a plastic Bowl I have here for my example I have a glass ball that's what I use so step two is pouring some sea salt or Himalayan salt into the bowl and I like to put about a good tablespoon of salt into the bottom of the balll step three is to write your your name on a piece of paper and on the back side you're going to want to write your intention what is it that you desire and be clear and concise your name on one side your intention on the other now the next step

is not a step at all it's my own alteration of the ritual and you don't have to do it this works without using an amplifying Crystal but when I've used this ritual I use an amplifying Crystal they're very inexpensive you can get them at most Rock shops just clean it up place it right on top of the salt like so if you don't have an amplifying crystal that's okay you don't don't need it it'll work without it then take that piece of paper where you've placed your name and your intention and place it right there

lastly you're going to take the Elixir and you're going to pour the Elixir the water clear pure water make sure it's good clean water this is purified water I make sure that I fill the bowl almost to the brim you can kind of see that you can see you look closely the paper floating there now hold the bowl like so and focus your mind on your intention see it in your mind as if it is already so remember it's a state of knowingness you know that you know that you know that what you desire is

all ready yours State your intention aloud and also state your name aloud as well and now you can place a little bit of cloth over the bowl and place it under your bed now if you don't have room under your bed if you're sleeping on the floor you can place it alongside you or you can place it on a dresser nearby you in your bedroom this ritual is more than symbolic it combines the ancient teachings the ancient Buddhist teachings along with the law of attraction and it marries them together into a very powerful force after

24 hours take your bowl of water along with your piece of paper that may be mostly dissolved by this point and simply pour it or bury it in the earth don't flush it down the toilet because you want to involve the element of Earth you see by speaking the words into the bowl we invoke the element of air we have the element of water we have the element of fire our passion and our our emotions so we have all the elements involved here when we put it in the earth it begins to grow now immediately
