Uh, how is a man leaving a relationship garner respect as opposed to a woman leaving a relationship? Can a man get respect for being dumped? Uh, it depends on how you're dumped and it depends on how you walk out of that situation.
Okay? Are you going to walk out like a man or you going to walk out on your [ __ ] knees? Um, the one of the gosh, I haven't answered this question in a long time.
One of the things that like what guys have asked me is um, Rolo, my girl I know my girlfriend's going to break up with me. What should I do? I said, "If you knew that your best friend was going to punch you in the face the next time you saw him, you knew 100% that that was what's going to happen, would you not punch them in the face first?
" Like, you knew without a shadow of a doubt that that guy was going to just like deck you as soon as like he sees you. Would you throw the first punch or would would you just let him like knock you out? You'll probably throw the first punch, right?
So the thing is is when a woman is going to break up with a guy, she's already mostly broke up with that guy in her head a long time ago. So you know they always say that like women break up with a guy six months before they actually break up with that guy. Like leaving that guy is just a formality, right?
So um the decision to break up with you was most likely made six to four months prior. She's just kind of trying to work up to to the people say, "Well, they're she's trying to work up to to, you know, getting the courage to tell you that she's going to break up with you or she's waiting until like her personal trainer [ __ ] her, right? Or something happens like she's got like it's monkey branching.
Like the monkey doesn't go to the next branch that's got another one, right? So, if a girl is going to break up with you and she doesn't have any other realizable options, she's probably going to stick around with you until she has that realizable option. Okay?
So, at that point, um, you have like two you got two options because during the time that it takes to figure out whether you're the [ __ ] or you're not the [ __ ] or she wants to break up with you or she doesn't, she's looking for a guy who's better than you. She's looking for a guy who is like he's more masculine than you. He's got more money than you.
He's got he's got his [ __ ] together better than you. He's a better opt. She's looking for a better option.
You know the [ __ ] was that? Oh. Oh.

Um so, uh anyways, the the uh the decision's already been made, but between the time where she actually breaks up with you and the time she's already decided that she wants to break up with you, she has to figure out if you're still the best she can do. And I I would say this is uh this is the passive [ __ ] test, right? Is he the best I can do?
Active [ __ ] test is is he really who he says he is? pass a [ __ ] test. Is is he the best I can do?
Was my mom right about him? I should never have married him. You know, is is is he is he?
So, if you reaffirm that for her when you break up by going, "No, please don't leave me. You're my sun and moon. I love you.
You're my soulmate. " No, no, no, no, no. You if you go, you're on your knees because you are the dude that no other [ __ ] wants to get with because you're her.
If you confirm with her that you're her only option, then you're [ __ ] No frame. No frame. Exactly.
No dread either. Guys like that, like guys who have like guys who are in a state of sexual, we were just talking about this. Guys who are in a state of sexual deficit don't have sexual selectivity.
Women don't want to be with a guy that other women don't want to [ __ ] that other because women want to to feel like they're the kind of go girl that can get a guy that is this high quality. Women don't want a man to cheat, but they love a man who could cheat. And if you're that guy who is who would never I would never cheat on you.
I love you. I would never disrespect you like that. Never let those words come out of your mouth.
Never let those words come out of Always be the guy that other women want to [ __ ] that other women have some sort of, you know, some attraction to. And never, if it ever becomes something noticeable to her, never deny it. Never never apologize for it.
Lean into it. I'm not saying cheat. I'm just saying lean into the dread because that is what leads to an appreciation and evaluation of you.
So, how does that work in a breakup situation? Well, if you're the guy who walks out on his knees, what are you doing? You're confirming for you're confirming to her subconscious, her ego, her id, whatever it is.
You're confirming to her subconscious, her brain, that you are exactly what she said you are, exactly what she thinks you are, which is an optionless beta male guy, and she is your only option. Nobody else wants this guy. He's worthless.
He has no value added. He's not that hot. The guy that I'm just now getting with is much hotter.
He's got more going for him. I was right to leave him because he's a loser. Losers get on their knees.
Losers show their bellies. Losers are vulnerable. Losers are are apologize for their dicks.
And that's if you walk out on your [ __ ] knees, that's exactly what you're doing. That's why you say, "Okay, [ __ ] it. I'm out.
You made the decision. Cool. Whatever.
