so this is the map to ten thousand dollars with an online business now most people don't know but starting an online business and getting it to ten thousand dollars a month is kind of like finishing a video game and let me explain what i mean by that a video game is usually composed by two main elements a set of missions you have to complete and a map that tells you where to go to complete such missions and the process of finishing a video game is very straightforward you look at your map you see where it's
telling you to go you go there and you complete the missions that you were given and then you do that over and over and over until you complete all the missions of the video game and you can face different challenges and obstacles along the way but you always know what needs to be done next and with business it's pretty much the same thing you complete a bunch of missions and you grow your business the issue is with business is we're never given a clear-cut map the waters are a little bit more murky so we kind
of need to figure this stuff out along the way and most of the times what happens with our map is we have no clarity on where to go next now what if you actually had a map how much easier would it be to actually get you to where you want to get to well there is a map and after building from the ground up three businesses that do multiple seven figures a year each as well as going through five iterations of programs that help people go from zero to seven figures online from scratch with no
experience i know exactly what the map looks like to go from zero to a million and this is what i'm going to show you today you're generating leads or you're generating discernible roi for your clients i said i used to have a creative agency and you know i was making at the age of 17 15 grand a month you know at the end of the day the real power in business is subtraction [Music] and the thing with having a map is your decisions become effortless because you just have to look at the map see where
you're at and see what's the path for you to get to the next milestone that's huge because what stops most people from succeeding is the fear of taking the wrong decision a map takes that fear away because when you have one there's no questions the path is clear your only job is to walk that path so if you've been wanting to start an online business for years now and you've always just put it off today is the day that i finally give you the map you need in the last episode i already gave you the
plan the missions to complete to get to 10 000 a month with your agency as well as the best business mall to start as a beginner and now i'm gonna give you the map everything you need to start moving to get some momentum going and finally break out of that inertia now this is the map and you can see there are four flags to the mountain and those flags represent four stages of an agency and those are milestones on your journey as an agency owner and for each sage i'll tell you how much you're making
from it what are the characteristics of that stage what is your mission on it and how do you progress the next stage at first we have the glorified contractor stage now this is where you're making from 1 000 to 5 000 a month with your agency and in order to get to the stage you have to work on prospecting and successfully signing your first client and this stage is called the glorified contractor because you're doing everything end to end everything from getting leads signing the clients delivering the services for the clans communicating with the clients
you're almost a bit of a glorified contractor although a very well paid one for your clients by the way notice that even though this is the first stage it's one of the steepest parts of your journey and that's because signing the first client will always be the hardest of them all here you're still experimenting with different niches and different services to find what works best for you this phase is all about trial and error your mission here is to find a proof of concept that is a combination of a niche and a service to which
you can generate results consistently for your clients and once you find proof of concept you're successfully ready to move on to the second stage our second stage is the boutique agency and here's where you're making between five to ten thousand dollars a month you get to stage once you really dial in your service and niche you start specializing and becoming good at getting consistent results for your clients of that niche and here you already have a contractor working for you whether that be on a per client basis or potentially even full-time and really your role
here is to transition from a self-employed freelancer to an actual business owner and in order to progress that stage you need to have an agency that has streamlined processes and its ability to partially run without your direct input especially when it comes to service literary side of things and after that we get to our third stage and this is where things really get interesting this third stage i call the lean mean results driven agency and this is where you're making anywhere from 10 to 30 000 a month and it's here where you really start to
get dialed in when you're what i call a lmrd agency you've got your outreach on point you're already working with appointment setters who take care of booking client meetings for you you've got ads running to generate leads on autopilot and you've got a full-time team member or maybe even two or three at this stage the growth is actually pretty linear from a glorified contractor to a boutique agency but once you reach this third stage things really start to get explosive this is when you really start to experience that exponential growth and this is not only
from your agency by the way at this stage you're pulling in so much money from your clients that you start putting money into investments and because you're pulling in so much disposable income each year you start getting 100k year to 200k a year in passive income because of your investments and you're really starting to become a savvy investor and because you have so much cash flow you're also able to use leverage and i've even surpassed this stage where from a few years of my agency profits that i basically just kept in a bank account from
