good morning guys so just fear versus loss material it is 1051 mmm got a later session today going into the gym at 3:00 just woke up first day of holidays just premi slept in yeah so I'll go in there today for a chest and triceps session which will be good and yeah see you guys in the next clip god I really need to do something about this haircut it is getting quite quite quite messy again probably saw that tomorrow yeah that's much better yeah yeah so just got off the shower honestly you guys I don't understand how some people don't have showers in the morning or they prefer to have them in the evening whatever to me it's just a form of like mental and physical preparation for the day mmm alright guys so now I want to talk to you about my style of videos for this coming week just started my holiday I have it for total including next weekend like 9 more days whatever so video is coming out pretty much everyday but I'm still whenever you start something that's kind of far at least where you're putting out content it's hard to find your own style and that's exactly what I'm doing right now I'm seeing how I want my videos to be like whether I want them to be more like vlogs like this where I'm showing you most of my day or whether I just want to show you the bits that you would technically care about as a fitness channel so I'll try out a vlog style this week leave in the comments if you can I'd really she ate that which style you'd prefer and I'll try both see what fits me best and work from there hey guys so whenever I get a sponsorship offer I always tell the company send me some product I'll test it out if I like it then we can move on from there at this point usually 75% of companies are just like no which to me just shows the integrity of the company that if they were seriously committed in having me on board they'd at least show me some of their product and have me tested out so I know what I'm getting into but it's always cool when - I think three companies so far have so many some of their products so I can test it out I haven't taken any offers yet because I haven't been satisfied with any so far but yeah it's also cool feelings so guys that's from a company called Kings aesthetics shout out to them I'll test out their product and get back to them all right hey guys so I'm on my way to the gym right now I have heavy chest today so I think I'm gonna go for a new PR which would be 87. 5 kilos that's something like 200 pounds 210 pounds something like that so yeah hopefully I'll get it right now I'm using the new lens the 24 millimeter 2. 8 aperture lens that I golf from Canon you saw me order that like two videos ago or a video ago it's really really nice on manual focus but autofocus it seems to be a little bit dodgy so we'll keep testing and I'll see how it is but it just lets in a lot more light than the kit lens does so right now it's doing a good job anyway so I'll see you guys in there hi guys so now we're to the bench press we've warmed up our rotator cuffs done everything like that right now we're doing 70% of our 1 rep max so leading up to leading up to our PR we go 70% 80% 90% 100% and then hopefully 105 and 110 to get our PRS so right now I'm doing 60 kilos and yeah let's get into the clips hey guys so I've worked up to my one rep max right now which is 85 kilos I think that's like 210 pounds we'll hit this and then hopefully we'll try and get maybe just a 12.
5 kilo increase or maybe a 5 kilo increase we'll see how this goes yeah hi guys so as you could see from the last clip just really wasn't good it bounced off my chest so that we don't even count doesn't my previous PR preparation wasn't there so I'm putting on an extra 1. 25 each side so this will be a two point five kilo PR if I get this I'll make sure I'm a lot more prepared this time and hopefully I'll get it alright guys so I hit the PR we can see by the end of I was so happy that when I reacted I completely screwed up with a rear rack and that was quite funny got it spotter didn't touch it so those 87. 5 by myself clean very happy with that let's move on to the next exercise alright guys so now we're moving on to some incline bench press working like either six to eight reps still heavy cuz today is a heavy punch date or a heavy chest day sale let's get it after the implant meant for us we're moving on to some flies going heavier than we'd normally would so eight controlled but heavier than pulse heavier that we normally would once again just keeping everything heavy today and that's six to eight rep range I guess now we're moving on to triceps going heavy close grip bench press gonna do this then maybe some skull crushers and alright guys so finishing awfully just some overhead tricep extensions with a cable the last set of the workout so let's get it and then alright guys swim back for my workout um today was quite good pretty happy with my PR it may only be two point five kilos but for me that benchpress that means a lot my benchpress has always been just my weakest lift so I'm happy I'm making progress I think my the last time I hit my PR was literally last week if not two weeks ago so for me 2.
