yes people welcome back to the YouTube channel today I have a brand new video that a lot of you guys seem to ask me on my twitch zims how do you find these great Wonder Kids on football manager how hold on bro how well in this video we're going to dive in I'm going to show you all the methods that I use to find the best talent on football manager make sure you leave a like make sure you subscribe and let me know what other type of videos you want to see in the comments but let's stop wasting time and let's get straight into this video right and here we are with my Wigan Athletic save the save I'm doing at the moment over on Twitch so make sure you are following my twitch as soon as possible head over there for elite Vibes Monday to Friday 400 p. m. UK time I am streaming anyway this is what we are doing right now Wigan Athletic taken Wigan from League one all the way to competing for the premier league and we are doing very well at the moment eight games um 19 points if you look at the job history I'll show you guys exactly what we've done we finished second league w got promoted Championship then won the championship 11th in the Prem first season then fourth then third now hopefully we can pick up that title so make sure join us on that Journey anyways in terms of the Wonder kids right now I have become a Wonder kid hoarder let me show you some of the players we have Bound in the save quick disclaimer before I show you these players my viewers on Twitch are able to name Regen in my save so some of these names are a little weird but let's get into it right first up we have aeno do Santos and this is what he's looking like at 21 years old straight from Colombia we picked him up for £3 3.
3 million and you know what makes this better so much more better if you go to information we can see that aeno De Santos is actually on the road to being a homegrown talent for Wigan Athletics meaning he'll help us with Squad registration homegrown quarter and all of that Malak moving on to the next one another Center back we have Owen Latino another name that has been changed anyways as we can see his current level at the moment good player for most premier league sides at the age of 20 Wonder kid by me the description now and once again guys we've done the exact same thing he is on his way to being a homegrown talent in two more years at Wigan Athletic we move on to the history and we picked him up for6 million next we have Sir Marcus Nash who the is that guy and I told you guys some of these names are absolutely ridiculous apologies in advance man but anyways Nas at the moment as we can see is a good player for most premier league sides he's 20 years old once again one the kid by me description physicals look very good that 17 jumping reach and that 14 heading has been beautiful especially the 18 bravery as well you can see he started picking up goals we picked him up for £1 million from South Africa and once again guys you go over to information and Marcus Nord is 227 days away from being a homegrown player at Wigan affle so that is three of them are potentially going to be homegrown players perfect stuff and then next we have DeAndre Porter [Music] Jr right DeAndre Porter Jr number 28 at Wigan Affleck he is 19 years old and we actually picked him up this season we paid 3. 4 million for him and once again guys I'm loving life because in 3 years he will be a homegrown player at Wigan Affleck so he is not going nowhere we just got him before he turned 19 and the way to do this guys is make sure the player signs to your Club at 18 or just before their 19th birthday keep them in the team for 3 years make sure they're either in under 21s or in your squad or whatever and they will get the Homegrown state you cannot loan them out if you want them to get the Homegrown status or the team homegrown status whereas if you loan them out in England or whatever country you're in they will get the trained in nation whereas you want them to actually be homegrown does that Mak sense I don't know but hopefully that's answered I know someone's going to ask why is that so important it is important guys we can sit here going through so many of these players but I'm sure you guys understand the point we are finding some of the best talent in the world very very cheap and raising their value value making them homegrown talents and then potentially selling them on in the future but let me show you guys all the methods I use to get this done let's go and first up we are going to head straight into the scouting page and this is another way that you are going to get this done very quickly guys as you can see from my Scout and recruitment focuses already if we click that we can we have 14 different recruitment focuses active at the moment and you can see they're producing Talent man look at this 18yearold I want wanted to sign him 18 years old6 million the only thing I do not like is that he's 5'3 people talk about lassandro Martinez but imagine seeing this guy on a pitch first up make sure you click any position from tactic meaning it will find any position from the tactic right quite simple that we are looking for transfer type to be transfer I'm not looking for loonies I'm not looking for transfer loans I don't really care about that right minimum current we do five gray Stars minimum potential ability we do three gold stars and then age between 15 to 23 personally you guys can go older if you want to but like I said I'm looking for younger players players that are looking towards their better years the better years are coming basically so yeah we've gone with that and then the priority is on going now this is the difference for every single recruitment Fus as you see I have a one next to sum of them and I have a two next to sum of them I will explain that all the ones simply are very very area focused so I'm looking at specific areas that I believe develop the best talent in football manager and slightly in real life as well as being cheap and cost effective so for example we're looking at my Europe one I actually haven't found anyone but I haven't put in like France Spain um Germany as I believe their one ncks are usually a bit more expensive they might be 15 20 25 million 10 million and stuff like that while I'm looking for players like 3 million 4 million 5 million stuff like that as my team don't have that much money so that is the only difference depending on what type of Team you are if you're a Manchester City or man united pretty sure you could spend 20 million it won't really make a difference so yeah let's go through every single one so look at the America one just finding some decent Talent obviously you go here and I'm focused on Mexico and USA right in terms of the North Africa one that's very simple I am focused on Morocco and Algeria in terms of the Europe one I am focused fused on Croatia Norway Ukraine Scotland and Hungary in terms of the Asia one I am looking at China Japan Vietnam and South Korea in terms of the West Africa one I am looking at Cameroon Ghana Ivory Coast Sagal and Nigeria in terms of the Eastern European one I am looking at Bosnia Lithuania Romania Russia and Serbia guys it's some of these countries are not an Eastern European I'm very sorry but hey it just makes sense in my head so that's what I do anyways and that is all the ones now for the twos the twos are a bit more broader where I'm just sending out a scout because I've got such a big scouting team now if you look at my stuff I've got about 23 Scouts I'm just sending out a scout hoping they might find someone so they're kind of still doing some sort of job but it is very much focused on finding players that are eligible to be homegrown Talent so between the ages of 15 