and open your hearts to receive the blessings of this prayer my friends this ancient Psalm written by Moses the man of God offers us a compass to navigate life's stormy seas with confidence and purpose as we explore the verses of Psalm 90 we'll discover the Timeless wisdom that has guided countless Souls Through the Ages in Psalm 90:1 Moses declares Lord you have been our Dwelling Place in all generations this powerful statement reminds us that God is our Eternal Refuge our Safe Harbor in every season of life just as a skilled Captain expertly guides a ship

throughout history from generation to generation God has been our constant Refuge he is not a temporary shelter but an everlasting home for all who seek him this truth should bring immense Comfort to our hearts especially in times of uncertainty no matter what changes we face in life our God Remains the Same steady unchanging and ever present Moses expands on this concept in verse two saying before the mountains were brought forth or ever you had formed the earth and the world even from Everlasting to Everlasting ye you are God here we see a vivid portrayal of

the brevity of human existence in Psalm 90: 5 Moses uses a powerful metaphor to describe the fleeting nature of Our Lives you carry them away like a flood they are like asleep in the morning they are like grass which grows up this vivid imagery Compares Our Lives to the the Swift passage of flood waters and the brief momentary nature of a dream we are here one moment and gone the next as fleeting as morning do on grass this truth should Inspire us to cherish each moment and live with intentionality verse six continues this thought in
the morning it flourishes and grows up in the evening it is cut down and Withers our lives like grass have a season of growth and vitality but it's all too brief this cycle of flourishing and withering reminds us of life's transient nature we Bloom for a season but inevitably face the reality of our mortality Moses then connects our fragility to the consequences of sin in verse 7 for we have been consumed by by your anger and by your wrath we are terrified these words highlight the seriousness of sin and its impact on our relationship with
God our mortality is not just a natural condition but a result of Humanity's Fallen state yet even in acknowledging God's righteous anger we're reminded of our need for his Mercy verse 9 further emphasizes the swiftness of our days for while our days have passed away in your wrath we finish our years like a sigh each passing year feels like a fleeting breath gone before we fully grasp its significance this awareness should motivate us to make the most of our time living purposefully Moses provides a general estimate of human lifespan in verse 10 the Days of
Our Lives are 70 years and if by reason of strength they are 80 years yet their boast is only labor and sorrow for it is soon cut off and we fly away even if we live to a ripe old age our time on Earth is limited and often filled with challenges this sobering reality should Inspire us to seek wisdom in how we spend our days my dear friends these truths about our fragility might seem disheartening at first glance however they serve a crucial purpose in shaping our perspective and priorities by acknowledging our limitations we open

number our days doesn't come naturally to us he asks God to teach us acknowledging our need for divine instruction in this crucial task by numbering our days we're not simply counting them but making each one count it's about recognizing the value of every moment and using it wisely in light of Eternity this perspective Ive helps us navigate the challenges of life with Grace and purpose in verse 13 Moses pleads for God's compassion return O Lord how long and have compassion on your servants this cry reflects our deep need for God's presence and mercy in our
lives the phrase how long Echoes The Human Experience of waiting on God's timing yet even in asking this question Moses demonstrates his faith in God's eventual response he believes that God will indeed return and show compassion to his people this teaches us to approach god with both patience and expectant hope verse 14 expresses the result of experiencing God's compassion oh satisfy us early with your mercy that we may rejoice and be glad all our days when we align our perspective with Gods finding satisfaction in his Mercy Joy becomes possible even amidst life's challenges This Joy
isn't based on circumstances but on the unchanging nature of our Eternal God it allows us to rejoice and be glad not just occasionally but all our days Moses then prays for God's work to be evident in verse 16 let your work appear to your servants and your glory to their children this request shows a desire to see God's activity clearly manifested in our lives when we're attuned to God's work we find encouragement and strength for our journey also Moses prays for God's glory to be revealed to Future Generations this highlights the lasting impact o life

rebuke every spirit of fear anxiety and doubt that seeks to undermine my trust in God's plan I bind every attack of the enemy that tries to make me feel helpless or powerless in the face of life's challenges I declare that the Lord is my refuge and strength a very present help in trouble and I will not be moved by circumstances I affirm that no weapon formed against me shall prosper and every plot of the enemy is cancelled in the name of Jesus I declare that even in the face of adversity I will walk in peace
for I know that my God is in control Lord I declare that my future is secure in your hands and I will trust you in every season of my life I will not be shaken by what I see but I will stand firm in faith believing that you are working everything for my good almighty God every storm in my life is subject to your command and I am grateful that you will calm every negative circumstance you are my provider my protector and the one who goes before me making every crooked path straight Lord help me
to walk in obedience as I trust in your perfect timing for your ways are higher than mine nothing nothing is impossible for you oh God and I will walk boldly with full confidence knowing that you are always in control father I ask for your blessings to overflow in my life as I continue to trust in your sovereignty bless me with the peace that only comes from knowing that you are in control of every aspect of my life bless me with wisdom to navigate the challenges of life always seeking your will and direction I pray for
healing Over My Body Mind and Spirit declaring that by the stripes of Jesus I'm Healed I rebuke every sickness every disease and every Spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus and I declare complete healing over my life I rebuke every attack of the the enemy that seeks to steal my peace my health or my joy I declare that I am covered by the blood of Jesus and no weapon formed against me shall prosper Lord I ask for your protection over my loved ones that you would guard us from every harm and surround us with
your angels I ask for your favor Lord that you would open doors that no man can shut and close doors that are not meant for me let your will be done in my life and let your kingdom come in every area as I surrender all to you Lord as I say this prayer together with everyone listening I am grateful for every heart that is opening before you right now we come in agreement declaring that you are in control of our lives and we will walk in faith knowing that you are our guide Lord let your
