me everything about Admiralty law it's called the law of Admiralty second edition and is by Grant Gilmore and Charles black jr. and I bought a used one there's you know read cover but grant Gilmore is the when you're in Admiralty cases this is the book and the guy that they referenced the most grant Gilmore's jeans guy this is where I learned a lot and then I'll show you if you go to chapter I think 7 or 11 and then go this this is where you learn about mortgages setoffs this is how you ensure your vessel

maritime insurance oh and that DOJ form is 361 a certificate of identity that has to go to Department of Justice its form 361 and I'm gonna show you my medallion stamps on the TDA and the certificate of identity that I got at Fidelity that's gonna be sent out um Monday and me and Laura it's not the bureau public that forgive with it's changed to its some fiscal services and I'll show you the Commissioner that I'm since it looks like a really really cool lady hold on let me pull this not sure you I'm sorry mo

how to handle yourself in court special appearances but I'll show you what you can you can skim through this one and then order this one that really is condensed with nothing but the sauce I'm showing you this one this is all I've been reading now for court how to handle court counterclaims and this is the best book I've ever read its statutory supplement to Admiralty and maritime law in the United States third edition David W Roberts and Stephen I'm fried out and Michael sturly freedom yeah okay this has it goes I mean everything breaks that

it takes that big-ass book and condenses it to the like if I broke that book down this is what I come out with um David W Robertson Steven F fried oh and Michael F sterling and it's Carolina Academic Press that's fine and goes into your Federal Rules of Civil Procedure I've showed everybody this but this is alright so that's it that's one of my main ones I go I reference in court now um so that's the Trinity you have law of Admiralty okay I have a tree to see on the law of liens common law

statutory equitable and Maritime the equitable and maritime is the ones you want to pay attention to and it's not okay so you see these state of they're thick but when you open them they're like half page reads okay this is our these are case references the only reading that you have to do is just these few sentences so it's not as bad as you know I mean it's a pretty thick book but some of them are quarter page reads it's not as hard to think of this it's really not you go to start leaning I'm

somebody to show you something with this group okay we're in direct contact with somebody and direct contact okay so we have offset off I did a should you log recoupment will book I get my information from the Admiralty law but grant Gilmore okay I bought this but this isn't grant this is uh okay so this is the author's I just showed you these are the author I just read off from the blue book this is the the longer version of what they wrote of Admiralty law and in the and when I did Connie's foreclosure I

used some of the codes out of this book in the bankruptcy in the title 11 yeah so this is another one that I use Okay this one a manual of equity jurisprudence this is where I learned the Bill of complaint front this is the Bill of complaint is what the foundation of an indictment is a treatise see on equity pleadings and practice and this is what we went over that in class on building up the bill of complaint I'll revisit that if I have to and you over it I'll do a live indictment I still

have my cases that we could do - I just don't worry about because I'm only inviting the insurance so I'm see how it goes okay and then a treatise T on equity jurisprudence this gives you all the foundation of how all the court and how everything came to be and then I have that read I can send out to everybody from Tammy peppermint and I don't know who did this and it breaks down how all this came to be and once you have that foundation and how the courts run and work and why they're there

then you'll know exactly what to do how to operate in admiralty walk down water audit I'll have a clerk class I'm gonna have another mortgage class well because a mortgage on foreclosure it's a little bit more in depth than you know like a bank loan discharge there's just a couple more securities And blowers etc so that's for calling to see if I missed anything for Court oh okay so this is the new book that I've been reading I'm gonna go over something what's your eyes so this is a tree to see on the law of

mortgages and deeds of trust this is an important and [ __ ] right here I promised it okay so when I talk about the UCC 3 and you guys being the assignor fugle 1 section 102 of this book or 201 I think your school 201 I'll show you guys is if you have a mortgage you [ __ ] up right you didn't do your a secure party creditor you want to do secure transactions not if you me if you have a mortgage that you you're dead on arrival ready you left your securities abandoned that's why

when I posted if you guys seen any of my post when the bank like a banker's manual and they say you know foreclose on them quickly it's because if they left the [ __ ] on the table there then that's obviously they don't know what they're doing so might as well just get them out quick because they're never gonna pick it up or get it anyways make how many mortgages in there yeah I mean that's why because if you don't do it right off the bat they obviously know that You don't know what you're doing

