from season 4 has just dropped its one and only official trailer for the new season. This is going to be the most detailed trailer breakdown that I can provide you. This is going to be long and very much indepth.
So, make sure you strap in because there are a lot of things going on in this trailer. This is from season 4 trailer explained. The trailer starts off with a funeral.
It seems that there are two people inside these bass. But who are the two people in these graves? I think one is easily pointed out.
The others we're going to have to speculate about. If we look close, we can see that Kenny is with the new character and we'll call her Sof. We see Sofh and her father arrive at the tree.
So, we know that's how they get there. In another clip, we see a closeup of inside the car. And we can clearly see that if you look through the window that that is the post office bricks outside of their window.
And we can know it's them because they have the cross inside of the car. This is where the accident occurs at this particular team. And I believe the accident occurs because Kenny puts down the spike strip causing them to go off and hit the post office building.
And this is why Kenny is now close to her because he feels responsible because her dad dies in this accident. We know it's her also in here because we can see that is her a closeup of her face inside being pulled from the wreckage. We can see that there is something on her neck, a mark most likely from the seat belt or something that made this mark.
And later on in the trailer, we see her standing and she has the same exact mark on her neck. So, I think we can clearly say that her father is one of the people that are in the grave. Unlike other funerals we've had, the difference in this one is that there are crows above them.
And everybody is looking up and noticing the fact the crows are here, which means that the crows have never come out for any other funeral. But why did they come out now? We then see Boyd going to see his wife and discussing what's been going on in the town and how he doesn't like the person that he is becoming.
This most likely has to do with the treatment that he gave Elgen and everything else that is turning him into something that he is not one of the monsters so to say. But we see that the hand does come out and grab him. People have speculated on what hand this is.
So now we can clearly say that this is his wife's hand. the hand just doesn't come out and grab him and actually tries to drag him into this world which is symbolic of boy being overtaken by this place. We then see a vision of a man with a rat coming out of his mouth.
Now, this could mean somebody is ratting on the town or ratting on what happened in the basement with Fatima or it could also mean something doing with the monsters because we have seen before inside the tunnels a rat eating at one of the crows. We then get a clip of Marielle when she is inside of the ruins being tortured. After we get the clip of Marielle being tortured, it then flashes to another clip real quick, and that is the image of the man drinking the blood out of the skull that Jade had seen.
So, both of these, I believe, are dreams. Next up, we then see Boyd right before he shot his wife, before she killed his son, and he had no choice but to kill her. And we see that Boyd is haunted by this.
And then we see these scarecrows that people have used most likely to keep the crows away that we have seen in the beginning and that's why they made them. But these scarecrows are then presented by the totems that we seen at the new village. After we see the totems, we see more people seemingly digging up the scarecrows.
They must be in the new village town over there. We see a clip of a monster that we see from the beginning. And then apparently one of the scarecrows actually coming to life.
And then we see Boyd waking up from what was a nightmare. Now, we don't know exactly how many of these things were in Boyd's nightmare. It could just be the Abbeby stuff and everything else could just be transposed on it to make it look like he had a nightmare about it.
But is it possible that the Scarecrows do come alive? And the Scarecrow is what was knocking on the hut when Kenny was in it last season? We see Donna having a conversation with Boyd, which is in either Ellis's or Victor's bedroom.
We also see that Christy is there with Donna having this conversation. I'm going to come back to this a little bit later because this is the start from what we're seeing of the downfall of Boyd. We see Boyd in the Catacombs where Fatima gave birth, where Smile Monster was at this point brought back to life.
And Donna wants to know, people want to know what happened down there. Now boy cannot come clean on this. He cannot say that Fatima gave birth to the smile monster.
That would just be too critical. So he has to keep all of this inside. He cannot let that get out.
Fatima's already killed Tilly. Now if she's given birth to the smile monster, people are going to want her head. They're not going to want her around.
So he has to keep this inside. Then we see Jay, which is an interesting shot in the tunnels. And then there's a little boy here.
Now, there's no evidence from anything that we can say who this little boy is. Some people may say it's a young version of Jade, which is totally possible. People could also say that it's one of his children, but what we know about the children, if we're talking about the children that have been experimented on, this boy looks like he has not been experimented on.
