know how to make a deal After that there is a story Right, right Then there was an exam for NCPM Capital module and derivatives Okay Cleared that
Then Vijit provided Bolt Okay, okay Bolt is the trading tab of BSC Yes, Bolt NSC Which is also there Provided a trading screen Of course, of course So then I Like working in two or three cities A little No, before this I had convinced my father That I need an account And because in a little while I got money in IP So I showed that and got it done Nice But father said I will give you capital But for that you will have to pay a cost of capital You have to pay interest Wow, amazing
So I was agreeing That I know he is giving I have to do something Then he said only one thing That you have to pay interest I said okay With that I automatically learned risk, leverage Everything Just because For example He has given me lakh rupees Today 20% risk on it Is standing in the market at any time Means 20,000 rupees can be a loss at any time In any trade By investing 1 lakh rupees And at that time leverage was also good So on 1 lakh I can raise 3 lakh rupees 20% risk on
3 lakhs 60,000 rupees Where will that be cut Where will that loss be cut from Will be cut from my actual capital So the chances of taking my number of trades Became less So there I understood this thing That it is important to save capital So you do the same trade Which is selectively smart trade And as long as you Will not stay in the market Like it happens in other businesses That if you stay in any business For 3-4 years Then you are there for it So exactly Here also Save yourself for 2-3 years
By doing such and such Then it becomes of the market Because it sees a lot of swings Up and down All kinds So Indirectly Dad taught me And even today He gives me funding So we have the same relationship Nice Nice That money is money Belongs to anyone You should know how to use it And should know how to pay its cost You should be that smart Actually There are small things And our fathers Had so much understanding Of all these things Yes That there was a way To give training Yes Gave But After that
Many conditions Conditions Yes So your sensitivity Towards trading Yes Became very high Because you knew That my interest is also running So I Can't play with this money Yes Exactly Very interesting Then Here He Vijit Provided me Board Yes So Started working in cities Little by little Then Actually I understood That brother Those who are in the city Till now They were sitting Near the operator So from that Market volatility And the up and down Of the market Which varies In the price Of their stock Everything was Analyzed well Okay And along with that I
also started Software learning Of advance get Okay Advance get Okay So What was your age When you were doing this All this MBA Started Means One year ago You studied 25-26 No In 24 You got married Oh So after this You were 22 Yes You started in 21 I don't understand At the age of 21 You were always Enterprising After class 12 When you were doing business Means You have always Been like this Yes Always In the mind Something is going on Something to do Something to do So is it In your family In the
genes Is it a training Like If If you have to go for a tour So You had to get Someone's train ticket So he used to say I will give you Commission Oh You go Get in line in the morning Get the ticket As much as I give To the agent I will give it to you Dude One is face to face Parenting Is needed With your father That we have forgotten all this We are spoiling so much Our children In today's rate So this For everything He used to motivate That you have to do
I don't remember That I have bought A pen or pencil From the retail store He used to get Wild Go to the wholesale Write and take Bring the stuff You will save money So you can buy Something else Super Super So like That was his approach I think This is the culture In Indore I remember I did a face to face Of course You must have seen Ashwin Bhai's face to face So he is Ashwin Bhai's friend One more Young I did a face to face Of Tanmay Tanmay I saw That his father From the
age of 12-13 To explain him About businesses How are businesses Is this your culture In Indore Because he Never sees Children As a separate Entity We When Papa To see property Since childhood Papa is very fond Very passionate About property So Sundays Were like Let's go to Mahu today Let's go to Jain He used to show Whatever he wanted To papa And then He used to bring So like Like He taught him Everything Amazing It was fun Now After that 22-23 years He gave him The bolts Then He learned Advanced Then Vijit's father He advised
me That Shil You Future Was there Then There were 30 stocks You Support Resistance And give me The target So I started Taking it out And Uncle was so good That whenever he Took the trade And the next day With good morning He used to give me Feedback That I took this trade Your support Came It didn't So it was Very motivating I used to think With good morning My paper should be ready Lovely So like I learned a lot Only about Shil But Vijit's mother Also started Sitting with me So Aunty Used to feed
me From the beginning That Shil One is To do the market Everyday When will the opportunity Come You never know So sit Don't work Sit Second Aunty used to say As a woman You will always have Double work So you Have to see the house So well And your work Get up early Do some hard work So she fed me so much That I didn't have any Problem after marriage That Okay This has to be done This has to be done Just do it So The lessons And teaching The people I met In the whole
journey Their advice Was wonderful And I kept taking Correct Absorbed So this is Vijit Whom you are talking about So this is Vijit Big brother of Nevi I did face to face With Nevi With Vijit I have been pending With Nevi And there is a delay When the opportunity Will come And I didn't know that Vijit and Nevi's Mother was also In the market Is also in the market No no Aunty used to sit She used to sit But she has Even if Sitting on the screen Is not necessary Your thinking Is important Better than
doing All kind of Her thinking Is very good She can explain Very well She can teach Things Super Then I got engaged and a new phase of life started. Luckily, I was blessed that my mother-in-law was very progressive. She told my father to give less jewelry but to equip her professionally. Wow! Whatever she needed for her market, she had to equip it. Wow! So, she was extraordinary, visionary. Then I got married and everything was smooth. The second family I got was also very supportive and cooperative. Because my family is very big, it's a joint family.
