Hey guys, welcome back to another video here on the channel. For those who don't know me, I'm Tico. Alright, I'm here to explain myself, guys.
We were without videos, kind of MIA, kind of quiet, because my MacBook fried, but as you can see here, we're back, okay? I got the MacBook, had to take it to another state, and I'm bringing you some golden content, alright? Leaking an offer I was running, where in two months I made 13,000 BRL with it.
I'll be showing you everything here step by step. I'll show you how I made the creatives. I'll also show you how I made the deliverables.
The deliverable is both an app and a PDF as well. I'll show you the sales page and how I built it. I'm literally going to leak everything here and I'll even leave it all set up for you to grab, deal?
So enjoy this because this is pure gold, okay guys? So we're in this together, peace. Sorry for the disappearance, alright?
Go follow me on Instagram, okay? Man, it helps a lot. So, how I made 13,000 BRL in two months modeling a simple low ticket, alright?
If I get mixed up here and start stuttering, I apologize, I record without a script, okay? I keep it simple, well done, I just show you what you want to know. And that's it, okay?
So it's all hands-on here, let's go. Well, as you can see here, I made over 13,000 BRL, okay? I'm just seeing here that there was about 1,000 something on the credit card.
If you make 13,000 BRL and have a 1. 42%refund rate on our revenue, man, that's really low, okay? The refund rate is really low indeed.
So, in other words, we were delivering great stuff, alright? You'll see the deliverable, both the PDF deliverable and the site deliverable too. So let's get to it.
Well, basically where I mined this offer, okay? I mined it through Meta Ads, meaning I went to the ad library, I searched for PDF for just, lifetime access for only 10 BRL, and I left a little star here so you know I used this keyword and the offer I modeled appeared. Because if you take this keyword here that I put there for you, for example, "dynamics for just," if you put it here, dynamic offers will appear, okay?
Look, as you can see here , look, look, for you to see, look. Transform children's education with 250 Christian dynamics. Yeah, there’s also here, look, women's leader, there is, man, many types of dynamics appear, alright?
And it was here that the offer I modeled appeared, alright? And when I found this offer, I didn't just take it and clone it. For example, here what I found was 200 physical therapy activities.
So, I didn't take it and do , for example, "oh, if it's 200 physical therapy activities, I'll do 400. " That right there isn't modeling. Alright, guys?
Modeling an offer is about totally changing its angle, changing its concept, and taking it in another direction. In other words, it has nothing to do with this physical therapy business, okay? I did it from another angle that I’ll show you right now.
From the physical therapy activity angle, I modeled it into 150 dynamics for pediatric occupational therapy. Wow, but that is very specific . It is very specific, yes, because nobody was running it.
It’s an angle I’ve never seen anyone running and haven't seen anyone scaling yet. Alright? The whole time I spent mining, looking, I even threw in the keywords, I put in occupational therapy, I put in children's motor coordination, there was absolutely nothing, okay?
Even here on ChatGPT, alright? As you can see here, several dynamics appeared for me, okay? That I could do, for example, sensory dynamics, which was what gave me a boom, because I have a friend who studies occupational therapy and, when I saw sensory dynamics here that deal with these coordination, sensory regulation, and sensory integration things, I remembered I have a friend who does occupational therapy.
So, I even sent her a message, I’ll see if I can still find the conversation, where I asked: "Hey, in the field you study, is there any, like, for example, dynamic you assign to, I don't know, someone and so on? " She says, there is this thing we give to children to help them learn coordination and all that. I said: "Wow.
" So, I mean, I'm not making excuses here, for example, saying, oh, I only managed to make this offer because of my friend or whatever. No, guys, anyone could have made this offer just as well, okay? You just had to dive headfirst into ChatGPT and keep talking, talking, and talking until you get an idea that no one else is running , but that has a buying audience.
So, I mean, you really have to think of an angle, you guys need to stop just jumping headfirst into these businesses all the time. Oh, but I have to dedicate myself to this or that. Folks, you have to dedicate yourself to everything, especially when you're modeling your offer, okay?
