[Music] Merry Christmas y' when I got into designing homes for the holidays I never imagined it would lead me to some of the most intense and bizarre experiences of my life I've decorated homes for Halloween 4th of July Thanksgiving you name it but Christmas is the peak season the phone rings on off the hook with people wanting their homes to look like something out of a magazine or a Hallmark movie this year we were busier than ever the calendar was packed and I had worked hard to make sure everyone was scheduled perfectly everything seemed to be running smoothly until my boss walked in that day I could tell something was off the moment he entered the room he wasn't the type to interrupt unless it was serious hey he said his voice carrying that edge of urgency I need you to cancel all the bookings you've scheduled for the next 2 weeks at first I thought I misunderstood him all the bookings I asked yeah he said all of them I just got a call from Diddy and he wants every part of his Mansion done everything every room every corner it's all hands on deck I froze cancelling two weeks of bookings for anyone even someone as famous as Diddy wasn't just a logistical nightmare it felt wrong people had plans for theit holidays families were counting on us to bring their holiday Visions to life I couldn't just wipe that away with a few clicks on the calendar but we've already committed to these people I said trying to reason with him they've made plans around this it wouldn't be fair to cancel my boss didn't like that his expression hardened as he leaned closer I don't care he snapped this is for Diddy do you understand Diddy will pay us more than all of them combined cancel them now I stood there feeling a mix of frustration and disbelief this wasn't about money to me it was about the trust we'd built with our clients I tried one more time to push back but it's not just about the money I argued we've given our word it wouldn't be right he cut me off his voice colder now are you questioning me ask one more question and I'll find someone else to do it this is a business not not a charity you should be grateful I'm even giving you this opportunity we can make more money on this one job than the rest of them combined I felt my stomach drop I wanted to fight him on this to stand up for what I thought was right but I couldn't I needed this job the bills weren't going to pay themselves and as much as I loved what I did I couldn't afford to lose it as you say I finally replied forcing myself to keep calm that was it the decision was made I spent the rest of the day cancelling every booking we had for the next two weeks the apologies were endless and I could hear the disappointment in people's voices some clients begged me to reconsider and others were Furious but what could I do I had to tell them we were suddenly unavailable no explanation offered Diddy was officially on my schedule and while part of me was curious about what decorating a mansion like his would be like Another Part Of Me felt uneasy something about the way this all came together didn't sit right with me typically decorating a house takes about a day maybe two if it's a big project but Diddy's Mansion this was on another level entirely we were scheduled to start on the 16th of December and had to have everything completed by the 23rd just in time for Christmas a full week 7 Days of non-stop work my team and I were expected to work extra hours starting at 7:00 a. m. and finishing at 6:00 p.
m. every day and if we started falling behind we'd be staying until late at night pushing through until it was perfect that's when an idea clicked in my head if we were already working late nights maybe I could rebook some of the clients we had canell we could stay later at Diddy's house push through as much as possible and then use the remaining days to complete the other jobs we had dropped but there was a catch I'd have to run it by my boss and after the conversation we'd had earlier I wasn't exactly excited about bringing this up he had made it pretty clear that Diddy was the priority and I wasn't sure how he'd react if I suggested anything that might take Focus away from that still I couldn't shake the feeling that this was the right thing to do I owed it to our clients to at least try so I decided to take the risk I knocked on my boss's office door my heart pounding in my chest the air felt heavy as I stepped inside I could feel my pulse Quicken as I explained my idea carefully choosing my words to make it sound like this would benefit everyone if we work late nights I said we can still complete Diddy's mansion on time while fitting in some of the canceled clients it would mean more work but it would also mean more money for the company to my surprise he didn't just agree he was thrilled his face lit up and he said this is why you're my favorite the more work we get done the more money we make it's a win-win for both of us I could feel the tension in my chest release as I walked out of his office it felt like a victory not just for me but for the clients who would still get their holiday designs after all but I knew this wasn't going to be easy the next few days were going to be nothing but work early mornings late nights and everything in in between I needed to get as much rest as I could because starting tomorrow my life would revolve around decorations deadlines and making sure Diddy's Mansion was done on time the next morning my team and I loaded up all the decorations we could fit some of the supplies were coming later with other team members because honestly we needed a ton of it for this project once we were packed and ready we drove over to Diddy's house when we arrived I immediately understood why this job was going to take so long the place was massive absolutely stunning it wasn't just a house it was like a work of art seeing it made me feel a rush of excitement I couldn't wait to transform this space and make it magical for Christmas as we