Okay. They were all very cooperative and supportive about my work. It was just that my trading timings had changed a little. Earlier, I used to sit from 9.15 to 3.30. Now, my timings were shifted from 11.00 to 1.00 and 1.30 to 3.30. Okay. In between, I used to give some time at home. Did it make a difference? No, it didn't make a big difference. Because my thinking was so feeded that I didn't want to make a difference. Okay. I tuned myself. Earlier, I used to sit all day. Then I said that this is my screen,
I am here, then I have to work. So, I have to take the trade in such a way that either my trade should wind off before 1 o'clock and then I have to take the next trade after 1.30. So, I trained my system in this way. Was your trade always intraday? At that time, the capital was very small. Rotation was the only way to increase the fund and the time was also less. I did that for a year and a half from the end of the day. Then I realized that I should take intraday software.
Okay. So, I took that too. So, I used to enjoy 3, 15, 3, 15, I mean 75, 15, 3. I have traded a lot. Okay. Interesting. So, by doing that, my journey was going very smoothly. Okay. But in 2008, then my CA advised me that now your capital, because till then I was working in my father's account. Okay. That now your capital has also increased, everything has happened. So, I think you should form a company. Okay. So, did your father give you profit sharing? No, he didn't give me anything. He didn't give you anything? He
takes interest. Even today, if I pick up money for 10 days, he will give me interest for a month. So, he takes interest. The rest is yours. The rest is mine. Okay. Profit 100%. Yes, profit 100%. I am also smart like him. That's right. So, he didn't give me profit sharing, but gave me interest. And he takes more interest than me. Okay. He says that you do share trading. Okay. How much? 1.5%. 1.5% per month. Yes. That's fair. That's fair. 18% is required for share trading. No, no. This is only 12%. Share trading is also
a risk. Yes, it is. Yes. Then, we reached here till 2008. I formed my company. Still, everything was going smooth. And when I conceived the second child, then I felt that this is a one-man show. How will this happen further? Then, I decided that I should keep my dealer. Okay. Because earlier, I used to do it myself. Then, I kept a dealer. I trained him. I used to take trade and he used to manage the trade. That was also smooth. So, like this, till 2014, it was a smooth journey. You just have to work. You
have to learn new things. It was all smooth. The rough patch of my trading journey was settled down. Yes. So, like it was nice. And this first phase was till what age? I mean, on 14th, I had my second baby. So, it was 2016-17. So, I was like, yes, the kids are also very cooperative. Yes, that's fair. I think your sister is also a cooperative person. So, this is the first phase of your life. After that, you had a feeling that now I have arrived. Yes. Now, I am ready to take the next picture. Next,
exactly. How does this feeling come? When your work starts getting smooth. When you start delegating things. Sometimes, you try to do everything yourself. So, when you are really stuck in some problem of family or outside. Because, as a housewife, I prioritized the house. I prioritized the house from the beginning. That's why I took intraday software from 11 to 1, 1.5 to 3.5. That I have to work. But, I have to prioritize the housework first. So, till the time the kids grow up. I have two kids of my own. They are also kids. So, you have
to take care of them also. Of course. Even for those kids, someone told me to feed them. So, I did that. That's right. For that, I never focused on trading. I left it. Wow. And even if there is trade, I just completely ignored the loss. So, because you used to do it in your father's account. So, did your in-laws know how much capital you were working on? No, as such, they are not directly involved in my trading. They are supportive. But, basically, they were in the stock market before. And they had not a good experience.
So, they don't want to encourage me. That's right. I think we all come from that generation where our immediate generation didn't have good experience. But, they don't stop me. And now, everywhere, I am just going. Because of them only, I am able to manage. Of course. Directly or indirectly, it is their support. Yeah. So, we should be grateful that if they don't support, then nothing can be done. Whether someone is acknowledging from the front or not. From behind, they are acknowledging and letting you do the work. Absolutely. Correct. And obviously, your husband must be supportive.