Forget about that; if you haven't nailed a single offer yet, why haven't you? Because you want to do the same thing everyone else is doing, man. I mean, you go and look at box dynamics, or maybe jits dynamics , or whatever, and say I'll model that for judo.
Everyone is running those things, man. So, just take a moment to think about it. Talk to ChatGPT and switch up the delivery model.
Meaning, if a PDF isn't working, make visual flashcards, or I don't know, a video course, or even a mind map. There are so many things you can do, where you can model the concept and model the delivery format, got it? This was back when I was still mining and I was just having a conversation, okay?
As you can see here, I even put it here, where is it? Oh, something for occupational therapy related to dynamics. So, it said here that it was a strong idea, get it?
And the secret wasn't selling the activity, it was selling patient engagement. I mean, those kids arriving there needed something prepared to engage them, something practical, something for functional evolution, and also less mental fatigue for the therapist. Because therapists spend so much time looking for activities and preparing things to use in the clinic.
So, man, what I found here was something really great, because I've never seen anyone running it. Got it? So, that's basically it.
Think, guys, think when you're modeling an offer, that, man, you have to find something that no one is running, something with a good deliverable and a good audience. Man, that’s all there is to it, okay? That’s all.
You found something that no one is running, just be happy, man. You’ll be entering a blue ocean of offers that no one is thinking about running, dude. So, take advantage, okay ?
Take advantage, model it well, switch to an angle that no one is running and be happy. Got it? So that’s basically it, guys.
Uh, I’m even going to delete this here, okay? Because I had gone to church here, and I even forgot to continue. But that’s basically it.
I took it, it was physical therapy activities, man. Physical therapy activity turned into dynamics for pediatric occupational therapy. So, let's go, now I’m going to show you the sales page and the deliverable for this offer.
Well, as soon as the client saw my ad scrolling on the screen, they clicked on the "learn more" button, they would land on this sales page of mine. As you can see here, I did everything using Google Sites, okay? I’ll leave it in the desktop ratio so you can see it better, but for mobile it’s the same thing, got it?
So, as you can see here, the sales page, man, don't go trying to make things with too much information. It's the basics done well that the client wants to see. Just that, dude.
You don't need to be adding info about this and that. It's all stuff that, man, just stop and think about it. How do you have to think?
If you were the client, would you want something summarized and straight to the point, or would you want a page like a form that you have to read this and that? Oh, that and I don't know what. Man, it has to be something summarized, something direct so the person can see what they're buying.
The perfect example for this is this sales page. Got it? As you can see here, look : headline, 150 ready-to-use dynamics for pediatric occupational therapy.
There's a mockup here, okay? That I made with ChatGPT itself. Eh, there's a little book here, a phone mockup, and a laptop.
Subheadline. Activities organized by therapeutic goal, age, and skill to facilitate your daily sessions with technical excellence. You don't need a subheadline that looks like a Bible verse, man.
I don't need a huge business. It’s a business that has to be simple, fast, and objective, man. A little button here that you click and it goes to the offer card.
Got it? Everything you need in one place. In other words, it shows everything here, uh, basically the dynamics, okay?
The dynamics that exist, for example, dynamics for socialization, uh, for fine motor skills, sensory integration, cognitive style, executive functions, and something I have no idea what it is . So, as you can see, man, I have no skills in this area. I have no knowledge, I’m not an occupational therapist, but I managed to build a business just with ChatGPT that, man, hits people’s pain points, it’s something people bought like crazy, you know?
Down here there’s even a mini mockup that I don't even know why I put it here yet, okay? But it worked, it looks cool. As you can see here, look: 150 dynamics for pediatric occupational therapy, uh, lifetime access, and so on , showing the app inside.
It’s basically showing the deliverable here, okay? But don't worry, this isn't the actual deliverable. I’ll show you guys soon, okay?
Look here: sessions planned in record time. Each dynamic includes everything you need for an application, okay? It's all right here.
Show bonuses too, alright? Satisfied therapists, which are these feedbacks and the offer cards, okay? I’ll set it to mobile proportion so you can see what the offer cards look like, okay?
The basic plan is 15 reais, alright? I also like to run with a price of 10, but, hey, if it's 12. 90, 15, no problem .