and 18 in all the number two on So as you can see here 15 to 17 so not even 18 I need to put it up actually um 17 here once again um it's found one player in Spain from seevilla and he's about5 million and he's 7even years old he's actually done nothing in football hence why I said I'm looking for cheaper players in these other ones anyway these ones are more region based we click into this quickly as you can see it's the exact same setup the only difference is when we are searching for areas we are doing it by choose area and we are going to region and then we are going here and as you can see Western Europe on that one and that's basically it so that's West Europe then we've gone with South America 2 but B since I'm going with South America South South America 2A is obviously South America North United Kingdom I'm looking in the UK just in case CU they'll be homegrown so UK and Ireland same thing with southern Europe I'm L looking in the southern Europe area and then same with Eastern Europe and then same with Central America for America and that is The Scouting guys now we move over into the next part where I show you how I manually find some great players and for the second Wonder kid finding tip what I need you to do is basically get the list of Nations as you can see right here England Italy blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah now what we're going to do is we're going to be looking for players that are playing at a higher level than what they are in terms of age that doesn't make sense I will show you right now so let's go over to England for example where the players will be expensive but let's just see we go over to the senior Squad now what we are going to do is we're going to right click insert column and we're going to add age as you can see it right here now we're going to be looking for younger players and we can see two players that are 21 years old playing for England if you are 21 years old playing for England's first team surely you are very decent so let's have a look at Colin Fox who's currently at Luton and from what you can see he's on loan from Tottenham he looks like a very very good young player at 5 fo six based off the attributes we can see already but he is quite expensive and he might even want to join us 31 million to 39 million right we're going to avoid him straight away we'll go over to this kid right here and this is a player we actually scouted from Chelsea very very good once again but that value is an absolute myth and he's getting paid 70k a week so we are not involved in that moving on swiftly all right that's um currently England what what you can do as as well is you can go over to the under 21s and use the same logic anyone who's 18 years old playing the under 21s is probably very good so we'll check this eight-year-old goalkeeper we could Scout him he's on loan from Derby once again we can do that over here and look at this player we can do that over here and look at all the players that are playing above their years and a level this guy's on loan from Man City looks very very good but the value is too much and this is why guys I avoid England France these kind of countries because they're players are usually quite expensive so look we can go England Italy Spain Germany France Portugal right me I want to go down a TI I want to go to the teams that are not necessarily the best in the world but they might have one or two gems in there so I'm looking at Denmark I'm looking at Austria I'm looking at Turkey I'm looking at Scotland Switzerland Norway these kind of countries Czechoslovakia Croatia Ukraine Etc Serbia guys if you've enjoyed this content please make sure to leave method three what we are doing is we go over to scouting very quickly and we go over to players in range when you get into the players in range section what you are going to to want to do straight away is go to this tab right here I'm going to need to clear it and now what you want to do is you want to think of the position you are looking for whether you're looking for a striker a number 10 a midfielder a DM a center back whatever the hell you are looking for that is what we are going for so right we go over to the age obviously I like going for 23 year olds 15 to 23 I kind of classify as a Wonder kid it's up to you guys if you really want to drop it down to 209 so they can actually be a Wonder kid they're not yourselves out but like I said I'm just looking for players that have their better years ahead of them so that's why I go with 23 but for this example I'll keep it one theed only and we'll leave it at 20 so um yeah what we're going to do is go there now for example we want to look for a striker we want to look for a DM we want to look for number 10 going to look for a Winger and all of these things what I would do is I would go to pick attributes highlight key attributes for the role and go through them if I'm looking for a goalkeeper I would probably be looking at sweeper keeper on support if I'm looking at a center back I'll be looking at a ball playing defender on defend if I was looking at a wing back fullback whatever it is I'll be looking at a wing back on support if I was looking at uh DM I'll be looking at a defensive midfielder on support or Ballwin midfielder on support but then I might add some attributes like Vision passing for defensive midfielder depends on what you're looking for now like I said I'm adding some things into this to make sure I'm finding players that I believe will actually get to their potential so straight away we are adding determination another thing that you might want to add to a striker is jumping reach because you might be looking for a striker that can score you some headers or something so that's a good shout as well strength is another shout I would recommend and potentially headen as well and that would probably be it but we're going to leave those out for this example and just go straight over here press okay and right we go to edit search saying some players have popped up I don't know why that is because I'm asking for the best of the best yep there we go the match is wrong we put a match up to 16 and we're looking for 15s across the board and no players have been found now this is the part where you start playing around with things start moving things around to try and make it make sense to try and make it work so what we'll do is we'll drop the match down to about 14 and once again nobody pops up so what we'll do now is we'll drop down all the attributes to 14 and we have 14 players pop up and some of them are strike and some of them are Center back some of them are goalkeepers some of them are midfielders I don't know what's going on here but we found some players at least right to get this match further down what we're going to do is increase the match to 15 and only one player is actually left but he is astronomical money from be lusen but he is very very good from what we can see on the attributes 20 years old obviously Wonder kid by meia description and he's available for 54 million for release clause and 68k you know what I'm going to Scout him potentially I might want to buy him in the future so why not Scout him for the save but that is not the point we're looking for cheaper players so we'll go back down to the match of 14 and then we'll just have a look through these players so we can sort out by value quickly and we can just go through all these players literally and see how decent they look based off not being able to see what they look like in terms of their scouting then we can scout these players and see if we can find some good talents so we go over to history and we can see one season he got 7. 5 rating this season he got 7.