That's why you are able to do so much. So, kudos to the entire family, to your husband. This is what India needs. Yes. If we get support, then everything else will win. Everything else will win. Correct. Okay. So, this was the first phase of your career journey, if I can call it that way. Yeah. Okay. Now, the next phase, when you were scaling it up. So, my understanding is that when we scale up with a big capital, then you keep both things in mind. How to make wealth and how to increase the journey of making
money. How to increase. So, you thought both ways. Yes. So, basically, at that time, the profit was very less. So, I always invested in myself. How do I want to learn something new and how do I want to increase this profit. Okay. So, that happened with the rotation of funds. But even in that, you have to be innovative and you have to learn new things. That is, only then you will bring new things, only then you will increase the rotation of funds and profit. The main focus was to increase the profit. Right. First. Secondly, the
profit that you are earning in the business, you always have to take it out. This is what I learned. Right. To be more stable. Yes. So, they used to take out the profit from the business and they used to invest it wisely in the property. Okay. So, the money you used to make by trading. I have always invested in the property. I know. Is there any fixed percentage? No. I mean, the year the year went bad, that year I took out all the money from the profit and put it in the property. Just because I
have to start from zero on the same capital. Interesting. Interesting. So, maybe there is a capital in mind that how much lakh, how much crore you took out from me. Whatever the number is. No. So, it is clear from the very first day that until you take out the profit from your business and invest it, wealth cannot be created. So, why are you in real estate? Because from the very beginning, he used to roam around with his father. Oh. He had prepared you. Consciously, subconsciously he actually trained you quite well. Yes. So, from the very
beginning, I was not even afraid of him. In the city market, even I was afraid that everything can go. So, even then there was a feeling that your parents, your in-laws should not have that problem. If you do something wrong, sometimes your mindset goes wrong and you get into some major losses. Yes. So, I took out the profit and put it in the property because they will sell the property and take out my loss. I didn't want it to be as a burden to them. Interesting. And you never pledged the property? No, no, no. Never
ever. So, that was like… That was the thought from the very beginning. Yes. That if there is a loss, then I don't have to tell my parents or my father-in-law. I don't have to tell anyone. It is me who has to take care of my losses. So, is it possible in your style that you can open more money than your capital? He is playing. He is also the one to give. Okay. So, Six Sigma event. You always have to plan your journey or your future cautiously. Right, right. So, I understood that real estate is one
of your assets. Okay. What other assets do you put money in? Like, if I have to do small savings, suppose like I can be a good benchmark for people around me. That they invest. So, many times I did small investments to create awareness for people around me. That if you have a small salary or you get a small personal allowance at home, then in every 2-3 months, every month, whatever it is, you can invest in gold. Start investing and create your own gold SIP. That is only the source of means which is small. They can't
take big properties which are not working on their own. Sometimes when there is less money, you put it in gold saving scheme. I have put that too just to encourage others. I have done the SIP one. I have also put it in second gold saving scheme. For 11 months, we give money to the jeweler. He pays for one month. Sometimes there is zero making. Sometimes they give discount. There is not much in this. There is only interest income. But still you are learning. You are in the process of saving money. And it's a forced saving
also. Yeah, it's a forced saving also. You put it in ETF. You do SIP. Whatever you have, do distributed SIP. What else can you do? There are many ways of small savings. This is for housewives or those who have a small capital. But many people who give you comfort or help. These are literate people who are not able to do. Illiterate people are not able to do anything else. What about the helpers in your family? I consciously put my effort for them. If there is help, they don't get any loan. So I have created a
fund at home. All the helpers have to raise a fund. Suppose there is Rs.1000, Rs.3000. They will give Rs.1000. I will put Rs.3000 in this fund. So it will be Rs.6000. According to 1% per month, they will get it on interest. Whoever needs it, can take it. But he will have to pay interest on it. So that is the way. They understood that the 5% they used to pay per month, they have come to 1%. Microfinance is running at home. 4% saving will make them understand that this is your saving. Then sometimes we talk about
increasing the salary. The salary will not increase if you take SIP. So they started understanding that this can also happen. I said that the money has to be as less as possible. So increase the SIP. Actually, I am taking this with me. This is a great thought you have. Then they invest in many unofficial platforms. So one of my helpers used to put all the money in it. I put a lot of effort in it. So I was able to get Rs.5000-Rs.2000. He told me about Rs.2000-Rs.5000. He reached Rs.2000-Rs.5000 in SIP. Today that person's SIP
is Rs.25000. Is it help? Yes. Too good? Yes. His SIP is Rs.25000. So in this way, they themselves started understanding that they also saved money. They gave something somewhere, gave something else. All their money was lost. But now even they have come on the official platform. So you... Sorry. Yes. No, no. So the discipline of saving, the way it is, the assets, you get people to do it and you do it yourself. So now if I want to know your overall capital, I don't want to know the size, but I want to know the percentage
of overall capital. How much is parked for such saving instruments? Negligible. Okay. Now you have put it all in trading. No. It's all neglected just for making others to understand. One thing is to imitate. Imitate is the biggest thing. We imitate our elders. Every man imitates the people around him. Yes. Just speaking doesn't work. You have to do it. Understood. So basically... So that's only for... It's more educating and inspiring other people that you also do this work. Because no money is small or big. No money is small or big. If you invest small money
wisely, it will become big one day. Right. How much percentage of gold do you have in your financial capital? Do you invest in gold? No, basically gold... When there was a trade in between, I took it. You traded. But you don't have any such saving pattern in gold that you keep taking ETFs. No, there is nothing like that. You are a trader. Yes. Out and out. Yes. So I took the trade in gold. Fantastic. So now let's get into your trading mind. Yes. But before that, we are missing one more thing. How do we teach
children? Investing. Yes. So in many of our homes, grandparents and Diwali, and many times, they are allowed cash up to 50,000 in the minor account. So open their SIP account from the beginning. So as soon as they are 18, they get the feeling of ownership. We are the owner of this account. And then hand over that account to the child. So from there, it will start the journey of investment. So as soon as possible... Right now, I am teaching my daughter that every month you have to earn 1500 rupees and buy 10 grams of silver.
