it's a good idea to get interested in the future because you're going to be spending the rest of your life there a lot of people spend more time making a list for the supermarket than they do the next year of their life now when we do a visualization about what we'd like to have happen we can do this in many ways but this technique I'm about to share with you is a sophisticated way of power manifesting of creating the kind of life that you want so what I'd like you to do is first of all
think about how it is you think about time now for me personally I think about next week it's about there I think about next month it's a bit further away and next year it's even further away some people have the past over here the present here and the future goes this way for other people it curves around there's no right or wrong way to code time so think about how it is that time moves for you how does your timeline Direction move now what I'd like you to do is this close your eyes if it's
safe to do so and I'd like you to float a year into the future and I'd like you to imagine it's been your one of your best years ever if not your best year now if that's true what must have occurred in regard to your health both mental and physical if you've had one of the best years of your life what must have happened in regard to your relationships personal and professional if you've had one of the best years ever what must have happened in regard to your career your finances your [Music] spirituality and your
general levels of happiness and I'd like you to make a great big huge cinema siiz screen picture of you healthy happy and successful and put it on your timeline one year from now so when you look at it one year from now it makes you feel good and then I'd like you to float over into that picture and into yourself step into that you that's in great health has great relationships a wonderful career finances spirituality and happiness and then I'd like you to float out but bringing the good feelings with you and Float back through
months and ask yourself what needed to have happened 3 months before this and get a sense of it make a picture and put it on your timeline and then float back 3 months from that and ask yourself what needed to have happened 3 months before that and get a sense of it and put the picture on your timeline and then float back 3 months before that and get a sense of what happened to occurred 3 months before that and then float all the way back to now so what I'd like you to see in your
mind right now is is a succession of images with you in them looking healthy happy and successful 3 months from now and as they move further away from you they get bigger 6 months from now that's right nine months from now and then a great big huge picture of your life in amazing shape one year from now so you can now see a direction when you look at your timeline and as you do this every day you'll be organizing all of your thinking all of your behaviors all of your energy all of your creativity to
make this happen do it every day