There is nothing wrong with him. All this deals with Jim's death. Let's get to it.
We see Julie asking Tabitha where his dad. This is immediately after what happened last season and Julie does not know that he's dead at this particular time when she comes back as shorthaired Julie that is in the future as I already told you that that happened before. Tabitha then goes out looking for him because she knows the last place she seen him was in the woods and you can see that these are the exact same woods that she went out there looking for him that they were at before.
That is why she is out here. After that, Jay comes to Tabitha and says that we have to talk. Now, this could be that they just need to talk about what's going on with them and who they really are, or it could have something to do with Jim.
My thought is mostly has something to do with Jim. We can see right here that the rope that we thought Jim's body would be attached to, we can now see that there's a bag and the bag has blood on it. And that is most likely pieces of Jim.
After that, we see Ethan run out of his house. When he runs out, Boyd stops him. So therefore, it has to be something that Boyd does not want Ethan to see in order for him to do this.
That will lead us to eventually Jim's rest of his body, the pieces all being inside of the barn, and that is where he's going to be displayed where the words are. Earlier in the trailer, we see Julie and Ethan go into the barn, and they're going to be the ones who discover the words, but there won't be anybody there. But it will be at the second time when they go inside of there and Tabitha goes that Jim is displayed right in front of that sign.
We then transition to Victor and we see him digging holes with his father there. It seems he has dug multiple holes. He knows something there but doesn't know the exact spot.
Eventually he finds it and it's drawings. And in this drawing we see the man in yellow. What it shows us even though he does look like Charlie Brown is that the man in yellow was a regular person at some point.
It also shows us that when we went into Victor's mother's painting, because we see the man in yellow with a nice yellow suit and while he has this nice yellow suit, there is nothing wrong with his face. We see that in this Charlie Brown drawing that he is smiling and he's a happy person. Now, the question comes, did Victor actually see this?
Is this Victor's drawings? It could be his sister's drawings. We don't know at this particular time, but it seems that the man in yellow was a nice person until he was transformed into the creature that we see him today.
We then see the man in yellow's clothes out there chilling and we see that it's Jade, Ethan, and Victor that find their clothes. So, why is he naked running around? Well, that explains the next scene that we see.
And it shows that the man in yellow is basically transforming. Now, what is he transforming to? It could be one of two things.
He could be transforming into somebody. People would like to say that it's Jim because we do see him hanging upside down in the same position that we seen Jim in when he was in the lighthouse. So, that is plausible, but it also could be how he actually got the powers to begin with, his first transformation.
It could be a flashback. It could be something that Julie storywalked back in time and is witnessing at this time. It could be either one of those things or he could have some type of condition where if he's outside in the sun too long or something, this is what happens to him.
So, so there's a good chance that this is a flashback. But in the next picture that we see, it shows us something that maybe clears this whole situation up. When we look at the next picture, we can clearly see a suitcase.
We can see that the yellow suit is on the floor. I think in the same exact spot where they find it and maybe he uses the clothes in his suitcase to become something else. Like he puts on a different uniform and that's how he becomes something else other than the man in yellow.
When he has a yellow suit on, he's the man in yellow. When he puts something else on, he's somebody else or something else. You let me know what you think in the comment section because this is the same suitcase that we've seen in the monster cave before.
This part is the downfall of Boyd and it's basically his fault that he fell for this trick. He should have been better on his game and should have has his street smarts about him, but it seems like he doesn't. We see Boyd looking into the mirror.
And it's interesting that he's looking into this mirror because Boyd is becoming a monster. Not literally a monster, but a monster. Because the first time we see this mirror is when we see Jasmine Monster look into this mirror and she tries to be more human and she wipes off the blood that's on her collar.
The next time we see this mirror is Fatima looking into this mirror and that is when she is have blood licking out of her mouth because she has a monster in her belly. And now we see that it's Boyd inside of this. And this is because he is the next one on the list.
He's not literally becoming a monster but he is figurally becoming a monster. We see Elgen talking to him, saying that all things come to light and Boyd is like these things better not come to light. So, we could see that Boyd is trying to keep exactly what happened to Elgen a secret.