Okay. So I have also taught her the means of how to earn. That the small household chores that children don't do, you will be given something for everything. If you read a book, you will get money for it. And if you crochet, so I will buy from you. In this way, first earn yourself and then invest. Very good. So as soon as children understand saving and investment, that would be good for them. Absolutely. And your father also taught you this. You are good. So now your children will also be good. Superb. So now my selfishness
is going towards trading. Because what should I do? I will talk about trading. So now that you have said that you are almost... I mean 100% you get your capital in trading and you scale up. So once, let's set the context that what is your style of trading? How do you trade? And then we talk about the specifics. My pattern for trading is not very complicated. It's very simple. I only need 5 tools. Price, volume, moving average of 5, moving average of 50, and one RSI. Which is 70-40. Moving average of 5 is for my
entry. Moving average of 50 is my trend decider. Okay. That's all I need. And trading can also be done with price and volume. Okay. Next, the time frame. So I generally work in 3 time frames. Daily 75-50. And if we are doing it weekly, then weekly daily 75. Basically, one mother time frame is there. In the other 2 time frames, the traders take whatever they get. Okay. So you make a view from the mother time frame. Yes, I make a view. And then the transaction is done in the time frame below. Exactly. So this is
my time frame. Now, what do we see in this? No, let's go to stock selection first. Yes. So how do I select my stock? From the end of the day, the team does a stock screening. Its parameters are 52-week high, 10 times more volume than the average volume in any news or event stock, and above RSI 70. Okay. From these 3, they select my stock. I select my stock according to my parameters. I have to check the other parameters. Okay. And I prepare my list at night. But this stock, entire NSC, BSE stock universe is
very… Yes, so they have the software. But there must be a universe, that we made top 500 stocks. Yes, so I told you 52-week high. But 52-week high… High may be the volume, average volume which is 10 times more than any news or event. So 40-50 stocks will be there. Yes, sometimes 100 stocks also come out. So you take out 20 out of 100. That depends on the market. How is the market? It all depends on the market. If the market is going fast, then you have to do a lot of work. So in decision-making…
So in decision-making, you have to… Obviously, but… There is one thing in that too. If it takes more than 1 second in a chart, then remove that chart. 1 second? 1 second, 2… I mean, you should get an idea at a glance whether it is useful or not. Interesting. If you have to invest a lot of time, then it is not useful. Ignore it. Right. Go ahead. Whatever I teach people, I tell them that your finger and this down arrow, this is your main thing. If it takes a lot of time, then it means this
chart… It is nonsense. It is not able to talk to you properly. Yes, it is not able to talk. Because the chart speaks. It makes you understand that we have to work on this. Yes, yes. So it is kept so simple. Okay. So, I take out my stocks. Then the next day, in Falcon, which is live, I have the same parameters. Okay. 52 week high, high volume should be there, 4% gain should be there, RSI should be there. According to all that, the common stocks that I get, I look at the chart in Infra Day
and take my entry in the stock. Okay. Now, how do I take the entry? Yes. What is the pattern of the entry? Yes. Then it is very simple. On the chart, volatility is checked first. If 10, 5, 7 bars are not clean, Clean means… Closing should be higher than the previous day's closing. Higher highs, higher lows. Higher highs and higher lows, correct. This is the first criteria. If there is activity in the stock, then the price increases with high volume in the daily and weekly. It means that the institution is somewhere in it. Okay, fair
enough. Then you talked about volume. Yes, if there is a good major range breakout bar in volume. Or if the price is increasing with low volume. So that is also one of the criteria. Okay. And RSI. How do you trade in this? Where do you want to trade? Yes. So when there is a major breakout and it is happening with a consolidated breakout, then the position sizing is good. Okay. Because there you get a stop loss of pass. Okay. But if there is a breakout with a spike in price, then I wait for consolidation. Then
when the price comes on a moving average of 5, then I buy there. So let me try to visualize your setup. It is written well on the chart. Yes, there are a lot of examples. So there is a mother chart from which you are making a view. A transaction cycle of 75 minutes. Yes, what I am telling you is the pattern of taking the trade. The mother time frame is only for the top. Yes. We take the trade in daily 75-15. So the daily scan that is running, is it happening on the mother time frame
or daily? Both the lists are different. Okay. So both the lists are different and you are looking for a common stock. Common stocks come out. Okay. Monthly, weekly, daily 75-15. I understood. That is the idle pattern. So basically, if we make a Venn diagram, then there will be some stocks which will be common. And the number of stocks will be balanced. And when you start working, you sit on the screen every day, then automatically those vibes also come. Yes, it is correct. Okay, does it happen that after a point of time, those 5-6 stocks become
so favorite? That happens a lot. That is the biggest trade-off. But many times you get used to it. For example, this year, in trade of the year, I got Loris and LTF. So in and out, Loris, LTF, Loris, LTF. You will do it in that only. I worked a lot for it. You got comfort with it. Yes, I got comfort. I understand it. If it is too high or too low, then also you can't breathe. Yes. This is also an important observation. Because when you work in volume, then you have to breathe. In every stock,
all the big people say that every stock has a character. There is a way. And if that character matches with you. I will tell you now. There are 10-15 things, which everyone sees. You put the tool parameter, 5k moving, 50k moving. Whatever it is, everybody does this. But what you are saying, credibility of the stock. This is my first criteria. If a stock has not given me before after earning, then no matter how good the result of that stock is, no matter how good the chart is, whether it is monthly or weekly, whatever it is,
I will not trade. So do you have a complete historical record? I don't have a historical record. If you have been working for so many years, then you know that this stock has not given me after earning. It has always trapped me. So I don't want to do this. That's interesting. I don't want to work on it. Like when we shake hands with a person, we feel his warmth. We understand from that warmth, how long you have to talk to him. For how many days you have to keep a relation with him. So that is
like the first thing. This is not written anywhere. But with your experience, you have gained things. That this is bound to happen. Right. So in the first point, I understood that you have to check the credibility of every stock. It will be good for everyone. It is not good for me. No problem. Don't worry. So if someone is starting, at that time, he doesn't know anything about stocks. That's why it is said that only experience teaches a person. Okay. Is there no replacement for experience? No, there is no replacement. 5 ml daily? No, no, no.