Alright? The basic plan I thought was cool was what? 15 reais, okay?
15 reais isn't expensive, but it's not cheap either for me, okay? Since I’m advertising, it's fine, it’s a good ticket. 150 professional dynamics, immediate access, high-quality PDF.
And here in the premium plan I added much more; in other words, here in the premium plan card there are 200 professional dynamics (it went from 150 to 200), immediate access, PDF, app, organization by category, organization by age, quick activity search, future updates, mobile and computer interface, favoriting activities, sessions organized by therapeutic goal. So, I mean, I even left some bonuses here, you know? So, I mean, the offer card needs to have something that really grabs attention.
For example, the person thinks, "Wow, it's worth it for me to pay a little more and get the premium offer, because the basic is just basic. ""I'll pay just a little extra for all of this, you know? " So the person needs to have an interest, you know?
The person has to think: "Wow , the premium plan is worth so much more than the basic, you know? " So there's also, okay, this discount popup that, man, if you're not using a discount popup, dude, add it because you'll see it makes a huge, huge difference, okay? Here, see, why not take all the bonuses and lifetime access with the full plan, okay?
The discount popup offers it for 27. 90 instead of 199. 90, got it?
And it even shows all the benefits of the premium plan here too, okay? It reinforces it by showing everything they'll get, and the only difference is that it offers a discount. All right?
The checkout is the basics done right, okay? As you can see here, look, 150 dynamics for pediatric occupational therapy. A very simple little banner here, okay?
And a logo here too, an image all made with Chat. All right? And as you can see here, look, 19.
90, okay? The person fills everything out correctly and makes the payment. So, I mean, I’m even going to release this for you, okay?
This Google Studio here for you to grab; if you want to edit or launch this offer yourself, feel free, but I don't recommend it because I've already exhausted everything from this offer. Got it? "Oh, but why are you giving away the offer?
" I'm passing on my knowledge to you, man. There are many courses that don't teach what I'm teaching here. So that's why I'm showing you the offer so you can see that I actually live off the products I show you, okay?
So, it's basically that . Enjoy it, man, this video is really top-notch; there are many courses that don't even teach the basics, you know? I'm giving this to you for free, man.
YouTube content. Oh, I forgot to show you this here, guys. It's right here, look: 7-day guarantee, everything looking good, okay?
Common questions and that's it, okay? Yeah, man, the deliverable, okay? The deliverable files via Google and also Studio, got it?
I’m going to show you guys here. I delivered it in an app, there was no PDF at first, the PDF came later and was this deliverable here. The person would buy it, and they’d receive this little screen here, okay?
As you can see, it's a simple, cool deliverable and it's an app, okay? So this adds a lot of perceived value for our client. When they come here to start now, they'll go to the sessions tab, meaning here they can see all the activities, okay?
For example, the colored pasta tweezers. Here there will be a full tutorial for them, meaning the materials needed, like pasta, plastic tweezers, colored cups. Here are the skills they’ll work on, for example, motor coordination, fine motor skills, sorry.
Uh, there’s also the duration of the activity here, okay? The child's age specification, the difficulty, and also practical instructions. Alright, Mateus, do you understand any of this?
No, I don't understand absolutely anything about this. I generated the prompt with ChatGPT, sent it to Google Studio, and then I just tweaked a few parts that I thought were a bit lame, like stuff that was too dry, that didn't make much sense. I started removing things and asking, for example , oh, add practical instructions, add the objective, uh, add some notes, tips for the therapist.
So, in other words, it turned into this, okay? The activities, for example, this one is hard, okay? This here will work on patience and so on, okay?
I won't talk too much about the deliverable because that's not the goal of this video. And I even added some video lessons here that helped a lot, okay? For example, I put "video lessons that helped me a lot " in the title here, simulating as if I were a doctor, okay?
So, if the person clicked here, they could watch the video, understand? And here is a video teaching, etc. Alright?
So here, look, a tip to get the child's attention in therapy. All of this, man, is YouTube video, the person can also favorite it here, go in here to watch, alright? So that’s basically it, guys.
