hi my name is Ruby sheha and I'm from the Lush Spar team today I'm going to be guiding you through a mini meditation and a little body scan to help you unwind before bed using our gorgeous dream time Temple B whether it's from too much excitement or an excess of stress lack of sleep is such a snore rest helps our bodies to rejuvenate and function properly so getting a good night's sleep is essential dream time Temple Bal from the Lush Spar has been repackaged into our bring it back scheme packaging which means that once you're
done you can take it back to your local store and get money off your next shop smells gorgeous it's got lavender and chamomile in and you can either apply it directly from the tube or you can use your fingers to apply so I'm going to push it up from the base pop a little bit on my finger and I'm going to start by applying it to my [Music] wrists I'm also going to pop some on my wrist going rub my wrists together I'm going to apply some onto my temples when you're massaging it into the
temples close your eyes and just make sure you're massaging in upwards [Music] motion we also have pulse points behind our ears again massage it into those pulse points take a nice big inhale and exhale so to set the atmosphere I've put my coziest PJs on which are from the Lush Spar I've lit my Twilight candle and I'm also going to be listening to some music from fresh handmade sound which is what we listen to in our Lush Spar treatments you can listen along following the Spotify link in the description we're going to begin the mini
meditation and the body scan sitting or lying comfortably in your cozy pjs take a big inhale through the nose and an exhale through the mouth another inhale and an exhale through the mouth as you breathe in notice how the body expands and as you exhale just feel the body soften gently close down the eyes and soften the Gaze rather than the mind leading the breath allow the breath to lead the Mind inhale exhale if the mind starts to wander just bring it back to the breath take your deepest breath and exhale if it feels comfortable
place the hand on the stomach inhale down into the stomach and exhale and once you're comfortable with the flow of your breath allow it to return to its natural state we're going to draw the attention to different parts of the body allowing us to enter a state of deep relaxation and rest so cast your attention down to your feet start with the right foot the top of the foot the toes the base of the foot the heel the ankle the shin the calf the knee the front of the leg the back of the leg the
right hip bring your attention to the center of the body the lower abdomen inhale exhale and we'll bring our attention to the left foot F the front of the foot the toes the base of the foot the heel the ankle the shin the calf the knee the front of the thigh the back of the thigh and the left hip any tension fading out of the body and bring your energy to the center of your body inhale exhale as we bring the focus to the chest drop your shoulders release any tension you're holding bring your focus
up to your right shoulder the elbow the for arm the wrist the palm the thumb the first finger the second finger the ring finger and the little finger back to the palm the wrist the forearm the elbow the shoulder bring your focus across your back into your left shoulder the elbow the forearm the wrist the palm the little finger the ring finger the middle finger the first finger and the thumb back to the palm and the wrist the forearm the elbow bow and the shoulder soften your neck and bring your attention to your jaw relax