creditor entitlement holder executor and aired you're entitled to this [ __ ] and then if it's corporate you have a corporate merger then you're a successor so administrating your estate homes ask crowds get them their executor duties your trustee duties and then it has one organizing your estate great ass read my favorite one also this one was recommended by Jean wills estates and trusts by Alexander a both I've gone over this this some probation but I don't think we have to go to probate no more but a will you could just record your executor okay

wills estates and trusts Alexander a bowl I bought it used was like seven box this comes with A CD I took the CD out on what I do with it and the dog chewed this book but it's fur wills and trusts for dummies that comes with a CD goes over wills and it goes over trusts I also have three more books on trust with deny here this how this shows you how to fill out the 706 1041 schedule k-1 709 state and Trust administration for dummies this is the bad boy right here and it starts

off really really easy really really light and then gets into the sophisticated arm filings not a hard read that's why I like these books because it starts off kindergarten okay now now purchases this is how you learn to purchase [ __ ] using your international Bills of exchange creating your own money creating your own securities register and being the assignor being a guarantor maker drawer all the ABCs of the UCC okay I'll show you these pull them all out the ABC is a UCC you get all one okay I have no now for secured transactions

okay I'm sure [ __ ] I right here's one all right I think there's two books out I read I read these to you but I'll show you the only ones I've read and dissect here's one From the ABCs of the UCC article nine okay there's one okay here's an unused one this is a read the Revised Statutes used to see article nine ABC in the UCC okay there's two commercial transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code and other laws LexisNexis I didn't read it hold on people won't talk about this charge that's a discharge all

right read UCC 3-3 10 3-3 11 3 - 601 through 605 3 - 4 14 subsection C and subsection F 3 - 415 subsection C 3 - 4 16 subsection C and 3 - 407 subsection B subsection a will be discharged by payment all right okay then it goes into cashiers and tellers checks this is also referenced in the ABCs of the UCC so cashiers and tough tyler strikes is UCC most of these base are gonna be doing white or transfers not gonna worry about going in and getting cash your fidelity doesn't do cashier's checks

and [ __ ] like that so it's gonna presume that's gonna be wire transfers and it's article 4 b8 for a you should go for it so cashiers in Tyler Texas uses these 3 - 4 12 3 - 4 11 3 - 104 subsection G subsection H Hey lost this is where this is where your fifth to school form 1048 comes in and standard form 95 ok lost destroyed or stolen instruments okay you see see article 3 - 309 312 and 118 that's 309 312 and 118 4 lost destroyed and stolen instruments this is just

the UCC three to the Treasury report of the transaction with the checks and now you terminate the lien you go get your [ __ ] but see this why I like this book because boom goes into a fish economy source UCC article nine dash 404 duty the duty to file or send then it goes into bogus filings buyers receivables I'll read a little section because it goes into except for Motor Vehicles so this is how is pertaining to us as why I was laughing so it's due to filer sent this section specifies whether secure party

must cause the secured party of record which is us to file or send to the debt or a termination statement for a financing statement because Mullins financing statements expire in five years unless a continuation statement is Filed under Section 9-5 fifteen no compulsion is placed on a secured party to file a termination statement unless demanded by the duct or they're the better they demand the terminate I see except in the case of consumer goods let's keep going smells like I was there hardware and right because many consumers will not realize the importance of them of

clearing the public record an affirmative Duty is put on the secured party in that case so you gotta clear the record ban will say and I mean they do business with you you don't no longer need to lean on them you know I mean they have the funds you have your car you have your title really terminate your lien on the company ya know what's that well do they think that you're putting a lane onto the piece of metal with wheels that's the consumer good now I got to lean on I have the lien on

the company may have a good they think you're putting a lien on the consumer goods why listen because many consumers will really not realizing for instant post but many purchase money security interesting consumer goods would not be filed except for Motor Vehicles see section 9 - 309 Subsection 1 under Section UCC article 9 - 311 subsection B compliance with certificate of title statue is equivalent to filing a financing statement under this article thus this section applies to the certificate of title unless the section is superseded by a duty to cause the notation of a security

interest to remove from a certificate of title in the context of the certificate of title however the secured party could comply with the 600 by causing the removal itself or providing the debt tour with document documentation of sufficient to enable the debtor to effect the removal you got to give them an around me the way out once they complete their side of the deal have they turned over the car on the MSO to you that's what I'm going to get okay once I own it I'm going to terminate the UCC I'm gonna notify of Steve