So these are all the activity categories, okay? Integration, etc. And this is the app.
Alright? Uh, for those who might be curious, this is the version for mobile phones, alright? So, she would come here to the sessions, go in, see everything clearly, everything explained.
That's it. She’d pass it on to the child, and that’s basically it, she’d hand it over. Alright, now I’m going to show you the creatives.
Deal? I’ve already opened my ad account and my media library to show you that these are the actual creatives I ran, okay? As you can see right here, May 8th, okay?
These were the creatives I uploaded for testing. Deal? I’ll show you the creatives now, okay?
So, there’s this creative here, right? Which is the standard format. I got the background content from TikTok itself, okay?
Searching for child motor coordination activities. Man, it was really hard to find stuff for this niche. I’ll be totally honest with you.
I thought I wouldn't be able to find background videos, but I managed, man, I gathered a lot, I searched for background clips on Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, so I managed to gather as much as I could and made the creatives. Alright? So it wasn't easy to find the background videos, but I managed to do it, look.
As you can see here, look. Do you still waste time looking for activities to use in your sessions? Get over 150 dynamics for pediatric occupational therapy.
A complete library with ready-to-use activities, organized by objective. Okay, I’ll pause here, but as you can see, it's simple, a headline, 150 dynamics for pediatric OT, a voiceover in the background, the videos moving fast, well-edited, and the voice generated by AI in the background. Alright?
It’s not real people talking in the background. There’s another model here too, okay? Which is this one , it already has the "comment 'I want'" text along with the price.
Alright? Preparing therapy sessions every day can end up consuming hours of your routine. As you can see, the "only $ 15" part keeps flashing here.
It has the comment prompt too. Alright. And there are these others here, okay?
What I did, as you can see, I’ll hit play on this one. Preparing therapy sessions every day can end up consuming hours of your routine. But what if you had ready-to-use, organized, and easy-to-apply activities?
So, you can see that the creatives are very simple, really. They’re generated by ChatGPT and the background content from TikTok and so on. So there's nothing else for now, so that's basically it, okay?
The creatives I have here for now, uh, I lost count of the ads I was running, alright? It got taken down, it crashed, there’s no way for me to show you. As I told you, I got this Mac recently, it was formatted, so I don't have the folder for my offer anymore, I don't have the old creatives, but I also made creatives with AI.
Alright? I'll, I'll, man, I'll try to hunt them down somewhere here and I'll show you, okay? If I manage to find them, I'll put them here in the video for you to see.
Deal? But I also included creatives with AI voiceovers, I included a creative showing a little notebook made with AI too, all through Grok, okay? There's already a video here on the channel teaching that.
If you haven't seen that video yet, I recommend you go watch it, okay? I'll leave it here in the card. And that's it, guys.
So, basically that was the offer, alright? I'll download these creatives, I'll download the sales page file, I'll put the Google Studio link, in case you want to join the project to edit and all that, you can do that too, I think. Alright?
I'll see if I can do that, but I'll create a drive for it, okay? I'll be putting it here in the comments of this video. Got it, guys?
So that's basically it, that was the offer I ran, which made me over R $ 13,000 in revenue in two months. Got it, guys? So that’s it.
I hope you liked this video. Leave a like, subscribe to the channel, and follow me on Instagram. Deal?
We're in this together. Well, if you finished watching this video and you liked the format I taught, the model I explained, and you want to learn a little closer with me, let me introduce you to my training, alright? Which is Tico Academy.
It has recorded lessons from scratch, teaching you about Meta Ads, teaching you about direct traffic, creatives that scale, offer mining, how I do my deliverables by creating and validating an offer in practice, and scaling in practice too, okay? There are two other modules here that will be added soon, which are organic traffic and sales on WhatsApp, okay? So, all the lessons are here, teaching basically everything I know, alright?
And it is constantly updated, so you won't be missing out, alright? You get direct support from me on WhatsApp, okay? There’s also a student group, and I'll show some results here from students who have already taken the training, deal?
So that’s basically it, the link will be in the description . So that's it, guys. So, reinforcing once again, if you liked this content, liked this video, and want me to bring more like it, comment down below, all right?