pulled up to the gate security stopped us they explained that we needed to hand over our phones no pictures allowed they said it's for private Y and honestly that made sense Diddy was a huge deal and it was understandable that he wouldn't want strangers taking photos of his home it's not just about privacy it's about protecting the Mystique of someone so famous so we handed over our phones without hesitation after a quick Security check the gates opened and we were waved inside it felt like stepping into another world after we got ins inside the Mansion we wasted no time we quickly unloaded all the decorations and got straight to work the first task was tackling the outside setting up lights and making sure every single area was covered we started with the front yard wrapping trees outlining the house and creating that picture perfect Christmas glow after a few hours we moved to the backyard the backyard was huge with plenty of space to transform into a winter wonderland I was busy stringing lights along the fences when something caught my eye some areas of the yard looked like they had been dug up recently at first I didn't think much of it maybe Landscaping work or something but then I noticed something unusual in one of the dug up spots a bit of red plastic was sticking out of the dirt it was small barely noticeable unless you were really paying attention curiosity got the better of me and I walked over to take a closer look when I reached down to pull it out out it wouldn't budge whatever was inside that plastic bag was heavy as I tugged harder I started to notice faint red stains in the dirt around it at first I thought it was just my imagination but as I focused it became clear there were reddish streaks smeared across the soil it didn't look fresh but something about it felt off I leaned in closer hesitating for a moment and then did something I probably shouldn't have I smelled it the scent hit me immediately it wasn't just dirt it smelled metallic almost like blood dried blood human blood my heart began pounding in my chest a chilling thought crossed my mind could there be a body in this bag I tried pulling on the plastic again desperate to know what was inside that's when a guard appeared out of nowhere what are you doing He barked his voice sharp and commanding before I could answer he walked over and quickly kicked dirt over the plastic bag covering it back up like nothing had happened get back to work he snapped we don't have time to waste this needs to be done fast his tone left no room for argument my mind was racing but I forced myself to turn away and keep working I couldn't shake what I'd just seen but I knew better than to push my luck as I continued setting up de ations something else caught my attention it was faint at first almost unnoticeable a muffled sound coming from underground I paused looking around to make sure no one else was nearby then crouched down and pressed my ear to the dirt to my shock I heard it again it was faint but it was there a sound movement almost like muffled cries or Whispers my stomach churned as a cold sweat ran down my back what could be under here but I pushed those thoughts aside and got back to work we didn't have time to waste my team and I worked non-stop determined to finish the outdoor decorations by the time we were done the place looked incredible like something out of a Christmas movie The Lights wrapped around every tree the perfectly placed ornaments and the sparkling details made the Mansion feel magical even the guards who barely showed any emotion earlier stopped to admire the view one of them even said wow this is just beautiful it was a small moment of satisfaction amidst the unease I still felt we were ahead of schedule which was a relief it was already 700 p. m.
and after such a long day we decided to call it a night the plan was to start on the inside of the Mansion the next morning at the pace we were going it almost felt like we could finish the entire job in the next 2 days that was a good sign it meant we might even have time to squeeze in the other jobs I had rebooked when I got home I went straight to bed exhausted as soon as my head hit the pillow I closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep but what should have been a restful night turned into something else entirely I woke up in a panic my body drenched in sweat my heart was pounding so hard it felt like it might burst out of my chest my face was pale and I was shivering uncontrollably it wasn't just a bad dream it was the kind that leaves you shaken to your core in the dream I was back at Diddy's Mansion it was night time and I was standing alone in the middle of the field the silence was suffocating and the air felt heavy like something was watching me then out of nowhere I heard it screaming blood curdling screams echoing all around me I couldn't see where they were coming from but they felt close too close I turned trying to figure out what was happening and suddenly I felt like I was being chased yelling footsteps pounding behind me voices shouting things I couldn't make out I was running but I didn't know where to go my legs felt heavy like I was moving in slow motion and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't escape then I woke up that was all I could remember from the dream but it stayed with me it felt like a sign a warning not to brush off what I had seen earlier in the day maybe I was overthinking it or maybe it was my subconscious telling me to pay attention either way I couldn't shake the feeling that I needed to look deeper into what was happening at that Mansion all night I stayed awake no matter how much I tried I just couldn't sleep the dream had shaken me and the unsettling feeling from earlier in the day lingered like a shadow over my my thoughts eventually I gave up trying to rest I turned on every light in the house trying to make myself feel safe but it didn't help the hours crawled by and as soon as 6:00 a. m.
