Notebook LM plus MiniAX agent together. These two AI tools just changed everything. One of them thinks, one of them acts.
Put them together and they do your work. The full thing. Start to finish.
Research, writing, publishing, posting, done. I tested them this week on the AI profit boardroom. Uploaded some sources, gave it one goal, and it built the whole content pipeline for me.
No coding, no extra steps, just results. This is not a chatbot. This is a co-orker.
And today I am going to show you exactly how it works. Stay here. You are not going to want to miss this one.
Hey, if we haven't met already, I'm the digital avatar of Julian Goldie, CEO of SEO agency Goldie Agency. Whilst he's helping clients get more leads and customers, I'm here to help you get the latest AI updates. Julian Goldie reads every comment.
So, make sure you comment below. Today, I am showing you two AI tools that work together in a way I have never seen before. One is from Google.
It is called Notebook LM. The other is called Miniaax agent desktop. And when you combine them, you get something completely different.
One thinks, one acts. Together, they do your work. Not kind of actually do it research to publishing start to finish without you lifting a finger.
And I am going to show you exactly how we use them to build content for the AI profit boardroom this week. Real steps, real prompts, real workflows you can copy. Let's get into it.
So, first, notebook LM. This is Google's AI research notebook. You upload your own sources, PDFs, docs, web pages, articles, notes, what, whatever you have.
And the AI reads all of them, every single one. But here is the thing that makes it different from every other AI tool. It does not make stuff up.
It only pulls from what you gave it. No hallucinations, no guessing. So if you upload five articles about AI automation and ask it to summarize the key points, it uses those five articles, nothing else.
It just got a massive upgrade. Runs on Gemini 3 now. That means the thinking is way deeper.
The connections are smarter and they added a bunch of new features, data tables. You can extract messy data into clean structured tables and export straight to Google Sheets. Video overviews, AI generated video summaries in over 80 languages that break down your sources visually, slide decks and infographics, highquality visuals built from your content, and podcast style audio overviews.
It sounds like two people having a conversation about your research. It is not just a question and answer tool anymore. It is a full research and output engine.
You put stuff in, it builds structured results out, tables, videos, slides, audio, all grounded in your sources. Now, Miniax agent desktop. This one is wild.
And this is where it gets really different. This is not a chatbot. This is an AI agent that lives on your actual computer, Mac or Windows.
It is a desktop app. And it can do things on your machine. It can open files, read them, edit them, save them, create new ones.
It can open your browser, navigate to websites, fill in forms, click buttons, submit content, all by itself. Think about that for a second. you you tell it what to do and it goes and does it on your computer in your browser without you touching a single thing.
It has two modes. Lightning mode is for quick simple tasks like drafting an email or pulling data from a file. Pro mode is for bigger workflows that need multiple steps like researching a topic, writing a blog post, formatting it, and publishing it to your CMS.
And then there are expert agents. These are pre-built specialist agents you can use straight away. SEO agents, finance agents, coding agents, app building agents, all ready to go.
Most AI tools give you an answer and then you go do the work yourself. You copy, you paste, you format, you publish. Miniax skips all of that.
It does the work for you on your computer in the real world. That is the key difference. If you want to learn how to use AI tools like these to automate your workflow, build content faster, and save yourself hours every week, the AI Profit Boardroom is where we put all of it.
the exact processes, the templates, the step-by-step guides, everything we use. Link is in the description. Go check it out.
Yay. So, here is where it clicks. Notebook LM on its own is amazing.
It researches, analyzes, builds structured outputs, but then it stops. It gives you the output and that is it. MiniAX on its own is amazing too.
It executes, automates, publishes, but it needs direction. It needs a plan. When you combine them, notebook LM becomes the brain.
It researches your topic, pulls insights, builds an outline, then miniax becomes the hands. It takes that output and runs with it. Writes the blog, formats it, opens your CMS, publishes it.
You connected thinking to doing, research to execution, think in notebook LM active miniax. That is the workflow. Let me walk you through exactly what we did for the AI profit boardroom this week.
Step one, I opened Notebook LM and uploaded five sources, blog posts, and PDFs all about AI automation for small businesses, stuff that is relevant to what the AI profit boardroom is about. Step two, I asked Notebook LM to pull out the best ideas and build me a full blog outline. Here is the exact prompt I use.
It give me a 10-point blog outline about AI automation for small businesses. Use SEO keywords that would bring traffic to the AI profit boardroom. includes subheadings and the main point for each section.
It gave me a full outline, 10 points, titles, subheadings, key arguments, all pulled from the sources I uploaded, clean, structured, ready to use. Step three, I copied that outline and gave it to Miniax agent and I said, "Prompt, Miniax Agent, write a full blog post using this outline. Make it clear and simple.
Format it properly for the web. Make it feel like it was written by a real person. " Miniax wrote the whole blog start to finish.
No edits needed. Here is one more quick example. We use this combo to build a social content machine for the AI profit boardroom.
He uploaded sources into Notebook LM blog posts, case studies, success stories about AI automation. Then I asked Notebook LM to extract the 10 best insights and turn them into tweet length hooks. Short, punchy, attentiongrabbing.
It gave me a table, 10 hooks each with a key point and a call to action. I sent that table to Miniax and said, "Write five X threads based on these hooks. make them conversational, add examples.
Miniax wrote all five threads fully formatted, ready to post. Then I asked Miniax to schedule them. It opened the scheduling tool, pasted each thread, set the dates, queued them up, done.
Five threads scheduled without me writing a word. Look, most AI tools stop at the conversation. You ask a question, they give you an answer.
Then you go and do the work yourself. You copy, you paste, you format, you edit, you publish. You're still doing all the manual work.
The AI just helped you think. This is different. This combination actually does the work for you on your computer in the real world and that changes everything because now you are not just a user.
You are an agent designer. You design the workflow. You tell the AI what you want and the AI does it end to end.
No coding, no technical skills. You just need to know what you want done. That is the shift from chat to action, from answers to work.
And these two tools are showing us what that looks like. So go try both of these tools. Seriously, do not just watch and move on.