There is no replacement for hard work. Okay. How many years will it take for someone to become a confidently consistent trader? It can take 6 months to become. But he will have to see a whole phase. And the most important thing is that money comes in 6 months. A person thinks he is very powerful. But he has to give money back to the market. After giving, he has to get up again. He has to give again. He has to get up again. He has to give again. If someone fails 2-4 times, then he becomes successful
many times. 6 months? He can become successful even in 6 months. It depends on his mentality. Risk management is the most important thing. If he saves his money, he will go there. But he will take big trades. Realistically. Yes, realistically it takes time. How much time? Tell the truth. Don't lie. Don't hide it. No, it's not about hiding. But it takes time. Because it is very important to give a realistic estimate. Because here people have to die in a week. No, no. It takes 8-10 years for a person to understand. No, stability. For stability. Today
we can say that it is our livelihood. Source of livelihood. Till then, when we were 54 years old, we also thought that it will not happen. Take out the money quickly and put it in the property. Till then it was fear. Now it is not fear. Now it is not fear. Got it. I think you have very well presented this. It will take time to remove the fear. That's very well said. Then we took the breakout trade in this. When it was consolidated at 50 moving average, then I will not take my trade there if
that breakout has come with a lot of spike. I will wait. I will patiently wait. When it will touch 5, then I will add my quantity there. Okay. Then whenever there is a stock around 50 moving average, then I will also add a small quantity there. Because the stop loss is very small there. So you always add quantity and then scale up? It depends. You don't want to go all in at once. No, no, no. As the strength of everyone increases monthly and weekly, we add little by little. But everyone's stop loss keeps on upgrading.
Is every trade considered an individual trade or is it a single stop loss? It is not a single stop loss. If you have taken it above, then you have to be very cautious about its stop loss. Because if you are doing quantity, then you have to be cautious. Okay. Because there is not much risk on the trade below. You remove that quantity. Is that quantity generally less? No, it depends on how much stock you have. Okay. Sometimes a stock tells you that you can put so much money in it. So this discretionary, human judgment, gut,
all this? All this comes from experience. Nobody can teach. So can't AI replace this? No, not at all. I am very confident that AI can't do anything like this. Human discretion will always remain human discretion. Always. You are saying a very good thing. You are also practicing. I don't have a fixed formula for scaling up. In some stocks, I may go once. In some stocks, I may do it twice. In some stocks, I may do it four times. You just have to work while keeping the risk in mind. That's right. That's it. I think you
have also brought a lot of charts. And if we discuss that, then we will be able to discuss risk objectively. Surely. Because risk is such a term which is very subjective also. Yes. So as I manage my risk, I will share with you. Okay. So let's see the chart. Let's see the chart. Okay. Loras Lab and LTF. This year was my trade of the year. Okay. So I really enjoyed working in both of the stocks. Okay. This is the monthly chart of Loras. In this, the major breakout range has come to 727. Okay. And it
has also broken the pivot. So I have drawn a line here. Okay. This I will use it as a reference. Because generally, my daily 75-15 time frame is there. But I give a lot of reference to the major range breakouts of monthly and weekly. I mean, I give a lot of significance. Okay. It is helpful for me. As long as the breakout is sustained in monthly and weekly, I take all the trades of daily 75-15. Okay. Which are feasible trades, viable trades. Okay. Next. I have a question. Now I will ask you a lot of
questions. Yes, ask. When you are looking at the stock at 724-725, don't you see that hole below? It was running at 300. Is it already full? No, we have not learned that. We are always working on volume and trend. When volume comes and it has given a major breakout, it has broken this trend after a long time. After 2021-22, it has broken this trend in 2025. So it was a big consolidation patch. Okay. It has broken it and given a closing up here. So this is a monthly breakout. This is just a range breakout for
me that it has broken after a long time. So it is a good trade for me. Okay. Okay. Okay. Then we will look at the weekly. The weekly has a major range breakout at 777.90. I have also marked this. How will we take a trade in this? First, we will understand the daily. Then we can look at the weekly. Okay. If someone wants to trade in the weekly, then this was a very easy trade for him too. Okay. What are the rules of RSI in this? Whenever RSI comes above 70, then the stock moves smoothly.
