EDITING AT ANOTHER LEVEL

all right guys it's morning now and I'm about to go hit a workout with my friend haven't seen him in 6 weeks missed him so much um I'm here at my old gym SL my current gym but I never get time to come out here anymore I'd say this is really the place where I got my start um during the winter break I was like coming here for literally 3 weeks every single day like 3 hours I don't even know how I had the stamina or had the motivation to come for like 3 hours um

so I think in yesterday's video I told you guys about how I was hired to manage my old Club social media do their marketing and their branding so I'm just having a call with the owner right now to discuss a few details up use something like Photoshop or Lightroom just to make it look more professional work the first billable um so that's YouTube okay uh also there's a lot of analytics that I want to look on on this um see when you're getting most traffic uh and then optimize to post at those times all right

so now that that's done just finished up some Law of Attraction meditation feeling very peaceful and Bliss um my friend Amar she picked up her skateboard or penny board I'm actually not quite sure yet uh I think it's a penny board but uh she messaged me so we are going to go skate her body's go like September she Burns through the night like a number and all those things we try forget and I remember but we say we are fine we are fine look at this skater outfit all right you want to get mine a

[Music] go stop doing that to my board I can smell my pug I smell pug my my pug oh you going P yeah yeah what kind of pug black black black pug do you want a push do I want to what a push yeah of course I'm going to [ __ ] push bro go okay all right so if you guys were wondering I just have like a regular skateboard and then I put penny board wheels on now so Mar just told me she has some Reese's at her house so we're going to her house

to edit any food so Maro invites me over to her house and says yeah I have two re's so I'm thinking okay two Reese's packs you know she livs pretty close why not no actually two Reese's like she's already opened an Ian one jeez she's got a pretty solid personal gym though so that's a plus all right guys so I'm just sitting here working on some color correction really once again just putting more time into my craft um as you can see on the videos on this video sometimes times I get it horribly wrong I

use the same color correction for pretty much the whole video it does look good and what I like about color correction is it takes you into a different world now the reason I got the Canon 80d rather than the 70D which the body costs 200 lb more is simply because of the 60 frames per second slow motion and color correction takes you into another reality which is what I like to do with my videos that's the direction I want to drift in and um you know once again just really going to improve my editing as

well as my videography um just to fulfill that Vision but there's two things I want to talk about real quickly number one I'm watching a lot of your guys' YouTube right and I I genuinely cannot tell you how many people message me every day every day at least 10 to 15 people messag me how do you build your YouTube how do you build your Instagram how do you build your Snapchat guys a lot of you guys a lot of you guys are focusing too much on the content and I know that's funny to hear considering

there's I think three or four edits there's a one and a half minute edit and four cutcenes in this and this is a rant to myself guys I am being so [ __ ] stupid by continuously putting so much time into the content when the content is only 20% of you know the whole equation the distribution should be 80% of your time so you know engaging with your followers your subscribers engaging with other people's videos um you know getting more content out there rather than you know curating this beautiful piece of art and I'm being

way too romantic about it um and that's definitely a problem for me um because I'm Miss missing out on conversations I'm missing out on conversations with other YouTubers potential collaborations I'm not replying to Snapchats or DMS as quick as I'd like I always do it within a day but still to me that's you know as I said not as quick as I'd like it to be so my advice to you guys if you're doing your Snapchat your Instagram your YouTube whatever it is whatever platform it is put out your content and it should be good

cuz content is is what will keep people there but Focus way more on how to get involved in every single conversation you can how to take the content that you've produced and make more content from that so you know if there's a video uh things that I do sometimes I go back and I take videos from a couple months ago and I upload them cuz people forget about them and people love seeing edits um you need to focus more on that and I'll talk a lot more about this in the future but that brings me

to my second Point as you saw in today's video I'm now getting paid to run a really big club's you know there's a lot of Revenue there they make quite a bit of money a year it's it really is a serious business and I'm getting paid a good amount of money to run their branding their marketing uh well run their social media and brand them in the proper way as I said if you saw last videos uh last video um I have experience with social media Instagram I used to flip accounts um I used to

Rebrand accounts so that brings me to my point because I'm getting 10 to 15 DMS a day of how do you grow your social media and I'm telling you guys the key Concepts but I can't tell you the Nifty little tricks that'll get you there um seriously over the years I've curated some amazing tricks to you know put your message out there to a really big audience um in in a still very sincere way you're never doing it from this you know spammy spammy place which is the last thing you guys won't trust me that'll

ultimately be the demise of your whole brand so let's get to my point I want to know if I created a eBook paired with a video paired with a community chat and sell it for15 whether you guys would be interested I want you guys to leave me a some feedback below whether it's no or yes and I want you guys to be seriously very honest with me if you guys do that um either leave no or yes and then write a description of uh you know why or why not to would and what you exactly