2020 until 2022 i took those few million and multiplied it into over eight figures so now i'm actually at a point where my passive income from my investments literally generate me the same amount of money as my agency itself and all of this was driven by the free cash flow that was produced for my agency but while a million a year in passive income might sound crazy to you instead let's divide that by 10. when you get to a point where you have a one or one half million investment portfolio you can reasonably expect 100k
a year in passive income from those investments if you focus on stuff that gives you good assets and good returns outside of appreciation your main mission here is to scale your agency to the point where it's basically just the you know the golden goose that lays all the eggs basically provides all the cash flow to put into your investment portfolio or even as a launch pad for future businesses and then you can progress the next stage of the agency where runs smoothly without you with no input on your side and it's still providing all of
that cash flow you've got all this fu money and that is true true financial freedom and then you finally get to your last stage which is when you become a private equity incubator and here's where you start making anywhere from thirty thousand dollars to upwards of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars a month and here you're not only working with clients and acting as their full service agency but you also have investments in them so when the time comes and this will happen by the way and one of your clients sells for 40 million dollars
and you've got a 10 stake in them guess who takes home four million dollars and by the way that's at small scale if you do this stuff right this is where you start making serious money and that's exactly how tim ferriss turned 250k into over a hundred million dollars plus he actually started off as a consultant investing and giving advice to a few startups and since he had a small stake in the company when it actually came time to sell he got a percentage of it and that percentage over the years has ended up making
him hundreds of millions of dollars now let's say you're very good at getting results for one specific sort of niche let's say car dealerships for example and you get to a point where you're making half a million dollars a year with your agency well now you can actually start investing in some of these dealerships and the best part is you know exactly how to grow them so it takes out some of the guesswork of like ah maybe this investment goes up maybe it goes down you can invest in the dealerships and grow them at the
same time and this is how you start to make an eye-watering amount of money with your agency as the initial launch pad and the cash flow that allowed you to do all this for example i'm at a point right now where because i ran my agency for six years and people know the caliber of clients that we work with because i've documented for years on my youtube and people know the sort of results we get i get offers all the time for me to invest in people's businesses in fact i even get offered percentages of

term horizon for you to look at is just for you to understand that wherever you want to take it to in life whether you want to get to ten thousand dollars a month where you can see thirty thousand dollars a month a hundred thousand dollars a month or even if you wanna hit a hundred million dollars using your agency aka using the money and the skills and the knowledge you've gained from running an agency to basically use it as a launch pad to then go on and get to that nine figure territory you can even
do that if you want and just to give you some context inside of gradiency we have a tiered system to label clients based on their retainer size first we've got what we call fish clients and this is a client who pays one thousand dollars to three thousand dollars per month you get a couple of these clients and you're already making a full-time income and we get students catching fish every day and we have this culture of photoshopping yourself catching a fish whenever you sign a new client here's marquez catching five fish his post is also
a good reminder that there's no such thing as not succeeding with this business model it took him longer than usual to catch his first fish but once he did catch that first one he managed to catch five fish in a one week period that's what i mean when i say you become a master of your own fate the second tier is a shark and this is a clown who pays three thousand dollars to eight thousand dollars a month and this is where you're getting into more serious territory one of these clans and you can quit
your job and it's always a proud day when a student signs their first shark and you can see alex here who caught a 4 000 a month shark and also me here riding a shark in one of my own sales debriefs and the third and most prestigious tier is the whale and that's a client that pays eight thousand dollars a month and this one client alone will bring you more than a hundred thousand dollars in a year and this is the greatest catch of all and they're the north star for everyone in the community and
you can see adele here posting right next to multiple whales he's making forty two thousand dollars a month just with the base fee he charges his clients and that's not including performance fee which is a common practice between our students as well his next aim is to reach a hundred thousand dollars a month now i said in the first video of the remote revolution that the business that gets you 100 000 a year is not the same business that gets you a million dollars a year and that's true by the way but the reason that
i love the agency business model is that it can mold and shift depending on what stage you're at for example while at the beginning you don't need any money to get started once you have extra cash sitting in your bank account you have the option to use that money to invest in clients businesses to get a higher return that's a business that can grow with you now let's take a step back and understand what it takes for you to sign fish shark and whale clients you need three things along the way a plan people to
hold you accountable and intensity now the first one is a plan and the plan is the six steps i've given you on video two of remote revolution as i said right at the beginning of the video the six steps are the exact phases that you'll find inside agency navigator the difference is i've given you a very summarized version of the plan because i can't give you 20 hours of youtube content in detail but inside agency navigator we go over each phase in excruciating detail on phase one which i call layering our foundations we have hour