Oh, so this is a general theory. RSI has overbought above Rs.70. No, not overbought. We are momentum traders, so this is an ideal situation for us. Now, in daily, it took strength at Rs.704.30. Why? Because we took a trade here. The moving average of Rs.5 is above. First of all, we check the volatility. 4-5 times in the past, Everyone's volatility is above the closing of the previous day. There are higher highs and higher lows. The moving average of Rs.5 is above. The moving average of Rs.50 is above. The RSI is above Rs.70. So this is
an ideal trade for me. I will take this trade. Here I took a trade. Along with taking the trade, I got a moonwalk here. Moonwalk means that whenever its bar is touching the moving average of Rs.5 and there are small bars forming, that is called moonwalk. So I will trade. I will trade this moonwalk. It was very good that I got the strength of monthly at Rs.727. I got the strength of weekly at Rs.777. So it is all adding my confidence. Whenever I have to work in a small time frame, I get confidence that we
are going well. Then here I forgot to tell you a trade. Let's take a trade of a high volume breakout bar. So this is a high volume breakout bar. We have marked its high and low. Whenever there can be both entry and exit at its high. Whenever there is consolidation with the breakout, this is the entry point for us. But if this is the peak of a rally, then this is the exit for us and the selling strength. I will sell here. So this moonwalk trade of mine ended here. Here I took a volume breakout
trade. Because it broke here again, I took an exit from here too. I will not be in this patch of consolidation. It gave me entry many times, but no major profits came in it. One question. After the moonwalk, the stock is consolidating. Why did you exit? I took an exit because the exit came below the 5 km average. Sir, there is only one formula for exit below the 5 km average. Whenever the trade comes down, I will take an exit. Close below the 5 km average? Yes. But it can also be false. If it is
false, then you will have to keep your risk management somewhere. Then we will take the entry. Okay. So the system is set. If it goes, then it goes. If it goes, then it goes. It's okay. You will have to do system-based trading somewhere. You cannot teach a new thing to the dealer every day. So now it will go above that high and give a breakout, but it will consolidate, then you will enter. Then you will see. No, no. As you can see, here it touched the moving average of 50. Yes. And it closed above the
high volume bar. We took a trade in it again. Yes. And then we got a good moonwalk here. We got 311. In 311, the close came up 3 times, it came down 2 times, then it came up again. So I got a good trade in 311. And I take this 5 km average trade again and again just because the stop-loss is very low here. So I like to take this trade to increase my position sizing. So this is basically the entry and exit for the high volume bar. Exit means sell-in strength. Because after a rally,
if there is a spike in the stock with volume, then we pay attention to get out of it. Sure. And if it is consolidated, then you get a trade there, but it is a very boring trade. Got it. So we did this daily. So the moonwalk that you got in November. So this is the 50 EMA trade. Is this 50 EMA or is it simple? 50 moving average. The line that you drew here, the close came up. I took a trade here. But I am seeing that the touching 5 EMA that you have written here.
Here? It is here. Touching 5 EMA. Yes. So you must have exited it here. No, no. It is just touched here. Where did the exit come? Where did the low break? The low broke. It should close below the 50 EMA. It should close below the 5 EMA. Yes. Okay. So I am still in trade. Okay. Okay. Then we see the trade in the 75 patches that come daily. Okay. Whatever we take in 75, it is basically a 2-3 day trade. Daily 1-2 month trade. We try to get the trade. So the same thing happened here
in 75 minutes. Here RSI came in strength above the 5 EMA, above the 50 EMA. RSI closing has come up. Higher high, higher lows. So here I got a trade. In supportive trades, I also got 311. 5 EMA, moon walk, everything was the same. Here a very big high volume bar was formed. I marked its high and low again. Again, as soon as it happened with the rally, so here was my sell. Then when it closed up, it consolidated here. Correct. After consolidating, it gave me a trade here. Correct. I took this trade and I
got a long trade. And I got an exit right here. Here. Exit below the moving average of 5, which is written here. Oh, okay. I got a whole patch. Didn't it go below 5 once before? No, it didn't come once. You see. It didn't come once in this. Okay. So this was a very good, very beautiful patch to work with. Here I got an exit. Then again it touched the moving average of 50. After touching, when it closed up again, here it closed up again, I came in the trade again. Then here it gave me
an exit. Second time. Below the moving average of 5. Here. I got an exit here. Why do I feel that the previous bars are giving a closing below 5? Where are they giving? Tell me. See this. What does it mean that the bar is closing below the moving average of 5? See, here it gave an exit below the moving average of 5. This low came down. Yes. Close came down. Where did our next bar become? It became below this. It broke the low. So it got an exit. Basically, it should come below 5 and close
below the previous bar. Yes. Low is important. Okay. Right? So this is how we traded it. Okay. This is a patch of 75. Okay. Let's see another 75-minute patch. The beautiful thing in this was that it gave a tight consolidation in this whole patch. The money didn't go even if it was made. So this is the beauty of this chart. So it keeps you intact in the trade. Here it gave us a trade at 690. The same 75-minute moving average is above 5K, 50K. Same deal. RSI is above. And the moon walked. And 311. And