He does not want anyone to say anything. I don't think it's all Boyd's fault. I think that if it did come out, Donna and everybody else who was there who allowed it should also be at fault.
But it won't be that way. it will be Boyd because Aassa will then confront him right outside of this and then she will talk to him about what happened and want to expose him for the things he did in this whole situation. But Boyd is not going to have it.
He's not going to listen to her. He's just going to try to tell us she's hotheaded and she doesn't know. And this is when we see that she calls him a monster because of the things that he did to Elgen upstairs that she knows about.
Now, Heat Boyd is not the one who pulled out the eyeball, but he did beat his hand up a little bit and he did put him in the position so that he could have his eyeball pulled out. Ends justify the means. We shall see.
We see Acasta getting upset inside of a room right here. And this is where I do believe that she hatches the plan to get back at Boyd. And this is what's going to happen.
I think that she is the one who takes the ambulance knowing that it's going to draw attention when she does take the ambulance. Boyd is going to confront him as we seen he does and that is when Boyd shoves her into the wall. We can see that Aasa at this particular time has regular sweatpants on and she said she did not want to change her uniform because she did not want to get comfortable here.
But at this particular time, it seems that she is comfortable. But when Boyd looks over his shoulder, he sees Chrissy and Marielle who are there and now they're going to see him and he's going to look like the monster that she was trying to present him as. And this is going to get Boyd exiled on his own behalf out of the village and taken out of power where Kenny and Aasa will then take power.
Speaking of power, looks like Boyd has found the ring of power because he's staring at this ring like he's Smeaggle the way it's it's activating him. Inside the ring, we can see that there is an infinity symbol inside. Now, it comes down to whose ring this is.
Is this Jim's wedding ring? Did he have the infinity thing in there or is it somebody else's? We see Julie with Randall back at the ruins and we know Julie is going to be doing a lot of time travel in this season figuring out things from the past.
As she does go back this time, we see Julie wind up outside at nighttime. And while she is outside here, we also can say that she could be saving Tabitha from this whole situation. We see the ring that we seeing with Boyd and they are opening and closing and shutting making you think that the ghosts or something are doing this.
And we see Tabitha outside. So, is Julie going to help Tabitha escape from being outside or escape from being at the cabin? Because we know Tabitha's at the cabin when the scarecrows do attack.
So, will Julie be there able to help them maneuver that situation? Which brings us full circle to who is in the other grave? Now, this could be the same person that we said.
This could be the priest that's in there. And most likely, I'm going to say that it is when it's all said and done. They're not going to kill a major person in the first couple of episodes.
And from the trailers we've seen in the past, most of this stuff is usually from the first couple of episodes. So, most likely, I think that this person that they're carrying in is the priest. That's whose body they're bringing in here.
But Jim will be in the other grave with them. I just don't see them killing anybody else this early. If these are only clips from the first two to three episodes, anyone else who's going to die is going to be later on.
So, this is happening early. It seems Jade gets caught by the monsters in the monsters lair. Why he's down there, we have no idea.
But Jade seems to be down there. And it seems that not only do they have him down there and they capture him, but they also torture him a little bit. Now, we know that Jade is one of the main characters down here.
And I cannot see them getting rid of Jade. This may just affect them to go mental. Is it going to be a Victor situation where they seen Victor and told Victor, "If you keep coming down here, we're going to have to keep you.
" But it does seem like Jade is afraid and that they are doing something to him when they show the last shot when he's over here screaming. They have thrown him on the floor and they're about to do something to him or he's seeing something that is making him scream that they showed him something that is this terrifying to him. one or the other is happening, but I just can't see anything bad happening to Jade this early on in the season.
Did the man in yellow turn into Jim when Ethan sees him right here? I think I know the answer to this and I'm going to do a whole video about it. There's a couple of things I didn't talk about, but I will talk about in a later video because it tends to lead to my other videos.
But you tell me what you think about this trailer. And if you like the way I do this, please thumbs up this. Spread this across the realm and of course subscribe.
And until next time, you know who it is.