we got a tight consolidation. Here we will not work. We will leave. And then when it came to the moving average of 50, we took a trade here. It closed above its close. It closed here. Here. Last. Near the previous bar. Our trade came here. There was also a high volume bar here. A sudden spike in price came. The moving average close came below 5. I got an exit there. RSI has no role in the exit. No role. RSI is more of smoothness to know. That's it. Nothing more than that. Now we will see a
chart in which the stock is running so beautifully without RSI. Okay. Show me. Does this trade in your 15-minute chart too? Yes. So how have you distributed your capital? How to distribute capital? I got a good breakout in daily. So I take it in 75 too. Then I take it in 15 too. Now there is a very simple way to manage all these trades. But I manage all my trades with it. Daily 70 and 15 are the same. The position that we make in monthly and weekly. Just because in the big time frame of the
trade, we get to know the strength in monthly and weekly. In daily 75-15, I keep the maximum position sizing in this. Got it. That is a very small position sizing. Got it. But you put everyone in risk management. Management is the same for daily 75-15. Okay. And I don't take monthly and weekly in risk management. Sure. Okay. Now there was a 15-minute breakout here. It was 3-1-1. There was a moonwalk here too. Its exit came below 5. Now in this patch, volatility is important. Why don't we trade this? Because the bar size in this is
very big. So we don't have to trade in this. Got it. We are out of the trade. We don't have to work in this. Got it. Now this was very good in weekly. We saw this moonwalk and 3-1-1. Let's see the weekly chart again. So in weekly, when it shows strength, So, even today it has not given us an exit. This trade has been going on since July to December. Superb! We will see one more chart of LTF. In this, there was a range breakout in the monthly, crossed the pivot and drew a line. It
happened at Rs.252. It is of the same weekly. Now we can say that it took strength in Rs.225 in the weekly. It touched the moonwalk at Rs.5. In this too, both the stocks have traded since June-July. And it is still intact. After this, Delhi. In Delhi, a very good thing has happened, a different thing. See, here it gave the strength of the weekly at Rs.207. In this, RSI is not with us. But it gave the strength of the weekly at Rs.207. It touched the moving average of Rs.50 at Rs.202. But we have the strength of
the weekly. The volatility is exactly what we see. It is above the moving average of Rs.50, above the moving average of Rs.5. Only RSI is not with us. So, we will take this trade. This is an exceptional trade. RSI is not with us. But when the strength of the weekly is with us, the stop-loss is very small. At Rs.202, it has a stop-loss of Rs.192. It does not have a stop-loss of this much. This trade has been taken. That's why it is in memory. This is a monthly chart. In this too, the same monthly range
breakout came. It crossed the pivot. Here, the strength came at Rs.252. We have marked it. Now we will go to the weekly chart. In the weekly chart, it took strength at Rs.225. It gave a good moonwalk. And while touching the moving average of Rs.5, it gave us an opportunity to trade. And this trade too, from September to December, we are still into the trade. In the daily, we will see its patch, how we traded it. This trade has been taken without RSI strength. The good thing was that the weekly strength came at Rs.207. And when
the strength declined, it touched the moving average of Rs.50 at Rs.202. Here, it gave a closing above the weekly strength. Here we bought it. Because its stop-loss was giving us a very small stop-loss. And then the daily strength also came. So, it was an add-on trade. We got a small moonwalk here too. Then it made us exit here. But with the exit, it made us enter the trade again. Because it was a shake-out. The exit and the entry happened immediately. So, if you hold a large quantity, you exit and enter the next day. You get
the courage to enter the next day. Yes, with the time you learn. Okay. If you don't take it, it is difficult. Here, we did a tight consolidation. A high-volume breakout bar came out of it. We used the sell-in-strength of this volume breakout bar. Because it came out after a big rally. So, we sold the goods here. We didn't buy it, we sold it. So, this is how we made this trade. So, in this whole rally, did you buy only one quantity? No, I had kept a small quantity for monthly and weekly. And the rest, daily
75-15, I took entry-exit as per my risk. Sometimes it happens that the trade is right. But we don't want to trade right. We want money from this trade. So, that is important. We get a lot of right trades. It is not necessary to get money by sitting here. Right. So, there you have to wisely decide how to manage your risk. Here, we see a small patch of 75 minutes. Which we traded in 75 minutes keeping the mother time frame. In this, we got a small moonwalk here. Then again, we got a trade of an average
of 50. Here, we got another trade. Then we got a high-volume bar here. With its consolidation, we got another trade. So, this was in 75 minutes. We can trade like this. Now, my risk management. For risk management, you can take entry in the stock with any tool, any technical, fundamental, news, story. But then risk is an important and crucial aspect of any trade. You will be successful in the trade only when you have managed the risk properly. You take a trade. Everyone has a stop-loss. The trade goes up and down. Then what do you do
to increase the position sizing? Again, you add one more quantity to the stop-loss. Okay. But it is not wrong to add quantity. But it is important to manage the risk. Because you have doubled the quantity there. Yeah. So, that should be kept in mind. How much risk do I have to take? How do I manage my risk? Let's see this. Yeah. I make a sheet in which the price should be above the moving average of 50. This is my most active trade. That's why these are in my MTM sheet. Daily 75 and 15. Where the
up is written, it means that in that time frame, its moving average is above 50. So, I will be in the position where there is an up in all three. Most of my position sizing will be in that only. Where there is a down in all three, the operator or dealer will cut the trade without asking me. Okay. If there are two, then my position will be cut by 70%. Okay. If there is one, then it will be cut by 30%. He doesn't need to ask me all this. This is a road map for him
as well as for me. Now, how do I manage this? My MTM is made daily intraday. In the first 30 minutes, suppose I have to take the goods today. How do I decide that? If I have goods worth 1 crore, and I am not getting a profit of 1% or 1 lakh, then I will cut the first position by 20-30%. Okay. I will not take that position. So, I have taken the first risk there. How do I manage that? I will keep the exit from the minus trade. I will keep the positive trades. I will
look at the stable charts. Then I will decide how much to keep. Then it will be my final MTM. I will decide how much to keep. No matter how good the stock is, I will do everything with my MTM. The trade that you did today. The trade that I did today. Okay. With that, my position sizing will be decided. How much I have to carry forward the next day. Now, when the market opens the next day, it can open in plus or minus. But whatever my MTM is coming then, that will help in my decision
making. Then, in the first 30 minutes, I will take the exit from the minus stocks. I will keep the plus stock as the average stock. Then I will look at the stable charts. How much I have to keep. If I am getting a profit of Rs. 1 lakh, how do I save that? I have to plan for that. So, in the beginning, within half an hour, my 30% position decreases. Then again, the procedure of stock selection starts. Then I add the stock again. It is added for 2.5 to 3 hours. Sometimes, the position is over.
Then the trimming starts. In this way, I manage my position sizing and risk. This sheet is helpful for me and the dealer. Many times, trading is such an emotional game that the person who is investing always comes in a biased opinion. But the dealer is not biased. He can see that it is up-up, so we have to keep it here. We have to cut this position in minus. So, it is a standing instruction that you are not supposed to ask me for the second time. I should not get a call. You have to cut your
position. Very good. At any point of time, how many stocks do you have a position in? In 5-6 stocks, my position sizing is the highest. But sometimes, there are 15-20 stocks just to have a feel of the market. Okay. Trackerless. Yes. Very interesting. You have made your risk management framework in a very scientific way. I have to admit. I will borrow something from you. What else? We have discussed a crucial part of risk management. Now, there are some things that before taking a trade, we gain knowledge from the experience that it is important to see
the credibility of the stock. Sometimes, news and stories reflect the price. You should not trade on the day of news or events. You should not trade on the election day. You can take selective trade because there are many trades of breakout. But you should not take a long stop-loss. We have to take smart trade. What if the position is already standing and elections are going to come? Then you have to reassess your position. If you are on a very conservative approach, then you should vacate the position. Vacate the position after elections? Yes, vacate the position
after elections. No hedging? No, no, no. Simple, simple. No call put? Whatever has to be done is money. To invest in such a market, money is less. So why do I have to call put? I don't have to do anything. No, many times a person shares. You don't have to take a leave. Okay. There is so much fund that if you deploy it properly, you can make a decent profit, decent gain. That's right. Superb. Yes, there are many other things. For example, if someone's mood is bad at home, then everyone's mood is bad at home.
So I give a lot of attention to one thing. If one sector, the main sector is weak, then alert everyone else. That's right. So there are such small things that you should pay attention to. It comes with experience. And these are crucial for taking trades. Actually, you have to leave some things on experience. Because there are certain things which are not scientific. Exactly. It just is there. What works for you, it works for you. It was fun. So deep. I think I got what I wanted. For which it was going on for many months that
you do this recording. It was fun. And I am sure you will inspire many, many people. Not just women, but also men. Men need more inspiration these days than women. I think women have already done quite a lot in our country. But it was good. And clearly I see there is a process which you are following. Just keep doing this and keep uplifting the whole society as you are doing. Thank you so much for this recording. Thank you. Okay. So this was Sejal ji. Awesome. You also do something. And you try to inspire the ladies
in your house. Because finally India will grow only when we all grow. And Sejal has proved this. That if you decide, everything can happen. And share market is a little tough. But if you learn and do it, it is not tough. I hope you liked the video. And if you liked it, then share it. The more you share, the better for you, the better for us, the better for everyone.
